"California Pizza Kitchen created pre-packaged kits for Easter available through April 12. Three different kits are available in sizes for two to four people. Each kit includes spinach dip and butter cake in addition to the entrée. Kits options are include a pan-roasted chicken with lemon butter at $40 for two people or $70 for four; oven-roasted salmon at $44 for two people or $80 for four; or grilled rib-eye steak at $65 for two people or $120 for four.
