Food is typically good when I go, but this time avocado toast was not so good, there was barely an avocado and is was spread so unevenly it looked like an afterthought.

I thought this place looked cute and cozy so I gave it a try. The macaroons are stale (earl grey and cookies and cream) I couldn't even bite it. The brown sugar Boba milk tea was barely any brown sugar one sip I was drinking a cup of milk. I won't be back.

I think this is a pretty good cafe. It's not luxurious, but it's affordable and convenient. The food is served quickly. There are coffee, drinks, milk tea, waffles, sandwiches, bagels, croissants, and even ice cream. There are still many choices. The price is not expensive, and there are often many students. It's very pleasant to chat.

Very busy! Food looks yummy! They don't honor their check in freebie. Got the salmon cream cheese bagel and had to ask for all the "extras". I'm confused as to why they have a lox bagel picture on their menu but don't actually offer said item. The mushroom and avocado toast is pretty good. Coffee drinks are good. Their teas are a bit too watered down.

Found this spot & it's currently my favorite cafe. Love that it has many outlets to charge my devices & can work on my laptop. I had a bacon egg & cheese on a plain bagel. I love that they use maple bacon giving it a sweet flavor. Had it with an iced coffee with oat milk. They also have almond milk which is good for my non dairy folks like me. The second time i visited I had a dirty chai with a slice of cookies & cream cake. It was smooth & melted in your mouth. So good. They do have a lot to offer from boba, ice cream, pasta & sandwiches. Enjoy the alll day breakfast. Service is alway great & fast.

If you're going to just get coffee or a specialty drink, this is your place. I've ordered coffee here several times and am always pleased. The regular meals leave A LOT to be desired. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was a waste of money. No flavor, rubbery chicken, generic cheese - just no. Also, service was lackluster. It's convenient if you're staying at a nearby hotel.

Popped in while waiting for a coworker for a coffee. What a great discovery! Great coffee, wonderful fruit teas and the food is really great. Wasn't going to eat until I saw everyone else. Go here if you are in the area.

Maybe the best Boba tea I've had. The tapioca pearls were perfect. Good service and quiet, chill bubble tea shop. There were a lot of great menu items like bingsu and special Boba (i.e. Taro base with brown sugar syrup). Went here twice with teammates and will go again.

Service is great very attentive friendly staff. Though the space is not big there were enough tables. Found that local and tourists alike came by for coffee lunch with their dogs to work for a bit. The outside view isn't great it's facing Canal. Prices are par for the area. Located near the Holland Tunnel I there are also many other businesses around. Stop by for coffee milk shake smoothie or a bite to eat!

Great breakfast spot in Tribeca! The menu selection is extensive and cater to every taste and mood. Food was delicious (esp. the waffles) and very well presented. Coffee was a big step up from your typical coffee shop - augmented by bubble tea and other fun options.

If you have lots and lots of time to waste, this is the place for you. The food comes out quicker than the coffee. And that's saying something because the food was slow. We ate everything before we got the drinks. Seems to be a shortage of employees, motivation, or both.

Spacious and quiet place in the back. Good for studying which is what I came to do. They're menu is super long which is different from other Caffe Benes. They have breakfast, wings, dinner, coffee, tea and smoothies. I was so surprised when I saw wings so I got some. Definitely on the more expensive side though.

I was super hyped to visit this caffe bene because realizing it exists in NYC gave me such nostalgia for when I regularly visited a caffe bene in Korea during the summers while growing up. I was disappointed, to say the least. The menu and interior of the place gave very similar vibes to what I've experienced in Korea. However, the food & coffee quality was, unfortunately, meh. I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee because I wanted a nice refreshing sweet coffee -- this I would give 4/5 stars. It did the job, but I've had much better vietnamese iced coffee elsewhere. For food, I ordered a chicken sandwich (I'm forgetting the full name of it), but the menu description made it sound delicious. I was so so disappointed by the food. The bread was so stale - it completely scraped the roof of my mouth. The chicken was slimeyish and smothered in some sweet sauce, leaving an awful aftertaste in my mouth. I had like 2 bites and could not continue -- which was so disappointing because the sandwich was NOT cheap for it being something that they reheated and served. I was definitely disappointed and suggest hitting other local NYC coffee shops rather than wasting your time and money here :(

EVERYTHING IS MICROWAVED!! All breakfast food from you local supermarkets freezer section. I should of known.... I didn't hear a griddle or a sizzle. I just kept hearing the microwave open, close and ding! You live and you learn. Never again

Occasionally passing by, did not expect the service is really good, the food is very delicious, the meal is very fast, we are in a hurry almost did not sit down completely, we can eat first, it is really cool, highly recommended

The food was lovely and really eye catching. The severs were absolutely kind and respectful with a lovely environment and atmosphere.

While my wife and I were trying to find a breakfast place we found this cute little shop. They sell breakfast sandwiches boba, dessert, and many more we both order the big and egg and cheese in the croissant and it's very good. They have nice staff as well. I suggest just you stop by they even sell lunch meat.

Would love to give this a higher review, but it was a messy visit. Ordered 4 drinks, which were handed to me unlabeled, so it creates confusion on who got what. In addition, the drinks are poured quite full, so for carry out, the spillage rate is high (spilled a ton of matcha on myself). Would suggest that they provide to-go protectors, label their drinks, and a bit more organization. On the positive side, their almond latte is 4/5.

This is a pretty sweet spot on Canal street. I stopped in and did the smore hot chocolate. As far as taste it was pretty darn good however the issue I had with it was that it wasn't hot. The whole experience of hot chocolate for me is taste and sipping it while it's hot and waiting for it to cool. Like I said it was served to me pretty warm/coolish but it tasted good. You can really taste the s'mores throughout every sip. The service wasn't bad at all. The guy working the front was friendly and pretty quick as he was working alone. I will definitely visit again as the food and desserts they have look absolutely amazing.

ordered avocado toast , asked for multigrain bread, "huh what's that" was offered "gluten-free". (The location at 333 Massachusetts Ave. in Boston has multigrain). I understand this is a global brand and I guess mistakenly thought there would be some consistency as far as products or menus. "sure, fine, give me gluten-free". large hot Matcha latte with almond milk, then we're on to going over the typical reinforcement of the original order "almond milk, no not whole milk", "hot, no not iced" etc. added 15% tip (for cash register service LOL. "Did you want whole milk with that?". " on my receipt it says almond milk" " almonds milk" "yes, almond milk, please" also: "the gluten-free bread is a three dollar up charge". I laugh, exhausted, you win, and I give him a $20 bill. he gives me $16.73 back. I have the pennies in my pocket right now. Meaning, I can prove this! oh well, the avocado toast on the gluten-free bread tasted like something a dog might leave but the Matcha (says green tea on the receipt) gets about a seven. Some people will chisel themselves to great wealth and I will die a pauper.

Food was great. We order for pickup. The employees were nice and ensured all my food was packed neatly along with my coffee, also they added extras without asking . Utensils, napkins, and extra syrup for my pancakes. The inside area was nice. Maybe next when we visit we will eat there. The inside reminds me of a Fancy Starbucks..

A great restaurant! I am very satisfied with all the service and products in this store! It has my favorite taro milk tea!! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or even dinner, this restaurant is highly recommended! The food is very diverse, the environment is very good, and the staff is very patient and thoughtful. Sincerely recommend this restaurant from the bottom of my heart.

Beautiful little coffee shop with scrumptious pastries and a variety of breakfast and lunch items. Saw several folks eating salads that looked fresh and delicious. We grabbed an Americano and Latte to go. They do carry alternative non-dairy milks and sugar free syrups. Wonderful, kind service. If you're staying at the Hilton or Sheraton this is a great find.

Great service, really great staff! Got food to go, that was very well packed and put together. During the day, there's not much traffic, therefore you can enjoy your food in peace. Now onto the food.... this food definitely made our day! I was able to get the strawberry and banana pancakes (personally requested), and their bacon, egg, and avocado open face sandwich. The pancakes were absolutely tasteful! Don't let the picture fool you, they give out 4 stacks of pancakes which each order. The fruits tasted very fresh and honestly I wouldn't have minded getting an extra order of pancakes either. The bacon, egg, and avocado sandwich so well seasoned! I was very shocked, because usually I would have to always add salt and pepper to my eggs, but I didn't need it at all for this sandwich! Unfortunately, I was so full from the pancakes to finish the sandwich, but being able to try it so worth it! This restaurant was conveniently located only a couple blocks away from my hotel, so it became a no brainer spot to grab food from, to enjoy some nice breakfast in bed.

This location is located in a not so good area...not feeling very safe outside. As for the food wise...they got great waffles, with ice cream or fruit, many different combinations.

I hereby declare this place to be awesome. I got a simple coffee w cream and a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I was expecting a simple basic no thrills means to stuff my mouth. I was amazed both at the flavor of the coffee and the sandwich. Probably best coffee I've ever had. And the food was amazing. Totally unexpected and appreciated.

Said home fries... CRAP TATER TOTS! Cheap link sausage. The worst croissant I have ever had. Stay clear. Better places nearby. EVEN DUNKIN' DONUTS IS BETTER!

Ordered pickup from Caffe Bene via UberEats on my way back home from doing errands. I've been to Caffe Bene locations before and remembered them having a fun drink menu and my memory served me right! I spent so long on the app looking through their menu because of how many choices they have! My pickup was ready upon arrival and the employee handed me my bag through a small hole in the clear screen at the counter separating the employees and the staff. My food was fresh and they even kept my drink in the freezer so it'd stay cool! The cashier asked me if I wanted to have the drink now and helped me unpack the wrap on top of the drink so I could enjoy it on my walk home. The staff here are very thoughtful and their coffee always hits the spot! I had the honey bread this time and it wasn't my favorite but amazing regardless. Please try their cheesecake though cause omfg. Worth a visit for sure!

Peaceful, ambient, soul soothing, and most of all, great selection on drinks and food. You're saying I can have waffles at 6pm?? Sold. If that hasn't sold you then maybe try their gelatos or macaroons. The employees there will help you pick what you like and sometimes offer you their favorites. Plus like to come back for another cup of coffee and for a slice of carrot cake. Wish there was more of this franchise in other location's

Anyone who says anything bad about this place (Caffé Bene) something is wrong with you. This is one of the BEST and FRIENDLIEST Coffee Shop in this city, the place is Amazing (NICE and CLEAN. The food and drinks are GREAT and the Employees are INCREDIBLE, hard working and friendly. As soon you walk in, it feels like home and it feels good to be there. Also it's a very nice place to sit with your laptop and get some work done. I always bring my family and friends there, they LOVE this place, we all LOVE Caffé Bene. If anyone says something STUPID about this AMAZING Place, It's a LIE...

This is a cute little coffee shop that has nice outlets and really good multigrain hot oat milk latte! Super responsible prices and fast service, good place to work. It's got a ton of other snacks too so would come again.

This was place was great! Customer service was so friendly and helpful. I had their brown sugar bubble milk tea and it was creamy and delicious!!! Hits the the spot. Glad I came here for my afternoon sugar fix. I would love to come back and try all the other drink specials. The snack selections looked good too, though I didn't have a chance to try it this time. I will be back to try the pastries.

Great place for coffee! Ordered the pumpkin spice latte which is new on the menu and a strawberrynana waffle. Super pretty and delicious! Grateful for their COVID policy to keep everything clean for costumers. Will come back again for breakfast.

Great location but also gets a LOT of tourists just looking to use the free bathroom. Friendly staff who do not discourage bathroom-goers. This is not definitely not a place to sit with your laptop and get anywhere work done especially if you are sitting by the tables near the counter. I like their misugaru latte(protein latte).

Everything is fresh and delicious. Coffee is great. Love coming here for breakfast. Generally get a breakfast sandwich on a croissant.
