On the Grid : Caffettino

"Five years ago, two brothers from Sicily opened this quaint café on Battersea Park Road. Making it their mission to serve up the most delicious food - from sandwiches to cooked lunches (not to mention their great coffee) this place wins you over with its “come spend your whole afternoon writing a novel” atmosphere. To top it off, you'll find the staff here so very friendly and jovial. The fact that the majority of their customers are regulars goes a long way to prove just how great this little slice of Italy in London really is. Opening Hours Monday - Friday 7am–6pm Saturday 9am–6pm Sunday Closed" - Holmes Wood

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left us perfectly satisfied. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal. We also tried the Aperol, which was perfectly balanced and really tasty. Overall, it’s a great spot for both the food and the vibe – I’d definitely recommend it!

Google
Battersea Bros is a great place and I often eat there at lunchtime. You get great quality, reasonably priced Italian food that’s fresh and served quickly enough. I also really like the strong flat white coffee. The owners and staff are really friendly and are prepared to vary the dishes if you ask. The other advantage is that you can park outside for up to an hour free of charge, and I don’t know many places in south west London where you can do that.

One of my favourite coffee spots in Battersea run by 2 Italian brothers who are very friendly. The atmosphere is warm, charming and cosy, the price is good and the food is fresh. They keep things simple and they make everyone feel special.

I went to a crafts and crusts evening at Battersea Brothers, hosted by artist Laura Walker)! A creative evening where you eat pizza at the same time. I had so much fun!! The pizza was amazing, the decor was so fun and the staff were beyond lovely! 💗 highly recommend!

Lovely continental cafe/restaurant/pizzeria in Battersea. I am gluten free (pain but that’s the way it is) but they just served me the most delicious g/f authentic pasta dish with fresh home made ragu sauce, and a Campari spritz for a fair price! Who needs to go on holiday! Lovely atmosphere and super friendly attentive staff. Thoroughly recommend.

This little Italian café is such a gem! It’s cozy, welcoming, and feels like a place where everyone knows your name. The food is amazing—fresh pasta, rich sauces, and the best coffee I’ve ever had. You can tell everything’s made with care. The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. Whether you stop in for coffee or a full dinner, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend supporting this local spot!

We had a small birthday party here and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was warm and lively, with great music and a cozy vibe. The drinks were beautifully made, the food was delicious—especially the pizza, which was outstanding—and the service was truly exceptional. Friendly, attentive staff made the whole night feel special. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I highly recommend this restaurant for its amazing food and very kind staff. These people were very friendly and helpful when we couldn't get into our accommodations.

Yelp
I can not say a enough about the food, hospitality and the accommodations that the staff provided to me and my family. We ate the tomato basil pasta, bruschetta, and salad, and it was simple, fresh and amazing. The staff helped us when we were locked out of our accommodations, and provided us with beverages while we stranded. I left feeling like family.

Yelp
We stopped for some good aubergine Parmesan which hit the spot. Well prepared and delicious. The wine by the glass is stupid expensive (around £8) which doesn't quite jive with the casual environment. The service was friendly and spot on. All questions answered and you're made to feel at home.

Yelp
I love this place. The service is excellent, the coffee is rich and smooth and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for!

Yelp
I went there twice for coffee and the second time we bought something to eat, which was delicious. I testify that the staff is genuinely italian. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I will patronize again.

Yelp
4 stars for the delicious, warm, Italian ham sandwich on beautiful poppy seed bread. 4 stars for the lovely Tea Pigs tea selection. And 4 stars for what my husband tells me was a great cappuccino (he's still talking about it, 9 hours later). But minus a star for the price - I know the ingredients are probably top quality and it was all very tasty, but I find paying £5.50 for a sandwich really, really painful, even if it did come on a trendy wooden board. But if you have more spare cash than me or think that sounds a great deal for a sandwich, you should definitely come here, even if it's only once in a while.

Yelp
My favorite place in London so far! Traveling by myself from New York to London I found myself in a district of London in zone 2 called battersea. Quite charming neighborhood and full of life. I stopped for breakfast in a little place with a catchy name Caffettino and fell in love with it. Starting with atmosphere, young, energetic reminds you of the simple things in life. The smell was delicious, freshly baked goods, chocolate and of course coffee. The taste so incredible and genuine I wish I could make you taste it while reading. The owners two young guys very friendly and with a positive attitude that as soon as you come on make you feel at home. It is absolutely a place to go to if you are in London and you are craving a nice espresso or cappuccino (the cappuccino was the best I have had Ina long time), or if you want a lasagna ;) I felt like I was in a coffee shop in Italy. Loved it!

Yelp
My dog groomer is just a few doors away from Caffetino so on my first visit to this new groomer, I was in search of a cappuccino after I dropped Spike off for his cut. The delicious aroma wafting out of Caffetino lured me in. Once I stepped in, I knew this was a place I would return to time and again. Everything here is handcrafted with a true artisan touch. The choices abound and everything looks and smells delicious! I ordered a cappuccino and it was the most wonderful, rich, creamy cappuccino I have ever had- a real treat! The baked goods are scrumptious also- you will not be disappointed in this cozy coffee shop in London!

Yelp
Super over priced. They have more or less Mayfair prices. Worst of all their coffee is terrible. Weak without coffee effectively. I asked for a flat white - they charge extra for this (more than a latte) but give you the same milky tasteless cup. I asked if I could at least have a flat white that tasted of coffee. They wanted extra money for that! It's a terrible cafe and if you are wise I would stay away
