California Pizza Kitchen at Summerlin

I have been to several CPKs and this one is my favorite! It’s clean with rustic decor. The service was great! I got the lunch special with a personal mushroom pizza and a Thai chicken salad. It was a great deal too, I want to say around $12! Both were fresh and delicious! It was a quick meal by myself but I’ll be back!

If the manager is reading this, I apologize for losing my temper in your restaurant. My wife unintentionally sabotaged your chili flake shaker. The food and service was excellent and I appreciate the offer to fix my dish after all the chili flakes poured out on my food. Thank you for being so kind.

We sat at the bar and had a wonderful meal. Neither my husband or I drink alcohol and your Bartender Gabrielle steered us towards the non alcoholic drinks. We both ordered the cucumber drink and it was very delicious. I ordered the shrimp scampi with zucchini. My husband ordered a salad. Gabrielle recommended it along with the other bartender and my husband really enjoyed it. The food was delicious but to truly enjoy a whole restaurant experience, you have to have great service and we both feel we got above par service from Gabrielle. She chatted with us and the second our food was delivered, she backed off and let us eat. When we needed something like a refill or to go boxes, she was right there with what we asked for. Thank you for giving us such wonderful and friendly service great food and even greater service, nothing more to ask for. We will definitely be back again. We’re an older couple and have had our share of rude service people but Gabrielle was very sweet and I hope she stays there

Tried and shared multiple dishes. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Lots of food choices if wanting to share.

Delicious & Different food (not a typical pizza joint at all) provided by knowledgeable and attentive servers. I hadn’t been to a CPK for many, many years —don’t have any where I live — but had great memories of it when I lived in Hawaii and decided to give this one a try while on a trip to the Las Vegas area. SO glad I did!

Food and service was mediocre. We got there around 10pm and I believe they close at 1 1 PM. So, they sat us, took our order then started making loud noises by moving chairs and tables around, mopping floors& etc...and making us uncomfortable. Paying clients shouldn't be treated in such a poor manner!!! .

Great atmosphere. Pretty clean. The food was okay. The Mexican street corn and the Thai crunch salad was awesome. The Garlic cream fettuccine had good garlic flavor but was pretty dry and the noodles were a little overcooked. Overall, the food was good. Will definitely eat here again.

My husband and I went for lunch on a Friday. He ordered off the lunch menu. I was only a little bit hungry. So he ordered a sandwich and that came with a salad. They were both great for the price of the meal. I think before tip it was only $13.00. not bad for a lunch for 2.

Dined in with the family on a weeknight to enjoy some pizzas. We got sat pretty quickly since it wasn't too busy. We ordered the popular bbq chicken on thin crust, margherita on thin crust, hawaiian on regular crust, and a southwest one. All were delicious and we had lots leftover to take home. We also got two types of pastas, one with shrimp and one with chicken. For appetizers we ordered the Thai salad and two orders of dynamite shrimp which was my personal favorite. For dessert we had the butter cake and chocolate cake, both with vanilla ice cream. Ambiance: modern, upscale vibe. def the fanciest CPK I've ever been too. Not too loud inside, able to hear each other talking which I appreciate! Open kitchen concept and you can see the cooks stretching out the dough and making your pizzas. Restrooms are clean and I like the shared sinks outside of the restroom itself. Service: waiter was friendly and attentive, refilled our waters often, brought new plates and condiments upon request and brought plenty of spoons so we could share the dessert. Thanks for a pleasant experience, we'll be sure to visit again!

Happy July my Yelpie friends! I hate to start a new month with a not great review, but here I am, doing just that. Ya know the problem with chain restaurants is you expect them all to be the same, right? No, not right. We had a gift card for CPK and since moving to this side of town this is the closest CPK. So off we went. We were sat immediately. I asked to move up a booth and the hostess was happy to do so...that was my mistake behind me was a family with 2 kids, I'd say under 5. They were the worst kids I've seen in a restaurant in a long time! (Not part of my rating just a comment) After a few minutes our server came over and she asked if we would like to order drinks then said "we aren't ready to order food, right?" In fact we were but that didn't seem like the answer she was looking for. But we did order the Buffalo Cauliflower to start. When she brought our drinks we did order our dinners. My husband ALWAYS orders the Kung Pao Spaghetti but this time he was going to try something new. I asked the server if the restaurant still did the offer that if you try something new and don't like it you can get something else and she looked at me like I had sprouted a second head. (I looked on the menus after she left and I didn't see it on there so maybe that's a thing of the past). I ordered chicken piccata. Our buffalo cauliflower came out and it's one of our favorites- this one looked good but I thought the cauliflower, while crispy on the outside was mushy. My Hubbs ended up liking the dinner he had (banging beef or something like that) and my piccata was light on sauce, that was a bummer. It had lots of capers tho so that's a plus. We ended with a strawberry shortcake. The food was mediocre but the service was awful. My hubb's lemonade glass sat empty much of dinner until he finally asked her for more. My husband had mentioned the gift card earlier in conversation. She came over and asked for the number. She brought our receipt back without the itemized receipt and said "you have $11 left". Walked away and that was that! She was awful. So I have no idea what we were charged for so I hope it was right. I guess we will just make the drive to CPK at the Fashion Show where the food and service are always good next time my Hubbs wants that Kung Pao Spaghetti.

It's been several years since I last visited a CPK. My family and I decided to go to California Pizza Kitchen for a rescheduled Mother's Day brunch on a Sunday, around 11:00 A.M. This California Pizza Kitchen is located in Downtown Summerlin, next to Maggianos. There are plenty of parking spaces available. As soon as we walked in, a team member was able to get us seated with a party of 8. Drinks were provided, water, lemonade, and a cranberry refresher! While we had our drinks, we placed some appetizers first! AVOCADO CLUB EGG ROLLS Hand-wrapped crispy wonton rolls filled with avocado, chicken, tomato, Monterey Jack and Applewood smoked bacon. WHITE CORN GUACAMOLE + CHIPS Chunky avocado, sweet corn, jicama, red onions, fresh cilantro, and spicy serrano peppers. Tortilla chips. After waiting about 15 minutes, it really started to get busy inside California Pizza Kitchen. We had to wait a while for our team member to come back over to our table and place the order. I ended up splitting with my husband [2] different pizzas for our entrees. THE ORIGINAL BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA BBQ sauce, smoked, Gouda, red onions, and fresh cilantro SICILIAN Spicy marinara, Italian sausage, Capicola ham, pepperoni, Mozzarella, Queso Quesadilla, shaved Parmesan, fresh basil, and wild Greek oregano When the appetizers arrived, I opened up the silverware set. The fork was dirty with dried food on it. When the team member came back around, I asked for a fork replacement and showed him the utensil. From that moment on, everything started to go downhill. We all started to notice these black little bugs flying around our appetizers. They were landing on the food! No matter how many times we were trying to swat the bugs away! We had informed the team member, but nothing was done, unfortunately. He was pretty busy going to a lot of different tables! We tried to eat some of the appetizers that were untouched from the bugs. The white corn guacamole lacked seasoning. It tasted like avocado. It wasn't mashed up well or mixed with the other ingredients. The avocado club egg rolls were decent. After 30 minutes, the entrees arrived. The original BBQ chicken pizza was good! The dough wasn't burnt. There were plenty of large chicken pieces on top of the pizza! There was just enough BBQ sauce on it as well! We wouldn't order the Sicilian pizza again. The marinara sauce was bland, and you didn't get much flavoring from the cheeses or seasonings. The best part about CPK was dessert, though! I had ordered the butter cake with vanilla ice cream on top!! It was delicious! The vanilla ice cream mixed with the freshly baked and warm butter cake was yummy! It was a difficult experience trying to keep the bugs off of our food! It's a beautiful restaurant, though! It's spacious and has a lot of seating! There was also a robot waiter that was functioning inside this CPK location!

This is my fave place for gluten free pizza. It is better than the regular pizza. The Margherita pizza was great. We also ordered the Szechwan Chicken Dumplings which had a great cilantro and scallion flavor. The wonton skin was a little thick and doughy though. The Dynamite Shrimp was fried and sauced to perfection. The Tomato Basil Bisque is always good. We had the food delivered this time. It was all packed very well and delivered while the food was still warm.

Ryan, our server was awesome today! Took his time to get our orders as he knew 3 ladies had to gab before ordering and looking at menus. He promptly came back with passion fruit ice tea and Lemonade. We did take a bit to order, but for some reason they didn't have their soups only the tomato soup. Bit of a bummer, as today in Vegas it was COLD! So, prices have gone up, as they have everywhere, but the lunch special duo is still a bargain at around $20 a person. Full personal size pizzas and great salads. Lots of choices on the lunch special. Pizza, Pastas, Sandwiches and Soups.

I had no idea this place is fun to go to!! It's in summerlin outside mall a lot of parking nearby also ballet nearby. I go to the California pizza place in the fashion Mall. I even went to a few areas in California lol I had no idea this spot was really fun to go to, the menu is very appetizing and easy, the atmosphere is different from all the other places. And the place is very huge! All the servers and people we interact with are so amazing! Our server went to visit us in a full house and kept our glass full. I should have took more pictures but the food was that great I had to get right to it and eat. At the end of the tunnel they give us some complimentary envelopes not to open until we return so just have me curious I never seen this in marketing organization. So for sure I will come back LOL I'm going to have to come back for their salad they got some cool healthy stuff in there!! To be continued!!!

Loved the happy hour menu at CPK if you are looking for guaranteed tasty food and for a great price definitely check out the happy hour. We ordered the happy hour pizza and it was great the best thing is they used REAL fresh mushrooms! Finding a place that uses fresh mushrooms on pizza is a needle in a hay stack. Bravo CPK! And the wontons were savory and a bit tangy. I ordered the house wine on the happy hour and my husband had the beer. Overall we really enjoyed the quick lunch and it was perfect portion for a midday meal. The service was "Ok" it was clear it was not his day we wrote a nice note on the receipt wishing him a better day. The restaurant was busy a bit loud but you can tell it was a popular choice among locals and for the quality and price who would care. Go check out there happy hour! We will definitely be returning!

Back here again! We wanted something different, so we ordered the Carne Asada Pizza, which tastes like a carne asada burrito, but on a pizza. Super awesome!! We also had the California Club Pizza, which tastes like a BLT sandwich on a pizza! If you like fusion food, try these. Amazing food & service, along with a great atmosphere. That's why we came back..again!

I have not been to CPK in about 8 years (since I lived in California). My family and I came in on a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived at the hostess stand I was ignored by 3 girls looking over the seating chart. There was no other customers in the waiting area/front door walk in space. I had to say hello first to get anyone to look at me. They asked how many needed a table and when I answered 7 they about freaked out with stress. One quickly replied "SEVEN?!!" Like I said it was a party of 30 or something haha. I was then ignored for a few more minutes so I stepped away so the 3 of them could look at the seating chart again and figure it out without me hovering close by. We felt bad but didn't think 7 was too outrageous for a family lunch. Another party of 5 came in & the hostess got confused with our party's standing by each other (there needs to be an actual waiting area here). Once they figured it out we were called over and seated towards the back by the take out area. We were quickly greeted by a very friendly & upbeat server named Charles. Thankfully he wasn't phased by our party of 7 and quickly executed our drink and food orders. He brought out some amazing bread and kept up on all the soda, water and tea refills with a smile on his face. We were VERY happy with the service from Charles. He was on it!! The food did take a very very long time to arrive but it was busy in the place. The robots driving the food around was very entertaining! My garlic sauce fettuccine with shrimp was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Next time I'll ask for extra sauce because that was amazing! Hostess's need some more training but the servers & cooks are incredible!

I recently dined at California Pizza Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Throughout the meal, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious, but it was the outstanding service that truly made the evening memorable. I highly recommend California Pizza Kitchen to anyone looking for a delicious meal served with genuine hospitality.

Don't skip on CPK's Happy Hour from 3-5. Six dollars for a pizza and a beer. Half off on appetizers. The Works pizza was delicious, and the dessert was amazing! The restaurant was abuzz with positive energy, and they have a fun little robot that assists the servers. Our server was amazing and the manager stopped by to say hello too! We'll return!

Came to California pizza kitchen after a movie night and it was not so busy, which is good because we got sat right away and food came out perfectly. It was also nice and quite inside. After looking at their menu I seen they took their damos avocado egg rolls off se we tried their pot stickers. They were actually very good. The carne asada pizza is so delicious. They did change up the ingredients a bit. Before the peppers use to be grilled and now they are cut and put on the pizza. It taste a lot better when they were grilled. The garlic cream fettuccine pasta is also a must try. It is perfectly delicious. Very great spot to come and have dinner

Liz is one of the best servers we have came across. She was sweet and on top of everything we have 4 children and sometimes when we walk in a place they aren't very happy about a bunch of kids. I can tell you from start to finish she didn't skip a beat. Water refills were on point. My kids chug water too! The environment was nice and the restaurant seems to have it down. We will be back to see her very soon

Love this place! Good food, friendly service, clean inside. Happy hour is great. Nice atmosphere to hang out with family and friends.

Everything has declined here following Covid. Half the host people look like they don't want to be at work. Yesterday sat down and no one came by to offer a drink or anything for 15 minutes. Finally the manager did. They have sufficient staffing there but half of them don't seem to care The white and black chips with avocado etc., used to be a big portion. Last couple of times it was 50% less and not too much avocado. Didn't look fresh either. No black chips either because they didn't have any. Who is ordering your food. Poor planning. Ordered the Italian chop and they tell me the dressing wasn't shipped. Poor management.

I can't believe it's been three and a half years since my first review. It was during pandemic and I'm so happy CPK survived as many restaurants and other businesses, unfortunately, did not. I still LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place despite it being a chain. They have a nice lunch menu which offers a great selection, is reasonably priced, and you just can't go wrong. My hubby and I are usually served by Michael Anthony but today, Joel was our server. Both are absolutely incredible. Our beverages are always filled, and our food comes out tasty and fresh. I recently tried their smashed pea with barley soup which doesn't sound as good as it tastes. It is delicious!! It's very filling and is the best soup on a cold and rainy day. Their tomato soup is also a winner. Their mushroom pizza, California veggie and Hawaiian pizzas are yummy. My hubby tried the barbeque chicken salad today, and he is now a big fan. We have never had a bad meal or bad service and hope to keep up our run. Thank you to Manager Dena, the hostess and the staff for your awesome work.

This is by far the best Thai crunch salad I've had. The right amount of sweetness and tangyness The salad was so fresh. Really appreciate the staff who took us in the last minute and served really well. Honestly the butter cake was to die for I was in awe when I took the first bite. So creamy, buttery and moist at the same time. I'd definitely visit the second time just for this The restaurant was very cozy. They also had an outdoor seating which made me feel like I was on the streets of Paris.

I don't often write reviews, but our experience with Walker was amazing! We came in around 4, was seated quickly, and he gave great recommendations for appetizers and main entrees.

I've been a long time CPK customer, it's one of my favorite restaurants- It's consistently good (service & food). Today we dined in and Charlie was our server and he was one of the best servers we've ever had. He was extremely attentive, and just made our dining experience 5 stars today! I was really impressed, and also- our food was so good today too! I had the veggie pizza on cauliflower crust with goat cheese- and i highly recommend it!

I am not someone who has had CPK very often. I have only been a handful of times in my life. This location was great! I had the lunch special which was a personal pizza and side salad. The portions were perfect. If you don't eat much, you could even share this with a friend! I love that you can choose from a variety of salads and not just the common ranch or caesar salads. The food was great! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. This location has a super cute robot that brings the food to certain tables. I'm easily amused so I thought it was adorable. Overall friendly staff and yummy food! Can't beat it.

We arrived around 3:30pm and the doors were locked despite coming during working hours. The other thing that was interesting was the bar tender and another waiter watched us try to open the locked door and just watched. The waitress never brought the tea that one person in my party ordered and never came back to see what drink I wanted. So two of us in my party choked our meal down. The pizza was not fully cooked. The waitress didn't check back on us until we were finished eating. I ordered a Tanqueray with tonic and lime. The waitress told me theres no tonic here and later came back to say they don't serve Tanqueray. We were charged for an iced tea that was NEVER received. This is worst experience I have had at any California Pizza Kitchen. In the future, have your waitstaff check on the customers more often. It was not busy at all. I hope this server was new and just needs additional training.

This CPK is at Downtown Summerlin, and has a nice outdoor patio, which is very enjoyable in the cooler weather. The indoor dining area is huge! Plenty of space even for a large group. We stopped by at lunchtime, and ordered from the special lunch menu. My Wild Mushroom Pizza was delicious! And the Italian Chopped Salad was really tasty and refreshing! My Sangria was also great. Definitely satisfying! My bf has a lot of food allergies and requested to void certain food items to make sure nothing triggers the reaction. The waiter was taking the special notes, and served the orders accordingly. He was very nice, helpful with everything we asked for. Definitely a great place to return again!

I must say I was pretty sad when I looked at the new menu and saw the honey sangria was gone. It was my FAV. Mike was super gracious and patient when I asked a million questions. He said he would be right back and brought me a tester of something (I had no idea lol). It ended up being the watermelon sangria. GREAT ALT FOR THE SANGRIA! He did forget to bring me the big version which I took a picture of which I just asked for and he ended up bringing it. Normally I would have given this 4 starts due to that and the longish wait for the check. He ended up bringing me more of my drink for free and was a funny and genuine guy! I would 100% wait and rather be served by someone like that!! Give me that all day long!!! My salad was amazing. It's my go to. I get it with blackened shrimp. It was kind of cool to see they have this robot to help the servers deliver food or take stuff to the front or bar! I think every restaurant should have this!

Wanted a 6 Oz pour of wine got 9 Oz. Told the waitress only wanted 6 Oz. Too bad..paid for 9 Oz only drank 6 Oz. Ordered half Thai salad. Charged for whole one plus added $4.00 for avocado. Salad was dry, no flavor. Never any offer by waitress to exchange wine, salad or reduce price to what we really ordered.

I'm going to review as a dasher and a customer. *As a dasher: every time I come to pick up food there's no one to greet, but luckily the order would be ready.. but again what if it's not ??? Who will be assisting?? *As a customer: I order "THAI CRUNCH SALAD" many times, I really like how it tastes. As for pizzas, I order it when I'm with my niece somehow the same pizza I always order tasted different the last times and was very dry and hard . It's located in Summerlin Mall so, it's mostly crowded which I don't feel comfortable and I don't dine in , some people do they don't mind , but to be honest it's on a corner and the view is really nice specially during sunsets.

Amazing food and service!! We ordered the cauliflower pizza crust which was so delicious! The egg rolls were also yummy. They give free bread and oil to dip in, a nice touch. They have a great patio to enjoy the nice weather. Will go back!

I ordered the Sicilian pizza again and it is always excellent. The crust is thin but the pizza is never overcooked, so the pie stays soft and pliable. I wish there was a bit more sausage and a bit less pepperoni, but that's a personal preference. Recommended

We've been regulars here for a few years and I can say I've recently stayed away because we've had some annoying visits, however, the last few we've had were so good. We sit at the bar- The service could beat out a 5 star restaurant in a high end casino. They seemed to be anticipating my needs and it felt like my mind was being read. I loved it. The food was excellent, as always. We ordered a veggie pizza with Buffalo sauce on bottom, side of ranch, and a Thai crunch salad- I think that's what it's called- it's so good. Thank you to the CPK team! Can't wait to visit again.

California Pizza Kitchen is always my go to. Whether I'm looking to pick up a quick to go order, or want to dine in, CPK absolutely never disappoints me. I love their Pepperoni Pizza and their Wedge Salad. Manager Matt is always so kind and is great with guests. He definitely runs his restaurant in a great way, since all of his staff are amazing. From the servers to the hosts, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Also their lunch special, is such a great deal! Would definitely recommend stopping in for that alone.

Open later than most of Downtown Summerlin, CPK is a staple in our house. My tried and true favorite is the California Veggie pizza (dipped in ranch, of course). I wish they would sub the vegetables out seasonally because this one had some pretty foul tasting eggplant on it which is usually good, but I think they're just out of season right now. The broccolini is always my fave. I believe it was a Tuesday night, so the place wasn't full by any means but there were definitely plenty of other people in there around 8PM. Regardless, service was quick and attentive. We weren't drinking, but our water cups were always full. Overall, this is a well-functioning CPK location, which I've always appreciated. Keep it up, team! My only feedback is to switch to seasonal veggies, or take things off of it as you know they aren't the best quality.

Egg Rolls anyone!! Well if you're in Summerlin, you should stop by and grab a bite to eat. Michael Anthony was the bartender and was very attentive. The service was great! He suggested egg rolls and they hit the spot! It's enough for seconds..the ambiance was nice and chill! I'm headed tot he Apple Store so until next time...Cheers!

If you're coming during a busy time, there will always be a wait, so that's always a given. I appreciate the texting feature so we can go a bit aways from the restaurant itself to walk around the area as we wait to be seated. If you're with good company the waiting time doesn't seem too long. However, if you're hungry it can feel like forever. So I suggest if you're really hungry to just try another place for now. Patience must be practiced when coming to a busy establishment. Other than the wait, we've always had a pleasant time with the servers, the host, & the people we go with so we always return for more. We usually go to the Town Square location, but when we are on this side of town and are craving for some pasta, CPK is def on our top.

Located in Summerlin at the outdoor shopping mall area. This location is fairly big with outside seating, indoor seating, and bar seating. The staff here are extremely accommodating and helpful, we had a little mishap with my dish and the server and kitchen manager corrected the mistake immediately, they also came over and apologized, and made it right. We appreciate them going above and beyond to fix their mistake. All of their dishes are delicious, the pastas are amazing and their salads are refreshing!

We enjoy dining at CPK DTS. We had a waitress named Halsey....which we've had before. Halsey is ALWAYS Super Polite, Friendly, Very Attentive to her customers and displays Excellent Customer Service!!! She is the reason we keep coming back! Thank you Halsey for remembering us when we dine there, smiling and being so kind to your customers! You should train some of the staff to be like YOU! We've had a few other wait staff and they're not as friendly and forget to come back to check on us. Thank you Halsey for making our dining experience so memorable! YOU make the difference. Love the salmon dish, but NOT the corn side dish. The Belgium Chocolate Souffle Cake is the BOMB.

I feel like sadly food quality here isn't what it used to be. Also the service. The moment we walked in the service women up in the front didn't even greet us, acknowledge us or smile until I greeted them. Our server was busy and had a lot of tables to take care of and looked very overwhelmed. He was very nice but looked like he was under too much pressure. I used the restroom before we ate and they have the sink area for women/men to share outside the bathrooms and the area was filthy. The food was just okay. We had the avocado egg rolls and the meat inside was room temp and didn't have good flavoring. If you didn't have the sauces on the side I would not be able to eat it. The pepperoni pizza I feel is something you cannot mess up so that was good. I used to love coming here I wish the food was as good as when I've had it before!

I absolutely love California Pizza Kitchen! When you walk in, it definitely gives you that California Vibe! The ambiance and the energy of this spot is very relaxing but also fun at the same time! Very laid back feel when you walk through! Now as far as the staff they are all so friendly and very personable! They definitely go out of their way with their service which I love! Also, my glass is always filled! Now the food is absolutely incredible for the price you pay! The pizza is hot and fresh! The pepperoni is just the right amount of salt and spice! The cheese is super flavorful and cheesy, the Crust is crispy and has a bit of chew! So overall 10/10 Also, that butter cake is so ridiculous that its good! overall:10/10

Went for a lunch with a group of friends and had the Marguerite pizza and it was ok. The best part was the robot that delivers the food.

The food was good. Servace was on point. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on use in a timely manner.

I would give this CPK location a 4. Ambiance was solid, the patio is nice, and the location is great. In the summer they offer indoor/outdoor hybrid seating and misters. The shrimp appetizer was a 10/10, awesome flavor! The seasonal strawberry salad was super fresh and delicious as well. I knocked it down a peg for two for the drinks, we tried 3 and they were all very flavorless. The cucumber refresher and the thyme and the watermelon and I would give a 1/10 flavor wise. I didn't find them really refreshing either, it was basically like drinking sparkling water. Service was solid and the food came out fast. Overall it's a solid little spot for lunch or dinner especially with summer approaching.

I've been here a few times, and enjoyed each visit. Last night we stopped by after a baseball game, around 7. It was nearly empty, no wait at all. I do recommend putting in a reservation though, they usually have a good wait. Last night ordered the California Cobb Salad. It was huge, but tasted as expected. I asked for the Thai Peanut dressing on the side and it was delish! Our waiter was so kind to bring out a good sized side of the dressing for me to try. Omar was our waiter and he was really awesome. Very sweet and attentive. It did take him a little while to retrieve our payments, but no biggie. He was the best waiter I've had in a while. I do recommend getting some cocktails here, they have a good selection.

CPK has always been one of my favorite places because of its consistency and convenience. I am leaving a one star for the unacceptable service my kids and I had from a server (female, Latina) yesterday afternoon. The kids wanted to grab a late lunch before trick or treating right after school and were very hungry. The server came up with a sour face and was annoyed when my 8 year old asked how soon we can get the order. I apologized and ordered the drinks first. She brought up the drinks and bread. The bread was completely stale - actually almost looked like it was served once and then recycled (I hope they don't do that). So, when the server came back to take the order, I asked her if there was another bread as this one was stale. She immediately got annoyed and said there is no other bread, they don't bake the bread, it's all the same AND with a smirk on her face said: "well, it's complementary!" I said, I know it's complementary but it's stale. She then said they can bake a fresh loaf. We ordered our food, and she made sure that she waited to bring our food out so it could be cold already. My daughter's Mac and cheese barely had any cheese(while it's usually very cheesy), and cauliflower didn't taste the way it usually does. Oh, and while customers can see the kitchen, she was out visibly complaining openly to her coworkers!! Overall, I had the most disgusting experience and will be reluctant to return unless I know she is no longer there. For the first time in my life, I left the exact amount of the check without a penny of a tip. Her tip was to leave her attitude at the door written on the check! A note to managers! If your employees show up with attitude, send them home! They are causing problems, and you should be paying attention and managing your employees. When I was a server, our managers would have either sent someone home or people would have been fired on the spot for being so rude! People choose to go out to eat not only because they are hungry, but also want to have the experience of someone serving them and making them feel good. This was probably my favorite CPK visit and I am not new to the CPK chain. Our positive experience revolved around our server Ari. She was nothing short of incredible. She was personable and did everything perfectly from start to finish. We had a lot of fun with her. The food was outstanding. Love the bread with olive oil and herbs. We ordered the lunch duos with pizza and salad. It was the perfect amount of food. I got the mushroom pizza and had them add grilled chicken to it. Yum! I paired it with the Italian chopped salad. The butter cake at the end was delish! The manager came over and visited with us at the end of our meal checking to see that our experience was a good one which of course was. The ambiance was perfect. Everything is decorated so cute. It was a perfect lunch date for my husband and me. Thank you!

First time here and I ordered the pizza, which are personal pizzas, and it was awesome. I had the mushroom, pepperoni, and sausage pizza and it was delicious. Our server, Charlie, was amazing and attentive even though it was busy. Always had a full tea and water. Thanks Charlie! There are TVs but nothing special about the ambiance here. Just a nice place to visit with friends and family and enjoy the food. I would recommend this place to anyone.

LP from our visit on 9/4/2022. I must say that may have been my best experience at ANY CPK ever. The hostess, our server and the manager were super friendly and attentive. My father had never been to a CPK, so I decided this would be a great first for him. We ordered the following: * Avocado egg rolls * 1/2 tomato basil bisque and 1/2 dakota smashed pea and barley * Chicken tequila fettucine The reason I rated it 4 stars was the smashed avocado focaccia was burnt and pretty much inedible. We were able to eat the topping, but had to toss the focaccia. My dad loved the avocado egg rolls and pea soup, unfortunately the tomato basil bisque was too spicy for him, so I had to eat it (poor me) :-p We really wanted to have to dessert and I was so full, I had to decline. Which is really crazy as the manager offered it to go and on the house (clearly I was not thinking straight). I rarely if ever, turn down dessert. Oh well, we'll just have to visit again and be sure to save room for dessert. Great job CPK.

Usually we love California Pizza Kitchen but not this time! First of all the both hostess upfront were rude to us. We put our name in and she said 20 minutes so we ended up waiting 50 minutes and when I went to go check on our table she couldn't even give us an update. We waited a little bit longer and we talked to a different hostess and she was giving us attitude and in the mean time they were sitting people that put in their name after us! Once we got a table our waiter was very nice and we got our drinks quickly and we ordered. The food came out fast but then we had a problem with one of our pizzas not tasting right. They made us another pizza but by the time it came out we were full! The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean! But overall, very disappointed in this California Pizza Kitchen!

The Food Was Excellent, Service Was Top Notch And The Ambiance was Absolutely Perfect. Even Got Together With My Friends Today.

Cute patio, great location. Let's start with the manager. She was so sweet! Brought us waters because our server was busy and put our umbrella down so we could enjoy the sunshine. We ordered cocktails and apps right away. Our apps came out before our cocktails and my strawberry frozen margarita was not good. Huge chunks of ice I couldn't drink it out of the straw. The mojito was good though. The spinach and artichoke dip was runny and not great. The Mexican street corn was decent. We ordered the mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was really enjoyable but we wouldn't order it again. Overall not super impressed but we may try it again.

Its always a good time whenever we dine at CPK in Downtown Summerlin. The food never disappoints, and service is on point. This latest visit we had Taz as our server, he was so attentive and kind, and recommended additions to our favorite dishes. Needless to say, if you're in the area shopping and need a bite to eat, checking out CPK is never a bad option. :)

Went here for dinner and you really need a reservation for dinner. Holy moly there was such a long wait for dinner, including at the bar, so definitely make reservations. I have Celiac disease and choices are extremely limited on the menu. There is a BBQ chicken pizza that is certified gluten free but their wedge salad is "gluten friendly" (terrible name for that term) but not certified gluten free. I blew up like a balloon after eating this food, so I don't know if it was the sodium or if there was possible cross-contamination, but I'll stick with just the pizza next time. One of the reasons I didn't rate this place higher is that the sheer number of screaming kids is ridiculous. There were two kids running down the length of the booth (which seats multiple tables.) At some point these sorts of inattentive parents to disruptive kids need to be asked to leave. It makes the meal not enjoyable when other people let their kids use the restaurant as a playground.

Food and service is always consistently good! CPK summerlin is always the go to. It was a busy Friday night, line out the door! ... yet experienced 10/10 service. (Pro tip: sit at bar. You bypass the wait and get great service). Food runner Chris and bartender Nick are examples of what keeps customers loyal to the restaurant. Their hard work and care for customers do not go unseen.
