"The Daisy Green team, the people behind the Australian cafe chain with spots all across London, are taking over the Holland Park Cafe. The walk-in spot will have brunch dishes like banana bread sandwiches and of course, avocado toast. While in the evenings you’ll find pastas and other mains." - sinead cranna, rianne shlebak

We had a fantastic experience at Holland Park Café! The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed lunch in the beautiful park. The menu had a great selection, and our lunch was fresh and delicious. After our meal, we treated ourselves to some ice cream, which was the perfect sweet ending to our visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was just lovely. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy good food and nature!

Pleasant café with plenty of outside seating. .oldest menu, but all looks good. We had a cake each, which were very good. Can queue at counter or scan and order from your table.

We visited on 15 December and were so impressed by this lovely cafe. The food was great, the service was incredible and to top it off, they had put on free gingerbread house decorating activities for children, which we did with our toddler after we had brunch. Genuinely one of the best cafe experiences we’ve ever had! Thank you to the lovely staff - we’ll be back.

A great stopping point if you stroll around the park and the listed building ruins of Holland House, now owned by the RBKC: a sumptuous former Jacobean property known as Cope Castle, developed in a country estate that is now Holland Park.

Enjoyable outdoor cafe & dining experience located in Holland Park. Service was reasonably quick (20 minutes) despite warnings from the wait staff that it would be in excess of an hour. Food and coffees were delicious. Recommended!

I recently visited Holland Park Café for brunch, and it was truly a delightful experience. Nestled within the heart of nature, this spot is perfect for a relaxing meal after a leisurely stroll through the beautiful gardens. The ambiance is serene, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle. The food was exceptional. The blueberry buttermilk pancakes were simply outstanding—light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Summer Portobello and their signature burgers, both of which were cooked to perfection. Our server, Johnson, took excellent care of us; his attention to detail and warm hospitality truly elevated the experience. We ended our meal on a sweet note with their ice cream, which was absolutely divine. I highly recommend the pistachio and coconut flavors; they are a must-try! Overall, Holland Park Café is a hidden gem, offering a perfect blend of delicious food, impeccable service, and a beautiful setting. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely location but service is non existent and food and coffee was poor. We were not greeted for a while and staff just walked past us (and the party behind us). When we finally got seated, we were not given the menu (we got it ourselves). Menu is similar to what you see in Australian cafes but taste and quality is nowhere near especially for the price. The food was bland and way below expectation. The iced latte was also very watered down. Would not visit again and suggest paying service charge after you dine rather than up front if you are using the QR code to order.

Yelp
This wonderful little cafe offers pre-made sandwiches and snacks as well as delicious pastries, and freshly prepared meals. We loved the sautéed mushrooms with poached egg and the smashed avocado toast with poached egg.

Yelp
Admittedly, I was sceptical when my friend suggested this cafe for brunch. The setting is beautiful, wooden tables of different sizes at different levels amongst lovely trees and a view of the park. The cafe where you order is a bit like a school canteen and the queue was pretty slow. But there's some homely pastries on display and a small list of hot breakfast available. We both went for full English breakfast and it came quite quickly. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious. Decently priced at £6.50 and a large portion in a beautiful setting on a sunny day. Delightful.

Yelp
We had a mid-afternoon light meal there last Saturday - (puréed) carrot soup with a hint of curry, which came with a slice of bread - and it was tasty. There's ample outdoor seating and we took advantage of that. The bill came to 7.30 pounds.

Yelp
very good coffee and lovely surroundings. Good value for money for being London as well. This used to be our regular haunt when we lived in the big smog and we were looking for a couple of hours away from the computer.

Yelp
I had a very disappointing visit today (24th November) to Holland Park cafe. I arrived as part of a party of seven just before 3:30pm. While my friends ordered I checked the seating. I went to the raised area of the cafe and was told very brusquely that we could not sit up there as it "has to be closed 30 minutes before the cafe closes." No reason was given. I pointed out that they were still serving and we had to sit somewhere. Eventually some two tables were put together for us to sit (very cramped) while an area with plenty of seating stayed closed. Meanwhile when my friends came to the table, I discovered: 1. because it was 30 minutes before closing we were not allowed plates for our food (unbelievable - why sell it if you aren't prepared to give plates?) 2. we were only allowed paper cups for our drinks "as it was 30 minutes before closing time." 3. the pot of tea for two advertised had become two separate cups of tea made with a tea bag (milk already added) in a paper cup - a very poor substitute. Exactly on four o'clock a member of staff announced to the whole cafe "We're closing now. You all have to leave. Goodbye." Let's just say that the tone of voice was not the friendliest. I think this is very poor service and behaviour. I will not be returning.
