"Starting in April, Sean Brock is opening up the kitchen and lab at June on select Wednesday nights for cooking classes; each class will walk through how to prepare a three-course meal from start to finish in the June kitchen followed by an in-depth tour of the lab, after which guests will get to enjoy the results in Brock’s private library. Each class will feature new dishes and can be accompanied by a wine or zero-proof pairing for an additional cost; the first class is April 3 at 5:30 p.m. and costs $250 per person." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
