"After Richer and 52 Faubourg, Charles Compagnon, restaurant owner, sommelier and coffee roaster, strikes again! This cafe offers an extensive menu ranging from nibbles to share to home-made ices. The original, deftly crafted recipes feature a modern bistro slant, depicted by market-fresh starters and succulent loin of pork. Heart-warming, authentic comfort food." - Michelin Inspector

These Paris Restaurants Prove That There's Something New-School In an Old-School City | Bon Appétit

"Here it’s all about yakitori and...pasta! The Japanese-style counter seating encourages you to focus on the food in front of you—in this case, binchotan-grilled skewers of poultry, fish, and vegetables—each of which has its own brilliant flourish." - ByChristine Muhlke

The place is spacious and light. Service is nice and friendly, very professional. Food portions are rather small, a true Parisian style. We ordered steak and it was very good, juicy and delicious. The place is great for romantic meal and also to get together with friends - there were several big groups during the lunch when we were there. Wine selection is great. The place is a little pricey though. But I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a traditional French cuisine with a modern twist.

Fantastic menu. The chefs know how to be creative with both flavors and presentation. Good sizes too. One thing I missed compared to other high-quality restaurant is a more thorough presentation of the dish, as well as ”fuller” information upon asking about each dish (before ordering).

Amazon food with great service. The boss is very welcoming and serves an excellent house wine. The chocolate mousse is incredible! Perfect quality price in a trendy neighborhood. I will be back shortly

Amazing food in a quiet side street of Paris. The servers were very efficient even though it was a very busy evening for them and so polite. They also spoke English too. I had the Gnochi dish which was very tasty and my daughter the steak. Both were very good. The desserts were were more than amazing. Highly recommend this lovely little place.

A local friend brought us to this restaurant. The food is gracefully done. You can tell that the chef really wanted to preserve the original taste of the materials. The room was quaint and cozy. It was a really wonderful night.

This was a lovely Cafe I visited in Paris, the staff were very friendly and they spoke Engish and had English menus. The food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised the size of the portions for the appetisers. Overall, I had a great time dinning here.

Different options in the menu but mostly fish or vegetarian. The beets with duck as an appetizer were tasty and the main dish with fish, shrimp, and green sauce was very nice. The duck as main dish lacked a bit of flavor. Nice bread and blue cheese. Great wine menu. Had a very nice 2010 French bio wine. The venue was big but cozy. Good service.
