Café Kitsuné - Belgravia

The front of the café looks nice, small but inviting, with a good-looking bakery display. But once you order, you have to walk around to the back to collect your drink, and that’s where it goes downhill. The back area was messy, tables were dirty, and the whole space felt neglected. There’s no table service out there, and it really ruins the atmosphere after seeing how tidy the front looks. I had a carrot cake and a coffee — both were fine, nothing special. The bakery staff were pleasant, but the overall setup just didn’t feel worth it. The back seating area honestly felt more like a dumping spot than a café. I wouldn’t come back. The coffee, the food, and the experience were all just okay, but not enough to make me want to return.

Cafe Kitsune is a small shop front with the front of the shop were you place your order, they have many options of drinks including matcha, latte, coffee etc both hot and cold drink options and a variety of pastries and sandwiches. I ordered the cold strawberry matcha latte and it had a strong chlorophyll matcha taste of good quality perfectly balanced with the sweetness from the berry and creaminess of the milk - delicious. The service was quick as soon as we ordered I waited around 1 minute for the drink and my friend who ordered a coffee about 30 seconds longer - the collection window is around the back in a seating and garden square it's relaxing and feels like a step out of the busy bustling of the city The atmosphere was chic and cool however the bin in the elevated seating garden area was over filled in the morning which is a credit of how busy and good the drinks are however would need some attention to avoid spilling out if anymore filled

Cafe Kitsuné in Belgravia is my absolute morning essential! Their coffee ☕️ is consistently amazing 🤩, rich, perfectly brewed, & just the right kick to start the day. I come here every morning before work, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a lovely coffee shop in a great location! All the staff are lovely, and super professional. If you can catch their seasonal special, the mango matcha dessert, give it a try!

The tiny front of the shop is very small with bakery cabinet which all looked good. Except to get your drink, you had to leave again and collect your drink from the back. And out back is like this general area. The actual place to pick up your drink was a mess and a bit of a turn off after seeing how nice there front was. There is a dedicated back area for seating up some stairs on the left. But when I got there, there was also trash on every table. There is no table service out back, only the few tables out front of the cafe. The coconut cake I had was okay. The staff in the bakery were nice but out back not so nice. I would go again - my drink was good - but only if I could sit out front. Sitting out back in the dedicated space was like sitting a trash bin.

This is a great location especially when the sun is out, it’s a real summertime vibe. A wonderful ambience and lovely staff. I have ordered various drinks from the menu from its coffees, teas and signature Matcha (Iced Matcha Latte With Oats Milk And Vanilla Sweetener to be specific) and it has delivered. The layout can be confusing for first timers but the seating area is located in the back and it gets quite packed in the late afternoon/evening. When the sun is out it’s the best time to visit because of the spacious seating area outside (umbrellas are available). Overall, it’s a place to visit for those who want to step away from busy London and relax. I definitely recommend it.
