During our April road trip, we decided on a whim to take a wine tour around Modena—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. We had an incredible time with our guide Cecilia, who shared fascinating insights into the production of Lambrusco wines and traditional balsamic vinegar. Every wine we tasted was absolutely divine, and the vinegar left such an impression that we immediately bought a bottle to bring home.
To this day, we still warm up with the wonderful memories from that tour. Whenever we enjoy Parmigiano with balsamic and a glass of red wine, we inevitably find ourselves thinking of Paltrinieri. We dream of returning someday. Thank you for giving us such a special experience!
