9 Great LGBTQ+-Owned Atlanta Restaurants

"Campagnolo means peasant, but you’ll be eating like Little Lord Fauntleroy at this classic Midtown venue. The housemade pastas here are definitely ones to write home about—try the squid ink risotto and be forever changed—as are the craft cocktails. And they spotlight local since the antipasto platter features meats cured by Spotted Trotter and an array of area-made cheeses. Order wine by the bottle, especially since their impressive selection is affordable even without half-priced bottles on Wednesdays. And if date night’s going well, feel free to keep things going since the restaurant transforms into a piano bar on weekend nights. A little Pavarotti never hurt nobody." - rachel garbus

Where to Find the Best Baked Lasagna in Atlanta - Eater Atlanta

"Campagnolo is a friendly, neighborhood Italian restaurant filled with locals unwinding together over a glass of wine paired with pasta dishes like pappardelle with duck confit and the fettuccine capricciose with wild mushrooms. The lovely patio here is hard to beat on a beautiful evening in the A. One of this restaurant's most popular dishes just so happens to be the lasagna matta layered and topped with beef and pork bolognese, bechamel sauce, and mozzarella and parmesan cheeses." - Beth McKibben

★★★★★ If I could give Campagnolo six stars, I would. The service? Impeccable—so attentive I briefly considered asking them to help me with my taxes. Dinner arrived so fast I suspect they have a time machine in the kitchen. And the dessert? Let’s just say I saw a bright light and briefly considered walking toward it. Parking was a bit confusing, but I managed to figure it out—mostly by following my nose to the amazing food. One tiny suggestion: carry a more full body red wine. A good Cabernet would take this experience from amazing to I’m moving in, please forward my mail. Even without it, this place is a must-visit. Will absolutely be back—possibly tomorrow.

Impressive, delicious food. The ribeye steak is a little salty for my tongue, but maybe I am used to low salt food. Would come again.

Girls night out before a show at the Fox, and it was perfection! We had hummus and fried calamari as appetizers, I had the Lumache (with sausage as recommended by our server, and he was 100% right) and a Gintello which was delicious. Others had lasagna, chicken picatta, and risotto, and everyone loved what they chose. We ate early so it was not crowded at all. Our server, Darion was amazing, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We aren't "from the city" so I was pleasantly surprised the prices weren't unreasonable for such an enjoyable meal. 10/10 would go again! (They also have complementary valet parking, so yay)!

Google
My favorite midtown brunch, and after our 100000th visit, I still leave happy. Their food is southern + Italian comfort and the service as friendly as it can get. Plus you can’t beat $6 mimosa and $3 refills in this day and age. My favorites are their orciette pasta and I usually request poached eggs with it. Their salmon Benedicts are delicious. Their chicken sandwiches are very filling and loaded with the right amount of flavors and heartiness. It’s so welcoming, you’ll feel like being at a family home.

We were 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children. Went there almost by accident, as it's walking distance from our hotel (Spring break...). Oh my god, the food was so good! I immediately made a reservation for tomorrow to go again. Every dish was awesome. From the bread and arugula salad, to the lasagna and other dishes. And tiramisu for dessert. A hidden gem.

Google
So my love brought me here for our 1 year anniversary and I was quite pleased. Shout out to Mark our server who gave excellent service and sound marriage advice. My first time trying polenta and it was tasty. I had the Caesar salad with anchovies 🤷🏿 That lasagna though was exactly like the picture and really delicious. The gelato and cake were amazing. I was happy overall and would consider going back..

Went here prior to a show at the Fox. The place was hoppin' at 4:30. While we thought it might be because of St. Patrick's Day being the next day, our server Devan (he was great!) told us that it's like that if the weather is nice. It was! Service was super-fast. One of my fellow diners felt like they had our order before we even ordered. Guacamole was incredible. My wife's order was wrong, as they didn't hold the onion or cilantro. But when brought to Devan's attention, it got fixed as fast as we thought reasonably possible. Here's the downside of the experience. The music was LOUD, and it was like being in a disco, with the constant loud bass line. We had a hard time hearing each other. All in all, great food, but if I'm going somewhere for dinner with friends and want to have a better place to converse, it'll be somewhere else.

We came here for dinner on a Sunday night. The whole block was a vibe, and I loved the energy from everyone. The restaurant was a little packed and loud, but we made the most of it. We started with drinks (red wine and a lemon drop) and some spicy mussels. Those mussels with the spicy broth were really divine. Since we were indecisive for entrees, our server Boots helped with suggestions. I decided on the duck breast, and my boyfriend got the bolognese (I believe). We both enjoyed our meals and would definitely be back again.

Yelp
Campagnolo serves Italian Cuisine & is on Piedmont Ave in Atlanta, Georgia. After visiting MODA (Museum of Design Atlanta) to view the Pasta Exhibit & going to The Loft Athletic Club to take E.J.'s Class, we worked up an appetite & were famished. Campognolo was on my radar, especially since it was walking distance from our hotel. We had solid dining experience. It was a beautiful evening w/ lovely weather & the establishment was buzzing w/ people & good energy. We opted to enjoy outdoor dining & were seated immediately. Campagnolo Staff are pleasant & provide good service. Although we did not sit inside, we walked in briefly to see Campagnolo's aesthetic & decor. They also have a bar area. We ordered the following: Antipasti Platter w/ cured meats, bread & cheeses. Chicken Picatta - Chicken Breast, roasted tomatoes, lemon caper wine sauce, & tagliatelle pasta. Lasagna Matta - Pasta, Beef & Pork Bolognese, be'chamel, Mozzarella & Parmesan. The food & cocktails were excellent. Campagnolo is an establishment I would visit again if ever in the Midtown Atlanta area. Brunch sounds interesting & is served on the weekends. campagnoloatl.com @campagnoloatl Mon. - Fri - 5pm - 10pm Sat. - 11:30am - 10pm Sun. - 10am - 9pm

Yelp
Such a cute restaurant right in midtown. The inside feels like you're almost in a house, and the front patio seems perfect for some summer drinks. My friend and I got a few things to split, and I loved the arancini as well as the pasta with bacon & peas. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. They also served hefty pours of wine, which is always a plus! Overall, great restaurant and will return.

Yelp
Ander was a great server. We enjoyed the Caesar salad, lasagna and red sauce pasta for my toddler. It was a lovely intimate dinner and a beautiful night seating outdoora, the service was excellent definitely coming back if we are ever in Atlanta.

Yelp
Have been there twice. The first time was for dinner. I got the orecchiette and a side of Brussels sprouts (asked the kitchen to put less salt). The orecchiette dish was a hit! The pasta tasted very fresh. It was cooked with sausage, and lots of veggies, which made it a light dish but still rich in flavor. What really amazed me was the sauce--super dense and flavorful. I do not know how they made it; but it should be more than just butter and pasta water! Then I went there for a Saturday brunch. I got the chicken piccata sandwich and a side of polenta. Both were good as well, especially that the chicken was lightly breaded and grilled and was juicy. However, the sandwich could be larger lol (the bread they use was roughly as large as the sourdough slices in Publix), and while the menu said ciabatta bread, it actually came out with toast/sourdough. Service was really good. The receptionist and my servers were all friendly to me, so was the vibe. It is in general an Italian restaurant with relaxing, casual environment. Would be a great place for hanging out with close friends.

Yelp
Cozy and classy neighborhood restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was very good and friendly. The lasagna was absolutely delicious , the arancini were excellent and the calamari was fresh and flavorful. The one thing I was not a big fan of was the tiramisu but everything else was good.
google avatar

Yelp
We were greeted as soon as we walked in and promptly seated (Monday evening almost empty). My friend and I ordered the arancini and bread for appetizers and the lasagna and the creste de gallo for our main dishes and I also ordered a glass of the triennes rosé. The server was friendly and our appetizers and then meal were served quickly. Everything was superb! The arancini was probably the best I've ever had, very creamy and flavorful. The pastas were homemade and fresh, the sauces amazing. The ambiance was very casual with pop music playing. I was too full for dessert but had to take a piece of tiramisu home. Fantastic meal.

Yelp
One of my favorite local spots for lasagna!! Honestly, I haven't made it past that on the menu...it is the best...fresh made noodles, perfect balance between beef and pork with great cheese and sauce. Oh, I have had brunch several times and it was good also, mussels are great also. My friendshabe tried other things and sll loved it here!...bartender makes fantastic cocktails, I love the Follow me...intimate setting that is comfortable and staff is on point.

Yelp
I've had this restaurant on my list for a long time, since before I even moved to Midtown. I got takeout this week, ordering the Bucatini and Fingerling Potatoes. I was quickly taken care of after walking in post-Piedmont Park run. The bartender Benny was super friendly and everyone seemed like regulars, so that gave me hope. He even gave me a glass of water after I asked. The food was out very quickly too, I was impressed. The bucatini wasn't appetizing, and the pasta/bacon bits/pea ratio was definitely off. From the pictures it looks like they give you more bacon when you dine in. I've had better at The Cheesecake Factory. The potatoes were just okay. I may have to try their more signature arancini appetizer and the well-loved lasagna matta in-person another night to see if they do better. I would hope that a restaurant's takeout is parallel to their dine-in service.

Yelp
Let's get down to food business! Came here with a bunch of colleagues so you know they were ready to take the large potential tip! Service was 9/10: Minutes a few slow moments and a fly in my ice cream, which they replaced, it was fast and the waiter was attentive. Food: 8/10: Standard, a bit above average and nothing was wrong with the food. Also my mind was not blown. Great, reliable food. I had the ribeye, medium rare. My friend had the salmon and said a similar review. I also had dessert-- the chocolate cake, not very chocolatey. Ice cream scoop was great! I give that a 6/10. Ambiance: 10/10: Classy, big mirrors, well-buttoned up customers. Would not be embarrassed to take someone here for a date or a work event. Can be cozy with dim lights for dinner. Would I come back? Yes if someone invited me. Yes if someone wanted American standard food. The chance is 49%I would come back. Until the next time! C

Yelp
came for brunch aaannnddd D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S ordered steak and eggs and orecchiette with house fennel sausage both were tasty and filling restaurant is nice and clean service was superb. Charles is super friendly
google avatar

Juliana S.

Yelp
Charlotte was awesome. She handled my friend's birthday dinner like a star. If it's your thing, go for a pasta dish. They make their pasta in-house and you can tell (so fresh!). I had the orecchiette and loved it. It's also cool how they change the menu frequently to keep things fresh.

Yelp
First time eating here and lord it did not disappoint! The food was incredible. Flavors bursting. If you love authentic Italian then RUN to this place. I ordered the Fusilli which was a new dish they added. Perfectly cooked pasta with sautéed eggplant, squash, and almonds. It was delicious. Brussels were also really tasty. They definitely have a kick so careful if spicy ain't your thing. Also, I tried the chicken picatta The service was great. Everyone was so sweet! The ambiance is very nice. Low lights. Could be romantic I will definitely come back! Must try the lasagna.

Yelp
This is one of the best dining EXPERIENCES I've ever enjoyed. We had 3 courses, and every single bite was PHENOMENAL. Incredible flavors, perfectly cooked, exquisitely curated. I'd give it 12 stars if I could. The service. Wow. Our server/ sommelier Jacoby was amazing. Like, the meal was amazing but he made it unforgettable. Like I wanna be friends with him. Just, thank you. Thank you for such an incredible experience. I live 45 minutes away and I can't wait to come back, all the time.

Lexi B.

Yelp
This place was our second time going! The service was pretty good. The food was good, not amazing but good. I would come back here if it was someone else's pick for the night but I would not make the effort to come back here too many places to try out there/ I've had I like more! The calamari was good, I personally don't care for sautéed calamari so I just dipped the bread in the sauce which was yummy... everyone else enjoyed it! I got the chicken picatta and that was pretty good. Was a classic! I'd get again. My boyfriend got the vodka pasta and added chicken (which we both got last time we were here). He said the chicken was really good and melted in mouth. The desserts were not good. Would not get dessert here again. They look appetizing but honestly they sucked. lol. I was really disappointed. The chocolate cake em was not rich, didn't taste very chocolatey. The tiramisu was dry and couldn't taste any espresso. Honestly probably my least fav tiramisu I've ever had and it's my fav dessert!

Yelp
A nice place for a Mother's day brunch! It wasn't too busy, and was comfortable to sit for a while. Our server was attentive and the food arrived promptly. The food was good although did not blow me away. The polenta was tasty, and the caprese sandwich was fine. It was nice to have the option of ordering brunch food that wasn't typical eggs or french toast.
google avatar

Boyang M.

Yelp
Complimentary valet parking (at end of plaza near zocalo) Puppy Punch - generic fruity cocktail Herb Arancini - pure Rice center, creamy meaty spicy sauce (a little greasy but still great) Lasagna Matta - deconstructed, familiar but satisfying, more meatball than minced, pockets of ricotta to mix in as you go Lumache - penne Alla vodka but hipster, creamy, hint of spice, not exciting but very enjoyable B+
google avatar

Giselle S.

Yelp
This place used to be so amazing. It's still good but the food just doesn't hit like it used to. Kind of sad because I used to rave about this restaurant. They still have a lot of the same dishes but now they are either too salty or not seasoned enough, it just seems like the recipes have either changed or aren't being followed correctly. Service is good and it's very cute inside.
google avatar

Rich S.

Yelp
Excellent experience! Food was outstanding, and the service complimented the fare! Cocktails were very good, the Pear Martini being a hit at our table. The calamari and fritto misto were perfectly fried, light to the crunch, and quite tasty! Excellent starters. The Caesar Salad was good, and the waiter was good enough to ask if I wanted anchovies. YES! I had the Rigatoni and my wife the Cacio Pepe. The pasta with both dishes was perfect, and their flavors equally satisfying. Looking forward to another visit soon. Cheers! RS

Yelp
Campagnolo had a friendly atmosphere and excellent service. we shared meatballs and hummus as appetizers and both were very good. I had the roast duck and they did a very nice job with it - it was tender and flavorful. My companions were also happy withtheir entrees.
google avatar

Amaia C.

Yelp
Nice restaurant in midtown. The ambiance was chill with a nice patio out front. Our waiter was super knowledgeable about the menu and provided plenty of recommendations on what to order. The food was pretty good. The fritto misto appetizer and Brussel sprouts as a side were my favorites. There is free parking in the back of the restaurant!
google avatar

Doug L.

Yelp
Went there for dinner. All of us had a pasta. Mine was cheese and ground pepper. I enjoyed it and it was a 4. Nice flavor. The others were threes. Flavor good. Pasta a little mushy. Not terrible. The staff was friendly and made for a nice evening. I'd go back again. The vibe was nice.

Anonymous M.

Yelp
$24 for lasagna? Really? Sorry, you have priced yourself out of the market. The prices have increased a bunch across the menu. 2 increases in the last 6 months alone. The portion sizes have decreased a bunch. You can't raise prices and decrease portions because the regulars know. The food is great, the service is great, the atmosphere is OK, and it can be very very loud at times. Something is wrong here. This restaurant is just not as busy as it used to be. When prices get too high, the traffic dies. The 3 meatballs & polenta used to be $8. Now it's 2 meatballs & less polenta for $12. I am done eating here. DONE!
google avatar

Donald C.

Yelp
Good menu and wine selection. Will be back next time when I am in the area for sure.

Elizabeth J.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Campagnolo and the food was wonderful! I had the steamed calamari that came with an amazing red sauce and bread. I also had the orecchiette with sausage, broccoli rabe and tomatoes and it was delicious. They had a great selection for drinks and the bartenders were very friendly. I would definitely go back!
google avatar

Alyssa T.

Yelp
The food was mediocre, nothing that stood out, but it was not bad tasting. Our server was great and the ambience was great. I enjoyed the wine recommendations.

Yelp
Sunday brunch is the best! Excellent food with the perfect portions, a real value the homemade sausage is amazing!! Service is always impeccable and attentive.. Very cool vibe. When it's warm out outside, dining is available with umbrellas available. Make a reservation, Try not to just walk in and chance it so you'll have a good experience!!

Beth W.

Yelp
Excellent food. Amazing service. Reasonable prices. The best lasagna I have ever had in a restaurant. My three companions loved their food. How can this place not have better ratings? We are here visiting our daughter...we will definitely return to Campagnolo!!! Highly recommend making a reservation.

Yelp
For a very long time I stayed away from Italian cuisine in Atlanta because of the sheer disappointment at a few highly rated places. As a native New Yorker I have been exposed to such great, authentic, italian that some of the offerings in the south have made Olive Garden look outstanding. After a 3 year hiatus, I tried this place and was not disappointed! The reception and continual checking in from the manager and the attentive engagement from our waiter Darien are without question icing on the cake! The entire was reasonably priced and I was starving so I had an app, salad, pasta and dessert. Starting with the Frito Misto, I love a mix of seafood to shake up the standard calamari appetizer. This included a white fish - interesting but not bad at all. It comes with a lemony sauce but Darien proactively suggested some pomodoro as well - excellent suggestion. The caesar salad was magnificent!! Crisp lettuce, although unchopped - was dressed with just enough anchovy to open my appetite. The lasagna was fantastic! perfectly presented although clearly not in the pan from the oven. Still maintaining awesome construction. The cacio e pepe was a bit underwhelming as I have only ever been served this dish dry, while this one was swimming in a cream sauce. I'm a bit biased because I really do not like white sauces but Darien graciously replaced the dish with light sauce and I was able to enjoy it. Finishing off with a non sweet yet satisfying pumkin tart topped with chilled whipped cream. I officially have a go-to italian restaurant in the A! There are miracles after all!!

Yelp
First time here and the experience was so so. My friend loved her lasagna and saved half to take home while my food on the other hand was barely satisfactory. Our waiter was nice, but my veggies came out cold with the hot salmon. I imagine they made those first then went on to make the salmon. I was too hungry and too tired to send them back so I told them I'd just eat them (knowing I'd never revisit) and kept it moving. He apologized and at the end of the night, we had a complimentary panacotta with passion fruit aka their passion fruit soup. It was good but very tart. My friend couldn't finish her portion so I ate it lol. Only free parking is street parking if you can find it, otherwise it's $10 to park. My friend said they offer $5 validation but we parked on the street so we didn't have to worry out that. They have indoor and outdoor seating, with booths along the wall inside. Overall, I personally wouldn't be back but my friend loved her lasagna. Not to mention, after eating here I got the bubble guys going home so...there's that. Oh, and the drink and dessert menu doesn't have prices so you have to ask.
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
Great restaurant for a dinner with coworkers. Friendly staff in a cute area. The salmon was cooked perfectly! I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
We decided to stop by and sit outside for a glass of wine since the weather was gorgeous. Nice patio seating area and it seems like everyone is trying to take advantage of the spring evenings before it gets too hot! There was seating available and we did not have to put our name down or call ahead (Sunday evening). We decided to pair our drinks with the mussels..and boy, these mussels in white wine and herb cream sauce...absolutely fantastic!! I would come back JUST for the mussels. (The picture shows just half of the mussels. We dug in too fast!) Will have to come back another time to try the pastas. The service seems to be very efficient as I was watching dish after dish come out for the other tables.
google avatar

Kelly J.

Yelp
I love the vibe of this restaurant. It's in a little house and is super cute and has a nice patio dining area for when the weather is nice. Also, they have a parking lot behind the building which is free and almost unheard of for this area. Food is consistently good and so is the staff! I love their aperol spritzer and pasta. They sometimes have live music which makes this a cute spot for a date night :)

Yelp
I spent a week in Atlanta and I had the pleasure of eating brunch and dinner at Campagnolo. Our waiter, Darion, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and bar cocktails. He is delightful as a server. The atmosphere is very nice and the clientele diverse. I found Campagnolo to be my favorite midtown restaurant! Darion said the lasagna and the pork chop were the chef's signature dishes. I ordered the pork. It was nicely grilled, tender and very flavorful. The wine sauce was delicious. It came with fingerling potatoes and tender kale. My friend ordered the lasagna and he raved about it, giving it a 10. We shared a bottle of wine. The prices are incredibly fair. You cannot go wrong visiting Campagnolo. Whether you sit at the bar, eat at a table or booth, you will love this place.

Michelle L.

Yelp
The lasagna is a staple! The calamari is also delicious. Friendly regulars and the bartender Benny make the front feel so welcoming

Yelp
Updating my old review. We had brunch here and I really enjoyed it. The brunch drink deals are really good - only $7 for a bloody mary and it was delicious! The mimosa was also a good deal - $6 for the first and $3 for each one after. Service was great and I loved the patio. Pasta wasn't really anything to write home about but that doesn't keep me from thinking I'll return for brunch!

Yelp
We never go for Italian food, but we've made an exception for here ~ absolutely no remorse in our decision. Things you should know: I. PARKING We just parked for free along the street: Piedmont Ave NE. II. SERVICE What made this 5 stars. Our server was extremely personable and accommodating. Don't forget to ask for the bread service while you wait on your order. It's on a request basis only. III. QUALITY Fresh. Out of all the things we ordered, I'd say I recommend the Fritto Misto the most ~ it's tangy, crunchy, and full of texture and flavor with the marinara dip. IV. CAPACITY They fill up quick and are in high demand. Definitely recommend reservations if you can plan ahead. If not, I would try and come around opening time.

Yelp
Whoever wrote the review that said this place had the best lasagne they'd eaten in ten years, I'm assuming you've been eating at Olive Garden for a decade? Literally everything we ordered (this was for delivery), was garbage. The lasagne had more salt in it than the dead sea and was basically inedible. It made Stouffer's look like gourmet cuisine. The Rigatoni was beyond bland, and again over salted. The Caesar was no better than something you get out of a salad kit in the grocery store. The Beef and Pork Meatballs were dry and tasteless and the Tuscan Green Kale was awful. How on earth did this place get 4 stars? Wild.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is what dreams are made of. We chose this as our restaurant this year to attend after our tradition of the Botanical Garden lights and boy did we find a good place. The service was incredible from the start from the host stand to our incredible server Colby to even others just checking on us throughout the meal. Then the appetizers came and they did not disappoint a bit. We got the bread which was just the perfect crisp and consistency, the artichokes which were my personal favorite and had such great flavor, the meatballs which came with a polenta sauce and the mussels which were out of this world and we could've all drank the sauce at the end as if it was soup (we even took it in a to go box even though there were no mussels left). My meal was one of my favorites I've ever had, it was a lasagna but they did it their own way and at this point it is their way of the highway.. it was so good and such a good portion size! We ended with the chocolate cake and even with no room left in our stomachs.. we all had to take some bites of this because it was just that good, moist and a delicious sauce and gelato alongside it. A 10/10 experience overall, highly recommend!

Great food, service, and ambiance. The lighting was very muted and had soft music playing. We enjoyed our food very much. I got the lasagna and my husband had the Orecchiette (pictures are attached) Definitely will be coming back!

Yelp
Food, service, and ambiance was great. I wish I could remember our servers name -- they were excellent. They made great food and beverage recommendations and was very patient with our table while we placed our order.

Yelp
When my friends lived down the street, they were here at least once a month. They moved away, and we went back after going to the High to see the Obama Portraits, and it made us feel like we were home. This review is from January of 2022. Know that you must show your COVID vaccination card to enter! I love this about them and wish more restaurants required it. I am on Keto now, so I had the Caesar salad and mussels. The Caesar salad is so good. Their dressing is oh so yummy, and I like that you get so much crispy lettuce. My friends shared one, but I ate every bite of mine all by myself. I had their buttery mussels for my meal, and it was so good. I used my spoon to drink almost all of the mussels sauté. Once again, I ate and sipped every last drop. My friend was thankful I was following keto as they took and dipped the bread that came with my meal in the lasagna sauce. I uploaded pics of my friends' meals who lived near here, and they both ordered their favorite dishes of lasagna and orecchiette. These dishes are massive and are two or three servings, so they happily ate leftovers for lunch the next two days. We had a bottle of the Chianti this evening. It is a smooth wine that is less than $40.

Yelp
WOW!! Campagnolo's is the spot! The ambiance is upscale but not pretentious. The service is great, the waiters are all easy going and very attentive. The food....divine! Loved the pork chops, the waiter made a great suggestion! The artichokes were so tender and flavorful. Check it out if you're in town.

Yelp
Everything was perfect here: food, staff, ambiance, speed which our orders came out. No complaints. If you get the Caesar salad, make sure you get the with anchovies option!

Yelp
The only reason I am not giving this place a 5-star review is because their portions are too small. I am an average-sized woman (5'6", wears medium), I don't need huge portions to fill up but I needed more than the portions here. The staff was extremely friendly. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is small but is cute. It has a cute patio. I will return but only with people who don't eat that much.

Yelp
Finally got the opportunity to try out Campagnola last night and it was amazing! We were in the mood for Italian and this restaurant has been in my Atlanta dining passbook for quite sometime so we finally gave it a try. We arrived around 8:45PM, had a reservation (highly recommend) and was seated right away. It was pretty loud as they had a piano player and singer, but the entertainment was amazing! We were seated right about side of the kitchen and could see how quickly and efficient they were with preparing the food. The chef even came out, sat at our table and walked through several questions I had and personal recommendations of his own. We had the meatballs for an appetizer which were great! They were served over an Italian style grits which was unique, yet tasty. I had the short rib which was served over the grits and it was tasty! Very tender, flavorful and filling. My wife had the Bolognese which also was very good! For drinks I had the Manhattan which was served martini style and was really good! Overall, this place is very good and we definitely will return. Valet parking was simple and convenient and we had a great experience here. There are also many other bars and restaurants close by if you want to make a date night in the city around this restaurant .

Yelp
Good food. Mark was very good and friendly. The live music was too loud for this small area.
