We were staying at the Woodmark hotel and had this breakfast every morning. It was excellent! The eggs were fluffy and potatoes nicely roasted, the bacon was delicious. You may need extra salt depending on your taste. The staff was kind and friendly.

Google
We stayed at the Woodmark hotel nearby and had breakfast here every day. The food is great and the staff are friendly.

Located at Kirkland's Carillon Point. Just across from the Woodmark Hotel. Breakfast and lunch service. We came for breakfast. While the menu options are limited, there is something sure to please. We thoroughly enjoyed quiche, egg wrap, pastry, oatmeal, and lattes. Beautifully presented. Tasted soooo good! Very comfortable environment. All made for a relaxing meal. Service was spot on. Cost was reasonable. All together worth it.

Our go to brunch spot in kirkland. Decent selection of breakfast menu served till 11 am on weekdays and 12 pm on weekends. The portobello mushroom sandwich is a great option for vegetarians and the Mediterranean grain bowl is my favorite.

Google
The tomato mozzarella flatbread was quite bland, and while the almond croissant was decent, it wasn’t particularly memorable. The smoothie was also just average. However, the location is excellent, with a nice spot to walk around the marina. If you drive, don’t forget to get your parking ticket validated.

Carillon Kitchen is a gem! The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, often going above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. They take the time to get to know their regulars, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere with their sunshine smiles. The menu is just as delightful, offering solid specialty coffees and teas, fresh salads, delicious pizzas, and tempting pastries. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a leisurely visit, Carillon Kitchen delivers both quality and comfort in every experience. Highly recommend!

Google
This place exceeded my expectations. Fantastic vibe, fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, great food presentations and delicious. They could add fresh salsa with their breakfast plates though :)

Yelp
Very friendly Staff and cute establishment on the water. We started our morning with complimentary drip coffee curtesy of being a Hotel guest and scoped out the menu. Shortly afterwards we stopped in and had some breakfast. All the baked goods are Macrina bakery. All their food is locally sourced which is really great. I would say our breakfast was good, not fantastic though, we are pretty sure the scrambled eggs are pre cooked. We would definitely like to give their lunch items a try in the future.

Yelp
Stopped by on a rare sunny winter morning. The place is unassuming but a nice alternative to Starbucks next door. I will have to come back and try their breakfasts at some point - some of the items on the menu looked pretty good. The main highlight here is the view of the lake outside as you take a few steps to the marina.

Yelp
I have been to Carillon Kitchen multiple times over the past few years. The food is nice and fresh but not fantastic for the $29 tab - Mesclun Garden $16.00 plus chicken and tip added. The chicken was a bit sparse and prepared by brining it - the lack of flavor and texture was not for me. The salad mentioned mint and I was excited about that in my salad, but never had a hint of mint. I picked at it and took the rest home to brighten it up for my lunch the next day. The service is always friendly and it is a wonderful location off Lake Washington by the Woolmark Hotel (who operates in partnership with Carillon Kitchen). This has been my go to restaurant to meet business clients and friends for lunch. I am thinking of an alternative for my next lunch outing.

Yelp
Wonderful cafe next to the lakefront. Beautiful ambiance and setting. Food was delicious. I particularly loved the Carillon Chicken Panini sandwich. Loved the depth of flavor and creaminess of the sandwich with flares of spice (from Mama's Lil Peppers). Great sandwich. I got one more to take home for my wife. Also had the poke salad which was very good and generous portions. Latte was good too. Came here on a Friday lunch to catch up with a friend visiting. Ambiance is open seating after ordering at the counter. You take a number and they bring you the food. Loved how spacious it was and it wasn't too crowded for Friday lunch though there is certainly a lunch rush during noon. Not sure if there are many parking options but I parked in the garage which has an hourly rate. I paid $6 for about 90 minutes of parking. If you're around it's great to walk around and enjoy the waterfront. This is a beautiful area!

Yelp
Great spot for lunch, right in Carilon Point Free Dock space for us boaters. Service was great and the food is fresh and amazing. We had the Ahi-Poke grain bowl (insert mix drop here) absolutely amazing. Poke was super fresh the avocado was perfect with Quinoa, Seasonal Greens, Furikake, Edamame, Spicy Mayo, Sesame Seeds, Radish, Crispy Wontons, Soy Glaze. We fear we will be craving this, thankfully it's just a quick boat ride away.

Yelp
Loved this place for a weekend brunch. I wish they stayed open a bit longer or had outdoor seating accommodating those who want to bring their pets along specially on weekends.

Yelp
Came for brunch and was pleasantly surprised! Ordered the breakfast wrap and avocado toasts which were served in big portions and with the fluffiest of eggs. And they pretty much put a whole avocado on the toast! They serve coffee from Fonte so it's good. Friendly service and casual but cozy place. It's attached to the hotel and you can stroll by the waterfront after. Parking lots nearby

Yelp
Just finished having breakfast at this place. A breakfast wrap and scrambled eggs with potatoes. With a small coffee. Absolutely bland and tasteless. Expensive food with no taste whatsoever. Will never come back here. And I live in Kirkland.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday for brunch and was a little disappointed. Their espresso machine was broken and being repaired so they could only offer drip coffee, and the sandwiches and wraps were pretty mediocre. I did enjoy the harvest flatbread, and if I came back, I would stick with the flatbreads which is what other patrons seemed to also be doing. There isn't a direct view of the water from the restaurant unless you're sitting right at the window, but the restaurant is pretty cozy. I can see how this place would be a natural breakfast spot for the hotel patrons, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again.

Yelp
My wife and I were at Carillon's early Friday morning for breakfast.... It was the closest place we could walk to from our hotel because of the ice. Next time we're in town we'll come out of our way to eat here. I had the breakfast wrap and my wife had avocado toast .....both were excellent. Friendly service as well. Going to try them for lunch a little later also!

Dennis I.

Yelp
Well, maybe I shouldn't say I can or can't recommend it based on the food. We couldn't get to it. There is no close parking and with my wife needing a handicap spot we tried to park in the underground parking and guess what, no handicap parking anywhere near what appeared to be the only elevator? Everything else had stairs, so I guess then that handicapped customers are not welcomed?? The food might have been good but I guess we'll never know now.

Yelp
The absolute best salads. First timer today and had the Ahi Poke bowl (which was two meals). Torn between that and the Carillon Cobb. Like the woman in line behind me who said "I was here yesterday and had your salad and I had to come back", I'll be back soon. They do have wine, beer, hard cider by the bottle. Wish they had splits/half bottles of wine (or by the glass). Still, nice selection of beverages. Sandwiches and soup also looked great.
google avatar

Bonnie G.

Yelp
Very tasty and well made spicy chicken ceasar salad wrap plus bag o chips. Expensive at $16 plus tax and tip. However, they were really nice about cutting it for us and we split it for lunch. It was generous, and we were both satisfied. I will definitely go again.

Yelp
Came in with my wife for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Salads are on point and sandwiches look amazing. Service was great and staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Best breakfast croissant sandwich in the area! Great stuff and cool place to hang out or get some work done. Highly recommend!

Yelp
To be honest, I came here because I saw they had a breakfast pizza and I wanted to try it. That said, it was a great surprise to me that it was located near a great marina (near the Woodmark Hotel). What I first noticed when entering was that it was not a standalone cafe. It was connected to other shops/stores in a complex. As such, you would get people coming in from the gym next door. The cafe was set up where some seats would be great if you wanted to see the water while others further back were better for more conversations with larger groups of people or being at the bar. I was more in the back myself. I believe there is outdoor seating but I came when it became colder so it would not be the case. I had ordered the breakfast pizza and a cup of tea. They did have coffee options and a lot of the menu was relatively healthy (grain bowls and more). The time I came was just before they switched to the lunch menu where they had a good amount of grain bowls and salads. My breakfast pizza was definitely too large for me by myself. It had a lot of arugula that I felt it was partially a salad (I'm kidding). But when it came to the main pizza itself, it was decent. You could not compare to a pizza in a pizzeria but it would be great with 1-2 friends. The people at the restaurant are definitely prepared for takeout situations as they had a pizza box prepared when I couldn't finished. They also had a number card system so they dropped the pizza off at my table and asked if I wanted anything to add to the pizza (hot sauce, pepper, etc) This is a great place to go to for a working lunch and I would definitely be interested in trying a grain bowl. They said in the fall they are open Monday to Friday so I would not save this for a Saturday brunch Date. And I would definitely come back in the summer to get great views of the water.

Yelp
Lovely friendly staff, yummy food. You can dine-in or takeout & enjoy your food anywhere along the waterfront.

Yelp
Nice casual breakfast and lunch place, we went for lunch and the sandwiches were good. Would like to go again for breakfast.

Yelp
Best salads and service!!! Their tofu is amazing Place is nice and clean and welcoming

Yelp
What a revelation this restaurant was! Fresh, beautiful, and delicious food! My breakfast this morning was astonishing (not hyperbole): house- made granola, crammed with nuts and raisins, topped with yogurt and four kinds of fresh berries. My husband savored a new menu item: lox (lots of it) on ricotta cheese-"schmeared" sourdough toast, The Fonté coffee and almond pinwheel pastry sent us away stuffed, and singing the praises of the chefs and friendly servers. I wish we lived closer, and could visit weekly. YUM!

Yelp
Thanksgiving masterpiece for two that has me already convinced to purchase the December Holiday Special as soon as available! Seattle on lockdown made it difficult to celebrate this year, to say the least. The service at pickup was super friendly! The food amount was absolutely ridiculous! Truffle mashed potatoes were OMG, so good. And so was the turkey, well basted then coated in rosemary and herbs. I could have got up at the stroke of dawn and cooked, wasting money and time fighting market customers in masks, but instead I'll forever skip that approach and order from these folks. THANK YOU SO MUCH for our fantastic Thanksgiving meal (and enough to survive off of the next three days)!

Yelp
Healthy food made fresh and quick in Carillon Point in Kirkland. This is a nice addition to the area, as Carillon Kitchen is a casual concept with healthy favorites. I feel better about myself when I eat here. They have kombucha and nitro cold brew on tap, so if you're in need of a caffeinated jolt without the crash then start with either of these drinks. But they do have Washington wines, for your alcoholic craving. The food menu though is customizable to your dietary needs. If you don't want a grain/quinoa bowl then you can get it in a wrap, but if you're nixing the grains all together then you can get it in a salad. The menu has a solid amount of combinations, mostly consisting of fresh produce and protein with a base of your choosing. Personally, I like the salads. They also have grab and go items, like small snacks and sandwiches. In my most recent visit I had the Santa Fe Salad, which was delicious! I added chicken to the salad, which came with fresh peppers, avocado, tomato cherries, corn and chips for that crunch factor. The light lime vinaigrette was a nice, acidic dressing with all the fresh veggies! And the salad was a large size; yet what I liked most about it was that I didn't feel bloated afterwards. It wasn't a heavy salad at all, but did not compromise on taste. Now that's execution! Overall, Carillon Kitchen is a wonderful space, offering a casual dining experience that's affordable and healthy. Find me on the patio here where dogs are welcomed!

Yelp
My coworkers kept talking about how tasty the food was here, so I finally decided to give a try. The food is a little more on the pricier side, but you can taste the quality. Staff is very friendly, and you will be waiting a bit for food while they do take some time to make it, but the food tastes fresh and will not make you feel guilty. I really enjoyed the breakfast hash bowl. Haven't tried any lunch items yet, but my coworker told me the crab melt sandwich was amazing. That's my next thing to try.

Yelp
Terrible. I would never go there again. My eyes got red and irritated immediately because they don't have a ventilation system. Food was terrible too

Yelp
We've been wanting to stop by here for a while now. Breakfast/lunch with a gorgeous view of the water. I ordered the grilled cheese with the tomato bisque and a chai latte, and my husband had a wrap and a latte. The gentlemen there are so sweet and kind. We ordered 8oz drinks, because you never know how a café drink will be compared to another, and when our drinks were ready they'd topped us off to the next size. Yes, please, and thank you! For our food, we took it to go to find a seat closer to the water, and when I opened my box, there was so much food in there I could have easily shared it with a second person. Lots of cheese on the bread, great "cheese pull", the bread was massive and perfectly toasted without being excessively oily. My husband loved his spicy chicken wrap. The tomato bisque was nice, and balanced with herbs, spices, and not salty like some I've had at other establishments. I think all of the restaurants in that area have an extra dollar sign on them due to the location. We've eaten at COMO also, and you pay for the quality food and exquisite view. I didn't notice the cost being anything out of the ordinary for the area. We will definitely be back and take our visiting parents/in-laws here when they visit. They'll love the area, food, and view!!
google avatar

Yelp
Good food, friendly staff, validated parking (2 hr), nice interior - whats not to like! :) I got the grilled cheese with tomato bisque and it was yuuummy. Sandwich toasted just right, deliciously gooey cheese and yummy bisque to dip the sandwich in. Next time might try the salad and grain bowls, looked super fresh and yummy. ..I may have over used the word yummy..

Yelp
Overall it was great. Inside is clean and cute. Excellent service while they are busy. Only downside is the price. Portion and food was good but the price for most of menu is higher than average. But you get to see the water view and they have outdoor dining with the heater so i guess it's worth it.
google avatar

Jin K.

Yelp
Food is actually quite good here but its also super overpriced. What they labeled as the tomato basil bisque is not actually a bisque. Ordered the turkey confit club which is quite good. Comes on a rosemary sourdough bread. Ingredients are fresh and quality. But $16 for a small sandwich and $7 for a cup of soup plus tax and my 20% tip makes for an expensive lunch. Now...for the quality of service. The line kitchen is a mess. No one talks to each other. So orders are made in random order. Customers behind me were getting their food before me. I waited 20+ minutes for a sandwich. Again...people who ordered after me were getting their food. I had to inquire about the status of my food. Not one person apologized or was concerned with my wait. And when I finally said something as I grabbed my order....the lady at the register had the gall to say..."it wasn't that long". That kind of attitude does not build loyalty from the very customers who pay for their livelihood. No apology...none....from anyone. Another lady implied I should order a salad because they don't take as long. Seriously? Don't tell me what to order and if thats the case...find a way to fix why your sandwiches take so long to make. Ever been to Jimmy Johns? Subway? Jersey Mike's? Pot belly? They ALL own you in every way. Get your service in order to back up the good food you so serve with an ego.

Yelp
The food is always delicious and service is very friendly. One of our regular spots. Great for kids too.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. There are three people who are pleasant to work with at this restaurant and all three of them are the ones actually making the food. The mane meant staff or shift managers are terribly unpleasant and untrained. Avoid going if you want a pleasant place to eat. Food is good but service is disgraceful. They even turn people away and encourage you to find other places to eat.

Yelp
Amazing food and a very friendly staff. In my last several visits I've had the croissant breakfast sandwich, the pepperoni pizza and the grinder. Be ready to take a walk or a nap after you eat here. Delicious food for sure!

Yelp
LOVE this spot! The food is great and healthy! And love the helpful and thoughtful staff. Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
First of all, I absolutely love this neighborhood here at Carillon Point. It's so nice to come here and look out at the boats on the water. This is one of the more casual place to grab a small bite or cup of coffee, but it's a really cozy place to lounge in with comfy seats and a fire place. Especially right now where there's less people out. I was kind of sad that I didn't make the cut for breakfast food because the photos look really good and I just wasn't that hungry for a lunch portion yet, but I did have coffee. There's outside seating also if you're more comfortable with that, but I'm telling you, the lounge looks pretty enticing. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Yelp
Absolutely killed it again with Christmas dinner. We thought Thanksgiving to go was amazing, so we came back for more. The team at Carillon Kitchen is fantastic, friendly and made our Christmas dinner wonderful. We ordered for 2 and we had plenty of leftovers. The complimentary champagne was great too! Thanks again for taking care of our family dinner and treating us so well.

Yelp
Fresh food, fast. Unique dishes with veggies, quinoa, and other delights. They offer breakfast until 11. After that build your own pizza, salads, grain bowls, soup of the day, and sandwiches. Choose from healthy beverages, wines, water, coffee, and espresso. Cozy digs with power stations for laptops or cellphones make an ideal place to catch up on email or work projects. There's a fireplace to chase away the dreary NW weather. The

Yelp
Before even tasting the food, this is a customer service review. Staying overnight at The Woodmark I figured I'd pick up breakfast and eat in. I used the hotel website to order pickup from CK. One of the drink flavoring options was 'cinnamon bun'. Having seen and heard about "one free coffee beverage" offered to hotel guests I figured I'd order in person in case there would not be a charge. When I ordered a 'cinnamon bun latte" I was given a glare and told angrily "we don't have that." Surprised, I let the angry gate keeper know that that was an option on the online menu. I continued to get dirty looks and sharp tones insisting that was not an option they had. Finally another employee stepped in and commented a magic phrase that seemed to calm the coffee keeper and by the time I paid- coincidentally also being tip time- I got a more preferable tone from Her Grace. I know it can be a snotty area here, but that's expected from the clientele, not the businesses. There are more constructive ways to question a customer. I can think of 5 different sentences this lady could have chosen. While she grudgingly ended our tête-à-tête with milder tones, too little too late. I'd love to give less stars but I managed to shave off some bitterness in light of current times and perspective and gratitude and all. I am including photographic evidence of my offense in the event the selection gets fixed. Word to the wise: DONT order the cinnamon bun flavoring. It angers them. Yes they offer it, but it's a trap. ...and try not to make eye contact. May the odds be ever in your favor

Claire Y.

Yelp
As our usual relatives did not host Thanksgiving this year, we turned to takeout. I do not think that the takeout Thanksgiving dinner from Carillon Kitchen could have been equaled by any restaurant in the Seattle metro. Absolutely delicious vegetables and salad, delicious gravy and stuffing, lovely whole grain bread, and a fabulous whole pumpkin pie (and turkey, of course), all this for two. It was enough for a family of four! As a mostly vegetarian, I especially appreciated the vegetables. We were beyond delighted. Thank you, Carillon Kitchen!

Judy T.

Yelp
Yum! I just had the croissant breakfast and complimentary coffee (with hotel stay) and it is so good! Sad to be leaving this beautiful fun spot, but will return for sure!
google avatar

Megan G.

Yelp
We came here for lunch today and it was great! Healthy and light meals but still filling and delicious. We ordered online and our food was ready quickly and then we ate there. It is a really cute spot with a fake fireplace and couches. I want to come back after work one day for a bottle of wine and a healthy dinner! I got the Thai chicken grain bowl and it was perfect.

Christine L.

Yelp
I enjoyed a great lunch here. The ambiance is wonderful. I did however have a breakfast that was not good. The avocado toast and the breakfast wrap are not worth ordering again. I will continue going at lunch time only.
google avatar

Mir H.

Yelp
If you are looking for below average food with very expensive price tag. This is the place for you. I give it a one star because the interior is clean and nice. The avocado toast I ordered was sour with bacon bits and guacamole you get from Costco. We paid over $60 for an avocado toast, a breakfast burrito and two ice americanos. If the food was at least decent, I would have been fine with the price because of its location.

Julie G.

Yelp
Stood in line for about 1/2 an hour only to be told it would be at least a 35 min wait on my food. They were so disorganized I was embarrassed for them. Not interested in going back. Terrible customer service.
google avatar

Wes O.

Yelp
Wow! Turkey sandwich might be the best I've ever had? Amazing flavor. Staff was very friendly and the ambiance is excellent.
google avatar

Sheri W.

Yelp
First time eating here and I will definitely come back! I ordered the corned beef hash bowl and oh my goodness was it delicious!! A generous bowl of healthy goodness. Great customer service and very clean. I highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Arielle C.

Yelp
All of the food here is so fresh and local, which, paired with the ambiance, is a perfect hipster/hippie place to grab lunch if you're not an avid Seattle-goer. The first time I came here, I didn't like the sandwich I ordered because of the mushy vegetables they stuffed inside it. The contents were just ingredients that really did not belong on a sandwich (it was one of the meatless sandwiches at the very bottom of the menu). But the soup was the highlight of my visit! It was palatable and addicting. The second time I came her, I caved and got a meat sandwich (top of the menu), and it was by far WAY better than the first sandwich I ordered. That, pared with the soup of the day, made for a satisfying and nutritious lunch that didn't feel too heavy nor too light.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
I was anxious to try this place out after reading the online reviews. There was a line when we arrived a bit after 12, not unexpected, ordered a asian salad, good serving and tasted good, wanted a white pizza but they said they didn't have any, ordered a ruben sandwich, I have to wonder if the sandwiches are pre-made, when it arrived about 30 plus minutes later, it was cold. The crew works hard and are pleasant, but orders sit on the back counter a long time.. Not on the list for coming back
google avatar

Tim M.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant! Has decent outdoor/ indoor seating and relies on the courtyard accommodations, the marina, and Washington skyline but delivered good food in a pinch. Nothing particularly negative about the place as the pizza was delicious (greasy - but expected), salad was fresh and made to order, and had a decent bottle of Chardonnay. I wouldn't recommend to large parties and isn't a place one would make plans to visit as the food can be found at similar restaurants all over Washington. If you are are in Kirkland and wish to have a bottle of wine near the marina, this is a pleasant place to be.
google avatar

David J.

Yelp
We work in the complex, and the revised menu with higher prices was concerning at first... but seriously the new stuff is really, really tasty. Have eaten about 1/3 of the menu and it really is delicious. The grinder and crabmelt sandwich are some of the best hot sandwiches I can remember eating and the chicken chop salad was also really fantastic. Solid ingredients and interesting taste/texture contrasts without anything overwhelming the other. Kudos to the chef.
