"The premise here is “seafood of the most pristine quality and widest variety.” This means the restaurant receives shipments of lobster from Maine, king crab from Alaska, snapper from the Gulf, and locally sourced seafood. In the Market Fish section, look for shrimp from Texas, flounder from North Carolina, and ask about the fresh catch that can be grilled, broiled, blackened, or sauced to order. Menus feature the brand’s lunch and dinner standards—chargrilled oysters, a lobster roll, and a prime New York strip steak—plus raw-bar selections, daily entrée specials and desserts like crème brûlée. The concept began in Vinings nearly 15 years ago; owners Rich Clark and Jon Schwenk closed a Roswell (Etris Road) outpost in May after four years due to the pandemic but moved forward with this Sandy Springs opening, and they also operate Hugo’s Oyster Bar in Roswell.
