I’ve been to the other California Pizza Kitchens in other cities and this one is just as great. During their “Happy Hour” times I was able to get a coffee, Caesar wedge salad, their dynamite shrimp appetizer & chicken lettuce wraps. The coffee was about average, the salad was pretty good because of the creamy dressing. The lettuce wraps was also pretty good and filling but the Dynamite shrimp stole the show. Probably the best appetizer shrimp I’ve ever had. The crisp was just right, flavor was on point and overall it was phenomenal. I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items. Parking is local street or paid garage parking & I don’t know if they validate because I walked it.

Google
Always a good experience picking up takeout from this CPK on Figueroa St in downtown L.A They have a separate door / section for pickup orders from the main entrance / dining room, which is convenient. Orders always packed nicely with red peppers+Parmesan packets and utensils, without having to ask. Efficient, pleasant and professional staff. I keep coming back to order at CPK downtown L.A again and again.

Google
Always consistently great and freshly prepared food with a pleasant presentation. I've tried their burgers, pastas, and soups, and they're great, but where they excel is in their pizzas, especially the Carne Asada, it's amazing! The staff is wonderful, attentive and courteous, the cooks are quick and not only know how to properly cook food, but also how its served, always ensuring it not only tastes good, but looks good too! The Managers whom I had the pleasure of meeting are great too!

Google
Great service, great food, excellent experience! Let’s keep it short and sweet! 5/5! I am originally from Canada, and I will definitely will be comparing this experience to my local California Pizza Kitchen!

Google
Came here after a VERY disappointment going to La grend something across the street (for my bday) and decided to come here. We were greeted right away, sat down, served with a load of care and had a wonderful meal. It really made my night. Pasta was fresh my hunnys burger looked very good and by his standard was very good. Fries are fresh. Drinks are full of flavor. Will definitely be coming back !

Yelp
California Pizza Kitchen in DTLA is a culinary hustle that hits harder than a Rick Ross bassline. The staff? Straight up legends--cheerful, efficient, and moving like a well-oiled machine, delivering an experience as smooth as that espresso martini. Speaking of, the drinks were on point--the tequila soda crisp and refreshing, while the espresso martini was a caffeinated symphony in a glass. The Hawaiian pizza? Sweet and savory perfection, a beach vacation for your taste buds. The wedge salad brought the crunch, and the artichoke dip was a creamy masterpiece that made us rethink appetizers altogether. This spot doesn't just serve food--it delivers moments. With vibes this good, CPK DTLA earns its place on the map as more than just a pizza joint--it's a vibe. S/o Gee for being so kinda and professional to us. Everyone else was so incredible too.

Yelp
I was too lazy to go get some real food, so I settled for this mistake of a meal. I originally wanted the baked potato soup, but of course, they didn't have it. So, I searched the menu some more and, against my better judgment, went with the burnt ends pizza. Big mistake. This was, hands down, the worst-tasting pizza I've ever had. It reminded me of those frozen school lunch pizzas--bland, sad, and barely edible. The worst part? I looked over and actually saw the chef rolling the dough, which gave me hope... until the pizza arrived. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the burnt ends were so chewy I thought I was gnawing on rubber. Don't waste your money here. I get that this is a cheap chain restaurant, but this was just a reminder of why I never mess with California Pizza Kitchen. Lesson learned. for this mistake of a meal. I originally wanted the baked potato soup, but of course, they didn't have it. So, I searched the menu some more and, against my better judgment, went with the burnt ends pizza. Big mistake.

Yelp
So, while I'm familiar with California Pizza Kitchen as a chain, I had never visited CPK's location on 7th and Fig until last week. At my server's recommendation, I took advantage of their lunch hour special, the Lunch Duo: for $15, you choose a main (choices are a 7-inch pizza, a half-sized sandwich, and a lunch-sized pasta) and a soup or salad. I believe you can also elect a soup and salad as the lunch duo. I chose the spicy chipotle pizza and the Sedona tortilla soup. The pizza was spicier than anticipated (all those peppers! Hehe). I also ordered the peach lemonade (bless those refills) and the Belgian chocolate soufflé cake. My meal was delicious, and quite reasonably priced. More than anything, though - I really appreciated my server. She was busy the entire time I was there, and yet I never felt like she wasn't checking in or looking out for me. Excellent service. I tend to overlook chain restaurants when I'm in downtown, but I'll be back.

Yelp
My friend and I were famished after spending the day at the beach. We were staying in town for Kcon and just wanted a quick pizza pick-me-up. We noticed a CPK location close to us and decided to order Uber Eats. We ordered two pizzas, California Veggie for me, and a cheese pizza and side caesar salad for my friend. We weren't expecting to get a side of half a slice of bread and olive oil on the side. Maybe that was only because we ordered a salad along with our pizza, but it was a nice surprise nonetheless. We both enjoyed our pizzas. I appreciated the amount of toppings and how nicely seasoned each veggie was. The downsides were the soggy, paper-thin, flavorless crust underneath and the size of the broccolini. Gigantic pieces that wasn't possible to eat WITH a bite of pizza. I had to pick each piece off and eat it separately. Also not much cheese and even less sauce I feel like. I just don't understand how these "high-end" pizza places cook their pizza with the thinnest crust and also don't season the outer crust so you're crunching into a hard piece of plain crust. This is why I'm a Dominos girlie through and through.

Yelp
I ordered food ahead of time on the app, but it wasn't very user friendly. I had some rewards I wanted to apply, but I wasn't readily able to do so because the site kept saying it was invalid (but the reward hasn't expired yet) so I had to try different methods to get the reward to be applied to my order which. It also didn't help that the mobile version of the app wasn't loading properly, so I had to use my computer. It took me around 30 minutes to figure out the site and place my order. I would suggest making it more user friendly and clear how we can apply the rewards to our order. When I went to pickup the food at this location, it was confusing where the pickup window was. I followed the signs but it led me upstairs where it wasn't at. It turned out the takeout window was around the stairs. It would be nice to make that clear in the sign where it's located. As for the food, it was okay. The Mac n cheese though was pretty disappointing. It tasted just bland pasta with a thin coating of cheese sauce which was also not very flavorful. It was so plain to the point where I had to doctor it up with my own seasonings. I would recommend adding more cheese sauce to the pasta.

Yelp
I was super grateful to have this place to sit down and relax after a long day of traveling the atmosphere was pleasant and as soon as everybody was able to figure out where I was fit and found a nice little table where I can enjoy my favorite bowl of tomato soup with The side of bread and olive oil was absolutely Delicious . The pea and barley soup is next on my list with the 7 inch pizza but that's a Monday through Friday lunch special but I'll be back to try that out and I have to give props to my server Natalia, what a pleasant young lady she was on top of everything for me Made sure I didn't have to wait very long for anything.

Yelp
This CPK is located in such a cute plaza in downtown LA on 7th street! We were in the area and decided to have dinner here. It wasn't busy either as we went on a Thursday. We were just in time before happy hour ended (3-5pm weekdays) so we were able to put in our drinks and appetizers and they were all 1/2 off! They also validate parking which was a plus. The spicy buffalo cauliflower and the Szechwan chicken dumplings were super gooood! I could honestly just eat a bunch of their starters for my meal. For drinks, I got the California Colada and the Sangria flight and both were refreshing! I love wine and pina coladas so it did not disappoint! I love their chicken piccata but since I've been trying to eat healthier, I substituted the pasta for broccoli and it was just as good and glad they were able to modify it. It wasn't a busy day and our server was super nice so service was great!

Yelp
i've actually never really been a fan of california pizza kitchen ever since i was younger loool but shoutout tmobile for the discounts!! picked up something light; the kid's meal for only 32¢ which consisted of some chicken tenders/ nuggets, sliced up strawberries and pineapples. it's in a really really crowded and hectic intersection in dtla btw so i wouldn't really enjoy parking or anything here unless i was already in the area or if it's close to free LOL

Yelp
My friend and I came in for lunch and were attended by Faruq. His attention to detail and customer service were super on point. Faruq understood that my friend and I were on a time crunch and fired our food at a perfect pace without overwhelming or underwhelming us. Overall our experience was great and will be coming in during Faruq shifts.

Yelp
Great pizza, quick service. We wanted something as soon as we landed & nothing was open. Ordered via the app & walked in & grabbed our piping hot pizza. Management threw in a free drink for hubby & I.

Melissa R.

Yelp
Food was great. Our server Faruq was the best! Very attentive with such a positive energy. Definitely coming back when he's working.

Yelp
Faruq is great server! Very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back just for him

Yelp
Ordered dessert to go and was surprised to find that they also included some bread and olive oil. The butter cake is amazing! It has a cream cheese topping so I compare it a less decadent cheesecake without the crust. The sugar has a nice crisp crunch on the edge and I opted without the scoop of ice cream. I think it's interesting that the to go counter has a separate entrance but I guess it makes sense considering the dining area is a bit on the small side.

Yelp
Food was great! Parking is terrible in downtown in general! The lunch specials are the best! Good for if you work downtown and wanna treat yourself.

Yelp
This CPK is smaller than average, but it wasn't busy on a Monday afternoon. Dynamite shrimp with a tiny bit of green onion and cabbage, carrots, red cabbage. Why are there carrots and red cabbage. Not the usual dynamite sauce. Not too spicy. Not very crispy. Shrimp are well sized and portion is good. The bbq chicken pizza is a little expensive at $18.99 for 6 slices but we came out full. It was a little light on the chicken :( Nice waitress, very kind.

Kay K.

Yelp
This is one of my spots for lunch since I work a few buildings away. The lunch special is only 13.00 with a salad and pizza. Can't beat that with a cheap cocktail. The service can be a little slow becauase of the busy Ambiance, but overall good service. Note: bread is available upon request. Their bread is delicious dipped in the olive oil.

Yelp
This review is for their takeout counter. I placed an order at 6:40pm and was told it would be around 15 min. I came back at 6:53pm and asked about my order. The employee went and got a few boxes of food, sat them down at the counter and started taking a takeout order of another customer. Then another employee came and helped with a DoorDash order. Then the first employee started organizing some receipts at the register. It was 7:00, so I asked her again. It turns out the food she had sat down at the counter at 6:55 was my entire order! The other employee starts bagging my food then had to get sauce for my order. Then they thought they had mixed up my order and started talking to another employee about it. Then they confirm my order is right but still continue to talk to the other employee. When they finally gave me my food, it was 6:04. I don't understand why if my food was ready and at the takeout counter at 6:55 and I was standing right in front of them and they had acknowledged my existence that I had to wait 9 minutes while they had helped 2 customers? I had ordered something deep fried and wanted to eat that right away (right after I got my food) but it's all soggy by the time I ate it.

Carlos Z.

Yelp
Nothing good to say about my experience or the customer service provided by Alberto the "Kitchen Manager." They were not understanding of the situation nor did they provided adequate customer service. Rather than apologize for an inconvenience in serving a different food item than ordered, they blamed me for not reading my emails about food changes corporate made. Apparently all soup recipes have changed and have not been updated by corporate on their website/menus. Instead of informing of customers about the change when picking up a to-go order, they blame us for not checking emails.

Yelp
Whether it's catering or individual orders, we always order our food on-line since our office is in the same building (EY). Easy 15 minute wait and so convenient for us especially when we have to work late. Among our favorites are garlic fettuccine cream w/ either shrimp or chicken, King Pao spaghetti, Thai crunch salad, 5-cheese & tomato pizza, Chicken Tequila Fettuccine, Avocado Club egg rolls, chicken piccata. Shoutout to Juan at Take-out counter for helping us with our orders past & present
google avatar

Robert H.

Yelp
I stumbled across this place while walking around my hotel. I sat at the bar and ordered a Moscow Mule. After checking out the menu, since it's been years since the last visit, I settled on a Sicilian. Sitting at the bar allowed me to check out the work being done in the kitchen as I enjoyed my drink. The pizza came up quickly and it was perfect. I love thin crust pizzas and the flavors of the Sicilian is what makes CPK awesome. IYKYK. Just come and get a pizza.
google avatar

Dr Nasa D.

Yelp
Classic, California cuisine this restaurant has aged well and has consistent. Good products prices are not unreasonable for the quality. but the price I can go to blaze or some of the other pizza places and get a really nice pizza very reasonable pastas are good and salad also yummy it's consistent and I already mentioned that earlier you know what you're going to get it's always a solid four stars

Yelp
Had a great time here on a Friday night. The service was fast and the food was good. Our server was victor and he was really kind! He provided excellent service and went above and beyond for us. I noticed the vibe in this cpk was so positive everyone seemed happy to be at work and even the manager said hi to us when we walked in. Will definitely be back! Thanks cpk team!
google avatar

Yelp
We got 3 pizzas to go. Pizza had a thin crust and got cold really quick. The amount of ingredients was questionable considering the price. Nothing really special about. We expected more
google avatar

Yelp
Overall, not a bad location. CPK is what it is and what I remember growing up. Sure, my favorite salad is gone (rest in food heaven, beloved salad!!) but lots of goodies can be found. Their wine list and cocktails are well chosen and I can't wait to get another California colada when it's warm again- it was the best of a pina colada without being too heavy. Perfection! And after that I flipped through the menu but everything seemed so heavy portioned. That is, until I found the back page. You choose half of this, half of that- and basically create your own combo. That said, my half sandwich and half salad was too much food after the spinach artichoke dip, which, let's be honest, who hasn't had THAT!? Our server, Nick, was a kind transplant from San Diego. He tried to be attentive twice without being too clingy- something that's hard to do when it's slow. We came during a lull but thankfully business picked up a bit through our meal.
google avatar

April C.

Yelp
I have eaten at CPK plenty of times. But today in particular at this location my coworker and I experienced great service from Mayra. She was so nice, attentive, and quick. Everything was so great and truly the reason I came on here to leave a review. We definitely plan on coming back here and asking to sit in her section. For lunch I did their duo deal. Half baja crunch salad - Half Catalina chicken sandwich. The whipped goat cheese was just delicious. Also, quick hack for this salad..ask for barbecue sauce on the side and this taste exactly like their original BBQ chicken chopped salad
google avatar

Yelp
disappointed that cpk advertises new holiday menu featuring braised short rib ragu but does not have it on menu or sale it.
google avatar

Duncan A.

Yelp
The food was ok. They are very shy when it comes to giving fries. They also need better sauces. The interior was a little crowded. Overall I didn't like the food.

Yelp
Crystal is so sweet and has THE BEST customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure our order was complete.

Yelp
Pasta was super goodd !! But what i loved the most was the cucumber reviver , i wish they made a drink out of it !! The service was okay . The waiters couldve been more attentive but still enjoyed my time here . The vibe felt pretty busy but still had a pleasant time with my family . :)

Yelp
We came here for a late night dinner. The husb and I are on a staycation in Downtown LA. We choose to come to CPK because we're part of the rewards program. We had to wait a bit to get seated since there wasn't a host standing there, but we understand they're busy, they have to be moving around. The security guard that is by the door greeted us. A host finally came, we weren't seated where we wanted to sit, but we were offered a more suitable table. Our waiter came quickly. He brought us water and bread with olive oil. He brought us more bread than we usually get so that was nice. I ordered coffee and to my great surprise it was fresh, I did notice lots of customers, including myself, wanted cafecito with their dinner. I must say I was not really hungry, but garlic cream chicken fettuccini was delicious. This dish had the right amount of sauce compared to other restaurants I reviewed. I could not get enough! It was soooooo good! The husb had the tequila lime pasta with chicken. His dish was tasty as well, according to him. He was disappointed that there was not beer on top, but he got his Modelo with lime. It was busy, but not too busy, which was nice. We used on of our "Thank you" cards, which wasn't opened in front of us, but hey 10% off is something. If we missed out on that $50K, not gonna be happy, haha. If you stay nearby and want an affordable dinner and a relaxing experience as well, while also redeeming some rewards, CPK is your place!

Yelp
Walked up to the "Take out" register and asked if they have the Tomato Basil Bisque and was told they did. I was asked if I wanted a cup or a bowl. I ordered two bowls along with other items. I come home craving for the Tomato Basil Bisque and was surprised to see I was given Tomato Basil Spaghetti. I'm speechless

Yelp
It was all delicious! I enjoyed the bang, bang, shrimp, appetizer, jambalaya main course/entrée and the butter cake with ice cream for dessert, along with a sangria to drink. I had an excellent server who took great care of me. They were very attentive and helpful. Some bread with a seasoned olive oil and the sangria came first. The bread was fresh and warm, and the sangria was delightful. My only slight gripe would be that the sangria is not a sparkling beverage, they do not put sparkling water or mix with a sparkling wine to make it. And I've always known sangria to be sparkling, and I like carbonated drinks, but this was nice to try as well. The bang bang shrimp was delicious, that wonderful sweetness of the sauce, very rich and comforting, balanced with the fresh carrot slices was very nice. The jambalaya was also wonderful. It has shrimp, chicken, and a type of sausage bits served on a thin spaghetti pasta. The pasta is definitely thinner than a standard spaghetti, but I don't think it is quite as thin as an angel hair or vermicelli. The shrimp in the jambalaya do come with the tails on, so you do have to be aware of that if that's a factor for anyone. It's considered to be a spicy dish; however, I didn't find it to be too spicy at all and I'm not someone with a very high heat tolerance. The sauce was quite decadent and buttery, although it was not oily/greasy at all. The sausage used is quite mild in flavor, compared to what I would typically think of as being in a jambalaya. It is not that very strong Cajun andouille type sausage. The butter cake was incredibly moist and rich with the vanilla ice cream and plenty of whipped cream. I am very glad I got it. It was so enjoyable. I think if I go again, I may even order dessert first because it will be extra mind blowing. When I use the restroom, it was clean, it is a bathroom with stalls. I don't think they had a single/universal/family bathroom if that's a factor for anyone. A solid, casual dining experience.

Yelp
Great food and great service. Our waiter Nestor was friendly, fast, and took really good care of our table. We're coming back for more and hopefully Nestor will be our server again.

Yelp
I love cpk best wine flights and lunch specials the pizza and pasta are amazing as well as the Thai salad great service as well I'm a regualr and it will stay that

Yelp
I like that during baseball season they offer a free 7' pizza with any purchase whenever the dodgers win a home game. But you have to download the CPK app, just fyi. You get 3 options to choose from, Pepperoni, cheese or bbq chicken. I usually get the bbq chicken but they're all pretty good. There is a structure for parking. CPK does validate your parking but I think it is $1 but not sure for how long. If hey also brought back their sparkling watermelon cooler. It was my first time trying it and it's so good.
google avatar

Karen X.

Yelp
I'm an adventurous eater who likes trying small mom and pop places, but sometimes eating a reliable chain like CPK is necessary. I ordered the Thai chicken salad for lunch to go while I was running around town running errands. I can't really speak to the ambience or the service in the restaurant since I didn't dine in, but my to go order was prepared quickly and it was delicious, like I knew it would be. Salads are highly underrated, especially salads that make a meal like CPK'S Thai chicken crunch salad. If you need a reliable, delicious, meal to go, I recommend this CPK location.

Yelp
Came to this location and I had my service dog with me (I am epileptic) the lady who sat me gave me an extremely hard time. Very rude.

Key M.

Yelp
Came in to have a quick lunch with my boyfriend. There was no hostess in front but we patiently waited to get seated because there was a sign saying to wait. 6-7 minutes later we were still waiting then one of the waitresses lady named Mayra was passing by and I asked if we can get seated. She said we can have any table and she will take care of us. We chose a table outside and when I was about to sit on a chair there was a huge cockroach that ran out from underneath the table. My boyfriend killed it lol Anyways, I was too traumatized to eat there so we had to switch the tables. I had a garlic fettuccine and my partner got a chicken tequila pasta. For the drinks we had mojitos which I enjoyed a lot. Mayra gave us the best service. She is an example of a high standard hospitality I wouldve gave all 5stars if only there wouldn't be a cockroach on a patio Otherwise, everything was great

Yelp
I usually go to the Culver City or the Marina Del Rey location and I'm very upset with myself that I didn't trust my instincts. Very disappointed with yesterday's visit at this location. The food was most definitely not up to standard. We ordered the garlic cream fettuccini and the salmon plate. The pasta lacked that delicious flavor that makes me want to come back for more. Very mediocre. Then, the salmon looked like it was nuked from the top. Completely burned and tiny at that. Definitely not worth $26 for that plate. Not happy with the experience at all. Especially because it was my husband's birthday dinner and I expected much better from CPK. Service was alright. Not that great but not that bad. Oh, and I didn't even get my points for the visit. Fantastic. Over all, I'm definitely not coming back to this location. Reeeeeally should've went to the Culver or Marina location instead.

Adam M.

Yelp
I was not impressed with my burger "WCB" wasn't cooked 165°(cold in the middle). Recently I purchased a pizza it was just like the quality I had there GARBAGE!!!. THEY DON'T STAND BY THERE PRODUCT. Buyer beware I could have been really sick twice now. This company is full of lies I attached photos. They tried to say it was ingredients I know mold when I see it. Then they informed me they'll reimburse me. Just what I paid by the way and I agreed. They have not sent anything via zelle as promised. And have since ignored all lines of communication. Who can mess up a pizza really? I've been all over the world and hate businesses like this. They get a little bump in customers and stop caring about quality.

Yelp
Always a favorite lunch spot for me and my DTLA coworkers. This restaurant is located on the ground floor of 7th and Fig, with entrance facing Figueroa. They have both indoor and outdoor dining available. Staff is always friendly, though the restaurant might be short staffed and it might be hard to find your server. Just make sure you put in all your request at the same time, and ask for the tab early if you are short on time. They have great lunch specials and I personally love their Personal BBQ Chicken Pizza. Definitely come check out this spot if you work in the area and need a spot for a reasonably priced lunch.

Yelp
What happened to this place? Horrible selection now. No grilled vegetable salad anymore. No balsamic dressing. Every salad has chicken on it that has to be paid for even if you don't want it. Used to come all the time and never will again.

Yelp
The food was mid. Not a lot of flavor. I ordered the zucchini shrimp scampi pasta and I barely had any noodles. Just huge slices of zucchini and 5 medium sized shrimps.

Yelp
excellent. expanded menu. Not just pizza. Paninis, seafood, pasta. plenty of alcohol choice. Busy location. We did come for pizza pre LA marathon. Nice outdoor seating option however a little brisk today. Heat lamps are available. We did the wedge salads. Bacon (real) tomatoes and the wedge with ranch. Only i would have had dressing on side. But fresh and filling. Bread is served with EVO for dipping. Very fresh. Wild mushroom pizza with crispy flat crust recommended by our very good server Armando. The mushrooms were shaved cremini shitaki portobello with little scallions slivered. Romano and mozzarella. Fabulous. Perfect 10. 170 cal slice. Also had the california veggie on hand tossed crust. Broccolini Eggplant cremini mushroom sun dried tomatoes red onions and mozzarella 180 cal slice. Very tasty. What i also like is they use real parm blocks in the cheese grater table side. The manager Nicole checking on tables and overseeing. Well run place. People are working!!

Yelp
I've been to CPK's from coast-to-coast and probably average at least 1 visit every month. This was my 2nd visit here, and while the first wasn't great, this was by far the worst. First, the waiter completely spaced on the order and had to had to come back to take it a 2nd time. OK, I get it. Not a problem. But as I told my son at the time, it was probably a sign of things to come. When my son's cauliflower crust pizza came, it wasn't cauliflower. So, we had to wait for them to replace it. Not a problem, as the waiter said they had screwed up my pizza order, so it was being remade. So, we were already waiting for that screwup to be remedied. Eventually, the correct cauliflower pizza came, but my thin-crust veggie pizza came with regular crust. And that crust was undercooked - probably removed from the oven early to try to make up for the delays. I pointed this out to the waiter and he wanted to replace it, but I said I would just take it as is. Then the manager came by. "How is everything?" he asked. I replied that he probably already knows. He said he didn't. So I explained. Whatever. So, there's the 1 star. We can't give 0, so I guess that's close. BUT, I will add this. They changed (cheapened) the recipe for the pizza I have been ordering for many years now, the California Veggie. CPK removed the sun-dried tomatoes and replaced them with cherry tomatoes - a cheaper and much different tasting option. I wish the waiter had mentioned that. Plus, they no longer put eggplant on the California Veggie. Another cost-cutting measure that lessens the experience. And no, it wasn't mentioned. And of course the price didn't drop. And the wine prices are way, way up. And, as I read other reviews, this is a common theme. Menu items going away, portions of toppings going down, and prices going up. This is not the secret to success. No business every cost-reduced itself into growth. I have a hard enough time convincing friends to go to CPK. Now, I will have a very, very hard time convincing myself. Sorry, CPK. It was fun while it lasted.

Yelp
I ordered from this location twice in a 3 day period. The first time was a complete success. Food was hit and stayed warm for at least 30 minutes before we ate it. The second time...not so much! When you call in your order you are most likely speaking to someone working g from home, not at the location you will be eating from. I ordered the chicken tequila fettuccine with extra chicken (which is an extra grilled chicken breast layer over the top), Mediterranean salad (1/2) And butter cake with ice cream. The salad was prepared as ordered And was great. However, no extra chicken on my fettuccine although I paid an extra $4.95 and there was no ice cream in the bag, an extra 2.50 paid. Unfortunately because my first experience was great I didn't check the contents the second time. I know better next time. Smh
