"This is the go-to spot for pizza in McKinney — but also for community. With live music on the weekends and locally sourced ingredients, it’s a vibe. Go for the Goat and Fig, a pie made with crispy pancetta, goat cheese, and dried figs. Or order the Smokey Pie, with sweet Texas barbecue sauce, smoked brisket, and bacon." - Courtney E. Smith, Leslie Chatman

Food: The pizza was wonderful. The crust has a sweet taste to it and you can tell they hand made their dough. The toppings are fresh and very tasty. We had THE BEES KNEES and BOSS HOG. The boss hog was a bit sweet in my opinion. The bees knees was a perfect ratio of sweet and savory. Atmosphere: Great atmosphere, the staff were absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. Service: Wonderful service from the front door staff to the waitresses. Price: Fair prices for the pizzas. The pizzas are just enough to feed two adults.

Google
Love this thin crust pizza, probably has the best flavor out of all the pizzas I town. I particularly like the chicken bacon boom boom and the Smokey pie. The lunch special is awesome for the price as well! $13 for a drink + Salad + personal pizza (which is bigger than I thought, couldn't manage to finish it, had 3 slices left!) Definitely will be stopping more often for lunch now.

Google
Great customer service from the host!! I didn't have time to dine-in, so ordered to-go, which took about 20-mins. Not bad at all. I ordered a BYO pizza & a Ceasar salad. Everything was delicious!!!! Hopefully, next time, I'll be able to dine-in!

Google
Really good pizza! The stuffed mushrooms were a bit on the salty side, but the pizza made up for it. Don’t remember the name, but it had brisket on it. The crust was exceptional. Service was quick, even though they were busy.

Google
This pizza is one of my new go-to’s now. Although we went on a busy Friday afternoon, the wait wasn’t tremendously long. We started out with the baked wings. They were a nice size, juicy and were plenty covered in sauce. Some sort of bbq sauce but nothing that was overwhelming. The wings were 5/5. Keep in mind they are not crispy because it is not fried. The pizza was great. You can split your pizza into two different options and we had the bee’s knee and Smokey pie. I love a good bbq pizza and this did not disappoint. The sauce was a perfect sweetness with the bacon flavor. The bee knees basil was a bit much for me but the flavors were well balanced. My favorite part about the pizza was the fact that the crust was thin AND CRISPY. Nothing missed on flavor or presentation. The restaurant is small so it’s a bit crowded when busy but nothing that’s a turnoff. Will definitely be ordering here again soon!

Google
Our first time here and it was absolutely delicious! We got the chicken buffalo sandwhich, the buffalo wings, and supreme pizza. So good, highly recommend!

Google
Went out to lunch on Saturday and was super excited after seeing all the good reviews however the pizza was not up to our expectations. We ordered the Smokey pie which said it had barbecue sauce and brisket. The pizza had zero sauce and their “brisket” was more like maple bacon. The second pizza we ordered was better but it was supposed to have tomato sauce and had almost zero sauce on it. The sauce to cheese ratio was just not it. You might like the pizzas if you love a crazy amount of cheese. Probably would not choose to come back however if I had to I would probably get a salad as they looked pretty good

Louann Cunningham

Google
One of my all time favorite pizza places. Their hummus is some of the best. I don't live in the area any longer, so rarely make it there. Always excellent beer selections. One thing I noticed is their pizza crust is now super thin ... I prefer a thicker crust. Still, outstanding!

Katrina B.

Yelp
This place is very busy but definitely worth the wait!!! The pizza is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS & they have what rocks my world Gluten Free options too The only thing I suggest is if you sit outside, ask them to bring your pizza in a takeout box. Keep the box closed and serve yourself slice you're eating otherwise you will be invaded by flies since it's outside (makes sense), no biggie OR table inside works too!!! So, other than that.... we highly recommend Cadillac Pizza in downtown Mckinney on Kentucky street Katrina & Jason B

Yelp
A friend and I recently visited Cadillac Pizza Pub after exploring Downtown McKinney. We got the recommendation from some locals we chatted with on the street. First off, this place was hopping! We had to wait an hour on a Thursday night. The environment was cute, but very loud. The server was nice, but a bit distracted and not the most attentive. She didn't really check in with us at the beginning, despite knowing that we wanted to order an additional item. For the pizza, we ordered 1/2 Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza and 1/2 The Classic Caddy. The Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza was unique and incredible! I've definitely order it again. However, for us, The Classic Caddy was a bit underwhelming. I thought it would be flavorful with the artichoke hearts, feta and garlic-olive oil, but it lacked the distinct flavor I envisioned. However, it was quite refreshing after eating The Goat Cheese Pizza. In addition, we ordered the Cadillac Mac and Cheese. I really enjoyed this item, but it was a bit too much for my friend. It definitely had a lot of cheese compared to some Mac and Cheese dishes. We didn't add on any meats, so maybe that would have helped. Overall, I'd come back if I so happen to be in McKinney and in the mood for pizza. I may come back for The Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza, which was phenomenal, but I don't think I'd drive there specifically.

Yelp
I could eat the Sedona Salad every day. The entire staff is amazing but Ashley has always been our absolute favorite and she takes incredible care of us. I have regular lunch meetings here and I know it's always going to be a good experience!

Ella A.

Yelp
I have to admit this is a staple in our house the pizza is AMAZING as are their wings! We have dined in and gotten takeout and have loved every bite. Service is so friendly and the dine-in environment is fun and casual. If you like thin crust pizza, this is the place for you a true gem

Stephanie O.

Yelp
This place was hopping after the McKinney Arts and Bloom- mainly because it was the only place open. The service and quick and polite. Our waitress was just doing her job- getting orders placed and served. We order the Cesar salad and the bees knee's pizza. The salad was good, fresh nothing to really speak of. The pizza was tasty, crispy crust, spicy sopprasata with a honey drizzle. The honey itself was good but not on pizza. I did get a caddy margarita. It was not worth the money. Not presented well and very watered down for a $12 drink. The restaurant itself was a bit of a mess. The tables were clean but the floor was gross For what it was, it was ok and it did provide a bit to eat within walking distance of the hotel

Yelp
Last weekend was Oktoberfest in McKinney. Hankering for pizza we ventured over to Cadillac Pizza Pub which has been booked marked on my list for sometime. I'm glad we gave it a try, we had to check into the hostess stand outside and wait about 10 min. to be seated inside as that particular day even around 8 PM was still 90 Degrees! We were sat and the friendly waitress promptly took our order, to share we stared with the cheese bread...a MUST!!! I am still dreaming about this bread. For our entrée was the wood fired Goat and Fig which is a crispy pancetta / goat cheese / fresh mozzarella / dried fig / balsamic drizzle / fresh basil. What I loved about this pizza were three things: 1. Wood Fire 2. Sweet and savory 3. Thin crust They had a live band playing that Saturday night. I can't wait to venture back over again!

Leonard S.

Yelp
Six years later we're back but the pizza is not good as before ! It seems the crust got thinner and thinner and higher prices . Disappointed

Clau D.

Yelp
All i have to say is HANDS DOWN BEST PIZZA I EVER HAD!!!... it was fantastic! Crust was thin , crispy, savory. The sauce you could tell was homemade, fresh ingredients. The ambiance was super nice, they had a live band. They do not take reservations, but you can join the waiting list through here (yelp!) and if you still have to wait , enjoy a glass of wine at the Landon winery right on the corner. It's a local winery and Malbec is good.

Bensluy ..

Yelp
The starters for the food was probably my favorite part. The queso with brisket was awesome and the pizza was very good. It was super thin maybe could've used more cheese. The waitress was super helpful and the ambience is awesome. My kids have to have gluten-free and really enjoyed the gluten-free pizza.

Michelle S.

Yelp
AMAZINGli. Love this spot! Great pizza, wings, drinks, and more!! It has a great local vibe with a month special pizza, salad, and deviled eggs!

Britt G.

Yelp
I came here for an early dinner with my friend and I really enjoyed it. I'm very picky about pizza and it's hard to impress me with pizza, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizzas were. We sat outside and it was a lovely day, and the service was great. Not one complaint about this place.

Jaci G.

Yelp
Our first time here tonight! Usually we pick another place in downtown because the wait is typically an hour (make sure to get on the waitlist ). We absolutely loved it here. Everything was great! The bathrooms were clean, staff was fast and friendly.

Lohgan S.

Yelp
Cadillac is a nice local restaurant that has live music and a very relaxed atmosphere. The pizza is good and the cheese will stretch for days. The service is efficient for what they're able to control. Due to the small space and the popularity, the wait is pretty long. I would recommend adding your family to the waitlist pryer to showing up. We joined the waitlist at 6 pm and were told by the automated message to arrive at the restaurant by 7:20. We arrived at 7 but didn't get a table until 8. I know it's a good problem for them but if you're really hungry or have little ones that can be a problem so just join the waitlist as soon as possible.

Sarah S.

Yelp
Great spot to grab some pizza in Downtown McKinney! I had so many folks rave about this place, so HAD to stop by and I am glad that I did! I really love the crust on their pizza. Also a big fan of their hummus! this place always stays busy and I see why, the food is fantastic!

Chris C.

Yelp
Place was packed on Mother's Day but me and the special lady in my life were seated immediately. They are pretty cramped on space but the decor was very stylish! Exquisite pizza! The crust was thin and crispy & had a nice char on the edges. We had the Goat and Fig and the Bees Knees! They had the pizza out in about 10 minutes. Excellent food and it's in historic old McKinney so the area just adds another level of ambiance!! Come have some pizza and go shopping! All around good time!!

Kiana P.

Yelp
After an issue with the online seating system and a not so friendly encounter with Caroline, we asked to speak with Blake. He was very kind and made sure we were seated right away and that our server Juliana took great care of us. We ordered the baked wings which were amazing and the goat and fig pizza which has never missed its mark. We sat outside and the lighting was perfect for the date. I was told there was a host in training, but the seating error wasn't her fault and she was very helpful and apologetic while trying to get things corrected in the system. Caroline had a very snarky attitude and seemed to think I should know that Cadillacs seating system occasionally glitches or doesn't respond the way it should. Not a customer issue. Thanks Blake and Juliana for redeeming the experience!

Aditi P.

Yelp
Amazing pizza, never disappoints! friendly staff, great service every time we've been there!

Emily F.

Yelp
Went during happy hour, and enjoyed the delicious Bloody Mary, and split happy hour items with my friends: meatballs, BYO pizza (bacon, goat cheese, and tomatoes), cheesy bread (which I wish came with more tomato sauce)and queso with Fritos. The meatballs were definitely my favorite! Services is prompt, and I liked that they had indoor and outdoor seating.

Markus H.

Yelp
this place never lets me down It's usually busy for a good reason I love the very simple fig and goat cheese pizza

Greg H.

Yelp
Lived in the area and have heard nothing but great things. It did not disappoint. Glad we leveraged the waitlist option in yelp to make for a pleasant wait and experience. If you like good tasting thin crust pizza you have found your place. It is also situated perfectly in downtown McKinney. We had the cheese bread and deviled eggs as appetizers and they did not disappoint. Not a huge fan of deviled eggs normally but put bacon, ranch, jalapeños and shoe string potatoes and you have my attention. The cheese bread was super good and gave us a preview of the goodness that was forthcoming. We had the people's choice pizza and it was like everything good in a pizza and nachos. It was not like anything I had before. Our second pizza was the Boss Hogg. Had a little spicy marinara and then all the pork meats you would expect. We loved our food and experience. They were setting up for live music as we left around 9pm.

Michael D.

Yelp
Been anxious to try Cadillac Pizza for awhile and took advantage of the opportunity Friday afternoon. Historic McKinney Square building. Nice accommodating atmosphere. We couldn't settle on just one pizza so our server suggested Half Goat & Fig, Half Bees Knees, so we did. Jalapeños were very tasty with the bacon Crumbles and housemade Cilantro Ranch. Both of us thought the Goat & Fig was delicious with nice salty and sweet nuances. The Bees Knees was more my style, really enjoyed the heat. Very satisfied and we will be back. Maybe for the music as well.

Sara R.

Yelp
One of our family favorites! The pizza is soooo good, if you like thin crusts on the crisp side (which I do). I love the Bees Knees and the Meatball Hero, and honestly every pizza we've tried has been great. I will say, it's not that great if you order it for take-out. Once it gets home and it's not fresh and hot, it tastes kinda blah, ha. Usually, cold pizza isn't bad, but theirs is definitely not the same flavor as when it's fresh (oddly). The ambiance is fun, loud, and they have sports on the TVs. Weekend evenings they have live music, but it's TOO loud for us now that we take our son with us, too. Prices are decent. The wait time is BAD. Try to check in online to the waitlist at the very least (during usual busy hours like weekends), or you'll be waiting nearly 2 hours. Parking is rough, as the lot next door gets full fast. Need to find street parking in downtown McKinney, or park at one of the structures a few streets away. Service is hit or miss. Some servers are wonderful and go above and beyond, and some are almost non-existent and cold. :-D

Stephanie M.

Yelp
I really was looking for some brick oven pizza when I came across this wood oven pizza restaurant. When looking at the reviews, I saw they also had live music so I knew it would be a nice place to try out. There was about an hour wait but you can check in online ahead of time. Hands down, the food was amazing. All of it. The appetizers, the pizza, and the drinks. Please do yourself a favor and go treat yourself.

Melissa P.

Yelp
Yummy pizzas and love the thin crust. Very busy, especially on weekends so be prepared to wait. Inside is too loud for my preferences, so we prefer to dine outside. Pro tips: come by and get your name on the list and then go walk around downtown while waiting. You can also order half/half to try more than one kind.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
Best pizza in McKinney! We have been eating Cadillac pizza for years and we will continue to delight ourselves with this thin crust spectacular pizza. I love the Bianca pizza with bacon. Cozy inside, nice patio. Good local singers/music, love it!

Trent P.

Yelp
Probably the best pizza place in dfw. They could use a bigger restaurant since they are always packed!

Monique M.

Yelp
This is the best pizza place in McKinney! Most people think so too as they are busy busy. Food and environment is excellent. Service is good too. Give them a try

Steven S.

Yelp
The wife and I decided to check out Cadillac Pizza Pub in our quest to find great pizza in North Dallas. We went for lunch and the wait was not horrible which was great. The menu was nice as was the music. They were playing everything from Grunge to all genre hits in which I appreciated. We both decided to do the lunch combo with a pizza and a small house salad and it was the perfect amount of food. I did a supreme and it was a great thin pub pizza that was actually better than most places I have been to in North Dallas that serve thin pizza. Cadillac also does a lot of live music but didn't have it when we visited for lunch, but no worries as we will be back. It's in such a cute little area of downtown McKinney and we love the area. Staff were great as well. Also a nice place to watch some sports games on TV. Can't wait to return!

Wes S.

Yelp
The pizza was good. Nice place to hang out an have a drinks, the staff is friendly and takes care of you

Jess L.

Yelp
If the wait wasn't absolutely the worst all the time this place couldn't be more perfect, but it's not their fault they're food is so no old and the atmosphere and beer selection are amazing. Despite the absolute flood of impatient customers the staff stays friendly and works through it all impressively and it's WORTH THE WAIT!

Kendall J.

Yelp
Amazing quality pizza ! Highly recommend trying it for yourself. It was made to order and served up quick! Ambiance was nice although slightly crowded but that is expected at a popular pizza joint.

Kris F.

Yelp
We had a buffalo chicken sandwich and salad with two amazing drinks. The food was amazing! The ranch dressing was very good.

Diana M.

Yelp
My favorite pizza . I love their specialty pizzas, one of my favorites is "Bees Knees". The best part is that the crust is thin and has a little crunch. I've had their salads and chicken wings and they are super yummy. And what's awesome is they have love music on the weekends. Everyone there is nice and efficient.

Mark R.

Yelp
Ordered take-out from Cadillac and they were prompt to answer, order taken accurately and produced on estimated time stated. Ordered the Supreme and Jalapeño Blues. Had them cut the pizza in squares versus triangles and they obliged. The pizza was good with quality toppings but we are still looking for that North Texas pizzeria that can produce a Chicago pizza, crust is just not what I'm use to. The stuffed jalapeños were properly prepared and very tasty. The restaurant was nice and active, large drink menu board on the wall for patrons. Looked like fun but noisy.

Deah T.

Yelp
Pizza is always amazing and love the Caesar Salad. Best appetizer is cheese dip and Fritos!

Nancy D.

Yelp
Thank you for your response. I want to return soon! My son will be bringing me. He loves eating there too!

Amanda R.

Yelp
I have never had anything bad at Cadillac pizza. I met my friend here Friday night and the only downside was the wait because they are a first come first serve restaurant, but that was okay. We went across the street to The Garage and grabbed a drink while we waited. The estimated wait at 5:30 was 45 minutes, but it didn't take that long. My friend ordered a pizza that wasn't on their menu and it was amazing! I wish I knew the name of it. It had bbq sauce, chicken, peppers cheese, etc. normally I'm not a fan of bbq pizza, but this one was SO good. Old fashioned was made right, too. They have a great lunch special if you don't want to deal with the dinner rush. Personal pizza, salad, and drink for $13..(inflation)...used to be cheaper, but still a great deal!

Gary P.

Yelp
Amazing people and awesome customer service. The pizza is amazing butttttt the wings are super yummy. Will definitely go back many more times.

Hulk V.

Yelp
If you can get in, it's a great place to eat! Great place to take visitors new to the square. Cracker thin crust. GLUTEN FREE and CAULIFLOWER crusts available!

Kelli B.

Yelp
Great casual pizza hang out - either indoors or outside. If you are in downtown McKinney go and check them out. Tip: get in the waitlist so you can get in faster

Cindy C.

Yelp
I wanted GOOD pizza tonight and I got it! Meatball app was delicious. The Caesar was great and big enough to share. I got the Classic Caddy and my son got the Chicken Bacon Boom Boom. I don't eat much pork and always hesitate to get chicken on pizza because it's usually dried out. Cadillac is doing it right! No dry chicken on either pizza. If you are a pork eater my hubs got the All-American and if I was a pork eater I'd eat the whole thing! Not the best photo because I had already eat half but it was so good! Good service and a great beer (8-Track by Real Ale out of Blanco, Texas), too.

Rob H.

Yelp
I've been here several times and the pizza is always great! The waitstaff is attentive and gets everything to us quickly. It's an old building in downtown McKinney and fits in with everything you'd expect in the historic district.

Keven U.

Yelp
This is a regular go to spot for my family when we want to have a drink and a great bite of pizza. The food is always fantastic, the place is busy but the service is good once you get seated. Has a great outdoor area to relax and eat when it's not too hot. Wide variety of cocktails and beer. It's a solid Friday night dinner spot.

Rachel R.

Yelp
Food was decent. Went in on a busy evening but only waited about 15 min for a high top for two. Ordered an appetizer and a pizza but got both at the same time because the kitchen was slow to get out the appetizer. The waitress comped our appetizer but service was almost nonexistent besides our water being filled up a few times.

Robin P.

Yelp
Went there twice for lunch this past month and probably won't go back. Good things about this place; great old town atmosphere, friendly staff and a wide variety of pizza choices. The reasons I wouldn't go back was the pizza and the price of beer. It it normal to pay $11 for a tall draft? As for the pizza, I tried the Boss Hog, too bold & salty. On the second occasion, I got the Supreme. Nothing special, tasted like a frozen pizza. I got heart burn from both pizzas. If you're a huge pizza fan and have pretty low standards, this place is great! If you're used to NYC quality, you'll probably be disappointed like I was.

Julie U.

Yelp
Our favorite pizza joint in McKinney. Just walking in the door can put a smile on your face. The smell of pizza and families laughing filling the air. The food is consistent, they offer GF, the service is great. We love it

Talton C.

Yelp
Moved the the area a year ago and this place is on our menu at least twice a month. We LOVE Cadillac. Don't forget to ask the server about the people's pizza we have found some of our favorites this way. Also, the hummus is the best appetizer.

Petey P.

Yelp
Every time I'm in town I stop by here for dinner. I love this place. There are a small few issues if you are vegetarian. However, overall experience is wonderful.

Natasha H.

Yelp
I was so happy to be back here. It has been a long while since we came to dine here. We started with their bread and a salad. Their bread is the best! We ordered it with salami and it was delicious!! I ordered their pear/spinach/feta salad with a vinaigrette and it was so fresh, flavorful and light yet satisfying. We ordered their all American meat pizza. The crust is very thin, which to my preference I would rather a bit thicker, but it was still amazing. The sauce/cheese combo was very well distributed and it was packed with meat. So good! The service was excellent even after it started getting busy. They seem to have a very organized work routine. If this place was closer to me it would totally be our Sunday pizza joint. I can't wait to go back soon.

Marcus A.

Yelp
Really good service and the pizza is great! Good vibes for a weekend. Gets pretty busy though so you will wait most weekends.
