This place is fantastic. Some of the signage feels a bit aggressive - but I get that they're trying to create a positive atmosphere and vibe (I'd just prefer less in-your-face, maybe kinda antagonistic, signage to create that atmosphere - it probably seems a bit hostile to some people, who have mentioned it in their reviews). The music theme is fun. You can tell a lot of thought and intentionality went into making this space beautiful and enjoyable. I loved all the music that was playing. Anyone who loves music, especially older rock or blues type music, I think would like this place. I met up with coworkers here and we had a lovely tea / breakfast before carpooling to a meeting further away. The parking lot was good for that, and we returned to the other cars later. The tea tray was epic. See it in the pics.

I used to come to this place for years. It started with good coffee, excellent acai berry, and very inviting atmosphere. Over time, the coffee became generic, food items became smaller, more expensive, and average quality, and atmosphere became intolerable. I fully support business having the rights to ask customers to leave for taking up space too much for too long, to allow other customers to use the place. But, the 90 minutes seating policy and no laptops or tablets makes this place like MVA. If this place were a diner, I would understand, but the place is a cafe. Designating the majority of space as “unplugged zones” makes no longer possible enjoying the coffee while having a thoughtful moment or two under 90 minutes.

The honey strawberry waffle and jasmine tea were good. They put salted cheese on the waffle, but it tasted a little bit weird for me. I personally recommend that it should be whipped cream. Overall, it was very good.

Cafe June is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a truly lovely ambiance. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What really sets Cafe June apart is their fantastic vinyl collection. Browsing through their records is a treat in itself, and the music adds such a cool and unique vibe to the cafe. I also adored the charming vine plants that added a touch of natural beauty to the space. And let's not forget the essentials – the coffee and cakes! Cafe June boasts a really nice selection of both. The coffee was delicious and expertly made, and the cakes looked absolutely tempting (and tasted even better!). If you're looking for a cafe with character, great taste in music, beautiful surroundings, and delicious treats, look no further than Cafe June. I highly recommend it!

Lovely cafe with food, desserts, coffee and even smoothies. The menu is surprisingly large for how small the kitchen looks. The ladies (who are super kind and good at customer service) behind the counter really try to work fast to get your order out. Everything is made to order. Sandwiches, waffles, bowls, breakfast burritos are all some of the things on the food menu. Best item by far is the pistachio latte. It comes iced with this amazing sweet pistachio foam on top. Pistachio bits on top of that. It is my favorite coffee drink from anywhere. Chipotle burrito was very good. Thought it looked small at first but it’s filled! Egg, turkey bacon, hash brown, cheese, tomatoes and grilled onions. The onions really turn it up and make it very savory. They also have these mini cakes in the display case - we tried the mango one. It was SO good! The cream icing was mixed with fresh mango in some layers. For 7.99 I think it was a really good price for what you get. The cafe itself is also so cute, clean and has a cool vibe. You want to sit there and drink coffee or do work. Every time we are traveling to ellicott city we make sure to stop in. Recommended.

Google
Cafe June is a hidden yet popular gem in Ellicott City. The cafe has a wooden and natural vibe, somewhere teleworkers may feel comfortable setting up their laptop. Parking in the small lot out front and finding a table will be difficult during busy hours but there's more parking nearby. We found a shared table near a woman with her laptop and it was perfectly comfortable, you won't feel squished. There are signs politely requesting that guests limit their stay to a very generous 90 minutes so other customers may have seating. We spent $35 for a large sweet cream cold brew, large dark chocolate frappe, pesto sunrise sandwich and the tomato basil soup with three slim baguettes. The drinks were very, very tasty and quickly made. The cold brew was especially good and the frappe was decadent, similar to a smoothie. The sandwich and tomato soup, although tasty, were smaller portions for the price, however it's Ellicott City and the higher price is expected considering the area. I wish I saw a grilled cheese on the menu, perhaps I missed it but that plus some salad options would be nice additions. The small portions and price are why I gave 4 stars overall. If the portions were slightly larger or the costs were a little less this would be 5 stars easily. The staff we interacted with were all very kind and quick. The establishment is clean, comfortable and many food/drink options for all diets. We sincerely look forward to returning to Cafe June!

I’ve been craving a place outside my home where I could have some me time. A cozy spot to read a good book, write, and unwind. I never knew this coffee shop existed in my own town! The other day, I decided to check it out and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a relaxed, lightly lit cafe with plenty of seating. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time, I wasn’t familiar with the menu. I asked if they served London fog tea, and they said no. But they didn’t mind meeting my simple request. Tthey handed me a number and directed me to a nice table. I settled in and got lost in a book. They brought me my tea and all the fixings to make it just the way I liked it. The cafe exudes a peaceful and positive energy. It felt like a place away from home, even on my first visit. I think I’ve found my escape spot, a place to get lost in my thoughts or a really good book. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service and the amazing atmosphere you’ve created for the community. I’ve already recommended this place to several friends who have been searching for something similar. In summary, this cafe offers amazing coffee, an amazing atmosphere, and amazing customer experience .

Yelp
We had to make a pit stop in Ellicott City and I was craving for some coffee. This place popped up in my search and I saw this place on IG a couple of times on my feed. We arrived around late morning. Very packed! Customer service was on par despite it being so busy! I just ordered the honey strawberry waffle and a drip coffee. Really good! I love the vibe of this cafe! Felt very homey and a great place to chat with a friend. I really recommend this spot!

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop with tons of options and very friendly staff. There are cold and hot beverages to pick from, as well as smoothies and bakery options. They also sell beans to take home. Ordered an Americano and sweet cream cold brew. Both were good. This place has lots of work options if need a nice spot to perch for working or studying. Prices are a little high, but supporting a local business. Again, super friendly people that work there.
google avatar

Casper C.

Yelp
Not a bad spot if you want to study or hang out with friends. The ambience here is very cozy, with a theme of old 80s and 70s music. Tables near the entrance are for conversing and do not allow laptops. The study/laptop tables are further in the back. There is a variety of pastries and lunch items you can order, as well as coffee and other sweet drinks. Unfortunately nothing I had was really anything to write home about. The Pistachio latte I got was too creamy, thick, and sweet...not to my liking at all. I got a wrap from them in the past and it was pretty bland too. Honestly giving it 3 stars because of the ambience and decent service. Beyond that, I wouldn't order any food or drinks here.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Love the ambiance here. Think coffee shop meets old record store. Great place to work at on remote days. Definitely enjoyed the pistachio latte. The breakfasts were simple and arranged to be visually appealing. Service was great, we were greeted upon arrival, when food was served asked if we needed anything else and provided suggestions for the baked treats workers regularly enjoyed if we wanted to consider giving those a try.
google avatar

Charlie H.

Yelp
Wonderful cozy charming place! Tried Pistachio latte and waffle desert. I think cafe june is only place that serve this menu. Reminds me of Korea trip. Definitely will come back soon.

Yelp
A great spot for breakfast or a quick lunch! Visited Cafe June today for lunch and got the White Chocolate Frappe & California Caprese Sandwich. The frappe was so refreshing and sweet, just the way I wanted. The sandwich was super fresh, loved it. My husband had the pistachio latte and avocado toast; he loved both. We also shared a strawberry cake which was a nice finish to our meal.
google avatar

Clara K.

Yelp
This is one of the best cafe in HOCO. They don't have much selection of pastries like Tous Le jour but their specialized coffee, tea, affocado and croffles are amazing. Inside is decorated with retro vibe and gives you that NY cafe feeling. Service is always pleasant.
google avatar

Yelp
Cafe June is a cute little spot to sip your coffee, grab a bite, and get some work done. I can definitely see myself coming back here again. The barista was very kind and accommodating! I got a double espresso shot with their sweet cream and asked for the crushed pistachio nuts on top. She gladly put in my customized order without an issue. I also got their Salted Vanilla Cold Brew ($5.99). I am not sure what kind of coffee beans they use, but it was really good. They serve breakfast food items from 7 AM to 12 PM and lunch items from 7 AM to 4 PM. They also have a showcase of baked goods as well. In addition to coffee, they also serve tea and fruit smoothies. I came here around noon and it was pretty packed. They have a 90 minute seating limit to accommodate other customers. The wall decor had covers of vinyl records hanging around too. A lot of people in the cafe were on their laptops. They have plenty of parking and outdoor seating as well.
google avatar

Laura L.

Yelp
Perfect place to enjoy a coffee, my favorite drink is the cafe pieno, strong espresso with a dot of sweet cream. They offer a nice variety of other coffee drinks, teas, and pastries. The sunrise pesto and soup make a filling lunch. The waffles smell amazing but I haven't tried one yet. Seating can be limited. Some tables have 90 min max., but it doesn't seem to be enforced, if it's busy, I limit my stay. Staff is kind and helpful. The communal table in the front is often taken by students. They recently added two benches with cup holders for outdoor enjoyment. This is a wonderful neighborhood cafe!
google avatar

Rebecca N.

Yelp
5/5 ambiance (though it's usually really busy), 3.5/5 food & drinks, 3/5 service. Great place to study/hang out, but everything we tried was nothing special - egg in BLT, sandwich, cake slice, matcha frappe, & Einspanner. Was disappointed by the Einspanner when I initially tried it - somehow it tasted better 2-3 hours later. Never had that happen before! This is the only cafes in the area with Einspanners, however, so I'd get it again if I was in the area.

Yelp
This cozy and always crowded cafe is a hit with my family. There is seating but make sure you order first before taking a seat. The staff is happy to help you if you have any questions and the food comes out quickly. My family ordered the honey strawberry oat and quinoa waffle, the blueberry yogurt cake, the chocolate cake, cafe pieno, and the einspanner. The star of the food was the honey strawberry oat quinoa waffle. It had a wonderful crisp to it and the flavors danced around my mouth like hearing a great song from my past. It was amazing! The other food was just ok. The blueberry yogurt cake was zero tangy and the chocolate cake was dry but that's excepted when the cake is pre sliced. My wife annoyed her einspanner and my cafe pieno was a perfect drink to eat the meal.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been back a few times recently, and they consistently serve great drinks and food. Their pistachio latte, signature cream foam latte and wafffles are amazing! I love that their waffles are gluten free, made of quinoa and oats. It takes delicious, and put together so beautifully. I'll be back soon.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the BEST cafe in Ellicott City! I love their matcha latte! I've tried many of their pastries and they never miss. Their croffle is also really good. They tend to be really busy on the weekends so you should check it out on the week days if possible :) The ambiance is really chill and I love the decor. It feels so cozy inside and it's the perfect place to study or catch up with friends.
google avatar

Theron M.

Yelp
Cafe June just has a great atmosphere. The decor adds to the vibe. It is a bit hipster. But new and fresh. The food was excellent. I had a bacon, Egg and cheese croissant with a cup of coffee. My breakfast date had the same with vanilla chai. All were very good and worth another trip soon. They do have 90 minute time limit for the Wifi squatters who want to camp out and telework.
google avatar

Parisa A.

Yelp
I stopped here while traveling for a matcha and some sweets. The mango cake was delicious but more on the creamy side. I wasn't a huge fan of their matcha as it didn't have the taste I was hoping for. However, they were quick to giving me my order and were nice!
google avatar

Yelp
İ like the place! Only thing is far for me. Ambience and the service was good. Cafe taste was also Good. There is 90 minute limite because it's pretty busy place. I wanna try other things from the menu

Yelp
The atmosphere is lively and loud. Two of us came at 10:45 on a Saturday and it was packed. We ordered the Croffle platter, a Croffle with ice cream and a chai to dine in. The chai was delivered first in a paper cup, I thought it would have been delivered in a mug with nice presentation of the foam but no, the worst part is that it was not very tasty. It was quite bland and disappointing. Next, the dessert Croffle was presented nicely and was very good and tasty. My disappointment was that the Croffle platter came out a good 10 minutes later. Not sure why both weren't brought out at the same time so we could eat together. By the time the platter came out the dessert Croffle was gone and cleared by the runner who brought the platter out. A little weird if you ask me. The platter consisted of a Croffle with syrup, scrambled eggs, has brown, bacon and salad. The Croffle and the bacon were the highlight. The salad dressing was very good and the greens were fresh. The eggs were meh. The place is very popular and all the dishes coming out looked good. I'm not writing this place off and hope to try it again, maybe for a lunch sandwich. The selections look interesting and delicious. TBD I was v

Yelp
Great coffee some of the best in the area. Service is also great! My only complaint is the owner is on a power trip, he's constantly checking receipts and making sure you don't stay past your 90 minute limit even if there are multiple open tables. While I understand this rule being enforced when it is packed, it isn't the greatest when you are getting yelled for not ordering something right away and being there for a while.

Yelp
I can't recall ever actually writing a review for a business, but I feel a strong need to with Cafe June. Every time I get my iced latte with oat milk and hop in the car, I take a sip and then shout at the top of my lungs, "NOBODY DOES IT BETTER!!!" It's become a slogan for me and my girlfriend, and it's 100% true. It baffles me that out of all the coffee I've had in the world, the best spot is 5 minutes from my home at Cafe June. Besides the amazing coffee, the staff is always super friendly and accommodating, the vibes are cool, musical, and vintagey with records on display and beautiful plants spread around, and the food is exceptional (highly recommend their dessert waffle). This place is always packed and there's a dang good reason--because simply, no one does it better.
google avatar

Maya B.

Yelp
I liked my croissant and smoothie but overall, I might suggest visiting on a weekday. I went on a Saturday and the line was to the door and there was a 90 minute limit on the tables. There's also free parking but again it was super busy!

Victoria W.

Yelp
They have a few tables awkwardly situated in the middle of the restaurant. We ordered drinks and the minute I opened my laptop a gentleman came up to me and told me I couldn't use my laptop at that table. We were told to move to a high top table near the window. It's 40 degrees outside. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn't police where you sit and what you do as a customer. It's not like we didn't spend money on their drinks. Won't be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful experience trying Rice Table in an intimate atmosphere! Our waitress Setja was very attentive and engaged us in great conversation !

Yelp
We recently bought the Maryland cafe passport to learn about new coffee places near us. We went to cafe June long ago and were not fans. We thought we'd give it another try and soooo glad we did. The waffle blew our minds and the coffee was so good, husband got 2. We will definitely be going back.
google avatar

Peanut B.

Yelp
This cafe is underrated. Their signature espresso cream latte is so good. The vibe here reminds me of cafes in Korea.
google avatar

Michele C.

Yelp
I forgot that I bookmarked Cafe June, so when I checked the area for coffee options I decided this was a sign to give it a try. When I walked in the very full dining room was a bit off putting but luckily I located a seat at the window counter. I reviewed the menu from the car so I had an idea of what I might want to try. However, it was the sign on the door for a pistachio latte that immediately grabbed my attention. The latte along with the croffle was what I ordered. Both arrived quickly and were sweet and thiiicckk! I was able to finish the croissant/waffle combination but the latte had to be saved for a later time when the ice could dilute the flavors/consistency. I do plan to revisit and try other items as this seems like a great place to enjoy breakfast and brunch items on lazy weekends.
google avatar

Faith A.

Yelp
wanted an iced latte and wanted to try something local. once you opened the door, you were greeted with the cutest little cafe. the line was not long at all and we were greeted immediately. i decided to try a plain iced latte out to get a feel for their espresso. after tip, it was about $6.50 for a 12oz iced latte with whole milk. a little pricey. but after taking a sip, i was so happy i got it. the espresso is rich and almost sweet on its own. there were a lot of people in there and it was super homey. if i lived close, id definitely spend some time with friends in here. look forward to my next visit!
google avatar

Katelyn W.

Yelp
Very busy spot, my mom and I were lucky to grab a table when we got there! The drinks were much sweeter than I expected -- so ask for less sugar! I got an iced caramel latte and my mom got the pistachio latte. Both veryyy sweet. The croffle was also pretty sweet, but good nontheless! I liked the ice cream and blueberry mix.
google avatar

Madison P.

Yelp
Overall: Cute cafe with working vibes, super kind staff, instagramable food, fancy teas, and single stall restrooms I brought my little one here for a tea party. The staff was so kind and accommodating when I asked for things to accommodate for the fact that I'm pregnant and my son is young. All of their decaf teas do have hibiscus- something to note for pregnant ladies. I feel like this would be a great quiet date spot or spot to work. The waffle looked better than it tasted. There was a little too much peanut butter which made it hard to eat. And threw off the texture a bit.
google avatar

Ayinde A.

Yelp
I don't normal write reviews, but this place is incredible. My wife and I visited for the first time a few months ago and now we're hooked. Each time we've come the quality of the food and coffee has never dropped. I am very particular about customer service, Cafe June always surpasses my expectations in that department. The staff is welcoming, warm and very helpful. If you're a coffee lover, you won't regret spending some time here while sipping on a salted vanilla cold brew. The easiest 5 stars I'll ever give.
google avatar

Chris Y.

Yelp
I haven't tried their food yet, but I had a great time with their drinks! I've heard the sandwiches are great, so I'll definitely have to come back to try some. The cafe itself is very homey and nice inside. It does get pretty packed during their busier hours, but I'd say it's still a solid spot to get some work done!

steph C.

Yelp
Amazing cafe!!!' Their dessert is out of this place and their coffee is super good .best cafe in the area
google avatar

Judy C.

Yelp
Lovely cafe right in Ellicott City! The interior design themed around records and vintage music makes me feel very cozy and ready to get a lot of work done. You MUST try the croffle; it's such a sweet treat, with both crunchy and chewy textures and ice cream to top it off. I also tried the Einspãnner coffee, which had just the right amount of sweetness! I can definitely see myself coming back here to do work and treat myself to their AMAZING croffle.

Yelp
Cafe June is a relaxing cafe perfect for sipping tea and getting some work done. I highly recommend the smoothies and tea selection. Food: Today I ordered the sunny honeybush herbal tea. It has some crushed fresh fruit and agave nectar to add a hint of sweetness. It's refreshing and if you're in a rush you can grab it from the chilled display case pay and go! Service: The staff is friendly and knows the menu. If you order food, they will give you a number and deliver the order to your table. Ambiance: Warning: The aroma of freshly brewed coffee, tea, and waffles will tempt you to order more. The cafe has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There's plenty of seating, and outlets around the dining areas to plug in your laptop or charge your phone. You can sit and study for an hour and a half as long as you make a purchase. For a busy cafe, it's pretty quiet, they play classical music which drowns out the loud blender. Overall: #1 cafe is Ellicott City Great customer service Best tea selection The best atmosphere for studying Delicious sweet treats Family-friendly Plenty of parking

Yelp
Great location, nicely decorated cafe. The sandwiches are fresh and really good! There is a time limit for the back seating allowing others to enjoy the space. I love that it is toddler friendly too. Their latte is good as well.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite spots to go for some delicious and healthy breakfast / brunch & coffee. Modern rustic atmosphere, great music selection without being overly loud. Convenient parking. Staff are pleasant always have smile on their faces. Tables and chairs are mostly clean and pretty comfortable. Onsite restrooms x 2. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This place is adorable!!! I loved the inside vibes. I was passing through town and found this place on yelp and saw the egg BLT and that convinced me to come here. So good. I am not a sweet drink person but had to try this. It was obviously very very sweet but I liked it a lot. It tasted sweet and creamy and was perfect for after I finished my sandwich. Also very polite and patient people working here. good service!

John L.

Yelp
A coffee connoisseur cafe done halfway. Great atmosphere and coffee choices without the high quality food to match. I saw their high rating on Yelp and their menu which had pour-over coffee and interesting breakfast items. I saw no notice online that breakfast items are served only from 8 am to 11 am. You'll see that on their overhead menu when you get there. My wife and I looked at their other food choices. They were typical, nothing looked interesting. They have coffee beans from Coava Coffee Roasters and Pike Roastery. Coava Coffee Roasters is located in Portland, OR and Pike Roastery is located in Rockville, MD. We tried 2 types of coffee and 2 sandwiches. 1) Turkey Provolone Panini It was a heated sandwich with Ciabatta bread, turkey, provolone, fried onion, and mayonnaise. The bread was crisp on the exterior while soft and chewy on the inside. There was plenty of thin sliced turkey, but not enough cheese or onion to match it. The turkey had the flavor and texture of prepackaged processed sliced turkey from the grocery store. If they want to be upscale, this isn't it. Everything else was typical. Overall, the sandwich tasted alright. 2) Club Combo It was a double decker sandwich with white or wheat bread. It had ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato with Thousand Island, mayonnaise, or honey mustard. It was a great looking sandwich! Too bad the meat was all processed. They had the typical taste and texture of prepackaged deli meat. The bacon looked and tasted like precooked bacon. It was dry and crumbly with no oil. This type of bacon has to be the worst to use in a restaurant. It's for home use by people who can't cook. Everything else was typical. Overall, this tasted okay, but nothing special. 3) S.O. Blend pour-over coffee A medium roast coffee with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and a caramel essence. It was slightly burnt and bitter with a medium body. It only came in a 9 ounce size which was served in a glass coffee carafe. It's not a bad coffee, the flavor profile just didn't appeal to us. S.O. stands for select offerings. 4) Drip coffee A medium-bodied, medium roast coffee with no bitterness or burnt flavor. This tasted better than their pricey pour-over. The low acidity and milk chocolate note made it more appealing. It's a decent coffee that will appeal to most people. The service was relatively quick, polite, and helpful. Orders are taken at the counter and food is delivered to your table. The dining room had the ambiance of a modern coffee cafe with warm wood used throughout. The two restrooms were unisex and clean. There is a free parking lot in front with more parking behind the building. They have all the coffee drinks one would expect at a coffee shop along with a variety of coffee beans. The food tastes good enough, the atmosphere is better than Starbucks, and the prices are affordable. I see why locals hang out here and rate it so highly. They're worth a visit if you're in the area. 3 stars for the food and 5 stars for the coffee choices and ambiance.

Yelp
We loved this place! Great coffee, delicious food, casual and comfy atmosphere, and lovely service. We went everyday during our visit ... :)

Yelp
This café/coffee shop has a large menu, including seasonal favorites and there's so many things I want to try. Everything looks good. I had a great cappuccino and I tried one of the waffles, both were delicious. The service was fast and it was a pretty cozy and relaxing place. There is a lot of groups and pairs of people coming in for just desserts or for breakfast. I would definitely return. They also have a pistachio latte and a café pieno that looks really good and I want to try next time!

Yelp
The iced pistachio latte was SO good! The variety of pastries and breakfast items made it difficult to pick. Great ambiance and excellent service!

Yelp
Amazing best coffee I've had in Maryland (I'm from Boston so I'm very picky about my coffee)

Yelp
A cute cafe that's perfect for hanging w/ friends or studying! Very chill vibes for relaxing. Espresso Cream Latte 10/10 - every sip was creamy, smooth, and milky - sweet, just the way I like it! - reminded me of a tiramisu drink except way better I wish I could've tried their food, but I came towards closing time. I'll be back to try something! I'm eyeing their acaí bowl, croffle, or waffle! Service was friendly and quick!

Desiree R.

Yelp
I would say this is my favorite cafe in Elliott city - perfect working space with a lot of outlets - cute decor and good music - great service , all the employees are extremely kind - delicious variety of food and drinks My favorite breakfast sandwich is the pesto sunrise. For something that appears to be really simple, it's packed with a ton of flavor. The dill pickle pairs really well with the sandwich. I have to resist the urge of purchasing it every time I come here. I highly recommend trying it! If you have a sweet tooth but are in need of some caffeine, the espresso cream is a great option. It's served cold and extremely creamy (hence the name). My favorite dessert is the croffle. It's basically a croissant waffle. It's buttery and not too sweet, the icecream is a nice addition. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu.
google avatar

Dawn E.

Yelp
This appears to be a happening place! If I were rating the customers I would have to use fewer stars... however, the service here was very attentive and kind. They switched our order to carry out with an abundance of apologies when we noticed there was no seating available for the three of us. But let's get to the real items of interest... the food! We ordered the Acai Bowl, peanut butter bowl, Pesto Sunrise, Peanut Butter Banana Waffle, Ethiopian Guji, and Matcha Latte. The coffee was the best I have had in a long time. The matcha latte was not overly sweet. Everything was great; I wouldn't change a thing. If you are looking for healthier fare and a place with a warm, inviting atmosphere, check it out! FYI - There is outdoor seating available if you don't beat the young patrons who save space for friends who show up 30 minutes later.

Yelp
I came to do some studying, have some caffeine and a light meal. Went on a Saturday mid morning. It was the weekend, so it's understandable that it was a little nosier and crowded than usual. Most seats were taken, but I was able to snag a corner table in the back. I think during the week, more people would go to study or work in the cafe. Ordered the Lavender Teaspresso. It was... an interesting flavor. Not bad, but too flowery for me. Would not try it again, but I'm curious about the other drinks. Not pictured is the Peanut Butter & Banana Waffle. The portion was larger than I expected. Very tasty and recommended to eat while you're there.

Yelp
We had breakfast, and the coffee is so good(I had hazelnut latte ). My sister had the waffles with berries and banana. And I had rainbow avocado toast. So good!!!

Yelp
Cafe June is in my top 10 Ellicott City coffee shops. All of their drinks taste amazing and can be so creative. I love the use of condensed milk in some of their recipes, just be warned that those particular drinks will be incrediblyyyy sweet. The protein waffle is a killer breakfast/brunch item. She's thick and she's covered with a cream cheese frosting -- which I'm not mad about. If you don't have a sweet tooth I would probably pivot to a breakfast sandwich but I'll go back for that waffle every time. This is a hot spot for student to study so seating can get limited but the turnover rate is pretty consistent and I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a table. Definitely check this place out!

Yelp
This is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a perfectly crafted espresso beverage. Despite having a relatively large dining area, seats are sometimes hard to grab. I recommend having someone grab an open table while you order if possible. The breakfast, lunch and deserts here are pretty decent too. The design has some charm and the noise level is actually pretty low even when full. They do have signs asking you to limit your visit to 90 minutes.

Yelp
I've been meaning to try Cafe June, and it was DELICIOUS! Cute little cafe for a nice brunch date. Plenty of seating to chill, eat, or get some work done while enjoying a meal. We ordered the following: -Drinks: Espresso Cream Latte (one of their signature drinks - so good!! It tastes just like a blended tiramisu in a cup) & a cappuccino -Hot: Pesto Sunrise (basil pesto, bacon, onion, Swiss cheese, and tomato on an open croissant). This was bomb, so I highly recommend! -Cold: Honey Strawberry Waffle. Strawberries, honey, dark chocolate, house made whipped cream on their quinoa & oat waffle (it's gluten free). My husband enjoyed it! -Dessert: pistachio & coffee macarons Friendly staff. Highly recommend this cafe!
