I have been buying flour here for the last 3 years and it is the best quality flour for my sourdough bread. I use their trailblazer and Edison all purpose. I recently tried their flour. I am not much of a baker but I gave some to my mom. She makes fried tortillas aka as puri. Puri is Indian food it is yummy when made with their flour. I love it. 😍. I will order more soon.

I stopped by here to buy a 50lb flour bag for the first time, not knowing that i had to place an order ahead of time. The lady working there was very kind and accommodating and found the flour i wanted to order, she even gave me a discount for being a first time customer. I really appreciate what they are doing and how they treat customers. Can’t wait to bake with this flour and go back to buy more flour.
