Absolutely delicious - a must-try if you’re in Porto!
When we arrived the small restaurant was full with a sizeable queue outside. Don’t let this put you off - we arrived during peak lunch hours and were only queuing for about 15 minutes, and it’s beyond worth the wait! The decor is really charming, and despite being rushed of their feet as I suspect they always are, service was speedy and efficient. The francessinas arrived and they were unbelievable! The sauce has a strong delicious beer base, the cheese and bread join to make a brilliant gooey topping, and the meats inside are really flavoursome! 10/10, no notes! * bear in mind that the restaurant closes at 3 and doesn’t reopen until 7.
