Cafe Lola Debuts Its European-Inspired Coffee Shop in Spring Valley - Eater Vegas

"Later than originally planned, Cafe Lola has arrived in Spring Valley, close enough to Summerlin to draw both neighbors for daily servings of “high tea,” “afternoon delights,” and Intelligentsia Coffee creations. The European-inspired, white-walled and pink-accented venture features fresh flowers, marble table tops, a vintage pink telephone, and plenty more decorations to inspire social media snaps. Located close to the intersection of Hualapai Way and Flamingo Road, the 1,481-square-foot cafe sits next door to a Buffalo Wild Wings. On the current, waiting to expand menu, a “simply mixed” garden salad priced at $9.18 and the $10.18 “Hail Caesar.” Meat or cheese boards, Lola’s chips and French onion dip, and breakfast sandwiches join an avocado toast dish, named the Avocuddle, recommended to be paired with a rose tea latte and rose macaron. Champagne, wine, and a lavender champagne cocktails are available by the glass and customers can sample a wide range of teas, lattes, frappes, or smoothies, including the “Gossip Girl” and the almond butter-based “Queen B.”" - Bradley Martin

Google
I would not recommend. Perfect for influencers, not regular people looking for a new coffee spot. Banana bread latte, cinnamon roll and 15% tip was $22. Would have asked for a refund but wasn’t in the mood for confrontation. The only things good about Cafe Lola is the aesthetic interior. Otherwise product is horrible and overpriced. Not to mention they can’t even pay a livable wage to their employees. ($13/hr)

Google
Interior is super cute and spacious. Staff was very friendly. I tried the banana bread latte and it was really yummy. Only negative I would say is the price of the latte was steep and more than I'm used to paying for a coffee.

Google
Such a cute place! I love the vibe! The food and service was great. My daughter loved her unicorn waffle. My favorite was the pistachio latte! Yum!! The food was out a lot faster than expected. I would definitely be a regular if I lived here.

Today was my first time trying Cafe Lola, i wanted some breakfast and a friend recommended me here. The atmosphere was so calming and peaceful. definitely a place to enjoy a nice treat and relax. We tried the Unicorn lemonade and it was amazing as well as the rest of the food we had! would recommend to friends and family and will be back soon!

Google
Absolutely love coming here with my family. I’m not a huge coffee guy, but the banana bread latte is amazing. My go to order is the scramble and you can tell the quality of the eggs, fruit, and all ingredients is fresh. I feel good feeding my family this food and love the welcoming atmosphere and service

Google
Cafe Lola is the vibe! The pastries are all so yummy and cute! I appreciate how they display the pastries right by the cashier and provide you with those same ones. The 24k latte and avocado toast were also yummy! I asked for a scrambled egg on top of the toast. I also swapped the whip cream from my latte to cold foam.

Google
Fantastic drinks and great food! 🥑 We tried the Granny's breakfast Sammy and Avocado and egg salad Sammy with Lin's matcha which was wonderful! The workers are kind and quick to serve. Will definitely be back when we are in town! ❤️

Google
The cafe is cute and well decorated. When I visited, a large party was having some sort of brunch/tea party on one side of the cafe and it looked beautiful; was nice to see the cafe accommodated events like that. My Salted Caramel Iced Mocha ($10.71 total) wasn’t very good in my opinion, the taste of either the mocha or salted caramel flavoring together weirdly tasted like goat cheese/goat milk. I wouldn’t recommend or re-order it but I would try another drink there. Definitely pricey since I didn’t love the flavor so I couldn’t finish it. Baristas/employees were sweet, and I saw one of the owners pop in during my visit so that was cool because I was visiting her other restaurants (Saint Honoré and Three Little Chicks) that day too!

Yelp
It's giving Barbie Brunch, bachelorette party, bridal shower, rose gold, marble countertop realness. ~ Was visiting Vegas and had seen the owner Alex's social media and have always wanted to check out one of her spots since she seemed so passionate about her brand! The menu is extensive with brunch and lunch fare. Counter ordering with food brought to your table. The cashier wasn't super friendly when my group asked a few questions, and it was a little chaotic ordering. My party had various lattes (4/5 stars) and avocado toast (4/5) and the veggie egg scramble (5/5) I really enjoyed my plate. Nothing jaw dropping food wise but hats off for the vibes.

Yelp
Finally I got to visit Cafe Lola!! I've been wanting to try it out for ages, and it lived up to expectations. It wasn't crowded at 12p on a Sunday and we were able to get a table right away. The decor is just as beautiful, girly, and aesthetic as portrayed on social media. The service was pleasant, and our food was great! I got the Turkey, egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and it was delicious. My friend got the grilled prosciutto and cheese with tomato bisque and she loved hers as well. Each were about $15. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
I've been several times to this charming little cafe with my daughters, and we all absolutely loved it! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with the cutest, coziest vibes -- it's a perfect blend of trendy and comfortable. The decor is fun and inviting, with plenty of cozy seating options that make you want to stay for hours. My daughters couldn't stop talking about how adorable everything was, from the colorful art on the walls to the quirky little details scattered throughout the cafe. The food was equally impressive! We tried a mix of savory and sweet options, and everything was fresh and delicious. The portion sizes were just right, and they had great options for both adults and kids. Plus, the presentation was on point -- Instagram-worthy for sure! Overall, it's a perfect spot for a family outing or just grabbing a coffee and relaxing. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Yelp
Service 5/5 The ladies working were so kind and welcomed me with a smile! We chatted and she recommended her favorite fall drink, the Toasted Marshmallow Nutella! Drink 4/5 I'm not a huge fan of really sweet coffee drinks, but I was excited to give this one a try. It was really good but really sweet! Not sure if it's worth $8... Ambiance 4/5 This cafe is so cute and aesthetically pleasing! Would be a cute place to take pictures. Music was a little too loud for me. I came at 9:15 and there was only 2 other customers there. Plenty of parking as well.

Yelp
Came here at noon on Sunday 9/22/24. I definitely like Henderson location more. It's bigger and has better service. I came here for a book club meeting and was not met with the greatest customer service. They also gave us a number to bring to our table but ended up leaving the drinks at the counter. We were wondering what was taking so long, and realized after about 7 minutes that they just had our drinks sitting at the counter. We didn't hear them say anything and we were the only group in the place, so it was obviously our drinks. I had amazing service and drinks at the Henderson location. I'm not sure what happened to this one... We will probably have to find somewhere else to meet for our book club in the future.

Yelp
Public parking in front of establishment is shared with neighboring businesses. Cafe Lola has indoor and outdoor seating. It is very bright and chic inside. The decor is nice and not too overwhelming. They had a nice playlist playing in the background. Staff were patient, friendly and helpful with selecting menu items. Tried the Avocado toast, added a boiled egg (accompanied by lemon zest), the spirulina latte with good flakes and a Oreo cookie gluten free donut. The latte and donut were YUMMINESS. Latte was served piping hot, donut was moist and chocolate decadence. The avocado toast was lacking clover and luster. Avocado was quite firm (piled high so points for that) and the egg was meh. I attempted to add salt and pepper to the toast but to no avail did it get any better. I'd return solely for the pastries and drinks.

Yelp
Kayla and the team working on Tuesday morning were really kind! Love this place it has the perfect girly vibe and our pics turned out so great!! I had champagne & a smoked salmon bagel. I would like more vegan savory options on the menu. I do recommend coming here and I would come back!!

Yelp
Staff was very very nice and helpful! The ambiance is very demure, very mindful, very cutesy. I do really enjoy all of the more comfortable seating. You could easily sit here and socialize for hours and be comfortable. The food was very good!!! My cinnamon roll was heated and the icing nice and melty!! My sandwich (spicy chicken sandwich) was AMAZING!!!! sauce was great!! My husband's granny Sammy was a little bland, but nothing a little salt and pepper or hot sauce or mayo couldnt fix, but overall very good!! Will absolutely be back!!!

Yelp
As soon as we walked in I thought this place was super cute & adorable! Came here with my cousin, but wanted to turn back around & grab my daughter You go up to the counter to order your food/drinks then seat yourself. Didn't have much interaction as far as customer service, but we also didn't require much attention. the ladies bring out your food to you but you have to grab your own silverware & napkins. The food came out fresh & delicious. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
I went to this location with my mom for a birthday lunch. She has been to another Cafe Lola location and the Hualapei location twice. If it wasn't for giving this specific location a try she said she would have probably never returned. Be patient if you are coming at a busy time as seating may not be available. We ordered the basic kids breakfast, shark lemonade, rose tea latte, caramel latte, and two egg/avocado salad sandwiches. The kids breakfast and lemonade are self explanatory. Eggs, bacon, toast, and traditional tasting lemonade. The rose latte was really lovely. The caramel latte was okay. The egg and avocado salad sandwich was actually good, add some black pepper and it was really good. The bread they used for that sandwich was really good! My opinion is the quality and flavor overall does not match the price point. It was about $65 for 2 adults and 1 child (which I felt was high for what we got). I'm not sure if I will return to give other menu items a try based on things my mom mentioned about the other location that was off putting. Even she said she will stick to the same two items when she returns (rose tea latte and the sandwich). I would say give it a try at least once for the instagram worthy photo opportunities and to try something different.

Yelp
I love this place. Had my first daughters birthday here at the summerlin location. Walked in at 430 and the girl at the counter said " Just so you know we close in thirty minutes." I think its highly rude and bad customer service. My sister got up to order toast and she again said " we close in 10 minutes. " so my sister asked if that is how kong she had to eat the toast. The girl at the counter said " no but we lock the doors. " so my sister asked if she would kick us out and she said no but I have things I need to do. I get you close and want to go home... but as I write this it's 453. Very very disappointed in how rude these workers were. I saw her give the other lady an annoyed look. Felt very unwelcome.

Yelp
Their location is super cute! Very friendly staff, and their coffee was Devine. The prices for the quiche were outrageously high. Other breakfast items were decently priced though.
google avatar

Yelp
Love cafe Lola! I've been to the one at Caesars and recently visited the one in summer line when I was back in town. Both locations are super cute! Everyone is friendly and the decor warms the inner little girl. Would have loved this place growing up to have a real tea party. I guess I can now since they always have adult beverages too! The pastries are fresh and tasty! Loved the rose latte, it was really pretty and at Caesar's I had the 24k creme brulee latte, iced. That was my fav!
google avatar

Mackenzie D.

Yelp
The aesthetics are so cute and fun here! Great for brunch with the girlies or a little birthday spot. The food was delish! We had grilled cheese with soup, açaí bowl, and a turkey & cheese sandwich. Everything came out hot and TASTY! The service was polite and friendly, and seemed happy to answer any question!

Yelp
I took my grand daughter yesterday and was disappointed. We were greeted by the employees and we ordered our food at the counter. They turned the payment screen around with the tip option and I added a tip. I don't like that you are tipping BEFORE getting served. I should've known. After they brought our food they never checked on us. I asked for a iced tea refill before leaving and they said they don't do that. Also, you have to get your own "leftover" box. It's a cute place, but the service isn't good. Don't expect a tip if you're not going to provide customer service.

Yelp
It was one of the best experiences in the Vegas, and I didn't know that I was watching the videos on YouTube of the owner Alexandra. The place was always known to me for its distinctive pink colour, both in its espresso machine. And then I put more detail on her videos and remembered that if I was in one of his locations. I congratulate you very good concept I loved it and I tried your gold latte. Service was really good, ambiance full recomendad.
google avatar

Yelp
Great aesthetic drinks in a pink interior cafe! Has ample seatings for people to hang around. The ordering station line up is a little confusing, hopefully they will add an arrow to the sign in the future. One of the order detail was forgotten (ice/sweetness), but the rest was correct.

Yelp
I had a "girl date" with a friend here. This place is soooo cute! Blingy chandeliers and pink! It's so girly and I loved it! There was a little girl tea party going on which was awesome to see! I can't even express how amazing & beautiful the decor is! From the flower walls to the pink plates! I loved it! We checked out the menu (there are laminated hard copies available, or you can QR code to read the menu). We just got iced Chai lattes, I'll have to go again to try the food. The service was good. The lady who took out order was nice and they bring your order TO YOU! Another sweet lady too! Holy cow. #1, the cold cups are freaking adorable!! And a pink straw? Oh emm gee. #2 The Chai is AMAZING! It was so yummy! I honestly forgot how much I love chai! You can taste the spices perfectly! It was smooth tasting and sweet but not overly sweet at all. I could have had 3 more! It was so good! They truly take their drinks seriously! Their food menu was good sized. Some of them sounded really interesting and super yummy so I'll definitely have to go back to try their food. If the food is as amazing as the Chai, I'm in for a treat! Thank you for this little gem! I'm so glad I went!
google avatar

Yelp
While Cafe Lola is really pretty on the inside and outside, I feel like the quality wasn't the best for me. Apart from waiting a LONG time in order to dine in, you still have to make another line inside to place your order. They do allow you to form a different line if you want to-go only. I went with the Bichota latte because I wanted the print of Karol G on my coffee but the drink itself wasn't anything special. They have a little photo op wall and room where you can take some pictures. I definitely think they focus more on the aesthetic rather than the quality of their product. Overall it's cute but probably wouldn't go again.

Yelp
Cafe Lola is IG worthy. The decor with all the flowers and large chandeliers brighten up the cafe. The lattes and desserts are always beautiful and delicious.
google avatar

Anandita S.

Yelp
I went with a girlfriend to celebrate her 40th birthday. It was very pretty inside. However, the food was not the best. It took forever to get the food. The latte gave me a migraine do not order that. I wish as fancy as they are, they would have better quality food and well trained staff
google avatar

Yelp
Ambiance: Very cute and of course it's IG worthy. I've been wanting come and check it out since seeing them on IG Service: Horrible. You can tell they were at their wits end. You can tell there wasn't a lead person. Very unorganized. By 1:40pm they were all out of pastries. So much for Afternoon Tea after 1pm. Also sold out were waffles, French toast, Turkey, avocado, soups, and not sure what else but it was long. We were hoping for afternoon tea which is from 1-4 but when you're out of almost everything by 1:40pm it's not going to happen. Atmosphere: Noticed the floors were dirty and there wasn't an attention to detail one would expect from an IG worthy account. Food: decided to get the Burrata Board. That was nice with the fresh pears. They could have added a little more bread we shared with 5 to try. The chocolate croissant, the second to last pastry available at 2:00pm. They said they would warm it up and it didn't feel warm by the time I received. My friends hot chocolate was pretty and loved the fresh whipped cream. Unfortunately, her beverage was lukewarm. My other friends daughter had the rose tea latte which was beautiful but it had too much of the rose flavor it tasted like bath soap according to her. My London Fog was delicious and beautiful and I liked the temperature of mine. So glad mine wasn't lukewarm. My friend had the last quiche. That was very very good. But when the server brought it out, my fiend was wondering why her plate was not level. She lifted her plate and it was potato chips had stuck to the bottom of the plate. I forgot to mention my plate had a chip in the edge of the plate. on it sA party of three arrived and they were served a waffle when we were told they were out. Very off putting since I was excited to visit Cafe Lola from following them on IG. Fluff without substance. I would still give Cafe Lola a try next time. Maybe on the strip would be better it's open later and have more foot traffic. However to say afternoon available after 1pm and then running out of pastries and some of their food items
google avatar

Shaheen K.

Yelp
It was super loud and the servers were nice. I was able to get a 24k coffee which was amazing. The rainbow waffle was super filling
google avatar

Crystal T.

Yelp
I woke upstairs from this place for seven years. I've gone there three times only because every time they messed up my order or scrimp and or take 40min for a sandwich. For $12 I got this....half an egg and a burned english muffin. So disappointing - from the audio of my video you can tell other women feel the same way.

George M.

Yelp
The food and coffee was delicious but long wait to be seated. Pretty cute small place, a little tight in seating area. We were served our sandwiches but they forgot about our drinks that it was cold when finally served
google avatar

Melanie S.

Yelp
Eye catching but not a full circle experience with the quality of the food and coffee. Average.

Yelp
very cute lil place. i decided on the 24k creme brulee latte. very good tons of cute food. i got a cherry pastry it wasnt good. they have cute decor as well to take pics with. honestly for me it was a one and done

Yelp
[Above all, will I be back?] This was my first visit Cafe Lola and I wanted to like the newest location because I've been looking at their Instagram for a while, but it was so disappointing for the ambiance, price, food, service, basically everything. :( I don't think this location is not in line with other locations level considering their reviews. As a Vegas local, I will visit other locations instead of coming here. Sorry. 1. Food Oh lord, the food was an absolute disappointment. The quality of food was subpar for the price. I could make this level of food at home (presentation, taste, freshness, etc). - Spicy chicken Caesar sammy with potato chips($18.18) The chicken didn't seem to be freshly made (tasted like cooked then heated up again) and a bit overcooked with some smell (you know the smell when the cooked chicken meat is sitting in the air or in the fridge long enough). The potato chips were greasy and so hard, which seemed to be old (sitting in the air long time, see my picture), Lay's would have been much better. I couldn't finish. - Drink Prosecco La Marca ($18). I know it's at Caesar's hotel's Forum Shops so the Strip price can't be avoided but this is a cafe with a partial service, not a full serviced restaurant. I think it is a bit overboard. The champagne itself was served in a mini bottle so I know it is new and fresh. The taste was legit. 2. Ambience If you like pink, you should visit this place! Girly girly & cute interior throughout. But it is hard to take good photos. For example, this place has about 15-20 tables which were too close to each other. (Any angles you will see people in the background) Cafe Lola sign outside the cafe is way too high to take photos altogether (you gotta zoom out). There is a patio with about 10 tables but it is too dark (like after business hours) to enjoy cafe's theme (pink, bright and cute). 3 tables in front of the pretty green background with a neon sign are worth the photos. 3. Service You pay at the cashier and they will serve you foods and drinks to your table. Our server(?) was very friendly but seemed to be new at this job as she was not fully aware of our orders and confused with other table several times. 4. Hygiene The glasses, plates, the table and floor were clean. However, food crumbs and a hair were found on one of the chairs at our table. Iced water with a plastic cup is self-service at the water station. Napkins, straws, sugar, cup lids are also available there. Everything was clean, many items were individually warped. 5. Price I think this location has a higher price point than other locations like Henderson or SW. 6. Location It is in the Festival Court at Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace hotel. Between Aritzia and Guess, across from Sandro and Lululemon. 7. Parking You can park at Caesar's parking garage (As of May): (Mon-Thurs) First hour free 1-3 hrs $15 3-24 hrs $18. Over 24 hours $18 extra per day. Weekends (Fri-Sun) First hour free 1-24 hrs $23 Over 24 hours $23 extra per day. Guests Staying at Hotel: $18 per day. Valet Parking: Main Valet: $50 per day. Colosseum Valet: (Mon-Wed):$36 per day, (Thurs-Sun): $40 per day. Augustus Valet: Seven Stars, Guy Savoy, and Qua Spa guests only. Hours 24/7 * Self-Parking is complimentary for Total Rewards members with Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars status. 3 hour free parking for Nevadans with DL. Yelp
I have been eyeing this place for a while and finally decided to give it a try! I would always see this place super busy but thankfully when I went it wasn't too busy and wasn't packed. It's definitely a place to take cute photos and post on social media and a nice little cafe. They didn't have a paper menu just a menu with a qr code to scan and look through. They had alot of yummy looking items on the menu to choose from, I just wanted a quick cafe food and one of their specialty drinks. I ordered the Rose and Vanilla Iced latte, I loved the presentation on it. I personally barely tasted the rose, it felt like I tasted the rose at the end by the rose petals. It was still a nice drink to sip through my meal. I didn't expect it to be part of the drink, it was a nice complimentary sweet treat. I also ordered a Veggie Quiche, it was actually really delicious. I loved eating every bite of it. Though the side salad I didn't enjoy too much, I think that there was a little too much black pepper on the salad where it didn't become enjoyable. I also wished the salad dressing was on the side, the balsamic vingegar kind of drowned the salad. The service was what I didn't expect. I felt like I was being rushed to order even though I was the only one in line at the time. The workers were also asking me constantly if I was ready to order when I wasnt in the line area at the time and was still looking through the menu off to the side. I also didn't expect myself to pay around $30 for these two items. I wish the online menu included the prices of the items, as I just wanted a quick meal and didnt expect to pay so much. I love going to local businesses in town, this place definitely has the look and aesthetic. But I think that if I were to return I would have to ask for the prices of items next time. Even with some things, I still found myself enjoying a part of the things I have ordered.

Yelp
The food and drinks were not worth the price to me personally. Blue moon drink only tastes like milk. Nothing special to the drink. I do think the drinks are too pricey. The service was not grt. The restaurant is decorated really nice and great for pictures. It's nice for a one time experience.

Yelp
Best place EVER!! Saw this place on instagram and when I visited Vegas I had to go; it was a super long walk from the Paris hotel but we did it early and it was so nice! It's in Cesar's Forum. We did Uber back Okay back to food rating: I ordered 24k gold crème brûlée - hot! And yummy! So good Husband had Samie and strawberry shortcake waffles! Where else can I get these!? These are amazing!! You definitely have to try these. I ordered a breakfast platter w bacon and eggs. Friends purchased a lunch sandwich that look amazing as well! Please please visit this place! I will visit again when I'm back in the area!

Yelp
This place has such a cute, girly vibe. It's definitely a café in that you order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. Their drink menu is fun with lots of interesting concoctions that look pretty, and everything in here is very Instagram-able. The prices are definitely on the higher side for a café, and the service was mediocre when I was here which is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. But it's definitely a cute spot and it's in my neighborhood so I'm sure I'll be back.
google avatar

Wei C.

Yelp
Nice, relaxing and full of sunshine place to sip afternoon tea in winter time. The decor vibe beautiful and feminine. The food, it comes with two types of freshly made and tasty sandwiches, smoked salmon and eggs avocado. Pastry is good too. The tree courses are displayed so beautifully, I only wish that the pastry stand is more sturdy. As far as Service, it's really sort of self serving. The service staff only brings you the food. You get you get the plates, silverware on your own. But you can sit there as long as you want. So glade we have a nice neighborhood cafe that we can enjoy high tea in afternoon. Southwest is coming up!!

Yelp
Love this little cafe. They have multiple locations. This is a counter service establishment. All there food and drink selections are AMAZING. Love the London fog drink with oat milk. I do not drink coffee so i cannot speak on those. The deserts here are divine. This place is a MUST when in Vegas. Come hang with the locals! Get away from the strip!!!

Yelp
Came here with my little sister for her birthday and enjoyed every single dish! The girls working were so sweet and helpful and everything came out in a timely manner. The ambiance is calm as cute and everything you could want! I would absolutely come back again!

Yelp
Such an inviting cafe especially for the ladies and little girls but expect to spend a little more for beautiful treats and sweets. You definitely pay for the ambiance. They have some very creative options for adults and kiddos.

I've seen the Cafe Lola decor all over social media the last 5 years. White walls, red and pink flower decor, and chandeliers. It feels like Valentine's day in here... My first visit was on a Sunday morning to catch up with old college bro, his wifey and my God daughter We had a blast at Cafe Lola catching up over fancy lattes and breakfast dishes... Our orders: Avociddle Toast (Scrambled egg) - This was my main dish. Good quality ingredients. The Avocado comes to you sliced versus mashed. I'm cool with it, but this might trigger some people. lol I added the scrambled egg to make it a little extra. Parisian Style Quiche slice - I sampled this from my bro and it was a tasty quiche. I might hit that up on the next visit. Truffle Chips - great side for my truffle peeps. Acai bowl donut Frappe 24K Gold Creme Brulee latte - Savory and the flavor wasn't overwhelming. Well done. FYI. We arrived at 9 AM and were able to seat ourselves immediately after putting our order in. The cafe got packed really quick right before 10 AM. My next visit will definitely be earlier in the morning versus later. Cheers!

Yelp
This was another one of the spots in my Vegas bucket list. We visited the Caesar's Palace location since it was closest to us. The shop was super cute...bursting with pink and floral decor. It's a popular spot but I expected that. The staff was super nice and helpful. I had an iced coffee made with almond milk, which was pretty good. The only downside was they had only one sugar-free syrup option. I got a couple of macarons and a chocolate chip cookie for the fam, which they said were really good. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here.

Yelp
Cafe Lola is definitely a cute brunch spot for a date/catching up with the girls. They have the cutest drinks & decor (lots of floral back drops and neon signs for photos) We came right when they open so there was not a lot of people. The staff and service is very friendly and attentive. They even brought over the utensils and napkins. The drinks and food came out in a very timely manner. This spot would definitely be a cute for a celebration like a birthday, bridal shower, bachelorette brunch, etc!

Yelp
Super cute tea/coffee house. I came in to preview this place before planning a girls tea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered an ice tea and looked at the menu. Lots of fun choices and a yummy pasty case is at the counter. I plan to return with my girlfriends on the weekend to have the full tea experience.

Yelp
Got here first thing in the morning! Not many options to choose from. I ordered the egg sandwich and as you can see in my picture it was very plain. All the other add ons like bacon, avocado, were extra $ (didn't realize until after I ordered). That would be the only thing I hope they revise, their food menu. I would also appreciate if they added at least one traditional item. Many folks go to places like this for their popularity on social media and ambience but don't tend to go back if the food isn't great. Which I will not be, as I am a foodie and did not like what I saw in the menu. The place itself was very cute & cozy. Special to go once, but not twice.

Yelp
My husband found this cute lil cafe. All the visual perfection you would hope for in a coffee shop. The details in the decor was impressive. We ordered a unicorn cookie, a chai and a unicorn lemonade. I ordered the lemonade because it had cotton candy on it but when I ordered it the gal did not state the machine was broken. When I received my drink 15 mins later, I asked where the cotton candy was and a different gal told me the machine was broken. She offered to make me a different drink so I tried the rose lemonade. It was good but they forgot to put the ground up rose as stated from the menu description. My husband ordered the chai tea, also tasty. Customer service was not exceptional and the wait til for 2 drinks was too long but if you are coming to the location for the ambiance then it is a great place. The place has really great ideas but if the employees don't follow through with what the menu states to expect then you walk away disappointed. I would give them a chance again but when I had time to burn.

Yelp
Cute for pictures, cute for coffee date but expensive for coffee. For two coffees we paid 20 bucks. I got the 24k gold one which is their famous one and honestly didn't even drink it it was way too sweet and nothing special. We were too full to try any of the pastries but they had some variety including macarons, croissants etc. tbh I don't think I'd go back there for coffee. But it was a nice place to try out once.

Yelp
I understand the point of this restaurant is show, not substance. It is popular with teen and tween girls because the decor is cute. I've taken my tween daughter there a few times. The food is fine and the portions are okay. It is never going to match Egg Works or Cracked Egg for quality of food or portion size, and that's fine. It doesn't seem to be their goal. But today was the final straw for me. I ordered bacon, eggs, and toast. It took 25 minutes for me to get my food. Longer than most breakfast places, but I could live with that. My daughter's waffle took 50 minutes from the time we ordered. Yes, it arrived 25 minutes after my food. The manager explained there were lots of waffle orders this morning. From our table we could see the food coming out. There was one waffle from the time my food was delivered until her waffle came. So two waffles every 30 minutes overwhelms their system? Service was slow. The waitress seemed annoyed to bring us anything, like the black coffee that took 15 minutes. They gave us plastic utensils to eat with. We won't be back.

Yelp
It's a cluster messsed up seating situation Having groups of people eye ball you down waiting and hoping for you to hurry eat and be do done so they can have your table is very uncomfortable...they were out of everything like cheese, clean spoons no honey for tea.... I did enjoy my turkey sandwich but the amount of lettuce put on it was insane.... Very non functional layout

Yelp
Review is for Cesar's palace location: Although this place is cute and instagramable it doesn't take into consideration the customer experience. My girlfriends and I saw this place on Instagram and it looked great, and so did the food. Not to mention its owned by minority women, we thought why not let's support. But when we got there it was a whole different story. Now, being from LA I'm not afraid of a line but I was shocked that it was snaked inside the restaurant while people were eating! At one point a woman was blocked in a corner and couldn't get out. This restaurant needs to either snake the line outside or take reservations because no one wants to starred down by strangers while they eat and unfortunately this happened to my group as well. It was horrible In addition the place is straight up over priced. I ordered the their take on an " American Breakfast" which had eggs, toast, bacon and avocado. The breakfast was nothing special, I could of made it at home. Although it tasted fine the bacon wasn't cooked well enough and it was a thin a sheet of paper. It's very rare that you don't get thick cut bacon in a restaurant and for $19.00 I expected it to better quality. One other thing I expected is to not have to go and fetch my own utensils back in a corner, that you can barely get to cause of their ridiculous line situation. I just think if your not going to put down place setting then at least keep some plastic utensils on each table in a cute holder with some napkins. No one wants to have to shimmy through people in line who are already watching you eat to get the proper dinning set up. Lastly, the chairs on the restaurant are too bulky, you can't even get in and out with asking the person behind you or to the side of you to scoot themselves in and then you had to maneuver pass the people in the line. All in all, the place is cute and that's about it. If your person who doesn't mind spending $14 on a latte and $19 for thin cut bacon, eggs, toast and avocado then you'll love it.

Yelp
I had such high expectations for this location but was sadly let down. The food presentation is amazing and the staff are great however the quality of food and time it takes was not acceptable. It took 45 min for a strawberry salad when my child's cheeseburger took 20 min. Unsure of the issue but the salads came out last and we wanted them first. The children's burger was over cooked and dry. The Rose cardamom drink came to me with a hair in it. Sooo very disappointing. The macarons are not fresh and taste very stale. Just not my favorite place I'm sorry.

Yelp
We have been to this cafe so many times. Their food is amazing. The service is amazing. And the coffee is amazing. The decor is also amazing. Great place to sit and have a good breakfast with your spouse. I love going here with my husband.
