While the original HOPE Outdoor Gallery wall space has moved, the spirit of Austin’s beloved street art park lives on through pop-up events and collaborative art installations. These gatherings, highlighted by Texas Monthly and supported by local artists, celebrate public art, mural painting, and community workshops. Attendees can watch artists in action, participate in creative projects, and experience the city’s vibrant visual culture firsthand.

Currently houses the artist who made the beautiful colorful glass panes in the Austin Public library... Very cool!

This sprawling, several building complex includes many art galleries, studios, shops, and a coffee house. They have an open studios event each first Saturday of the month 1-4 pm, when nearly every gallery and studio participates, making for a delightful afternoon of browsing. The canopy complex has a large free parking lot, but it can be challenging to find a space during their open studios event.

Many studios for meandering through and be a part of. The 'Canopy' grounds are lovely with plenty of places outside to sit a spell. And the coffee shop, let's not forget the coffee shop. Warm and inviting with teas, coffees and goodies for nibbling. Stop by and get your "Wimsical" on.

A wonderful complex that blends in with nature through creative design architecture. The various other stores in the complex blend in and give a calming environment for visitors to enjoy. . I love the parakeets that live throughout the complex and fields the quietness of the space with their beautiful singing. . I highly recommend visiting here if you are traveling through East Austin.

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I’m in Austin. Great atmosphere, good service, and high end. One word of warning though! The hotel is surrounded by bars and clubs that play loud music depending on the night you are in town. The hotel provides ear plugs on the nightstand but just be warned that if you are a light sleeper this could be a negative for you.

Awesome artists community! Art shows 1st Saturday of each month. A great vibe to take out of town folks.

This is an artists center where lots of their workshops are. It has a nice coffeeshop on site (Sa-Ten) and several cute stores as well. They organize many artistic events, some with free drinks. It's highly recommended.

Delightful artisan enclave, perfect for a creative break - hosting creative classes, galleries, and supplies. Check the hours before you go, each venue has different hours of operation
