A Guide To LA Restaurants Going Viral On TikTok Right Now - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Verdict: Great coffee. Possibly the most beautiful cafe in Los Angeles. Saturday lines are nightmare fuel. A nightclub is one of the scariest places to find yourself in LA during the daytime. Not in Cafe Nido's case. This is an indoor-outdoor operation at Tenants of the Trees in Silver Lake (though the two businesses are not connected) where you order your latte at the bar and drink it on a stunning, green-tiled patio. It's objectively delightful. Big trees offer shade as you eat prosciutto sandwiches and there's a parked trailer full of used books that you can read. Our only complaint is that weekend lines can get long. (We've even heard reports of it taking an hour just to get coffee.) Avoid all that and come on the weekdays when Cafe Nido is tranquil and devoid of influencers looking for coffee vibes, whatever those are." - sylvio martins, brant cox, nicolas zhou, cathy park

Cafe Nido - Review - Silver Lake - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Walking through Cafe Nido’s thatched entrance and into its serene back patio is a little like Alice falling down that damn well—exhilarating and completely disorienting. This daytime-only coffee shop operates in the shady, green-tiled backyard of Tenants Of The Trees in Silver Lake (the two businesses are not connected). There's a parked trailer full of used books that you can read while drinking crisp iced lattes and eating simple sandwiches with brie and prosciutto. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think you were in Condesa or walking around Palermo in Buenos Aires. And that’s exactly why this place has lines out the door. Cafe Nido is more than just a coffee shop. It’s an escape where, for at least one morning, you can pretend to be a more interesting version of yourself." - Brant Cox

It’s a nice spot to hangout. My friends and I came here after a hike and we all got drinks. It was decent but we stayed because of the patio and played some games. Friendly staff & very clean. Parking was hard to find on a Saturday morning though

The goat cheese croissant was good. But the best part of the scenery. I love being in green spaces. There was plenty of seating when I went but it soon filled up. The only thing that I didn’t like was the country music it didn’t go with the tropical vibes. But I just put on headphones and relaxed.

Google
The food was great - the goat and cheese croissant was really good, I just wish it was a bit hotter! The vibes are super cute here and it’s a breath of fresh air There’s so many trees and plants and lots of seating options. Just not a lot of outlets!! Very cute for pictures and events!

Google
Lovely café with charming decor. You can pick up a book and read for free, which is a nice touch. The vibe is cool, and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. I did find it a bit pricey though—two matchas cost you $20!

Google
Understaffed, clueless, vibey. This location is nestled alongside a restaurant called Tacolina - both use the same (cashless) register. You'll see two menus side by side - Tacolina and Nido - both with burritos, no descriptions, and a choice of protein listed. There's a $1-2 difference between the same burritos (Nido's chicken is $16 and Tacolina's is $17). When asked what's the difference between the two the register staff said "none". When asked to explain the difference then in pricing, he said "they're both burritos". I of course ordered the less expensive of the two chicken burritos and had to see other orders come out to know that they are in fact, very different. One is a small breakfast burrito with potatoes and dry unseasoned chicken, and the other is a large loaded traditional burrito. It's not hard to add descriptions to the menu or simply know the basics about the food that you serve. 1-star service. 5-star atmosphere for the most glorified and beautiful study-hall you can find on this side of the 101.

This is one of my favorite spots on the planet!!!! This is the only go-to coffee shop in my book. It has everything! amazing space. tropical vibes. I come here to work or to hang out with friends. the coffee and matcha is top-notch.

Google
Very beautiful and artsy decor! Cool crowds and vibes there. I enjoy getting some sun there in the afternoon. But my matcha latte was $9.50 LOL -1⭐️ because the toilet was dirty, tiny and so smelly.

We went there by accident, we are looking for different location. We had a delicious cappuccino and croissant. The decors are cool and relaxing.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem!! I'm absolutely in love with the ambiance and the atmosphere. Most of the seating is outdoors where you're surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery. They do have an inside section which is where you orders drinks and enter the cafe - there's also a nice ambiance here just a different, cozier vibe. We tried the Chai Latte and Matcha Latte which were both very tasty. There's a small parking lot behind but parking might be tricky during a busy day since it's next to a Trader Joe's and a bigger street intersection. Would definitely come back to work or just read!
google avatar

Yelp
We had the iced mocha oat latte and Brie & Prosciutto croissant sandwich. The iced mocha was pretty good while the sandwich was mid. Probably would've been better if the croissant was warmed up. I wanted the strawberry & cream matcha drink but they were out of the cream. The ambiance is what makes this place. We saw this place on tik tok/reels and we get why it's hyped. There's tons of seating outdoors with books you can borrow for free or rent for $5. This indoor seating wasn't very comfy to sit in but the vibe looked cool, also there was a DJ booth so I'm guessing this place turns into a bar at night. Service was decent I recall asking a worker a question while he was cutting up the apples for an Apple croissant sandwich and he gave me a snarky answer. Parking is also in the back but very limited, you may have to get lucky with street parking.

Yelp
Staff were friendly and helpful. This place does get full even with many areas to sit. This place is quiet. However, they do allow dogs so it can get a bit noisy if there are dogs barking. Potentially, I nice place to study or work. Sandwiches sold out at 1pm on Tuesday. Strawberries and Cream Matcha Latte- 10/10 Not too sweet. Matcha flavor is still present. Iced Latte w/ Cold Foam- 9/10 Coffee had great flavor. I did add cinnamon on top after as the cold foam had no flavor or sweetener.

Yelp
Such a cute hidden spot!! There's a lot of areas to sit (would be a great spot to work but note that there are no outlets) I got a pistachio latte with pistachio milk and it was very good! They were very nice and helpful!
google avatar

Yelp
Cafe nido is a beautiful coffee store that transports you to a treehouse/fairytale like place with books! You can borrow books from this cool van that displays all the books or you can rent them monthly. There's multiple rooms and sections to sit in. Each place has unique tiling and decor. There are couches, but the majority of available seating is on tile, wood, or harder surfaces. I sat on a wooden bench that surrounds a big tree! I got a mocha coffee ($8). It was yummy! I definitely was more impressed by the vibes of the coffee store versus the actual drink itself. There are nice restrooms. There is a small parking lot in the back. Don't park at the adjacent trader joes parking. There is some street parking available in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Yelp
Oh man, the power of social media! The place was crowded, and the line stretched almost to the entrance. This place looks like a coffee oasis, a hidden gem with so much greenery. It has a cart of books and other merchandise, like mugs and stickers, ready for purchase. It was a letdown that their espresso machine was down during our visit, which meant our drink options were limited. We ordered their iced green tea and cold brew, both black. They stipped the iced tea well because it wasn't bitter. The cold brew was enjoyable. They had a full alcohol bar but did not look into that menu. They offer sandwiches like brie & prosciutto and more straightforward items like toast with butter and jam. Their staff was calm and friendly. They communicated well about their espresso machine issue, and customers could decide whether to leave or stay in line. Overall, I understand the hype! Hopefully, they can get their espresso machine back up and running!

Yelp
Great place to enjoy coffee and conversations with plenty of seating and free parking. Service is friendly and warm. The space feels cozy and comfortable with different seating experiences throughout.

Yelp
Probably the cutest coffee shop I've ever been to! It's an indoor/ outdoor space with lots of shady trees and cute lil photo opps. They allow you to read their books while visiting for free, rent books, or buy books. Love the concept. Prices are what you would expect them to be with a coffee shop like this. They also sell yummy croissants, sandwiches, and toast. Lots of alternative milks options. I had their drip coffee with almond milk on the side and the toast with raspberry jam. I was pleasantly surprised that their toast was actually a fresh baguette with high quality butter and jam. I felt like I was having breakfast in Europe. Super impressed! I had such a lovely morning at Cafe Nido. Can't wait to return whenever I'm in the area.

Yelp
CAFE NIDO is a cute and trendy coffee bar tucked in an alleyway on Hyperion avenue in Silver Lake. They have a modest selection of coffee (hot/cold), teas, pastries and sandwiches. Moreover, their huge open indoor/outdoor space surrounded by trees provides an oasis like atmosphere for customers. Thereby, an ideal spot to read a book while sipping your coffee. Furthermore, this coffee shop has a mini trailer parked full of used books and customers can rent a book for free while they sip their coffee/tea. Anyway, I came on a hot Summer day and ordered a Cold Brew (16oz). It was smooth, refreshing and average in taste. (p.s. I spilled my first drink while I was stirring it; cute female server made me a new one-for free! ;D) I was a lil embarrassed but luckily customers were too preoccupied with their books and laptops. I'm a figure of fascination, something between sympathy and schadenfreude. Haha! Service was on point. Female white Staff was affable and professional. Prices seem a tad pricey and yet reasonable. Nido's Parking situation was atrocious due to extremely limited space. However, plenty of street metered parking. Overall, I liked their Cold Brew and their coffee bar vibe.

Yelp
The design of this place is soooo cool. There is outdoor seating and a little area with indoor seating. This is such a nice place to just chill and hangout with friends. The strawberry matcha was good, but a little sweet for me so I will probably stick to just the normal matcha next time. The matcha is good quality though . There is a little parking area just for the cafe as well!
google avatar

Jesse Z.

Yelp
This was a very cool cafe. It's tucked away, but still good coffee. We didn't take any books but it's a cool addition to the cafe.
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
I got the seasonal menu tiramisu cortado. It's SO good! The cream top is just the right amount of sweetness, and I was surprised to find it here because I've mostly only found cream tops at asian inspired coffee shops. The baristas are very friendly (especially the lady on Thursday around 4pm !!) with clear communication, and the ambiance is exactly what I'm looking for -- not packed, not loud, good place to either socialize or get work done (they have wifi). Just be aware that the coffee shops is outdoors (but covered by shade) and parking can be tricky because of the small parking lot. I'll definitely be back before it gets too cold.
google avatar

Alisa M.

Yelp
Possibly the cutest cafe I've been to in LA. This hidden gem is located right next to Trader Joe's. Walk down a little alleyway and into this tunnel to find a place for coffee and book lovers to hide away in peace. The place is indoors and outdoors and has plenty of shade from trees. You can rent books, buy the books or read them there for free! Oh yeah- coffee!? Delicious. Tastes better when you're in a pretty place!

Yelp
The good: This cafe is a total vibe. It feels like a trendy jungle cafe from Vietnam. I got a strawberry latte and goat cheese with spinach croissant. The croissant was interesting looking and was so flaky and delicious. It didn't look like a typical croissant. The menu also offered some sandwiches. They officially have PSL available as well. I like the little private sitting areas there are and lounge chairs. The green paint, pink tiles and natural wood colors are very aesthetically pleasing. There's a little trailer that sells books. It's dog-friendly. I liked that the latte wasn't overpowering with strawberry flavor. It was very subtle and surprisingly sweeter than your average latte. The bad: There's limited parking. Around 5 spots in the back between both Trader Joes parking lots. The green couch is pretty slouchy and lacking support. You sink into it if you sit toward the back. The interesting: The entrance is discrete. There is a small archway/tunnel that makes you feel like you've entered a secret garden. I heard at night they sell cocktails and there's a DJ booth.

Yelp
We finally got a chance to visit Cafe Nido in Silverlake, and it did not disappoint! This super cute and trendy coffee spot has quickly become a favorite. The outside seating area is charming and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. You'll find books to read and game boards to play, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a great selection of lattes, pastries, and sandwiches, perfect for a light breakfast. They even serve alcohol, which is a nice touch. The lattes were perfectly brewed, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit tricky since it's limited but we got lucky! You can find spots on the street without too much trouble. Overall, Cafe Nido is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday morning at 8am. It was empty when we arrived but quickly got busy. I was able to park in there little parking lot. There's only like 3 spots. We purchased the strawberry Matcha (tasted more like strawberry than match) and regular latte, both were yummy ! The location was very visually pleasing! Cute decor ! The velvet green couch is super uncomfortable but cute LOL We also saw lots of pets! Will definitely come back !
google avatar

Yelp
Such a cute coffee shop, I love that's it's tucked away and feels private with its little courtyard area. I ordered a sweet cream matcha and chocolate croissant. This is a perfect place to do work, read, or meet with friends. They are dog friendly too if you want to take your furry friend with you! There's a small parking lot, otherwise it's street parking.
google avatar

Thien-Kim B.

Yelp
Wonderfully unique space. Truly like stepping in another world. Pretty crowded, tons of people chatting or on their laptops. There was some light rain when I was there, the shade from the tree coverings was not enough protection from the rain and everyone ran to the indoor space for a bit. I liked my Spinach and Goat Cheese pastry but the coffee here is awful. My latte was sour and bitter. Adding agave and cinnamon powder from the counter barely helped. Parking: they have a small lot. I came relatively early in the day and snagged the last spot.
google avatar

Julia F.

Yelp
Obsessed. Ambience, food, service, all great. Drinks are the typical slightly overpriced thing you expect at cute coffee shops but my latte was great so no complaints here! They are cashless, so just keep that in mind! And no gluten free pastry options. Lots of seating, very open and cute
google avatar

Paul H.

Yelp
Cute spot! Reminds me of Mexico City with all the plants. It can get busy here. So be aware, the secret is out. Food and drinks were good though. Really enjoyed my morning here! Very spacious and airy even inside which is so important and appreciated. No restaurants care about being Covid safe anymore despite it still being a major issue, so safe, accessible spaces like this are greatly appreciated! Tenants of the Trees takes over after 6, which is a horrible bar and a known spot where people get roofied. So don't patronize the bar after 6. I'm pretty sure the cafe is a different owner who just occupies it in the morning and afternoon.
google avatar

Heather L.

Yelp
What a unique and lovely space! I was excited that I found this little gem. We had an iced Americano and a strawberry matcha latte and both were very good. I would come here more often only if they had a parking lot. The parking situation was pretty bad here and if you park in the small lot right next to the cafe that belongs to the shops next door, they'll actually call a tow truck, I heard.
google avatar

Kimberly P.

Yelp
Sadly, this place is definitely overhyped by social media. The space is gorgeous but it's always crowded. And unfortunately the drinks are very watered down and not great. I got a chai and it was basically just milk. I also got their strawberries & cream matcha and the matcha was low quality and overmilked. I did like the strawberry flavor but that's pretty much it. I would skip this place honestly.
google avatar

Alexandra B.

Yelp
Such a cute cafe! It feels like you're in someone's private backyard with large shady trees to sit under and have your coffee. They have their own small parking lot but it does get really busy. They also have non dairy substitutes available and you can bring your dogs to keep you company. I enjoy their special drinks, their Strawberries & Cream Matcha was so good that I almost ordered a second one to go when I was leaving the other day.
google avatar

Kelsey L.

Yelp
I really love seasonal menu items and Cafe Nido does theirs so well! I've been here twice and I always like the drinks I get. Unfortunately I don't remember specifically what drinks I got, but I do remember that they were both extremely espresso fragrant and balanced with whatever seasonal syrups/cold foams that were used. Great space to chat or work, but parking is such a pain in the butt lol
google avatar

Mika C.

Yelp
Very cute space and so spacious. Drinks are tasty and strong. In terms of coming here as a workspace, I was bit disappointed in the lack of outlets. And in terms of overall vibe, it wasn't the most diverse in there. It's a cute spot to go with friends or to read. If you do want to work here, make sure your laptop is charged.
google avatar

Abigail U.

Yelp
This cute cafe is perfect for getting work done. The coffee is yummy, and the atmosphere is charming with lots of plants providing shade to the patio. There are plenty of seats, making it easy for everyone to find a spot to work or simply enjoy their coffee. Highly recommended for both productivity and relaxation!
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Cool ambiance, decent drinks. I ordered a sweet cream matcha with a chocolate croissant and my total was $18, while my friend ordered a latte and goat cheese pastry. Food and drinks are overpriced compared to other cafes. Their drinks were around $7-$10 and the pastries were around $8. My matcha was okay, solid and decent, but the portion size was small for $8. The sweet cream was the redeemer. The pastries are average, not super flakey as one would want, but it will still do the job with your drink. There is a cute courtyard, although only hard seating is available. Not the most comfortable if you want to sit and work for a while.
google avatar

Danielle E.

Yelp
Drinks are extremely mediocre at best, so come for the vibes. My bestie and I walked over after a Pilates class in the area & it was the ideal environment to catch up and chat. Ample seating w shade however it does get crowded. I will say the pastries are pretty good. We enjoyed the chocolate and almond croissants. Sweetness and flavor was on point. I won't be back for the coffee but I'll probably come by to grab a snack and hangout.
google avatar

Sharlene S.

Yelp
Cute spot for a pastry, coffee, and light conversation. Or to work from home or have a quick meeting. Food-we got and almond croissant and butter one, they were fresh and light. Drink- we got a black tea and americano. I wish there were a few more tea options, but I was ok. Service-everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. Vibe- cute space, lots of seating options, cozy feels, well maintained
google avatar

Serene A.

Yelp
What a super cute place, the entrance was a wooden tunnel that led to this nice open cafe that had such great vibes! I ordered the pistachio lav, I was in fact confused about the name so I asked the barista what it was and she said it's pistachio milk latte with lavender and she was so sweet about it, it tasted great but was very very lavender so I can see how it can put off others. My sister got the matcha and it was good. I would come again and I'll bring my friends here too. It was such a nice cafe the seating area, the little van they had with books you can read on the spot and the inside was really nice.
google avatar

Julian P.

Yelp
Pro: bright patio, aesthetic. Grow: needs higher tables. I loved this Cafe! I work best in bright and open spaces and this patio did not disappoint. The green and pink contrast throughout the cafe is beautiful. In terms of seating, they have ample benches but not enough high tables to comfortably work from. The WiFi was fast and reliable. They also have a little library with a good selection of books! The staff were friendly and fast with the orders. I had read many reviews saying it's extremely crowded but that was not the case on Friday. Drink: I had the pistachio lavender latte. The combo was interesting but I think the flavors were competing a bit too much. I did love the swirly foam on my latte but think they could step up the art. Overall, this cafe has one of the best patios and I loved working here. I will be back!
google avatar

Vivien S.

Yelp
Amazing environment for coffee chats. My friend and I came to catch up on life and this was the most fitting spot! The patio is extremely open and the greenery + sea green seating makes it a nice oasis to hang out & spend the afternoon. Our barista was so warm and friendly, he made our experience feel very inviting. We will be back.
google avatar

Salma B.

Yelp
The cutest ambiance at this place. It's tucked in the back of an alley around the corner from the Trader Joe's. There's a lot of space for seating unlike a lot of coffee places in this area. They have outdoor, indoor, and a little greenhouse looking area. Their prices are reasonable and they have iced and hot coffee and tea options. They have some sandwiches, toast and pastry options as well. It's a great place to meet friends, have a first date, bring your pup, or just relax and do some work. They actually have more than one bathroom also which is rare so I didn't have to wait in line. Parking: can be a little tricky but there are some side streets for neighborhood parking, and they have a tiny lot for a few cars in the back. Prices: ranges $3.50-$13 Alternative options: they have alternative milk options. Service: they make everything to order so if it gets busy just be patient. Staff welcomes everyone and already seems to know people.
google avatar

Luke H.

Yelp
We waited a long time then saw how long it was going to be even after we ordered (there was a crowd past the counter waiting too.) We left before trying anything after seeing the sandwiches walk by. The place is beautiful!! I would live there! But wasn't particularly comfortable when crowded. Which, good for them, success and all that. The low star is really for the "and books" that they added to their name. The "and books" refers to a pile of discarded paperbacks that are $10 if you want to dig through them Or a novel $5 to rent for a month. There didn't appear any curation or any convenience to the books. There was a sign saying you can read them there which is cozy and maybe would be fun if you find a less busy time. All in all it felt like Tulum. A beautiful space that's been over run with people wanting to be a part of the novelty. Maybe we will try it again in a few months and I'll update the stars if it has worked out the kinks.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and vibe of this cafe. Perfect place to sit and chat with friends. Coffee wise, it was mediocre though. Definitely more of a pics and hang out with friends place rather than come for quality coffee. They have a little parking lot but it's probably easier to find street parking.
google avatar

Natalie B.

Yelp
Very cute cafe. The name "nido", which means "nest" in Spanish, perfectly describes the café's appearance. I live in the area, so I decided to give my usual neighborhood haunts a break and check out this place. This is a spot for influencers (as I saw one sitting next to me taking carefully curated videos) or quick networking. All vibes. Not quite a place to work or even sit for long. Lol. It felt very West LA, rather than a local, neighborhood café in Silver Lake. The seating is either like finished tree trunks or deep couches, but not comfortable enough to sit for extended periods. There are also no outlets to be found. And because the café is open air, there is no air conditioning. The coffee was ok, nothing memorable or exceptional compared to what I have elsewhere. As I said, cute. But not a place I'd make my local hangout as a neighborhood resident. There are many other café's in the area with better coffee, seating, covering, and layout.

Edgar J.

Yelp
Honestly bruh, coffee tastes like ass, but the sandwich was good:) .
google avatar

Berangér L.

Yelp
Hidden treasure tucked back from Hyperion Ave with a magical atmosphere. Good coffee and calm environment. Not a good spot to do work per se.
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Really cute cafe that's great for catching up with friends or reading a book. There's a lot of shade and I love the giant tree in the middle of the cafe. Their menu is very straightforward, I got the matcha and it was fine. I'll have to go back and try the coffee. When you come to Cafe Nido you're definitely going for the vibe!
google avatar

B L.

Yelp
First two things that stand out about Cafe Nido is the parking and the vibe, so let's start there. Parking isn't clear, but they do have limited parking around back. Aside from that, you'll have to depend on street meter parking. The vibe is the most catchy spot to this place. A majority of their seating is outside. So if the weather is cold (which it was on this day) then you are gonna have a cold experience. But it is very picturesque so if you're "doing it for the gram" then this is a cool spot. As far as the beverages and pastries, the pastries were better than the beverages. My friend grabbed a oatmilk dirty chai tea latte and it tasted like they used chai tea bag so the chai tasted watered down and bitter. We didn't finish the chai. I ordered a oatmilk chaga latte. This was pretty good. I give it an 7 out of 10 in the sense that it was good enough to enjoy but not good enough to order again. But I have seldom tasted a good chaga latte so that's something to note. The pastries were pretty tasty! I've haven't run to many places that have a quality toast in a cafe with good butter and choice of jam or honey. But this was a great choice for me! My friend really enjoyed the chocolate croissant too. It was nice and moist with just the right amount of flakyness. As far as placing my order, and receiving our food and beverages the service was pleasant and basic. We were greeted warmly by the young lady behind the bar and she helped us figure out what's in our drinks and all the customizations and milk preferences. She was very helpful and pleasant to speak with However they had a busser who kind of moved to the beat of his own drum. He came to our table before we were finished with our drink and pastries and started re-arranging our plates and cupware to take what we were using. He just walked up and grabbed my drink without saying excuse me or anything until he already had what he wanted and he didn't necessarily need to even move my drink. So it's was just odd. Usually one comes up and says "excuse me, can I get this extra plate out of the way?" And then we all cooperate. My recommendation is that if you're looking for a cool pic, it's a cool spot. Maybe in the spring time or warmer weather it adds a little more punch to the experience. But aside from that, It's not a place I see myself going to again. I'm also a writer so having a place with outlets would be good but they didn't have any noticeable ones again because most seating is outside. There might have been a couple in a side room with limited seating but I didn't catch them with a simple look.

Yelp
What in the pretentious LA?! It was fine - cute concept. But the matcha with cream was not meh. I could not taste the matcha and it was overpowered by the cream. Aesthetically the place is nice but the seating options aren't comfortable. The guy working the cashier was aloof. And the music was super loud - I found it overstimulating. This place is way overhyped.

Yelp
This is a really great cafe if you love coffee, love outdoor seating and are looking for a place to meet with a friend! Their drinks are amazing, their baristas are top notch and the setting is really cool. Plenty of seating - the only issue is parking. Luckily I found a street metered spot (my friend parked in the Trader Joe's lot). Definitely put this place on your list of "go to coffee spots"! You won't regret it

Yelp
How cute is this place! A tad bit on the expensive side, but it is what it is. The staff is lovely and I really liked the matcha. The matcha comes unsweetened, but they have agave out on the counter for you to add whatever you like I believe. I did think I was able to taste the oat milk a bit more than the matcha at times, but it was still delicious. They have a small parking lot, but there's also 2 hour street parking around the neighborhood. Free WiFi.

Yelp
This place has it all. Vibes, great coffee, and books?! We can't have everything we want in life, but this place has all you are asking for in a coffee shop. I ordered an iced chai latte with 2 shots of espresso. It was great. They have parking outside and metered parking on the street as well.

Yelp
My matcha was DELICIOUS! their other drinks seemed tasty too. I can't wait to go again to try them. Service was good, they were busy but still welcoming and polite. Ambiance! It's great!! Outdoors type of style, with trees, and a cool DJ playing music. It's still a good place to go with friends or to read a book even with music I playing! :)

Yelp
Absolutely love the ambience of this place. It is an oasis in the middle of silver lake, quiet, with plenty of space and full of greenery. A wonderful place to meet up with friends or kick back with a book. One of my favorite coffee shops in LA!

Yelp
What a beautiful hidden cafe! Unfortunately I got a subpar latte somewhere else but I really wish I had discovered this place first! I ended up getting the Apple and brie sandwich which was a perfect combo for breakfast. The service here is also great. I grabbed myself a book to read from their cute collection because I was stuck in silverlake without a car for several hours. This place was a lifesaver.

Yelp
The cutest coffee shop! Plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Lots of shaded area. Ambiance is very nice and pleasing to be around. The coffee is delicious! I had a hazelnut latte and it's far better than most coffee shops here. And there's a cute trailer that has books you can choose from to read while you're there, or rent/buy. I do wish there were more parking spots available in the back. Once the few spots available are filled, it's street parking and the area can get so busy. Luckily I ended up going to the shops next door, so I was able to get a spot. Overall, it's a great coffee shop to try out and spend a nice afternoon at.
