I really love the laid-back dining vibe. My partner picked the daily special, which was pretty filling. I ordered a seafood dish that I was really looking forward to, but the taste was just so-so.

I've over looked this restaurant for YEARS, but we finally decided to stop by for the lunch Dine LA special. The special consisted of three courses, a starter, an entree, and a dessert with and additional bread basket. I'd say for $35, we definitely got our money's worth. Each course was phenomneal with every dish having a very rich flavor. I was left wanting more by the end of the meal. We'll definitely be back again to try out more of their menu!

it should go without saying that Italian cuisine is not monolithic. Not all pasta are the same and certainly the food will vary from region to region. Carasau is not just an Italian restaurant. It is a Sardinian restaurant. I have been here a couple of times, mostly for their delicious gelato, but they also offer delicious and unique pasta. The malloredus is quite good. Doesn't feel heavy for a pasta and yet filling. The flavor is good, although just a tad too salty. Could be the cheese but it does overpower any other flavor in the dish. Good thing it is still a tasty pasta dish. Now, the seadas is quite different. I don't think I've seen this at any other Italian restaurants before. Seadas is a Sardinian specialty, a crispy, deep fried pastry stuffed with Pecorino cheese (love this cheese!) and drizzled with warm honey. It is very delectable and has a beautiful balance of that salty cheesiness and sweet, delicious honey. It's practically a must-have at Carasau if you've never had Sardinian cuisine before. Of course, you also can't go wrong with their gelato, which is light, airy, and oh-so-sweet. My favorites are the pistachio, lemon, and strawberries. Lastly, the restaurant itself is charming. It is a great place for a relaxing lunch or dinner

A delicious surprise across the street! I’m staying at a hotel just across from Carasau and was immediately intrigued by the name—I honestly thought it was a Brazilian place! But I walked in and realized it’s actually a cozy Italian gem, and what a discovery it was. I ordered a traditional Sardinian dish (I think it’s called fregola?), little toasted pasta pearls served with Italian sausage, gorgonzola, and plenty of Parmigiano. Pure comfort food. Creamy, rich, full of flavor—it felt like a warm hug from home, the kind of dish that makes you forget you’re thousands of miles away. The vibe is welcoming, the staff super kind, and the food? 100% Italian soul. If you’re in the area and craving something real, go. You’ll thank yourself later.

The food was average, but it took over 40 minutes to arrive, despite there being only one table inside and one outside during Monday lunch. The server was inattentive, and there were long gaps between any service. Both soup orders came out at room temperature, and when we asked to have them reheated, the server replied, ‘It’s not cold, just not hot enough.’ Overall, you don’t feel welcomed. Even though they put up signs directing people to the back alley and promote on Yelp, the staff doesn’t seem prepared to work. We won’t be returning.

Want to feel like you’re part of the ‘family’ in a mob movie while dining in a chic Italian restaurant with impeccable and attentive service? News worthy al dente pasta, with absolute creamy burrata, juicy bruschetta, succulent steak, and perfect shrimp? Look no further. Stumbled on this gem with my family while visiting LA after the Palisaded fires and found it to be an absolute treasure. Had the pleasure to meet Vincenzo - the daring proprietor and immediately felt at home. Truly special place with amazing food and atmosphere, on a date or an evening out with friends - you’ll appreciate your experience here. If not, it’s on me. I rarely write reviews but the attention and caring to craft made it a memorable experience, albeit entirely by accident. Will be back! Weekday team dinner with tasty dishes and great service. A little on the pricey side.

Carasau is a wonderful restaurant, and my #1 pick when I'm craving a fresh seafood experience with fantastic service and fair prices. Plus it's tucked right into the cutest part of downtown Culver City and has a heated/shaded outdoor patio. Chef Vincenzo is as kind as he is talented. He provides exceptional high-touch service and will teach you about the Sardinian way of life if you're lucky! He treated my mom and me like royalty on our last visit, coming to check in frequently, making apt suggestions, and making sure my mom was pampered. It was so sweet. My favorite dish is the Fregola Di Mare pearl pasta with the most tender, fresh, and perfectly cooked clams, mussels, bay scallops, and shrimp, in a lobster broth with a touch tomato sauce. This pasta is indulgent and so comforting, but also somehow light and delicate. I can't explain it. The pepperoni pizza is a fantastic Neapolitan style pizza with charred thin crust and a sweet, tomato-forward sauce. DO NOT sleep on their other incredible seafood dishes including the Lemon Fettucini Saffron Cream. The saffron cream sauce is nothing short of magical.... Their tiramisu is also delicious with plenty of fresh whipped cream. I love love love this place and will keep coming back!

Had an enjoyable team dinner at Carasau, and shared most of the dishes family style, but I recommend you get your own plate as their pasta is delicious enough to hog on your own. Don't make the same mistake I did and park on the street as they have a private lot for diners that is not permit required or payment required. It was a Tuesday evening at 5:30 and there weren't many diners so our party was seated immediately. The interior is moody with darker color tones so that you focus more on your food. Our group ordered pastas to share around the table, and each one was great. The portion sizes are a little small for sharing, but everyone had a bite of each. The pasta was nice and al dente, and the accompany sauces were flavorful.

The culurgiones were fantastic! Prices are a bit steep, and service was overall fine, but a little awkward. We ordered the branzino and it was supposed to come with roasted veggies, but the veggie mix it came with was very saucy. They offered to replace the veggie mix, but took the entire plate back so we were left without our dinner. They brought us veggies, but the zucchini was very bitter. When we told them, they replaced the zucchini as well. A great spot if you want traditional Sardinian food. I do hope they work out the kinks; however, as at this price point, the overall experience didn't match the price.

Such a great romantic vibe even during the daytime. It is very much tucked away, so I wish they had better signs to alert us while while walking by the Culvers by the fountain area. We love the spot on 3rd street so we opted to come here on the recommendation of the owner who manages the LA area. This place certainly did not disappoint and even more the menu is definitely more extensive!! The vibe is so beautiful inside and outside. More than a vibe, the food is excellent. The salad with chicken seemed regularly named as a chopped salad, but you'd be surprised the type of seasoning and the way it is tossed it so flavorful!! The spaghetti I got without any protein and instead opted for more mushroom was perfectly laden with extra sauce. It was a decent size portion that I did not have any room left for dessert after finishing half of the focaccia bread basket. This will definitely be a to go spot for the future. I do hope it stays open for a very long time and the flavors of Sardinian is so beautifully represented here. The service was also impeccable being that it was only managed by one lady at that time. She did a great job in ensuring everybody was taken care of well.

*One star removed for slow service and improper bathroom ==== Came here for dineLA. The menu was amazing, food was worth it. I actually sat in traffic for 3 hrs for this experience. Vincenzo did a good job juggling all the tables, but I had to i keep flagging him down. Apppetizer: bruschetta. Bread was a bit thick but still refreshing. Entree: saffron ravioli. Fresh, the right amount of saffron and it was sweet and creamy. Dessert: panna cotta with berry compote, strawberries, and granola

The food that I had was delicious, I had the Fregola Salad. I wanted something else that was listed as vegan online but wasn't. Just disappointing. If it wasn't for that, I would have given it a better rating.

Everything was great! Carasau is a great spot for dinner. We ordered the burrata salad, ricotta ravioli and salmon entree. They served us two kinds of house bread, focaccia and baguette, and both were delicious. The server worked hard to get everything right and put our order immediately into an iPad. Very impressive! This is a dog friendly patio - with the table next to us having 2-3 dogs. They were welcomed guests as crumbs fell on the floor. The whole place is delightful with small table lighting. Excellent fresh, authentic and delicious food. Amazing pizza Service outstanding and friendly. Great wine selections too.

The penne with meatballs was watery and flavorless. Service was slow. I asked for parmesan and never got it.

Came for a weekday dinner. Free adjacent lot parking. Got the Miata salad, calamari, Malloredus, Branzino, and Tiramisu. The Miata salad was good, enjoyed it. The calamari was really, the best dish. The Malloredus was not good, the pasta was too hard. The seabass was better than most place, but it's also $47. The tiramisu was good, but too sweet. Overall, really enjoyed the dinner. Great restaurant for a romantic date.

Again a pleasant Sunday Sardinian for an early meal at Carasau. At 4 PM we enjoyed the small plate menu and finished with a delicious dessert. Service was quick and the there were no other diners in the restaurant when we arrived so it was quiet.

Beyond Amazing! Great outdoor seating in a super convenient location. They have free customer parking as well. Great service with a discussion of the menu. We went with the pesto Ravs and eggplant parm to start. I had the Bottarga for a main. Absolutely fantastic. Come and enjoy

Our first time eating Sardinian cuisine. There were 4 of us in our party. We had the pepperoni pizza which was delicious! We had the fregoli salad with beets which was very refreshing. The black squid ink pasta was more on the salty side and I wish the branzino was served deboned. We ordered bottles of their Sardinian Chardonnay and red and both were surprisingly great! Our server was very attentive and the hostess was very pleasant. We are planning on coming back here again to try more of their pizzas and wines.

Tucked on a side street in eclectic Culver City is this fantastic authentic little Italian spot. Handmade fettuccine delicately sauced so flavorful they focus on cuisine from Sardinia. The staff is super friendly knowledgeable. The chef is extremely talented and always with a smile on her face the owner super kind of of course Italian and always greets you with a smile. We went there for lunch sat outside. Had an incredible meal, felt like we were in a different country With the background music and the ambience. A must try.

This is a Sardinian restaurant that definitely has its charms. The interior is cute and quaint and takes you to the Sardinian island of Italy. Staff were kind and friendly, and highly knowledgeable of the menu. The food was tasty and satisfying. This was my first time having Sardinian food and I was surprised by how the flavors were different than what I'd expect from an Italian restaurant. The fish was cooked to perfection and seasoned well, all throughout the dish. The veggies that came with it were also seasoned and cooked well. The shrimp linguine had a lot of spices that intrigued the palette. I would come back and try more dishes.

A New Pasta Bar in town! You can mix-n-match your pasta and sauces! You'll be attracted by their outdoor seating and the navy-blue theme of their restaurant. Grab a menu and order up along the fresh-pasta-making station. It's open seating indoor or outdoor, and your meal will be served to you. Staff are friendly and will bring additional cheese to top your pastas. I'v tried the calamari appetizer. This was well-battered on the mix-seafood. Fresh seafood was used, and batter was light yet crispy. The sauce was the highlight for the calamari. I've ordered pasta -- tossed in alfredo sauce with meatballs, and another pasta -- tossed in funghi sauce with burrata. Fresh pasta was amazing! You'll find each bite was wrapped in its sauce. Both sauces were spiced and textured for the pasta. I was expecting Italian meatball (larger size), but it was appreciated for the fresh-made meatballs.

Very nice server. Ambience pretty good. Parking through the white gate was free. I liked the lasagna and the ravioli but I think the lasagna was better and I'd recommend that over the ravioli. The ravioli I got was the cheese one with white sauce (so not the pesto or red sauce ravioli). The lasagna was really good to me cause the texture was perfect. I like how you could cut into it and it doesn't fall apart. It was perfectly cooked. I'd say the marinara sauce for it was little too sweet, but overall it's a good lasagna.

Wow what an experience. I came early Monday afternoon so to set the environment it was packed at all and the atmosphere was great. Vincenzo, the owner was amazing. He took care of me and my friend for their birthday and I could tell from him interacting with other that it's a regular thing. Learned about his Sardinian culture and the FOOD?! It was soooooo good. Like everything was so good. I was on a specific diet so couldn't try more but I will be back to do so! Either here at the Culver City one or the other location which is a pasta bar! Definitely coming back.

Love love love Carasau! I obviously love coming here since I've done multiple reviews. Everything about this place is fantastic- the food, the service, the decor, the atmosphere. LOVE! They serve authentic Sardinian Pearl pasta that is so unique and delicious. The wine list is also all from Sardinia. Thank you again for having us!

All I can say is... what a strange experience. We walked in, and nobody was there. After several minutes of waiting and staring at the cooks, an unsmiling waitress appeared. We sat on the patio, which is cute. We ordered dessert, and then... never saw a waiter again. Who I assume is the owner or manager walked by several times, without ever acknowledging us. Service aside, the tiramisu and bread pudding left MUCH to be desired. Texture, flavor, presentation... no thank you. Edit to respond: She didn't ask us if everything was okay, otherwise we would have let her know. Also, point blank, everything above is accurate - your waitress had a stinky attitude and your food was bad and overpriced. Take care!

Parking around here is difficult. They have their own lot, but it's not always open and the neighborhood parking is restricted to permit parking only. You might have to park in the public parking structure (pay per hour) nearby. After finding a parking spot, it's about a 5 minute walk away. This tacks on a lot of extra time if you don't know the parking situation in advance. We started off with the Bruschetta for an appetizer. It comes with three pieces of toast cut in half, topped with tomatoes, olives, mint, basil, and olive oil. A light, yet refreshing way to start the meal. I got the Fregola Salmon, which was pretty tasty. It was my first time having this pearl pasta, that comes from the Sardinia region of Italy. Reminded me of a cous cous with it's slightly chewy texture. The pasta was in a lobster sauce with dill and asparagus. I tried a bite of the Fregola Mediterranean. This one was a little richer, as it had a pecorino cheese sauce with gorgonzola, pork sausage, mushrooms, and walnuts. I also tried a few bites of the Spaghetti Primavera, and despite it looking like an ordinary vegetable pasta dish, I was surprised at how good it was! Another person in my party ordered the Lasagna, but it was about half the size compared to the photo on their online menu. That was disappointing and didn't look very filling.

Such a cute place! Great food, helpful staff and very knowledgeable. It was date night and they didn't rush us at all which was nice. Gave a great wine recommendation that paired with the food.

Charming Italian restaurant with a Sardinian flair. The food menu is fairly extensive with a choice of pastas, pizzas, and main courses. I had the salmon which was pan roasted, and served with a black olive sauce on a bed of pearled couscous tossed with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, peas, and carrots. The salmon was done to my preference (medium-rare) and tasted delicious. My wife had penne arrabiata made at her request. It was tasty with just the right chewiness to the pasta. We shared a bottle of Sardinian red wine, the In Cantos Cannonau di Sardegna 2016. The wine is a full bodied and bold, with aromas of dark fruit but very dry, and with enough tannins to balance the heaviness of Italian food. Sipping with closed eyes, I might have thought I was drinking a Cabernet Sauvignon. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was divine! The service was excellent -- attentive and pleasant -- with our server, Phuong, making sure that our table was attended to throughout our dinner.

The food was rather good the pesto was delectable and the branzino was quite the bite. The small bites are truly a genius thing and that is why I give Thai restaurant five stars. I cannot complain about the price because there was little to no one inside the restaurant sadly. I hope it survives it is such a nice spot. The ambiance is good but I think they should focus on making the interior darker for better ambiance. For more customers they might need to try rebranding their pizza boxes as well as paying yelp money to promote the restaurant to more people which is a great way to hook in customers in this day and age. An instagram might help too. Great place!

Charming, authentic, and unforgettable! Carasau is atrue hidden gem in a great part of Culver City - cozy, walkable, and full of character. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming vibe and feels like a little slice of Sardinia The handmade pastas were outstanding, especially the lemon fettuccine with scallops and the truffle-filled culurgiones - absolutely delicious!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Bonus: it's dog-friendly and perfect for a relaxing date night. Can't wait to come back !

This is a nice neighborhood gem. Tables and lighting are nicely set and they have an outdoor patio. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is deliciously prepared-eggplant was very tasty, the lasagna was good, so was the seafood pasta-ferego de la mer I believe is what they called it. Saw the menu Had some breakfast/brunch items that we will be back to try for sure!

Our new favorite restaurant in Los Angeles! We found it through a Facebook event that was hosted here a few months ago and keep coming back. I'd never had Sardinian food (which is similar to Italian) and it has been a great find. The soups are consistently excellent. The Fritto Misto is perfectly prepared with calamari, shrimp and zucchini. Our repeat dish every time is the Fregola Mediterranean (pearl shaped pasta in a fabulous sauce). In addition the staff exceeds our expectations every time. Nick was our most recent server and he was fantastic - and helped us with our Italian. Vincenzo the owner is wonderful and makes everyone that visits feel welcome and at home. The free gated parking next door is also a huge perk. If you haven't been, definitely treat yourself to a worthwhile dining experience.

This place deserves way more than 5 stars! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top tier. The food was phenomenal! Every bite was perfection! We dined here with our dogs, and our amazing waiter, Nikola, even offered to take them for a quick walk so we could enjoy our meal. Truly above and beyond! Can't recommend this place enough!!!

I don't think I have been to a Sardinian restaurant before, so this was a nice first time experience. Fortunately, now, there is free parking, which is a blessing in this area of Culver City full of street parking with lots of restrictions and paid parking everywhere. Perhaps this can incentivize me to visit this place again in the future. We made a reservation just in case, but it was not too busy overall. They have prie fixe options available which I'd say is very good value compared to getting the dish a la carte, as you get 5 courses for $65, versus one entree can be $30-40 easily. We got the seafood prie fixe and the maialetto secondi a la carte, as well as 2 glasses of wine, which came to around $90 per person after tax and tip. It is quite expensive but the food quality is high up there, along with the service. Here are the food we tried: Cauliflower veloute - fairly light yet creamy, with small chunks of cauliflower here and there House bread - complimentary but you have to request it, refills cost extra though Moscardini - octopus - fairly spicy but fresh; my friend loved this dish a lot Fregola ai Frutti di Mare - fregola is a Sardinian pasta and it reminds me of a circular farro. The texture is pretty interesting and works with the seafood that comes with the dish. All the seafood there are fresh. Branzino - crispy skin with slightly tender meat. The sauce that comes with it is like an olive sauce, and the side is some more mashed cauliflower with carrots Maialetto - Sardinian roasted pork - very delicious. The skin is very crispy and the meat is juicy and tender. This dish is very huge and filled us up at the very end. There were slices of carrots and celery served along the dish. It would have been slightly better if there was some sauce, since this dish portion is huge and can start getting one dimensional in flavor. Seadas - pastry with soft pecorino cheese - not too sweet, my favorite level of sweetness! It is fairly crispy and fried, but it is not too heavy. I like the pink cream and mint that came along with the dish. Service is fairly good as water jugs are refilled regularly and the server checked up on us multiple times. In between some courses, we had new plates to ensure we don't mix up flavors from prior dishes.

This is hands down the best (and only) Sardinian restaurant in not only LA but in the US. We had an unforgettable dinner with food that surpassed my expectations. This island off of Italy has created some amazing dishes and thanks to the owner "Vicento", we got an amazing perspective and short history as to the inspiration for launching this restaurant. So glad he made the leap of faith to launch this restaurant and persevere to overcome the challenges during COVID. Definitely try any of their reds from Sardinia. Especially the Sella & Mosca, Tanca Farra. Lastly, if you see Vicento, you may see his very adorable toy poodle "York" on a leash getting his steps in. So well behaved! Buon apetito! Side note: Check out the documentary "Blue Zones" on Netflix to gain a better sense of Sardinia and the high concentration of centenarians. Delicious, dined in and our server Nick was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Came back the next day for takeout. We enjoyed the Capresina and Fregola di mare. The restaurant is very cute, next time would like to sit on the coffee shop side with the open kitchen/bar concept.

First time here for a friend's birthday and my first experience with Sardinian food! Loved the waiter and his recommendations. The ambiance was a vibe, with an intimate setting and perfect lighting. We started with a few wines and complimentary bread. The fritto misto appetizer is a must-try, packed with shrimp, calamari, fish, and more--sooo good. We also got a Caesar salad because, you know, health! For the mains, we had two pizzas: the Inferno Spicy (10/10) and the Prosciutto and Funghi, which was also fire (10/10). We finished with some bread pudding, and it was sooo delicious. I would definitely come back!

Incredible neighborhood spot. I went here two nights in a row because they are dog friendly and the food is delicious. Vincenzo, who owns the place, is so kind as is his nephew, Nicolo who is a server there. The service and hospitality is so warm. You really feel like you're in a family run restaurant in Sardinia. The wine list is reasonably priced with very good wines and the descriptions of the wines are so helpful. The servers are majority Italian and really know how to give excellent wine recommendations and are incredibly attentive and helpful. And they're not just "dogs allowed" but actually dog FRIENDLY. They were so sweet to my puppy and Vincenzo told us how much he loves dogs and even showed us photos of his super cute late pup. The baby octopus and fritto misto are great appetizers. Of the pastas, all three I've tried are hits. My friend described the culurgiones special with mushrooms and truffles, which I ordered both times, as "life changing." I agree wholeheartedly. I'm not usually a fan of bay scallops because they tend to be overcooked and fishy but the lemon fettuccine saffron cream with bay scallops is to die for. The scallops are perfectly cooked and the sauce is divine. The pastas appear to be handmade as they have that nice bite that only handmade pasta does. Similarly, the Malloreddus was perfectly cooked to be dense and chewy and the pork sausage tomato sauce was delicious. Sadly, they were out of the pork chop when I went but the ribeye was perfectly medium rare and came with deliciously fresh and well seasoned vegetables. The second I took a bite of the Margherita pizza (with added burrata) I was transported to Italy. I don't remember the last time I had a pizza in LA that tasted so distinctly like real Italian pizza. Their desserts, including the Sardinian specialty seadas are a perfect end to the meal. All of the portion sizes are very reasonable to share or to have individually. By the end of the meal we were so full, but kept eating because it was so delicious. OH and there's a FREE parking lot. I parked at the culver steps which is a very short walk but next time I will try their parking lot. If you are looking for a warm environment with excellent food and wine at a reasonable price, this is your spot. I live only minutes away and I'm so glad I tried this place, I will be back, likely very soon!!

The food was excellent. The lasagna was not greasy over cheesy and a perfect tomato beef balance. The calamari was fresh not overcooked not a greasy breading. My favorite was the fungi pizza with prosciutto. Nice thin crisp crust and good quality tomato sauce. Can't wait to visit my daughter at USC and make this one of our favs to dine! Almost forgot the best part they have their own private parking lot no need to hound for parking or go to a garage.

Love this place, the guy who I think is the owner always has so much passion for all the beautiful Sardinian dishes, as he should as they are delicious!! Home made pastas, and they change up the menu so there is something new to try every time, and every time it's amazing! The secret superstar is the Focaccia bread basket.. so soft and chewy!! Would HIGHLY recommend..

We took food to go the lady that took my order was very informative and friendly. Maybe next time family can eat here. It looked like a nice family friendly place for dinner. Definitely on my list of Italian places to go.

This was a really knockout experience start to finish if you're a fan of authentic regional Italian food and wine; in this case the traditional Sardinian variety. I tried the Culurgiones (a legendary pasta filled with potato and mint, served in a simple tomato sauce and pecorino - see photo) and host Vincenzo brought me a sample of the Malloreddus alla Campidanese (a hearty 'gnocchi' type pasta with sausage) - which were both superb. For the full 'take me to Sardinia' experience, I also tried the Seados dessert - a crispy, fried sweet pastry (again, delicious) which was the perfect accompaniment to an espresso. Enjoying this knockout meal whilst sitting on an outside patio with the sun shining through the trees was pretty magical, and I appreciate how while the restaurant is very central to downtown Culver City, it's also tucked away on a side street that makes it a more peaceful oasis and 'IYKYK' kinda secret spot. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Maria was our server and she did a great job explaining the specials and the differences in what we might think is traditional as opposed to the dishes that were originated in the owners island in Italy. I had lasagna and it's some of the best I've ever had! I would definitely come back to this place as often as possible, and would highly recommend it to everyone!

We had our marathon team dinner here last night for a party of 16, as they made great accommodations for our large party and set it up in a nice quiet area, the experience and food quality was lacking and extremely underwhelming. After reading some of the reviews I don't feel so terrible about writing this one. When our waitress came to take our order, we had no menus in front of us, we had been seated for quite sometime. We were not asked if we wanted to order any drinks (we are a sober party however what if we wanted an iced tea or coffee) we did order cheese board appetizers- they were nicely plated and tasty! Would've been nice to have a few extra crostini or flatbread to enjoy everything with. Our waitress seemed rushed throughout our visit, it was a Saturday night so she was likely busy, maybe a second server would've been helpful, we were hardly checked on, our water was refilled which was nice- she did ask if we wanted dessert. The quality of food was pretty disappointing- the lasagna did not taste fresh, there's no way this was house made it lacked in cheese and flavor, the meat sauce was okay at best. My sister ordered a scallop pasta she said it had absolutely no flavor and the parm cheese couldn't even save it. The bread that the table received was never refilled, we had 3 baskets for 16 people. I know it may have been complimentary, but a little extra for our cheese would have been nice. The cheese plates had 3 crostini on it and one small paper thin cracker. It wasn't cheap either. The pizza had no depth to it, toppings slid right off each slice, the sausage just rolled off. There was nothing memorable about the pizza other than it was overpriced. Someone ordered a chopped salad that lacked ingredients and presentation, I literally saw chicken and sliced boiled egg on top of iceberg (see attached photo) The Caesar salad was absolutely dreadful! No croutons, hardly any parm cheese, the dressing tasted like straight anchovy- this salad was nearly $20?! For the price of these items the quality was lower than low. I'm glad we still enjoyed each other's company as this was an important gathering for our team! I would not return to this restaurant, it wasn't worth the cost or experience, save your money and go somewhere else.

What a find. So cozy with wonderful Sardinian food. I had the last item on the pasta list, a potato ravioli. I've never had anything like it, a cross between a gnocchi and ravioli. My husband had their homemade fettuccine. Divine.

Excellent food and service. A little gem tucked away on a side street. Great for conversation with other dining guests and an easy vibe. Warmly greeted. Had the Buratta with tomatoes, arugula and balsamic vinegar starter, Sardinia pork ragu pasta, and the dessert of percino cheese encased in pastry with honey whipped cream were superb. They have a dedicated parking lot which us great, as street parking is limited. Highly recommend for an enjoyable dinner with great food and service!

Our friends brought us here because it is their go-to pasta place and it did not disappoint! ---complimentary focaccia and baguette: enjoyed the focaccia ---meatball appetizer: meatballs were so soft and fall apart, really great texture ---squid ink pasta: don't remember the name or this dish but it was so good!! So flavorful and little spicy kick which I loved ---cavatelli and scallop pastas: also had good flavor but not as good as my squid ink pasta, our friends baby couldn't stop eating the cavatelli off hubby's plate ---Panna cotta: rich and yummy ---hazelnut and pistachio gelato: decadent! Both desserts were a perfect end to the meal

Been here before and will be coming back! Tried a few new dishes this time like the pizza and they did not disappoint. I always order the fritto misto as it comes with a mix of calamari and fried shrimp. Their wine list is very authentic and everything comes straight from Sardinia! Servers are very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. They are very attentive and came around multiple times to fill up waters and our wine glasses were never empty. The space has indoors and outdoors and can be a mix of casual or more of a special occasion. One of my favorite spots on the west side!

Wow, talk about a hidden gem. This place is so off beaten track. It is nestled between a theatre and a movie studio. Before we talk food, the place is very quaint. Not very flashy but cozy. The service is friendly and knowledgeable and happily assist you if asked. I have only experienced this place twice and both times were memorable. The menu is mostly seafood but like most seafood restaurants, they have a selection of chicken and beef. They also have excellent pizza. Their wine list is impeccable I recently purchased wines from wineries that I tasted first here. You can't go wrong here. I spent about 3 hours here with my best friend sipping, chatting and experiencing Italian seafood in a great setting.

Parking: they have their own parking lot so you dont have to park on the street. Service: excellent. Servers were friendly and attentive. Food: the roasted pork has a slight smell and a bit salty. Other than that, the other dishes were good. I loved the tomato sauce because it wasnt very sour.

Got dinner here on a Thursday evening and there was enough seating open that my party of 5 got sat pretty fast although the restaurant had a good amount of people. The food was really good although I totally forgot what the pasta was called (it's in the photo though haha) and we got the mango chocolate bread pudding as well. Super unique but tasted good! The service was good as well, and they have a lot next to the business for parking which saves a lot of time. It's in a nice area so it's nice to get dinner then walk around afterwards. Ultimately a great pasta spot!
