"Verdict: Great coffee. Possibly the most beautiful cafe in Los Angeles. Saturday lines are nightmare fuel. A nightclub is one of the scariest places to find yourself in LA during the daytime. Not in Cafe Nido's case. This is an indoor-outdoor operation at Tenants of the Trees in Silver Lake (though the two businesses are not connected) where you order your latte at the bar and drink it on a stunning, green-tiled patio. It's objectively delightful. Big trees offer shade as you eat prosciutto sandwiches and there's a parked trailer full of used books that you can read. Our only complaint is that weekend lines can get long. (We've even heard reports of it taking an hour just to get coffee.) "Walking through Cafe Nido’s thatched entrance and into its serene back patio is a little like Alice falling down that damn well—exhilarating and completely disorienting. This daytime-only coffee shop operates in the shady, green-tiled backyard of Tenants Of The Trees in Silver Lake (the two businesses are not connected). There's a parked trailer full of used books that you can read while drinking crisp iced lattes and eating simple sandwiches with brie and prosciutto. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think you were in Condesa or walking around Palermo in Buenos Aires. And that’s exactly why this place has lines out the door. Cafe Nido is more than just a coffee shop. It’s an escape where, for at least one morning, you can pretend to be a more interesting version of yourself." - Brant Cox
Gloomy day, no where to sit, wifi aint working, but you still cant deny its the perfectly orchestrated hipster vibe
