"Opening in the next few months at the Modera complex on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, I learned that C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar, owned by chef Jon Schwenk and Rich Clark of C&S Restaurant Group, will specialize in raw-bar favorites like oysters, shrimp cocktail, and seafood platters as well as whole-fish entrées, lobster, crab, and steaks. I also understand Schwenk plans to tweak the menu from the Vinings location to incorporate food “discoveries” he made while traveling, and that the bar will include a large bourbon and whiskey list along with cocktails, beer, and wine while catering more to the late-night crowd." - Beth McKibben
