Shoe repair at it's best. They have 5 full time repairman working wonders on all things leather. Campus Shoe Repair is the best repair shop we have found in all of Los Angeles. Santa Monica Nordstrom sent us there. They use them exclusively. Now we know why. They are artist with leather and all things you need repaired. We have had them repair shoes, boots, handbags and belts. They do it all with perfection.

Fantastic shoe repair near Westwood and Beverly Hills Ca. They repair everything and do a "GREAT" job with shoe repair, boot repair, ladies handbags, and most anything leather. I came in to fix a zipper that I broke on my jacket when my zipper got stuck, and the guy charged me $15. I asked the lady at the dry cleaners I frequent how much she would have charged, not telling her how much I paid, and she said, oh for that, a dollar. The guy saw I was in a tight situation and took advantage of me. I don't like people who take advantage of other people. Bad, bad.

They did a good job of repairing the sole of my boots by add a layer of rubber, but super expensive, no less than buy a new pair of shoes.

I had my shoes cleaned today by campus shoe repair today. I am very happy with their service and the quality of work they provide.. The owner Viken make sure that I was happy and satisfied with everything as I will definitely be back in the future for all my shoe repair needs

Took a pair of shoes to Campus Shoe Repair to get new heels. Was very happy with the quality of the work, which included new heels of the correct thickness and polishing the edges of the soles and heels. Took another pair of shoes to Campus Shoe Repair for new heels. Was surprised when the quote for the new heels was $18.00 more than the prior new heels were. Was told they had raised their prices. When I got home looked at the receipt and saw heels were the same price ($45.00) but a shoe shine ($18.00) that I hadn't asked for had been added. Went back the next day and got that straightened out. Was very happy with the quality of work on the second pair. In the future will be very careful to study the receipt before leaving the shop to make sure nothing I neither want nor asked for has been added.

I was so amazed by the quality of work this store did on my shoes as they look like brand new like the first day I got them. I highly recommend Campus Shoe repair as the staff are real people that care and their prices are better than any other place I've been to to fix my shoes. I walked in right at 9am with an immediate need to fix my heel that I was traveling with. I had a conference at 10am so I sat and wait while the cobbler fixed it on the spot for me. So grateful!!! I appreciate their willingness to help me.

I've been to several shoe repairs on the West Side and nothing compares to Vick at Campus Shoe Repair. He's reasonably priced and does amazing work within a week that many shops in West LA won't do. He resoled a pair of my Golden Goose sneakers with original soles. He replaced leather soles onto a pair of Hermes sandals when most shops just want to slap cheap rubber soles on. He replaced the entire insole of a pair of unique leather soled sandals with leather so I could keep wearing them. All my shoes come back looking beautiful and new every time!

Literally the most shoddy shoe repair I've ever gotten or could imagine, and it took twice as long as I was told. I brought in a pair of boots to repair the zipper. I was told to come back in a week to pick them up. 1) I came in 4 days after they were supposed to be ready (11 days after drop off). The owner said I needed to come back next Monday, a full week after they originally told me. 2) When I came back again (14 days after drop off), they still weren't ready. I waited while he finished them. When he handed them to me, I realized the new zipper didn't even match the old one. I waited again while he painted it to match. 3) When I got home, I realized the insole had been completely cut off and was now unattached. I also realized that he hadn't even fixed the part of the zipper that you pull (it was completely missing). The boot was literally in worse condition than when I brought it to the shop. I had to go back for a third time for him to fix this mistake. This "repair" cost $30. The only thing he offered me was a free shoe shine, which is useless to me because who gets shoes shined these days.

Avo and Vick were such a big help! They helped to repair a bag I borrowed and it looks perfect! Fast replies, great prices and a friendly smile!

This is my second, updated review for Campus Shoe Repair in Westwood. I just want to say that Campus Shoe Repair is still the BEST shoe repair business. I've been taking all my shoes and boots to Vick for over 20 years. They do quality work and my shoes are all in great condition. I always have him put the rubber soles to protect my shoes and for anti slip. Recently, I took in my Chanel pull-on knee boots which were tight in the calves. I was having a difficult time pulling them on and off. Vick did an amazing job putting a zipper and what a difference! Not only do they look great, they are easy to wear. He was very thorough and discussed the different options of zippers so I will be happy. Vick takes pride in his work and business. They also have another location in the Topanga Mall. I recommend all my friends to Campus Shoe Repair and Vick. Taking your shoes anywhere else is a waste of time and money. If you're going to spend any money on shoes, you also need to maintain and take care of them. Please take them to Campus Shoe Repair! Thank you, Vick!

I found out about Campus through Nordstrom and WOW I could not be more impressed. I always reinforce my shoes so they last longer and the rubber base they put in does wonders. I also could not believe that they had extra blue spikes to put back into a pair of Louboutins where the spike had fallen out. Would you ever suspect a shoe repair store could have the exact blue spike of a shoe seasons old?! So impressed! They do amazing quality work and I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. I drive from weho to Westwood just to have them fix my shoes .

Amazing. Repaired Louboutins with a cleaning and resoling! He offered options and was very patient and honored a deal from Yelp check ins promo. One star taken off cause he pushed the date he told me I could pickup after a week of already waiting. He also makes keys!

I highly recommend this shoe repair. Work was done in a timely manner. Only thing I wish is would talk to me what finish i want. I wanted matte finish but he put high gloss because he said most people want that. Otherwise I'm very happy with the work.

I brought to this place a pair of $200 ASA shoes that were slightly too narrow. After examining the shoes I was told that they could be enlarged. Picked them up a week later. At home I realized one shoe had a tear of about one inch. He denied responsibility. Needless to say the shoes ended up in trash.

Came here to get a key duplicated and they did it in less than 30 seconds for $3. Can't really comment on the shoe repair side but it seemed like they had a lot of shoes there that they were fixing. Very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend for UCLA students and others in the Westwood area for a quick and relatively (?) cheap place to get keys done.

Vic is the manager, maybe owner, as he's there behind the counter like all the time. He is terrific at understanding what you need, and does it to your specifications. His workers and he do a great job, are easy going and never hassles you, even if you have a special request- like me. I have a difference between leg lengths, so need to have my shoes "adjusted". Fantastic! I was most grateful for the owner who stayed open a little past closing so that I could get a key copied. He even came out of his store to find me on the street so that he could copy my key because I couldn't find parking. Edit: Found out they have parking behind the store and also validate next door for 15 min. So check them out!

I've been to many shoe repairs, and I can confidently say that Vic and his workers are the best shoe repairers I've worked with so far. Not only are their prices so much easier to work with than others, but Vic and his staff are also just so nice and honest. Their work is impeccable, and they're so on top of everything with time. I came in last week with a pair of Nike's that I wanted to add a platform to for the the night of my wedding (to wear under my gown). Other shoe repair places quoted me $150 and up. And told me that the process would take weeks. I told Vic what I needed, and not only did he charge me wayyyy less than the others, but he got the work done in 3 days. One of the nicest people. Wonderful work they do. I went in for some work and he was so kind and said it's fast and small and didn't want to charge me. I paid anyways and he wouldn't accept and said too much. Such an honest man and did such great work! Thank u so much. My shoes and belts and all are best I have ever seen them in a long time. Did a great job fixing the handle on my purse, the job was professionally done and they even put a nice shiny gloss over it to make it look sparkly brand new!

This place has been a staple of Westwood Village.... Let me tell you why I think this place is definitely my go to place for any kind of shoe/repair.... The Mission: To fix a broken ass strap off a Kate Spade bag The service: The guy who helped me out was friendly. Friendly as you can be seein' as how someone is just coming in to repair a broken strap on a Kate Spade bag. Price: 19 bucks... I could have haggled it. But didn't. Turnaround time: About 4-5 days *The bag was pretty dirty and he offered to steam clean it for me but he would then charge me about 65 dollars which I thought was utterly ridiculous. I looked at some in store cleaners which are sold separately and thought to myself that I could easily go to Target and buy some stuff and use some elbow grease and then VOILA!!!!!!!! A BRAND NEW BAG! **Overall, pleased with the actual finished product. I actually can't think of a lot of places in the area that can do that kind of work. Then again I thought of this place off the top of my head as opposed to Yelpin' it. It's good for UCLA college students or neighbors around the Westwood Village Area. Tell them your boy JY sent you.

I was able to get my shoes shined, so that will be ready for holiday dinner tomorrow. This place was everything I expected from a cobbler. I will definitely be back at Christmas time, and I think I have found a new guy in LA to handle my shoe needs.

These guys are pros and their service is excellent. I still can't wrap my head around how they fixed my shoes without it looking like it was ever damaged in the first place. I did a lot of research before going with these guys and I can confirm they're truly the best in the west!

Overprices! $14.95 plus tax for replacing one heel tip. The guy did not even clean the shoes. Returned with dirt and glue all over the shoes. Will not go back again.

I've had keys made here and a handbag repaired. The male associate has helped me twice and is very friendly. I got there just at closing time and he was kind enough to open the door and help me get my bag. Really appreciate the customer service!

I came in for shoe shine today and I was in shock on how great the service and friendly attitude these people have! No wonder they been here in the village 40 years

DO NOT go to those instant key kiosks they have in stores; they are more than twice as expensive and the keys I got from there don't work. I walked into this store, got my keys copied, and left five minutes and $7 later (I got two keys). This is the only place I'll go from now on!

The price was a high $45 for sawing inner heel liners (heel pads) for an okay job ready in 6 days. The sawing work on the outside was uneven when you look closely. It wasn't neatly glued as some glue was visible. Despite the work being not-so-aesthetically-pleasing, he got the job done and protected my shoe heel with a leather heel liner, sturdy glue, and sturdy stitching. I'll bring my shoes somewhere else instead.

I had my key duplicated here. They charge over $3 per key and will give you a 5% discount if you pay cash. If you leave a yelp review, they will also give you 5% off. Will that also be true if I don't leave 5 stars? Someone here gave me a really negative attitude right after they gave such a nice service to the person in front of me. And it was my first time here. I will never come back here again.

I brought my shoes here to get repaired (heel replaced, shoes polished, with heel protectors added). I think they did a good job, and the repair was done in about 3 days. I felt like the total price for everything was a bit much, but it is probably what is to be expected in Westwood. I'd probably shop around and compare prices before going back to Campus Shoe Repair, but they did a great job!

Meh. I got a super sweet deal on a new pair of Jeffrey Campbell heels because the pin was missing on one of the buckles. The Campus Shoe Repair gave put a new pin on the buckle as well as dirt/grease on my brand new beauties :( When I was both picking up and dropping off my shoes, I had to wait a considerable amount of time for the attendant to acknowledge me even though I know that he saw me enter the shop because we made eye contact as I entered. I also thought that $10 was a little steep for one little 1/2 cm piece of wire.

Made a copy of my key and they had a very friendly staff and speedy service. Definitely recommended!

I put a pair of 550$ Campanile black dress shoes(in case you never heard of them, they are the factory company that makes shoes for Canali) here to let them condition and polish for me, for I'm not expert on leather caring and don't wanna ruin this pair of fairly expensive shoes. Took me 15$ and 3 days of waiting, that's fine. However, when I brought my shoes back to my apartment and put them under direct light, I can clearly see the marks of the cream that are not supposed to be there. And it seems like they are not using black cream but some sort of grayish-brown-black cream. Disappointed.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Two of my shoes had their heels falling off so I brought it in and he quoted me at 30 bucks for each show. Let me tell you about these shoes... One is from Taiwan for ~15 bucks, one is from Kaitlyn for about 30- 40. So yes, he quoted me at a price higher than how much the shoes cost. And I didn't want to make a scene or come home empty handed, so I just gave him one pair to work on. It doesn't and shouldn't cost 30 bucks to repair a heel on a boot that is the same price and it doesn't take 3 days either. I took one for the team and had this experience so you don't have to. ----- My rating scale: 1 star: I would actively encourage my friends never ever to come here. This business is a menace to society. 2 star: This business takes up space, then again.. something had to. 3 star: I probably won't come back. But I can understand if some people like this place 4 star: I would come back and recommend this to my friends. 5 star: I will become the poster child for this business. If my friend were visiting me from out of town, I would take him/her here.

I recently bought a GUCCI belt and since the sizes are EU (measured in cm), I wanted to get it resized to fit me properly. I went on google looking "how to resize a belt" or "how to drill a hole" but I was scared since it's a brand new belt. Then i saw a lot of ppl say to go to a shoe repair place (since they deal with leather). SO I called Campus Shoe Repair since they are so close to UCLA. After asking how much it would cost to add 2 holes to my brand new belt, I got this reply: NO COST. I was so shocked, I didnt know if he was being serious. I asked again just to make sure. After he confirmed his offer, I hopped into my car and went to the shop right away. He added 2 holes in a few seconds and I was shocked to see him REALLY NOT CHARGE ME! Most places ask for $5-10, and he was so friendly and made it professional too (its a GUCCI belt). WILL DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN FOR ALL MY LEATHER/SHOE problems. Price: $0 Turnaround time: 1 minute Thanks! Definitely 5 stars!

I brought a fairly inexpensive leather messenger bag in here to repair the strap that had come unstitched, rendering the bag completely useless. I brought it in on a Thursday right before closing and was told that it would be ready for pick up the following Tuesday. It was not the most courteous customer service I'd ever received -- I don't believe more than a few words were exchanged. Whatever, that's fine -- just fix my bag. I was quoted $35 for the repair, which seemed reasonably fair but did not strike me as a particularly fantastic deal for, essentially, running the thing through a sewing machine. Fast forward to the following Tuesday: I swing by in the morning and am told that the bag isn't ready yet and to come back in an hour since they were just getting started on it. Why did it sit there for two entire business days? $35 for an hour's worth of work? That doesn't strike me as particularly fair. I came back in the mid afternoon and the bag was as good as new, which, I suppose, is the important thing here. I'm not over the moon about this place. The relatively unfriendly person I assume to be the owner along with the perhaps marginally above average prices and bizarre turnaround time while doing quality work earns this middle-of-the-road rating. I would most likely go back for future work mainly due to its proximity to UCLA.

Vic has taken care of my shoes and handbags (and sometimes belts, suitcases, all kinds of leather goods) for more than 20 years. I am glad there is a place to publicly recognize his great level of professionalism, and such impressive knowledge on how best to repair every kind of shoe I have ever brought to him (glittery evening sandals from Jimmy Choo, torn straps on my Shimano spinning shoes, adjustments to buckle and straps on Prada slingbacks (tricky, because the foreign sizing is different than U.S., but you can buy the next size up, and Vic will make the parts that don't quite fit, work anyway for your feet -- he's kind of miraculous!). He has fixed worn down heels and soles on every pair of Stuart Weiztmans I own -- and this is more than 40 of them -- and these services ensure that these shoes last forever, some of them are 20-plus years old. His prices are fair, and his turnaround time is pretty amazingly fast, almost nothing (including practically rebuilding from scratch a beloved, well-worn shoe) takes more than a few days. I wear heels and soles out at a funny angle, due to how I walk, but Vic has figured out how to repair heels and soles that don't have an even wear pattern. Vic will do all he can to deliver good results, and he really understands how women feel about their shoes and handbags. If we love them, and there is any hope of repairing them, we want them repaired! and he does all he can to make this possible. Only rarely will he say a problem is unfixable, and you know that is an honest assessment, when he gives it -- because he would fix anything that he felt he could deliver a good result for. Once, I had a purse strap break when I was out of town and had to go to an unknown shop to see if I could get a quick repair (this was in Washington DC). I was told to "buy a new one", and that even if they could fix it, they would need two weeks, despite my needing for the business trip that I was on. I brought it back home, and brought it to Vic: Vic fixed the broken strap in 2 days, plus reinforced the other 3 straps, so it would hold up better. Hope that explains why I will never go anywhere else, after all these years. Bloomingdale's and other stores send their repairs to Vic, also -- so he really is the ultimate Los Angeles shoe repair resource. I have appreciated him for many, many years.

I have been coming to this gem of shoe repair shop for over a decade and every time I pick up my shoes from any kind of repair I get shocked by how amazing and good their work is. Reliable and fair place to get most things leather fixed. Got a pair of shoes repaired there some time ago (which they did a fine job on) and more recently asked for an extra hole for my belt--the latter which they did at no cost which I really appreciated.

The owner is nice and does great repairs at times. Lack of stars per this location is the repair shop for the department store I drop my shoes off for for repair. Last time I dropped off 25 pairs Ish 3 years ago , some of the repairs came back in worked on and re resent out. The last 4 or 5 pairs I have been waiting to receive back for 3 years. Every time I call I'm told they will be sent back that week that week after hearing that 6x I just call the department store and ask status. I see other post about someone's shoes got lost, I wonder if that's the case.

Brought my purse in for a repair was told it would be ready in 3 days , came back 5 days later the purse is still not fixed . Waited over and hour to get my purse . It's pricey and not good customer service.

I have frequented Vic's shop for over 10 years. He recently restitched and reconditioned a leather bag which I purchased from Porsche 25 years ago for my wife to carry baby diapers, milk etc. For the last 15 years, I have been using it to carry my laptop etc. Last week, I fell on the bag and tore stitches off two sides of the bag and scraped one panel. Vic said he could add leather to strengthen the interior walls of the leather so he could reinforce the leather before stitching the torn sides. He also could dye the scuffed leather to its original matte black condition. Well he did it! He comes from Beirut and I had visited the city 55 years ago so we enjoyed a good chat. All in all a person who deserves a firm handshake! Yong

This is the closest shoe repair to our home, and yet, over the years, despite their proximity, I find myself choosing other shoe repairs further away because of a feeling these other places do a better job. For me, there has always been a vague sense that Campus Shoe Repair cuts corners......this was proven again just a couple of weeks ago. I left some shoes that needed "significant work" according to them, and I was to pick up a couple of days later. When I returned to pick up, they hadn't been touched, and that "significant work" was then performed while I waited in less than three minutes. I was then charged the original "significant price." Will probably continue to go elsewhere!

The people were very nice! Came in to get my belt fixed and they punched holes in it for free!!
