"“Cafe Kitsune is the other place that I absolutely wear out for an interview. They do an awesome oat milk matcha latte which is basically the only reason I go. They also have baked goods. And last time I was there, they had a gluten-free something that felt Japanese-leaning. But there's this local collaboration—I don't know the baker, but it's someone nearby who bakes the stuff out of their kitchen and brings it. They have really, really friendly staff. It's always packed. There's always dogs out front. And it's such a cute spot too. They've got a bar space where they do DJ sets and stuff. A girl that I went to school with who also lives in New York, she spins there all the time. I don't even know how you get in. Like it's somehow super exclusive—like, exclusive.
