"Starting in April, Sean Brock is opening up the kitchen and lab at June on select Wednesday nights for cooking classes; each class will walk through how to prepare a three-course meal from start to finish in the June kitchen followed by an in-depth tour of the lab, after which guests will get to enjoy the results in Brock’s private library.
