All the New Restaurants in the Hamptons | Eater NY

"Meanwhile, the Rubirosa team has co-opted the East Hampton space that Wayan and Ma-de had occupied last year, bringing Camp Rubirosa there for a summer stint. In addition to a range of pizzas and handmade pastas, entrees like chicken Parmigiano and local bass are served." - Beth Landman

The 29 Best Restaurants In The Hamptons - New York - The Infatuation

"Rubirosa, the beloved slinger of tie-dye pies is extending from Nolita to East Hampton all summer. Their outdoor piazza is pure summer in the Italian countryside with a dash of northeast sleepaway camp. Water skis and lanterns decorate the welcoming, cabin-themed dining room—aka "Ciao Hall." All of Rubirosa's hits made the menu, including their standout vodka pie, customizable thin crust pizzas, and homemade pastas, which are all available family-style. Summer exclusives, including crudo with seafood from Montauk, and a shareable shrimp scampi, make it worth scoping out a dinner reservation in advance (or go for lunch, which is a little easier)." - melissa kravitz hoeffner

Bar Bianchi, a Spritz Spot and Italian Restaurant, Opens From the Owner of Le Dive | Eater NY

"An outpost of the Italian-American Little Italy mainstay is headed to the Hamptons this summer at 31 Race Lane (at Railroad Avenue), Easthampton; sponsored by Resy, it will feature two massive bars, an expansive cocktail program, and seating for over 100 — a far bigger space than the Manhattan location that’s been around since 2009. The menu will be akin to the NYC location, and it’s slated to open May 23. Maria Pappalardo tells Eater, “I’m working on ways to expand the brand.” The move is supported by Brian Bedol, who helped last year’s opening of Billy Durney’s Red Hook Tavern out east, co-founded Classic Sports Network/ESPN Classic, is a CBS Sports Network entrepreneur, and launched cooking video streaming Kittch with LeBron James as an investor; Pappalardo’s family restaurant legacy includes Staten Island’s Joe & Pat’s from 1960." - Emma Orlow

Came here for a date with my husband and we loved the great vibe and good food. Specifically we chose this spot because they offer vegan cheese substitutes on the pies which I really appreciated. Loved the negroni, pasta, and vegan pie, my husband really liked the tie dye pie. The service was excellent. I would have appreciated more vegan options on the menu and maybe a vegan dessert but all in all it was great.

Amazing rendition of a city classic—summer-ified. They’ve captured the camp vibe seamlessly and the food doesn’t miss. Olivia was an amazing server and so kind! Loved it all around.

Shoutout Lola and Oscar for the absolutely amazing service! We felt so taken care of! Excellent atmosphere and incredible food! Only thing I would change is the interesting AI christmas video above the bar in August?

We were so excited to see our favorite family Italian spot from Mulberry Street making an appearance on Race Lane this Summer! When we saw a reservation available we booked right away as it was a last minute idea. Memorial Day Monday was packed at primetime despite the mass exodus we saw on the LIE on our way out east - the hostess did not miss a beat and we were seated right away. Warm welcomes from everyone who touched our table. Our server, Lola, had impeccable knowledge of the menu - so lucky to have her out here this season. We also recognized one of the bartenders from the city who was working in the garden that night, and with Edwin managing it's no surprise that service was smooth from start to finish. For drinks he had the frose, then an espresso martini sub tequila; I had a mezcal negroni and then a glass of the "No Name" a delicious light to medium bodied red. We started with a pizza per server's recommendation, shared the eggplant parmesan as well as an app; then got the bass - the individual portion was two perfectly prepared filets served over artichoke hearts, castlevetrano olives, and cherry tomatoes. Seasonal vegetables that night were delicious sauteed snap peas with fresh mint; and I had my favorite arugula salad in lemon dressing with shaved ricotta that is my go to on Mulberry street as well. The s'more sundae was a super generous portion with all the accoutrements, apparently you can get a bigger size too for families - we had more than enough. After dessert I did have a cynar neat - then Limoncello appeared and a candle on a dessert plate as I'd mentioned celebrating my birthday that weekend. The whole staff sang us happy birthday and even though it was closing time; the hospitality never once skipped a beat. We look forward to dining here again!

Google
Wonderful experience with the family! The ambience was so very Camp “on brand” and the food and drinks were exceptional. Our table ordered several different pizzas and pastas- all of them fantastic! The margaritas were perfectly sweet and spicy. Special shout out to our server Reese who was welcoming, accommodating and attentive.

Yelp
Wow, what a great experience at Camp Rubirosa! Outstanding food, everything we ate was amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive, our server Reece was a true professional. Management stopped by the table multiple times to check in on us. Loved the meatballs!!!! Thank you for an awesome dinner! G

Yelp
FINALLY a good restaurant addition to the Hamptons. In the mix of terrible quality and overly expensive restaurants here, this is a true diamond in the rough. Delicious chicken parm and pizza, great cocktail too. 10/10

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday without a reservation and was able to grab a seat at the bar around 5 pm. Pop-ups like this one are always so interesting to me because the place really looks and feels like their city location but with a fun campy vibe - they did a great job decorating. Our bartender greeted us and welcomed us in. He told us he'd been working at the NYC location for the past five years, so we felt like we were in good hands. Prices on this menu are a bit higher than the NYC location, but that's to be expected. I was a little bummed to find that there aren't two different sizes of pizza offered here, but I guess it makes sense given this is just a pop up that one size would streamline things considerably. We ordered the Tie Dye pizza and the vodka pasta. Both were delicious and (if I'm being honest) the vodka sauce here is a little bit better than the city (which the bartender noted as well). If you're craving quality pizza and pasta while you're out in the Hamptons this summer, this place will give you that fix.

Yelp
This is a spin off of their Mulberry Street location. Same awesome food, same incredible service! Decor and atmosphere was so perfect! They did a great job getting this open in time for the season! If I could give them 10 stars, that's what they'd get. Servers Alicia and Lola are from the Mulberry Street location and they were awesome as usual!

Yelp
Super disappointed. Huge fans of rubirosa in manhattan and this was a major let down. Service was bad, drinks were awful (and $30), pizza came out cold. Was excited to try some of the gluten free options they have in manhattan but apparently not an option here which was a shame...Several people in our group had to go to bar and ask to have their drinks remade, which for the insane price should not happen. Def a trendy spot but would prefer many other spots near by :/ would not go back

Yelp
Pizza was good, pasta was inedible, everything else was fine. Service was lacking and extremely slow (although our server was a great guy). Just not worth the hassle or the hype, there are way better places

Yelp
wow this restaurant was amazing our server alesha was great and the service overall was incredible. the food came out so fast and we were served really fast as well. the food was so amazing especially for the hamptons as at the last couple places we have been the service there was awful but here it was great. we had a couple different things which were all amazing and very flavorful. the vodka pasta, tye die pizza, ceaser salad, and mozzarella sticks were sooo good as well as the rest of the stuff we got. The ambiance was great too and the camp vibe was really nice. overall this place was great ESPECIALLY for a place in the hamptons!!!!

Yelp
Delish food and friendly, warm service. Fun atmosphere and love how they finished the space.
