I had a disappointing experience. Since there were no outdoor tables available, we sat inside. As soon as some guests left, I asked the waiter if we could move outside, and he agreed. However, just a few minutes later, another group arrived, and we were told the table was actually reserved.
There is no mention anywhere on the website or in the restaurant that outdoor tables can be reserved. This left me questioning whether the table was truly reserved before we asked, or if we were simply deprioritized when another party arrived.
Transparency in policies is important — especially if reservations are accepted. At the very least, this should be made clear online or on site. The service otherwise was polite, but the inconsistency made the experience feel unfair and uncomfortable.
