Sea-Tac’s North Satellite Revamp Unveils Planned Food and Drink Options | Eater Seattle

"The airport’s Capitol Hill Food Hall is noted as having very little to do with Capitol Hill despite its name." - Gabe Guarente

New ‘Capitol Hill Food Hall’ at Sea-Tac Has Few Capitol Hill Restaurants | Eater Seattle

"At Sea-Tac, the new Capitol Hill Food Hall is a 7,700-square-foot hub between Gates A5 and A6 that houses eight vendors, but it reads more like an odd homage than a true replication of the neighborhood: only two of the vendors actually have outposts on Capitol Hill and some local critics have pointed out the mismatch since the project was first announced in 2018. A Sea-Tac representative framed the concept as 'paying homage to the neighborhood, versus replicating it exactly,' and while any new food is welcome at an airport that long lacked great dining options, I'm left hoping more genuinely local businesses will show up; on the plus side, the hall will include one of two permanent performance spaces for local musicians as part of Sea-Tac’s expanded live music offerings." - Gabe Guarente

Tiny pizza for $22. Ok tuna poke bowl- $22, and many other options- none for an impressive value. Bring your own drink or pay big $$ for water and basics.

The coffee is amazing, but a one litter bottle of water cost $8+ is crazy.

I thought I ordered a huge pizza based on the $21 price. 🤣🤣🤣 Add drink and tip for an extra 10. Buffalo chicken pizza taste is ok. Heavy on sauce. The view is nice though. Still a bit hungry...

Really cute little food hall in the airport. Fast service at the bar, and the burgers looked great - definitely would have gotten one, if I had time. Always enjoy my time at Sea-Tac; even the TSA is very speedy and helpful here!

I’ve been coming here for food since 2019. This place has gone downhill A LOT! The True Burger place is still doing pretty good, but the “all day breakfast sandwiches,” at the Coffee shop, give me a break. They changed the bun from a long piece of bread with two sausage patties, to this cheap brioche bun, that was almost rock hard to the touch. I would avoid unless you want the Burger joint or the pizza.

Very low quality. I ordered an impossible burger. This is a Beyond Burger, which is not as good. Clearly bait and switch. The bacon is barely cooked. Service was surly. Overall, a poor experience. And it cost me 60 dollars!

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a coney with no onions because I am allergic. I got a dep fried disaster. It had maybe a couple of beans (chili?) on it. A crap ton of mustard and a few pieces of shredded cheese. I took one bite and puked. It was uneatable. My husband’s burger was burnt, and uneatable as well. My mother in law could not eat her pulled pork as it was so SPICY. 10/10 do not recommend. I wound up spending the next 14 hours of flights puking and the next two days unable to keep anything down.

For those of us peasants who do not have lounge access, this is a pretty decent option to chill. Food options aren't half bad, but if you are vegetarian or vegan it is very limited selection. Price is high but nothing unexpected for airport food court. I do wish that there was some kind of PA system or better way to let folks know the order was ready so people could sit and relax instead of standing for 10-15 minutes in a weird glob.
