Yelp
Im a huge fan of Korean bbq and Korean fried chicken so had to try this place as many friends recommended it. When entering, the place is really neat and I also noticed many carry out orders going out consistently.
I have to say the menu was pretty vast and they had a lot of unique items That sounded really good. This time we opted for some wings with soy garlic, fries, and the bulgogi dupbop.
I have to say, the wings were big, very very crispy and juicy on the inside. The sauce was good, but I do prefer more sauce as it was just brushed on I guess. Definitely a pretty penny too as 10 wings are $20. The size does kind of make up for it though.
The bulgogi dupbop was alright. For $18 I would've liked more beef. The bowl was big and there were a lot of veggies and a ton of rice. Flavor was ok, but I swear it was missing something. Definitely tasted fresweet and fresh.
Side of fries was big and were cooked well. Its those thick cut fries that are tough to get right, but they came out crispy(as crispy as those kind of fries get) and with a big cup of ketchup.
Service was pretty standard. Did notice a kid taking a pee right outside the window... was facing a car, stepped in it, then got in the car after(he was wearing flip flops). This did not add to the aesthetic.
Overall, Id say this is a solid place to get Korean fried wings. There is a boneless option, but the menu says it was $30. The price point was really missing for me. Ive been to a ton of Korean places, but this just didn't hit and for the cost would've expected more.
