My husband and I had breakfast at the bar and Oscar was our bartender/server. He and Will were by far the best staff members we interacted with the entire 6 days we were here. Their upbeat positivity was the bright spot of our morning. We enjoyed our conversation with them and the food was top notch. I ordered the avocado toast and it was delicious. The coffee was perfect. I also ordered the chicken tenders there for lunch the day before and highly recommend those, too! Make sure you swing by here for food, drinks, and conversation!

I ordered the burger with fries. My food was delicious. My server, Jolissa, thought I was done and took my plate with my pickle. When I spoke up, she brought more. The restaurant was clean. My server disappeared, but she did check back with me. The price is reasonable. My food was fantastic! Thank you.

Giselle is a 5 star employee! I stayed at the Venetian for a conference 2 weeks ago and dined at Capri with my boss. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was warm and friendly. I however, lost my itemized bill needed for reimbursement. I've called and Giselle has been super sweet and helpful throughout the process. I work in hospitality myself and will always give recognition when I've experienced great customer service. Thanks Giselle and team!

I enjoyed breakfast at Capri twice while on vacation and the food and staff were wonderful! Porsche and Marco are the best! They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The poolside ambience is relaxing. Thanks for a lovely experience Porsche and Marco!

Google
Set your expectations for an average poolside snack. I will say, the fries are actually quite good here! I also liked the ranch. Sadly can’t say the same for the pizza, burger. The fish tacos were OK. Had a weirdly long wait time although didn’t seem very busy. Prices way too high for what it is. When you are a captive audience at the Venetian, you don’t have much of a choice sometimes!

Biggest meh place ever. 3 shrimp for $13 on a caesar is no bueno

While everyone was in line at Starbucks I stopped by the bar at Capri that had just opened and the bartender hooked me up with a nice delicious cup of coffee🥰 I appreciate him he has no idea lol. So I decided to have breakfast there and glad I did! The breakfast burrito had flavor in every bite and the hash browns were finger licking good👌🏾 and our waitress was sooo sweet and recommended great choices!! Highly recommend coming here early❤️

Google
5 Stars for the ambiance and the frozen drinks. You have access to Capri as a guest at Palazzo or The Venetian. The lounge chairs definitely fill up by the pool so come prepared to possibly wait for seating. Capri had a decent amount of menu options but many weren’t available the day I went. I ordered a drink for myself and a drink for friend of mine, and order of fish tacos, and an order of fries to share. The total was $150 after tip which is legitimately insane. The drinks were good. The food was also but the tacos alone were $30. There wasn’t anything particularly special about them that I would value at $10 each. Would definitely come back but would likely skip the food next time and eat somewhere with a better value.

Yelp
Visited Capri restaurant for brunch this morning and was not disappointed ! I got the Greek salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the Greek dressing was delicious, unique, and flavorful ! I would recommend the strawberry matcha for anyone looking for a refreshing non alcoholic beverage, so delicious! Our server was amazing and took great care of us! We were checked on by multiple staff and they made sure we had an amazing experience and got everything we needed! Eating outside was on the colder side this morning but heaters were put on to make sure we were comfortable for our whole meal! Beautiful pool view!

Yelp
This was perfect for a quick snack before hitting the pool. A bit overpriced but can't beat the convenience.

Yelp
The poolside restaurant and bar at the Palazzo pool. Food and drink here were good - not standout, but enjoyable. The prices, though, we're outrageous. For two drinks and two light meals, it cost over $100. One of the problems is that they don't list all the prices. Expected the pricing to be more because it's poolside in Vegas, just didn't quite expect it to be this much. Otherwise, no complaints about the restaurant. Decent food and drink. Good convenience - which you definitely pay for.

Yelp
Capri is our new favorite brunch spot! A great menu with lots of vegan options, an extensive drink menu with several great bottomless options. The Ahi tuna nachos are amazing, great avocado toast, and a really interesting vegan sushi burrito that was delicious. The service is excellent, and the meal was paced perfectly.

Yelp
Came here for a cute little brunch and it was delicious. I got the breakfast burrito with a side of bacon. I loved the side salsa it came with. I also got the strawberry matcha latte. The best matcha I've ever had. The service here was amazing everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Yelp
They could do better for sure. Pizza had a soggy crust and tasted like a typical frozen pizza. Service was poor - took us a long time to order and even longer to get our food - glad we had time to kill. Potato thing has a strange consistency - not crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Coffee was just ok tasting - institutional. Great to order by the pool, but food and service were a downer. they could do better for sure.

Yelp
Capri serves such perfect refreshments for a day out at the pool. We got a dole pineapple soft serve and it was so delicious, especially in the hot sun. My only complaint is that it was insanely expensive! That one item cost more than $16. Disney's dole whip would never.

Yelp
We went with the Asian chicken salad and turkey wrap. Then tenders are always nice and crispyand the turkey wrap has avocado and bacon which make it super filling! the ambiance is nice because it's right by the pool with tvs. Staff is always super friendly! Jamie was our server and he was super personable and made us laugh more than once!

Yelp
My friends and I stayed at the Palazzo Hotel and were told Capri is in the hotel. When we decided to go to Capri, we struggled to find it. There were no clear directions on where to go, the hotel staff didn't know where it was, when I called the restaurant no one answered. If you plan on going ask for the pool not by the restaurant name. The place is beautiful and gorgeous by the pool . Once we finally found the place, I was able to order my avocado toast with salmon. It was extremely tasty. The way they seasoned the dish was different but in a nice way. On their menu it's called Avocado Toast - Cherry Tomato, Radish Sprouts, Lemon Oil, Sea Salt, Balsamic Glaze ($19) + add on of Smoked Salmon, Pickled Onion, Crispy Capers ($12) . In total I paid $31 . I also ordered the Turmeric and Tonic Juice which consisted of turmeric, ginger, lemon, agave and cracked black pepper. It was a typical enhanced flavor juice due to the ingredients. It costed $12. I would not go out of my way to dine here due to its prices. But if I was having a lazy pool day I would. Don't get me wrong the food was tasty but paying $43 excluding tax for my meal is a little too much for me.

Yelp
The strawberry matcha latte was absolutely amazing! The view of the Palazzo Pool was so pretty & added to the relaxing atmosphere. Today was on the chillier side, but luckily Capri has heaters to keep us warm. I had the waffles with some fruit & bacon. The waffles were a perfect balance of sweet and fluffy. Our server, Karla was incredibly helpful with helping us decide what to eat. She gave her person recommendations & did not steer us wrong! I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Capri Pool Restaurant & Bar is located on the poolside of Palazzo. Got here in mid-afternoon and it wasn't that busy. We walked up to the front desk and ask to get seated. The service was a little bit on the slow side but that was given because I noticed many people were already seated and had large groups for bachelorette lunches. I liked the chips and salsa which er added guacamole to. The chips were lightly salted and tasted nice with the avocado. I would skip the turkey sandwich again because it almost tasted like the same ones you get while at the hospital. The meat is deli style and low-quality grade. The friends that came with it were also frozen and they just added some garlic, and parmesan to it. The location wise was nice and the server was also nice and friendly. But food and taste wise it wasn't all that great. They for sure need to change things out of the menu. Since I went during the rainy monsoon season we had to end our lunch early because they were kicking everyone out of the pool and also out of the dining areas. For the safety of course! But for dessert, since we couldn't eat it there was probably actually the best! It was an oreo cookie ice cream sandwich!! That I would re-order again for sure. The flavor was perfect and the ice cream cookie on it was tasty!

Yelp
I got chicken tenders & they were sooo good with the fries, food also came out quick which was so perfect. Drinks were yummy. Server was amazing!! She had red hair i believe her name was Annette? 10/10 recommend her!!!! General manager, hostess, AND the busser were also such amazing people!! I'd definitely come back

Yelp
Loved it. We were at the Palazzo, it is poolside where we were sitting, so convenient. We had breakfast and lunch there on 2 different days. Marty had a pina colada, he loved it. My watermelon fruit bowl was devine. Where do they get such sweet fresh fruit. We shared a bagel and lox, had lunch, etc. Loved the staff. So pleasant. You can eat there or have it on your lounge chair. We ate at the restaurant. Great location.

Yelp
Had a coffee and wandered around so this is not for the food service. The patio grounds and pool area are really nice and everyone was very friendly. It was chilly although the sun was out so not much action at the restaurant, pool or bar.

Yelp
Went to the Capri restaurant for brunch. The view near the pool was beautiful. I got the chicken caesar wrap with a side of fries. Everything was super delicious. Our server and the staff were very friendly and amazing. Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
Our WORST dining experience on our recent 3-day trip to Las Vegas. We stayed at The Palazzo and dinned at the Capri Pool Restaurant & Bar one morning because the Canyon Grill was closed. Although there were plenty of open tables in a section that did have a server, we were asked to sit off to the side and wait for 15 minutes. When we were finally seated... our waitress kept running by and shouting out that she'd be "right with us". We sat and decided we'd just be patient. Eventually, (15-20min later...) our order was taken and coffee finally served. Sadly, the coffee was NEVER refilled. If you read my breakfast reviews... this is a MUST for breakfast service. Our meals arrived well after we ordered... and were delivered by a young man running the food from the kitchen to the table. My husband looked down at his plate and let the young man know he had ordered bacon and toast as well and they were missing. The young man looked at my husband... SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS... ROLLED HIS EYES... and said, "I'll let your server know" then he ran off. Honestly, this young mans reaction was so inappropriate that my husband and I looked at each other and just laughed. Moments later our server showed up and we let her know we needed bacon and toast. And then we sat... waiting for bacon and toast so we could start our meal. A while later our served reappeared with soft bacon and toast... that she dropped on our table as she literally RAN by our table an on to another table not too far away. Again... no coffee. As my husband and I sat there laughing at this terrible experience the manager sashayed by... she said she hoped everything was to our liking... I believe the manager expected to make a statement rather than ask a question... because she seemed put off when I stopped her from walking away and told her that we were NOT having a good experience... and everything was NOT to our liking. And I explained the coffee that was missing and the soft-uncooked bacon that were thrown at our table. She apologized and took the bacon out back somewhere... about 5 minutes later she reappeared with the same bacon, placed exactly the same way on the plate. Clearly, she been threw the bacon into the microwave plate and all because the plate was hot. Wow. It is what it is... right? Did I mention we NEVER got a coffee refill. NEVER going back to the Capri Pool Restaurant.

Yelp
I went for breakfast, food options were very basic. Overpriced even for vegas. A bagel for $30? I went with a group of girls and all of us were disappointed with our meal. Service was very slow, we got our food before our mimosas... The only thing nice was that it was next to the pool.

Yelp
Cute concepts as far as staff uniforms, all seating areas, towel bar, and full service bars. However, cabana's aren't at least semi complimentary for guest as it should be. The food service was fast since my party and I went early morning until mid day. Food looks great and fresh but is really REALLY on the bland side (tasteless). Eating here would be a waste of appetite. Order room service. Other food ordered but not pictured: - Avocado Toast- on rye bread was bland - Wedge Fries- pretty good - Turkey Sandwich- looks like cafeteria sandwich - Margarita Pizza- made for kids. No seasonings - Poke Sushi box- cute but tasteless without soy sauce

Yelp
We wanted something out door and not too heavy for breakfast. The service was a bit slow or short staffed, so we waited alittle longer than usual. Staff was ok but could of been warmer. We started with some fresh juices. I got the orange one and my husband got the green one. Both very good and fresh but they could of given you more for the price. I got the avocado toast with an over easy egg. Very good and fresh tasting. It was refreshing and tasty. My husband got the California omelet. Also good and light. We liked the foods, but it isn't somewhere we would think to go if we wanted quick service.

Yelp
I loved this pool bar. Great vibe, great service, great music and good food. Definatley get their chicken strips. Three large chicken strips, perfectly breaded and fried and juicy. One of the best chicken strips I had. And I really appeciated their house made sauces. Their ranch, BBQ and Hot sauce were all delicious and I would opt for all three if you are getting their chicken strips.

Yelp
Brooooo... Negitive stars for sure. I... I don't know. I'm sure all the people that work here are nice humans. I'm not trying to disrespect them. But whoever the manager of this facility is... needs to unf@$% their operation. First off, on entering the pool area, I genuinely didn't see the "check in" desk. My girl and I just wandered through the ocean of people stuck in a traffic jam in the area between the door and the pool. We wandered around the pool which, to be honest, looked like an orange pre death graveyard. After deciding not to join the sun block covered zombies, we wandered to the Cafe, found a seat and sat down. Honestly not sure if we were going to be served or if we needed to go order. It's genuinely unclear. Wait staff passes us a few times, no one says anything. We see another couple sitting across from us get their food. But no one says anything to us. So I see a random guy in a polo pick up a check off a table, and I ask him what we're supposed to do. He seemed surprised and took me to the check in desk which, was pretty small. There I met who I must assume is a recent high school graduate. She tells me I have to check in and they don't have any openings at the moment. She goes on to tell me there is a 10 minute wait. In my head I'm like... we've already been sitting at a table for 15 minutes. The Cafe is half empty. WTF are you talking about. But I didn't say that. She asked for my phone number and name and told me she would text me when there was seating available. I never got a text. We were already sitting at a table in the Cafe. After another 15 minutes we just left. I don't know what else to say. I'm completely confused about why this place exists. Especially at the Palazzo.

Karen H.

Yelp
Came down to the pool for a relaxing day and decided we wanted to get a bite to eat. We checked in with a rude hostess and gave our phone number. Never got texted even when we were told 10 minutes. Then we noticed others that were not checked in received menus and were able to seat themselves. I should have checked the reviews prior to going here. However we are staying at the Palazzo and for the price per suite I expected better service. Never coming back to this restaurant.

Yelp
Bad food, bad service, disrespectful workers, overall a horrible experience. Better spend your money somewhere else than here

Annabella M.

Yelp
Unfortunately, in the Capri Pool Restaurant and Bar located in Palazzo, the service was slow, and poor food quality. The turkey sandwich was tasteless and French fries were less to be desired. We also ordered sushi (tuna and shrimp). The sushi was not fresh and very chewy. I ended up getting sick from the food. I would not go there again. We spent over $150 for lunch, which was horrible. Even thou the restaurant was empty, the server brought the food and never came back to see if we needed anything. She was more concerned about chatting with her other servers, standing around, and talking. She needs to be retrained in hospitality.

Makayla G.

Yelp
Recently stayed at the Palazzo while in Vegas last weekend and stumbled across their pool restaurant Capri. The first day we chose to sit in the restaurant which is on the pool deck and the next two days we got breakfast to go. We were attending a concert so getting a quick bite here in the morning was super convenient. Sitting in: service was very slow. Once we were seated it took about 10-15 minutes for a waiter to come over to us even though the restaurant was not busy. Once we ordered it took about another 30 minutes just to get our food. We had the avocado toast, açaí bowl and chicken tenders. It's important to note the food is pricey but everything besides the açaí bowl was amazing! The açaí bowl just wasn't worth the $18. Take out: super fast! Took about 15 minutes and will defiantly be the way I order if I come back next time! The next two days we had the burger, breakfast burrito, and club sandwich which were all amazing! Long story short, the food is great but giving 3 stars for slow/inattentive service and pricey food.

Perry K.

Yelp
We had a nice person drop off our menu for lunch and she said she'll right back. Compliments stop there. We had to track down someone to take our order 75 minutes later. Food was adequate but still slow. After we finished eating our original server came by (two hours after first greeting us) and said "Oh, you already ate." I later found out it's just easier to order from the take out walk up window. I know what I'll do next time.

Susanna R.

Yelp
Brandon was amazing! Great service! Highly recommend him!!! Only reason not 5 Stars because of price.. seem a little high for what we received. Food was good.
