Café Crêpes! A crêpes life does not begin at ordering, but once the batter hits the flattop grill. It was a rainy day, so the atmosphere was perfect for a delicious, hot crêpe. We ordered a hot drip, an oat milk latte, a double smoked salmon with spinach and a crepes suzette. We waited about an hour and thirty minutes for the crepes, double the stated wait time. My wife began to grumble: "these better be the best crepes of my life." And after the lifespan and quick, yummy, death of our brunch-turned-lunch, I can confirm that in fact, they were.
The staff is great. I watched the attention and care they placed. I think it didn't help that two people before our party seemed to have ordered a dozen or so crepes to go and there are only three skillets. I'm just saying, I can see how they can get backed up, so prepare to lounge or wait and it won't be too bad (we walked to the village and back). I hope they are successful enough to grow and get more crepe grills. I understand the wait, but double time is a bit over. I also love the outdoor aspect of this. Just grab a breakfast before you hit the slopes, cause it's outdoor seating, but still nice.
The food was delicious and all worth the wait at the end of the day. I love a savory crepe and this was also my first crepe suzette.

Recommends: Double Smoked Salmon with spinach, and the crêpes suzette
Notes: there's a small parking lot, so if you're there on a cold day, you might want to wait in your car. Just know that you're in mountain time, so don't let the rush get to you, enjoy your break, and savor. Your patience will be rewarded.
