The small, bustling Vietnamese cafe is functional but homely, with orders placed via QR codes but delivered to the handful of tables with a smile and extra sliced chilli for noodle soups. Come lunchtime, suited-and-booted and hard-hat workers hang around outside, eagerly waiting for their takeaway order.
