Cafe Lola Debuts Its European-Inspired Coffee Shop in Spring Valley - Eater Vegas
"Later than originally planned, Cafe Lola has arrived in Spring Valley, close enough to Summerlin to draw both neighbors for daily servings of “high tea,” “afternoon delights,” and Intelligentsia Coffee creations. The European-inspired, white-walled and pink-accented venture features fresh flowers, marble table tops, a vintage pink telephone, and plenty more decorations to inspire social media snaps. Located close to the intersection of Hualapai Way and Flamingo Road, the 1,481-square-foot cafe sits next door to a Buffalo Wild Wings. On the current, waiting to expand menu, a “simply mixed” garden salad priced at $9.18 and the $10.18 “Hail Caesar.” Meat or cheese boards, Lola’s chips and French onion dip, and breakfast sandwiches join an avocado toast dish, named the Avocuddle, recommended to be paired with a rose tea latte and rose macaron. Champagne, wine, and a lavender champagne cocktails are available by the glass and customers can sample a wide range of teas, lattes, frappes, or smoothies, including the “Gossip Girl” and the almond butter-based “Queen B.”" - Bradley Martin
