Dear California Chicken Café Team, First of all, I just want to say how much we love your food. The freshness, the flavor, and the friendly staff make it one of our favorite spots for a healthy, satisfying meal. It’s clear you care about quality, and we truly appreciate that. That’s why it’s hard not to feel a little disheartened when we see the large amount of single-use plastic and packaging used—especially when dining in. We understand that efficiency and hygiene are important, and that certain systems are already in place. But when guests are enjoying their meals outside or on-site, is it really necessary to individually wrap everything in plastic and pack it all into a large plastic bag? Even something as simple as reusable metal plates or trays, which could be easily wiped down, might help reduce this impact. We’re all more aware than ever of how fragile our planet is and how much waste is created from packaging that ends up in landfills after just one use. Please consider sharing this note with your management team. We believe small changes—especially from beloved places like yours—can inspire a bigger shift. I love this location! Great food. The Melrose Wrap is my go to meal. But I wanted to leave a review to recognize the great customer service. They go out of there way to help the customers. Thanks to tonight's team of Roger, Jenniffer, and Janet. They saw me crossing the street to come and pick up my order and had it ready for me when I got to the front. You don't see this type of 5 star VIP service at most places. Keep up the great work everyone!

I go here all the time so you can trust me. You’ll probably be happy with whatever food you get - the rotisserie chicken in amazing and they always give you a good portion. The staff is always super nice and helpful too! My biggest gripe is that they’re not very consistent with the wraps. It’s like I get a different effort each time. Sometimes perfect, sometimes a mess. Also I wish they would just take over the parking lot and put their seating there instead of the sidewalk. Probably not their fault, but it would make eating there more enjoyable for sure.

Everyone should go to this California Chicken Cafe location at least once if you live in LA. Especially if you order a night sometimes they give free food along with your order! Jennifer and everybody there is really helpful. Great service too!

Fast pick up experience. The rice chicken wrap was great. Service was speedy and friendly. Jose helped answer some questions I had about my order and it's clear he preps all the food with love.

Love this place. Always fresh, delicious and packed well. Last two times, I received extra pieces of chicken for free both times.

Chicken was great and I love eating there once in a while...its a bit pricey but it's worth it
