This is a tiny caf with 4 tables only big enough for two each. There is Algerian sports on the telly. For a fiver, the merguez and chips baguette was amazing. I didn't get any salad and skipped the chilli sauce (I know... I'm a baby.) The merguez was cooked perfectly, still soft and not like rubber. The bread was also crispy and fresh.
Boss man who was running the place was really friendly. He told me all about where he is from, where the best butcher is for merguez. Despite being the only female in the cafe the whole time I was there, there were zero bad vibes and just got on and had a good time eating my lunch.
This is not dinner date material, but the food is incredible and once you have been you will want to go back.
