My cousin and I stayed here for a little girls getaway. Annie, the manager, was so sweet and kind and helpful. We love the way the rooms are decorated and they are very clean. The pool was my favorite part, but it’s also not too far from the ocean if you prefer going to the beach. Definitely a good location with great staff. I would stay there again.

I had an absolute pleasure to stay at Capri last weekend. My friend booked it and I didnt know what to expect. But! I was very relieved to find a fresh clean room, must be renovated recently. They have a full restaurant and a bar which turns into the hottest club in the area! Outdoors/ indoors bar, booths, DJ, dancing all night, great crowd! The convenience of stepping out the club and being in the hotel room within minutes is PRICELESS! No uners needed! Service was great! The manager, I think her name is Annie is I spelled it correctly) was super helpful, accommodating and made the stay even better. There is a non- front desk entrance to the rooms for those who like privacy. Also the pool is a gorgeous area to relax the next day! The only think I can suggest before going to the club: book it in advance, if you are staying in a hotel you are saving an entrance fee as a hotel guest. Coming back soon!!!!

This hotel is a gem! The front desk personnel are so accommodating & professional. Everything is so well organized & operates seamlessly. The staff are warm and inviting. Truly, this was a magical experience for my cousin and I. We will be back next year!

We are just leaving after a great weekend away for my bachelorette weekend and I have to give a huge compliment to Jessica, who goes above and beyond not only for us, but for the entire establishment. Not only was she so attentive, but also kind, courteous and genuinely shows she wants everyone to enjoy themselves. She is a true asset to Capri and they are very lucky to have someone that is as hardworking as her. She made this weekend remarkable. The hotel is very cute; boutique hotel with cabanas at the pool and the addition of Ketchy Beach restaurant and bar. Very lively at night so if you’re looking for quiet evenings, you might want to reconsider. What we loved was Capri is within reasonable distance from downtown and other great places and restaurants !

Ripped off. $800 per night. No bar. No restaurant no mini bar. No service. Dead plants. Fake plastic plants . How can. They price it like this. Weekend. Last minute. Obviously taking advantage of busy week. How can the owner accept this? Shame on them.

Google
This hotel was beautiful, very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Loved that we were right by the beach! It was so easy to check in as well. The pool and all the amenities were awesome, the boutique style was just the intimate vibe I was looking for. I can’t wait to get back there again. I highly recommend booking your stay here next time you are in the south Hampton area.

Had such a great escape from the city with the girls. A very cozy place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very friendly and professional staff. We really enjoyed our stay there. The food and Bar experience was top notch. Can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Capri Hotel Southampton! The room we stayed in, was elegantly designed, bright and spacious. The staff was really friendly. A very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Αll the areas of the hotel were very clean and stylish. We really enjoyed it 💙! I can’t wait to get back there again. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Yelp
This hotel claims on their website that the rooms provide "serenity and complete privacy". There's a club that is essentially a part of the property. The bass bumps until 4am, and you have zero privelages as a hotel guest when it comes to club entry. Thankfully, everyone here does drugs. Cocaine and ecstasy are wildly abundant. The bouncers will let you cut the line for $150 and also give you an 8 ball. No cops. No rules. They get it!

Yelp
kids come here to party n get drunk. The music blasts 24/7 this is a promotional venue worst stay of my life nothing works in the room and the staff could care less. overpriced STAY AWAY

Yelp
3.5 stars. My girlfriends and I stayed here 6/29 - 7/3/20 post COVID, right before 4th of July weekend. This hotel was the best option in terms of budget and needs for our group. I was a bit apprehensive about staying here, as most of the reviews for this place were quite negative, but I did take them into consideration, and I do also want to form my own opinion as I always find positives when I go somewhere. Communication was great before the trip. They quickly answered any questions that I had prior to going. The hotel is located on a highway, turning into the driveway wasn't an issue, but making that left heading out east could be tricky during high traffic hours! The grounds are lovely, the white lobby building stands out amongst the greenery. They offer a self-check in kiosk, though there was a front desk attendant to help us and eventually give us keys. We arrived around 12, and were informed that our room wouldn't be ready until after 3PM. Kimberly offered us drink tickets while we laid out by the pool. This is a small hotel, with double beds or a king size bed rooms surrounding the pool area. There's a bar and restaurant to the left of the pool. I believe that the suites are located on the other side opposite the bedrooms. The bathing club was my favorite part of the hotel. The beds were comfy and the umbrellas were useful. We were able to get pool towels the first day, but none were available the next day. I definitely suggest bringing your own towel, especially if you head to the beach while you're here. It does come in handy. They do offer poolside service. You can order food or drinks from Naia, their new restaurant. Though the food is good, it's overpriced for what you get. Same goes for the drinks, overpriced. Luckily we received drink tickets since our room wasn't ready until after 3PM. That was a nice touch. I ordered the watermelon skewers. Very refreshing and simple. Room was big enough for our party of 4 girls. The fridge is perfect for storing your drinks or snacks. They have an awesome mini bar selection, again overpriced, but a nice touch if you're not prepared. The bathroom is small and we had to ask several times for towels! There was only 1 full set! I used a hand towel to dry myself off the first night, LOL. Don't open the window to vent out the moisture. A bunch of ants came marching in! Oops! The beds and pillow weren't comfortable at all. You only got one pillow (per person) and it was soft and thin. I suppose it could be worse. The black out shade on the windows were helpful. Definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you want to sleep in. Now, for the music. Yes, it's true. They play loud music during the evening hours, right outside your hotel room. Monday and Tuesday night, the music ended right before 11PM, but Wednesday night's music ended at 12AM. The A/C drowns out some of it, but you can hear the bass. What's funny is that the bar/restaurant only had about 3 people in it! They do have smaller speakers in the bar area only, instead of using the "surround speakers" around the pool and courtyard area. I would suggest doing that during the later hours of the evening so people can rest peacefully! Free breakfast was great! Be sure to email them before 9PM so your order will arrive on time. You get a choice of a bacon (or no bacon) egg & cheese croissant, Nutella croissant, or parfait + coffee, tea, orange juice. They were able to do an egg and cheese croissant for me which I appreciated. Overall, a good stay. Some parts are not as glamorous as their Instagram feed, but it's not as bad as some of the reviews below. Just come prepared and make the best of it!

Yelp
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. There were three (3) people who were there for work. 2 from the UK and one from Queens. We'd never met before Thursday. We checked in to this "Party Hotel" that plays the same 8-10 songs continuously repeating them by the pool area. At first you're like "cool, good music playing by the pool/bar area. After 20 minutes, you start to notice the pattern. So we checked in at around 6:00 PM on a Sunday evening. The rooms were already paid for. We are all asked for a credit card for "Incidentals". No problem. We all handed the young brunette girl working there our own personal cards. None of us had ANY incidentals. About a week and a half goes by when I get an alert from the Fraud Prevention Department of AMEX. Someone was trying to charge my card for a purchase from "CHARLIENEST". I happened to mention this to the gentleman and lady from the UK I worked with that night. They both checked their cards. And there were attempted purchases on their cards as well from this "CHARLIENEST". I called the Capri hotel and I spoke to some who said they were the manager. At first it was "there is no way that this can happen." After explaining in detail the events and circumstances, the said they would look into it. I never heard back. So it was either the pretty young brunette or someone in billing stealing the numbers and attempting to make purchases. NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIIT CARD. Had I given them a debit card, bye bye bank account. Now I had to cancel my credit card and send out for a new one. So much hassle because someone doesn't want to work for their own stuff. Guess where we won't ever stay again? The Capri in Southampton, NY. There was a lightbulb out in the lamp in my room. Guess what, nobody at the front desk after 8 or 9 PM. And no lightbulb until after 11:00 AM. No one could find the front desk person. Not even the maintenance or cleaning staff. I tried to plug in my phone charger and the entire electrical box came out when I was trying to plug it in. Almost $700 per night for loud music at night so you can't sleep, no one to help at the front desk, dangerous electrical outlets, sounds like my old home in Bushwick, Brooklyn. CLEAN OUT YOUR STAFF AND PROPERTY. Ripping off your customers is a sure way to bury your business.

Yelp
Comfortable room. Questionable check in experience. A bit pricey for the experience. Ambiance is nice but details are not up to standard. Pool is dirty, drinking water at pool area looks like it's been there a few days, used drinking cups still cabana side. Grounds are worn and could use some clean up. Garbage outside the window of our suite.

Laura G.

Yelp
I didn't actually stay at this hotel, however, I spent the full day here lounging at the pool aka the bathing club.. my gf and I left our hotel and we're lookin for more of a vibe... great music playing, day beds, alcohol, and an electric violinist Dj. He was prob my fav part of the day, so sick! We walked right in here and enjoyed some snacks and the sun all day! The pool was great, grounds were clean, wait staff def a bit on the slower side so I wouldn't come here starving but we didn't mind since we weren't in a rush to leave. Bathrooms easily accessible and many of them... would advise bringing your own towel, they do provide but they looked super small. Would def come back for a day trip; great for all.. couples, girls trip, and families! We had a really good time, would look into staying a night or two in the future...

Yelp
Review of Capri Pending review Do not bother to waste your money at this cess pool!!! Room smells like mold and mildew. They try to disguise the smell with Febreeze. Shower is gross. Holes in walls, lights don't work. Paint splotches on walls. The prices are ludicrous for what it is. We left the same night we checked in. Photoshop works wonders when you change your photos for your webpage.

Yelp
This upscale hotel in south hampton hosted one of the best pop up events of the year. The crisp white everything...pool deck and fabulous bar area over looking garden cabana space left me feeling like i was in miami. This private event was just a taste of what Brooklyn Chop House will feature on there menu this fall in the big NYC. The food was a wonderful throw back of Phillip Chow. The music played by Dee Nice...had the party goers on their feet the entire night. Bottles poppin..cigar smoking and people danceing elevated this event to #1. The host Robert Don Pooh Cummin has done it again !

Atdhe D.

Yelp
I wish I had taken more pictures. I wish I could give this half a star. I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. The room was dirty. You barely get a pillow. The floors had huge gaps in them. The fridge leaked. The safe didn't work. The bathroom smelled like straight mildew. The mattress (if you want to call it a mattress) was god awful. I've had better mattresses at football camp. The pool, which they said was "heated" was cold as ice and smelled of absolute chlorine. Never mind the fact that there were guests smoking cigarettes at the pool. I've never regretted spending money more for something in my life. It sucks because with the right owners & staff - it can be turned into something special. It's just nowhere near worth it right now. I can spend an hour complaining about this place.

Raana Z.

Yelp
The worst place ever! Always check the bill. They charge us $500 in wine that we never ordered. The food is the worst food in Southampton. Don't waist your time and money!

Laurie S.

Yelp
Zero stars. We stayed at The Capri last month. Upon checking in, we knew we were in trouble. First of all, the motel (not a hotel) was completely vacant. It was a Thursday so I figured it will begin to fill up. Not so. They gave us a stupid room in the corner with a view of a cinder block wall and some trash in the corner. I complained and we were given another room. We had a quiet evening visiting with a nice couple with a dog. There was, however, no way to get anything to eat or drink as the bar and restaurant were closed. The lady that checked us in gathered up a few cans of Rose for us. Next morning: no breakfast as promised. Nothing. Not even coffee or water. The worst part was a little boy was outside and I asked him if he was looking forward to swimming. He said that he was hungry and waiting for his breakfast. I offered to go and get him something but his parents checked out. They were very unhappy. That night we had dinner at the restaurant. Our dinner was actual leftovers on a plate. Disgusting. Music played until 4 am. Next morning, no breakfast, coffee, or water. My daughter went to McDonalds. We call this place the Bates Motel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS FREAKY PLACE!

Colleen R.

Yelp
This hotel, though beautiful, is run by rude incompetent staff. Myself and the other guest sharing the room were both charged for the room. The back and forth discussions to receive a refund were painstaking. I was repeatedly interrupted and talked over when trying to understand what occurred. It took 13 days to receive the refund after no less than 10 phone calls. I was told I would receive a call back every time but did not. In addition, a hold went on my account for over $500 and likewise took 13 days to be removed. The frontdesk was completely confused upon check in so you can imagine trying to remedy this situation after the fact. It was torture. Beware!!

Matt P.

Yelp
The atmosphere is ok, the service was acceptable, however the food is lacking. Ordered the branzino after asking the chef for the best thing in the menu. If this is the best, steer clear!!! Dry and flavorless. The drinks were ok, but mostly watered down. After everything was done, and we ordered 3 full meals and drinks, they asked us to leave our table. I agreed seeing it was busy, and ordered another drink at the bar, which never came. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

Svitlana B.

Yelp
Nice place, good music, great vibe. The only complaint I have was the customer service coming from the brunette hostess outside with hat. I haven't seen this rudeness before.

Milliee F.

Yelp
This hotel is really cute & cool. I had an amazing stay here and the staff was really cool. The manager made sure we were always okay and everything was good. It's pretty small but preppy & cute. I recommend the stay here. The pool is nice & they have a dope bar right next to the pool

Donna M.

Yelp
This hotel was featured in a high end magazine, so I thought I would check it out. I don't understand how you can feature the owners in designer clothes and have them speak of their establishment as a success. The place gets really really bad reviews and looks like the owners should pay better attention to their business.

Francesca M.

Yelp
Love this gem. The rooms are lovely and the service is so homey and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. Very young and hip during busier months.

Kade H.

Yelp
First let me address the poor service from the manager who is cocky and certainly doesn't know customer service at all. We tried explaining something to him and he was rude. We overheard him making rude remarks to the housekeepers which was unprofessional. He was very disrespectful to the the maintenance guy. Almost resulted in a big fight on the premises. We live in such a civilized world. Never expected to see persons displaying racist behaviors. Atmosphere could be great but needs better management. It is impossible to get room service or a meal at nights (restaurant operates separately from the hotel). The front desk guy is a total jerk and is not helpful. On the upside, the pool is great though and so are the rooms. They were clean and organized. As said before, it has potential to be great but a few areas needs to be addressed.

Vic S.

Yelp
I visited the capri hotel to attend the nikki beach pop up with friends and to our surprise when we arrived we were informed that due to operational issues the event had been canceled. As you can imagine after driving 2 hours, we were very disappointed. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and told us we would be recieving breakfast and drinks on the house. An hour later we recieved drinks but no food, even though guests around us had not only received their food and drinks, but more food and drinks than there were in the party. About 30 mins after that, we were informed that the kitchen was now closed. Worst service I ever experienced. On top of everything there were broken glasses eveywhere im assuming from last night. It is in your own best interest to stay away from this low class venue.

Adam W.

Yelp
I can only RE-iterate what other people have said! This is not a hotel - it's a night club with some rooms. The music blares until 3am, there is no soundproofing in the rooms and it feels like you are right in the middle of a club. I like clubs - but don't really like paying $500 to sleep in the middle of one! Also breakfast is a toasted hamburger bun with jam....

Ruben M.

Yelp
I paid up for a suite for one night in August 2019. This place has no business charging big money. Just a few things, no wash cloths, pull out couch had dirty sheets and the guy brought new sheets and dropped them off, ashtrays with cigarette butts all around our room, said there was breakfast, but not even opened and all the empty bottles from the night before not cleaned up, bikes that have no kick stand, no locks and no helmets. I asked for a water and he said he had to charge me $6 a bottle. The grounds around it are like a mediocre Best Western at best. I've never written a review before, but I'm so disgruntled, I had to. This is definitely a motel, not a hotel and I got taken advantage of.

Allie L.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst night stay ever! The hotel has a pool with Excessively loud EDM playing well past 2AM. The rooms are sub par for the price and the music was playing from the moment we arrived at 1pm well past 2am. It felt like you were laying next to a club DJ booth all day and night. I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. They also charge you a $78 resort fee for the pleasure of not sleep. The staff did not even care or do anything to help. The owner of the hotel was unreachable and did not seem to care what guests thought. We were supposed stay for 3 nights as a Covid getaway and canceled the last two night because we could not handle the head banging EDM for another minute.

Phyllis K.

Yelp
I cannot express how poorly I ferel about the situation I experienced at thMe Capri ....I had a stay in Sag Harour but had to move as I had asthma and saw a doctor who said it was due to the environment by the wooded area I was living .so I checked into the Capri Motel at 1p as they were not busy and offered a great rate. They turned the air conditioner on for me to be comfortable when I came back. I came back and brought dinner aqs cove meant no dining out. I sit in the room and realize the air conditoner did not work ...The girls tried and finally called the engineer who admitted it was faulty and had a new one on order . The sole reason two be there was for good air. After arguing it was not a proper room we were moved to an upgraded room which was finally air condioned at 11P and missed dinner ....We had told them we would not pay for an evening that made my asthma health condition worse...stresss and impropert air. Covid is a difficult time but the resolution was too laqte and maqde mew argue to get it. We had 2 future reservations there which they suggested wse cancel as we are not the typle of people who would enjoy the loud DJ untill 2am each night. I worked in NY radio for 42 yearts and love DJS ....I guess they felt our age would not enjoy it. The restaurant staff did not wear masks and many people on staff did notl. I at times took mine off but the staff never didl. Of course we cancelled the future reservations being unwelcome. I will have american expree deal with that dreadful evening ....Unfortunate as they should not tell people they have an air conditoner on order when they told the person the room was perfect in the beginning. Wow.....telling us partying would be too loud if we were into going to rest or sleep in out room at all in the evening.....Please what are they saying???

Ariel U.

Yelp
The sole purposes of this hotel is to go to their bar and then stumble back into a room. House music goes until 4am.

Cameron S.

Yelp
I'm writing this during my last night at the Capri because I can't fall asleep with their booming club music. The speakers unnecessarily circle the property, making sure that everyone in their rooms hears the music playing until 2am. My check in was incredibly awkward with a staff that has no clue what they're doing. There were probably 10 staff members standing around when I walked into the empty hotel. When the loud techno music wasn't playing, I could count on the old, rattling AC wall unit to keep me annoyed. On top of all that, I was not checked on one time during my stay. There is no such thing as maid service here, my room was never cleaned, bed never made, towels never replaced. For $300/night, I'd expect MUCH more.

Teny G.

Yelp
We came again this year and had such a great time! The music stopped at an earlier hour of the night so our room experience was great and the pool party was really fun. The continental breakfast was a great touch with fresh fruit, warm croissants, juice, and coffee.

Millard J.

Yelp
Rip off joint. In off season i rented for the weekend. At 7 pm completely dark ,no cars ,door locked, a note said call this #. I did with no answer n no return call.I'M screwed so took off. 11 pm I get a call " Oh we're open I was working in the back n locked the door " THEY KEPT MY MONEY !!!!! This place is run by dirtbags

Andrea K.

Yelp
Had the most amazing time at Capri Southampton this past weekend. What a STUNNING little hotel. Every nook and cranny made me feel like I had the ultimate Hamptons experience. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, the restaurant was fantastic and provided a free breakfast (the hot food is made to order, just ask and they'll make you anything you'd like for no charge). The beds were comfortable, showers hot with good towels and toiletries, the pool was beyond perfect. The entire experience was just a dream. Everything I had hoped for in a Hamptons getaway. Oh, and the Jitney stop is literally a 3 minute walk and the adorable Village of Southampton is about a 15min walk. Very convenient!

Danielle K.

Yelp
HIDDEN GEM! My friends and I spent the weekend at the Capri and had the most incredible time. The rooms are clean, the pool area is beautiful and the free breakfast is great. The service is topnotch, the staff goes above and beyond for all of their guests. We were extremely impressed and can't wait for our next stay at Capri!

Renee J.

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have traveled many different places, stayed at many hotels, but this place was by far the worst experience of my life. To be fair, we were informed that there will be music playing in the courtyard, which we were not told was a night club, but also not prepared for what we had experienced. The music was loud, and I mean LOUD. We felt like we were in Times Square on New Years Eve. Not to mention all of the drunk underaged people running around freely throughout the area, I could hear Bobby trying to get busy with Sally right outside our window but she had a curfew, LOUD. When we complained about the noise, we were told the music would be lowered and it was lowered, for only 20 minutes, after which they proceeded to take the volume to 11 without warning, which promptly woke us up. When we complained yet again, we were offered without hesitation, eat plugs. Yes, that's right, ear plugs. The staff was unprofessional and laughed off the fact that the music was slated to run until 3AM!!!!! This place is not a hotel, it's a night club that offers hotel rooms in the case an 80 year old gets lucky picking up an 18 year old girl, who he had won over after flashing his American Express Black Card. If you're looking to have a weekend away with your spouse and family, this is not the place to go. They also refused to refund our money, which is the biggest scam of all time, and I will be reporting this to the Town of Southampton, as well as any human rights organizations I can get my hands on. It was not right, and the hotel and their staff should be ashamed.

Mile N.

Yelp
We went to Capi for a weekend. It was a great experience. The management was friendly and accommodating. Great place to spend a summer week in Southampton. Comfortable rooms, modern art pieces, retro design, beautiful pool and restaurant area. The weekend brunch parties are what you need for the fun weekend. Walking distance to bus stop and five minutes ride to train station. Restaurant Beautique and the Hairstream hair salon are unique additions to this beautiful place. Looking forward to my second visit this summer.

Julianne R.

Yelp
Absolute nightmare. This place was a hellhole disguised with a pool & a pink flamingo. Save yourself some money time and sleep deprivation and go else where. The Capri is far from a hotel (a place usually intended for vacationers to feel comfortable.. perhaps safe even with promises of a good nights sleep). It felt more like a seedy hook up spot for underager's with mommy and daddy's plastic. Or for perhaps a divorcee looking to score with a stranger. They blasted music all hours through the night to the point where your room would shake from the bass. Whats even worse when walking through crowds of drunken and possibly drug induced people to reach the manager. We only got shooed away and handed ear plugs. Not my idea of good customer service. 0 stars from me. I will go through great lengths to make sure no one else experiences such a pathetic stay.

Nikki E.

Yelp
My sister and I only stayed at Capri for one day, but the experience was SO bad that it felt like we stayed for a long/daunting week. First complaint is service. Our check in was at 3 pm and we arrived at the hotel by 2:50 pm. We walked to the front lobby and the door was locked and no one was at the front desk. We called the phone line 5 times and nobody answered (clearly because no one was at the front desk). There was construction going on in the restaurant next door and there were a bunch of CAPRI workers outside just staring at my sister and I as we kept trying to open the lobby door and call the hotel. Finally we drove to the back of the hotel and a door was open. We walked through and again saw a bunch of people in the restaurant area just staring at us. I got so annoyed I asked one of them "Excuse me do you work here....?" And they answered "Yes." I was livid.... If you work here and you see us obviously trying to get in because we have a reservation, why didn't they approach us and help us out? He responded that he works for the restaurant.... Either way, restaurant or hotel, they should've approached us and let us know what to do since no one answered the phone and the lobby door was locked. Finally he got someone who worked for the hotel to help us and she was trying to be nice to us but honestly I was pissed it was hard for me to reciprocate. Capri, you should know when your customers have a reservation. So you should accommodate them at the appropriate time. Or at the very least have the phone with you. Your customers should not have the search for a way into the hotel they paid money for and they shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for somebody to finally help them. Second complaint is the actual room. There were a lot of bugs in our room. From spiders in the shower to random flies in the bedroom. That's just gross. On top of that, at 4 am, our air conditioner made a loud continuous banging sound that did not stop until 6 am... And just like that, our night was ruined we couldn't go back to sleep. At that point we were eager to leave Capri. Overall, it's not worth the stay. It's considered a "good price" compared to other places in Southampton but you're better off paying more money for a different hotel. It's not worth the trouble or the money. Go somewhere else, save yourself.

Yelp
If you want to actually get a good night sleep, don't stay here. The restaurant BLAST obnoxious house music from 10am-1am. Even if you request them to turn it down...they won't.

Yelp
I booked this hotel for Memorial Day Weekend. I could not get in touch with the hotel for weeks soon after, do to their number being out of service. The hotel management finally called me at 11:00 PM the evening before our stay. Apparently the pool was CLOSED!!! They never left me a voicemail indicating the pool and/or other facilities were closed, I had to call them back! I have never been met with such unprofessionalism before. They also said that there would be a "free shuttle service" to take us back and forth to the beach, since the pool obviously was closed. We had also asked about food options, since the restaurant was also being renovated. The hotel stated that there would be a "light menu" available to guests. We decided to keep our reservation, since it was Memorial Day weekend, and every hotel was literally sold out. This hotel is so unorganized. What hotel opens on Memorial Day weekend without a pool? We checked into our room on Saturday, May 28th. I had moved one of the night tables closer to the bed, and immediately noticed a pile of DEAD BUGS on the floor. The shower was dirty and rusty with RANDOM HAIRS inside (not ours.) The towels had BROWN STAINS on them, not to mention ANTS crawling all over. ANTS were crawling on the air conditioner as well. For $595.00 a night, this is totally unacceptable. Also, the lock on the door didn't work. It did not lock from the inside. So we basically slept with our door unlocked all weekend. I told Franz the manager about this, and he ignored me. I called the front desk to complain, and spoke to the manager by the name of Franz. He never once offered to move us to a different room, because he claimed the hotel was "sold out." Mind you, the parking lot was completely empty, and there were maybe 10 people around the courtyard, including the staff. He said that "housekeeping" would come and clean up the room. Well "housekeeping" was basically 2 women with a small vacuum. The woman vacuuming made a comment herself about how disgusting our room was. I had to spend more money now, and tip her for her services. They did not do anything about the ant problem, and I went to the front desk myself to get clean towels. We were fed up at this point, and decided to take the "free shuttle" to the beach. The "free shuttle" was really an old disgusting van that looked like something out of the 1960s. The driver was the owners old process server (because the owner is a lawyer.) Since he had nothing to do, he was able to drive us to the beach. When we got back, we proceeded to grab some lunch at the restaurant. The "light menu" consisted of 5 items. We did not have a table to sit it, or a waiter. Supposedly one of the "owners" took our order. We then come to find out that they weren't accepting cash yet, so we had to charge our meal to the room. We went back for coffee a little later on that day, but the hotel did not have any coffee, not even for breakfast in the morning The whole hotel did not have coffee for the guests. What kind of place is this? I woke up the next morning on Sunday, May 29 to ants crawling all over my towels yet again. I proceeded to the front desk, and demanded to speak to someone other than Franz. A woman was there claiming to be the "owner." That is a lie because celebrity attorney Mark Geragos owns this hotel. I have no idea who this woman was. Franz was also in the background listening to our conversation, which was very unprofessional. She basically shut me down, and said there was nothing she could do because the hotel was "sold out." I explained to her that we would of checked out the minute we got there, but on Memorial Day weekend where were we supposed to go? Not to mention, there are about 3 hotels in South Hampton, which were entirely sold out. We left on Monday, May 30th. I refused to sign the hotel bill acknowledging the charges, and told them that I would handle this matter with Chase Sapphire. The Capri Hotel in Southampton is dirty and infested with bugs. Not to mention that their staff are all very unprofessional, nasty, and not accommodating. They lied to us about everything, and simply stole our money.

Yelp
Great spot if you can get over the price and want a fun, unique Hamptons experience. Pool parties were fun, restaurant and wait staff were awesome (shout out Carlo), and the rooms (while small) were plenty clean and well air conditioned. If you want a resort, go elsewhere. If you want a decently cool, pretty fun hotel that's close enough to town and has a great set-up, you'll be really happy here.

Yelp
It was literally a dance night club posing as lodging. music pounding until 3am rooms surround club on patio and pool. no escape. rooms are extremely NON sound proof to the music. be warned. earplugs and a pillow did not make sleep possible. It was bait and switch. not a hotel. its a club making profit on booze and doing it at the expense of people paying 700 a night. First place I have ever stayed that put the paying guest as the lowest of priorities. Ask to speak to someone and was told they were in meetings all day. no one ever contacted me when I left a note at the desk. this cute little motel is located on a highway which is appropriate as they are committing highway robbery. also don't expect much of a breakfast except some danishes out of a package covered with flys.

Yelp
My fiancée and I stayed here last weekend. Overall, we were very pleased. Staff were friendly and helpful, even got us a bucket of ice in the middle of the night when I couldn't find the ice machine. A young woman named Haley checked us in and answered all of our questions with a smile. The manager was always at the front desk and accessible. My only criticism is that hotel staff aren't easily identifiable as they don't seem to have name tags or staff shirts. There was a young guy walking around the pool deck picking up towels and trash - we only guessed he worked here since he wasn't really dressed like pool staff. Pool was clean and deck chairs were comfortable. The rooms were larger than most in the Hamptons. This is definitely a boutique hotel - not a national or regional chain, but the quirkiness adds to the charm. Our room was clean and neat, but no frills. All of the rooms overlook the pool, so the music can get a bit loud, but it wasn't disruptive. We ate dinner at the restaurant at the hotel only one night. Food was excellent, service was attentive. Portions were just right. Only issue is that they don't offer a full breakfast in the mornings - just fruit and croissants. We never made it to the beach, but manager said they'd be happy to provide us with a beach pass for free. Overall, we had a great stay. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Yelp
I have visited Mark's establishment many times: the level of service is indescribable to the fullest. The rooms are Lush and full of character. The pool is one of a kind, and the servers are some of the best staff in the area. If public establishments could mirror the service of Capri... we could make the Hamptons great again.

Yelp
I'm writing this as I lay in bed. This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. The terrible music bumping till late hours RUINS any cute/quaint aspect of the property. May I add, no one is out there dancing or drinking. It's only playing for the ears of sleeping guests. For the price, this place is not worth it. Rooms are incredibly run down as well! Really hopeful this hotel reevaluates their nightlife and renovate the rooms to give a more lux feel. There's plenty of bad reviews here to justify it!

Yelp
worst establishment i've ever visited. came here for the nikki beach pop up shop & upon arrival were told the event was canceled. apparently there were operational problems hosting the event. since my group drove from queens we asked to stay by the pool. we were permitted but didn't stay long. we were promised free food (bacon egg and cheese) and free drinks. the nikki beach PR person apologized after we were sitting by the pool and she promised to make it up to us but she disappeared. we waited an hour for food that didn't come. we got free mimosas but the waittress asked me to carry them to my pool chair. then we were told the kitchen was closed but there was a group of people near us who got bowls of fruits and egg sandwiches, which they werent touching. even though their food was just sitting in the sun they got more food (i guess they were hotel guests). people from nikki beach were ignored. i will never be back. the worst customer service i have ever experienced. honestly cannot say i will ever go to the real nikki beach either

Yelp
We had a great Memorial Day weekend here. Management has done a great job of adding some panache to this hotel, incorporating modern art, retro style, and local threads at every corner. The rooms are a comfortable getaway from the center pool and outdoor bar. There are plenty of spots to kick back and relax, and by evening Beautique always seems to be a crowd pleaser. Will definitely be making a few trips out this summer.

Yelp
Great service, accommodations, location, and vibe. The pool and restaurant area offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy the environment. On top of that the pool party during the day was an absolute blast. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was very responsive and quick to tend to anything that I needed. The rooms were comfortable and offered easy access to all the hotel amenities. A true vacation destination. Would go back next weekend if I could

Yelp
I think Capri is the perfect getaway in the Hamptons! I spent a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at Capri. Super friendly staff, really convenient location. The rooms were very clean and charming. The perfect place to just relax and tan with some good music playing. This year with addition of Beautique restaurant and lounge, you don't even have to go far for the nightlife. The ownership had some amazing DJs lined for the weekend, and the place was packed with beautiful people. Overall, I give this place 5 stars because it totally exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for the full Hamptons experience.

Yelp
The name of this hotel should be Club Capri. If you are looking for a "club" atmosphere, a good restaurant, and nice pool then Capri is for you. This hotel is for people looking for a party and need a room afterward so that they don't drive home drunk. This place is not for families or people looking for some "R&R." LOUD music is played until 3:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights. In addition, they have Saturday afternoon pool parties. Speakers are located right aside the rooms. So, it is impossible to sleep until the DJ finishes his/her set. For $700/night I was highly upset and complained to the front desk clerk. She was great! Tina gave me a refund for my second night reservation and helped me find a room at a different hotel. The rooms at "Club Capri" are nice and clean, but there are no dressers, refrigerators, microwaves, or coffee pots. The "mini-bar" was an old suitcase with snacks that were so overpriced that all I could do was laugh. There is a continental breakfast that included coffee, orange juice, water, muffins, bagels, and bread. It was store brought and placed on the bar where they had the party the night before. You have to ask to have your room cleaned or else it will not happen. There is no "do not disturb" signage. The hotel is located on a busy street, so there is no "view." Take my advice and do not stay at "Club Capri" unless you are looking for a party.
