"Sometimes you want a fun little drink and alcohol is kind of besides the point. Ghia feels like a cool aperitif but with zero ABV. Add it to seltzer for a spritzy situation that you can still sip during the workday (or just drink the cans straight)." - Bettina Makalintal

"Described as a “nonalcoholic aperitif,” Ghia is definitely for grown-ups. The brand’s canned option, Le Spritz, is available in a slew of interesting flavors, including sumac & chili and lime with salt. The classic Ghia soda is a balanced and nuanced combination of flavors like elderflower, lemon balm extract, and riesling grape juice, and the ginger kicks things up with a hint of spicy zing." - Amy McCarthy

Cozy spot and the food is tasty. Going with a group larger than 5 is tough as only one area seats that many. I had their Mac and cheese and added their vegan sausage link. Amazing. Their grilled cheese and soup left much to be desired where flavor is concerned. My girlfriend and I wound up trading dishes because she wasn't the biggest fan. My Mac & Cheese, the Breakfast Brioche Sandwich, the Ranchero Benedict and the Seasonal Omelette all made up for it. Also, grab a cocktail or two. Their Bloody Mary's are just right.

Café Ghia is a neighborhood staple because of its brunch-only hours and tasty food. The vegan brownie was a yummy sweet treat. We tried the potato bowl loaded with every fill in, the ranchero Benedict and the breakfast burrito. All were deliciously filling. Worth the stop, and even better if you can go on a weekday to avoid the long weekend wait.

The food was pretty and came at a fairly large portion. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict dish. Potato bowl is a bit of a heavy dish. The vegan scramble was mediocre; my party of 4 agreed that the sauce was not very good and that the plate paled in comparison to the others. Spaces are a little tight, and the restaurant was overall small. With a decent brunch menu, there's also about a 45 minute to a 1.5 hour wait. Service was nice, but the servers definitely rushed us out. Bottomless coffee was a plus, and the restaurant serves Kobrick coffee.

Waffles are great. Their syrup is really good. Waffles are worth the bucks. They do have pricey items. Drinks are a bit watered down.

One of my favorite places to go for brunch. I love the vegan scramble, with an egg and cheddar! Also the cinnamon and sugar butter is great on toast. Really really delicious. There can be a wait, so you might have to put your number down and go for a walk.

I've found myself here a couple times in the last week and a half. The grilled cheese was perfect, I added the jalapenos and loved the spice. Yesterday I had the small kale salad and that had all the elements of a salad I enjoy. This is a great local place!

Is this the coolest looking place for Brunch in Bushwick? No. Is it the best? Maybe. The food is delicious, the ingredients fresh, the portions are generous, the prices fair, the wait is not bad and the service is friendly. What more could you ask for? If going with a group Ghia is the sure-fire bet where no one will be disapointed and everyone will leave full and happy. Particularly recommend the Burger, the Vegan scramble, the waffles (which change weekly), the bloody Mary.

This cash-only spot won't set you back too much during brunch. Wonderful vegetarian and vegan options, very bright and spacious, and hardly ever a wait. During the week, it's empty, so bring your laptop, have a snack, and spend the afternoon working. The bartender won't bother you unless you need a refill.
