Google
Terrible service. Tables are all greasy and sticky. I asked owner to wipe the tables and he says they’re wiped and clean and the stickiness is the way the tables are. A/c almost not functioning. I’m sweating as I’m eating the tasteless food, I can only imagine how much of the cooks sweat drips into the food. Battered chicken apparently means cornflake chicken. Overall taste was bland. At least add salt. Haven’t been to Carlos and Gabby’s in 6 years and today was a good reminder to stay far away. There’s way better options in the area such as holy schnitzel. Hope you guys shut down as fast as you opened up.

The employees at this establishment are horribly rude. They have zero respect for their customers and their hygiene is awful. I have had several bad experiences there but have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The last time we went back they gave us the wrong order and instead of apologizing, the girl told my husband that he obviously ordered the wrong thing. When he told her that our bill had the correct item on it, she refused to deliver the correct order or give us a refund. The place is also filthy. For such expensive food you think they would wash the floors, tables and counters. I now understand why they continue to drop to a B rating. Expensive food, for Taco Bell Quality.

Google
Significantly better than most of the recent Yelp reviews. Significantly worse than everyone in real life makes it out to be. It's good kosher fast food, with a few Tex-Mex options, but certainly nothing special or too eclectic. Very loud, and the wait is long, but that's how it goes. Food tastes pretty good but nothing incredible, and everything is pretty customizable. Also, they have the cool blue vibrating things for when your orders ready. Good for a casual time with some friends, but don't take anyone here trying to impress them. In general though, I like it. Going for dinner tonight.

Google
Carlos & Gabby's has definitely taken the advice of their reviews here & made some major improvements. We went there for lunch last Sunday and were pleasantly surprised. They've gotten rid of the screaming fest to let people know when their orders are ready and now have the vibrating lights for each order. Much more pleasant dining experience! On top of that, the food has improved too. Our burgers were delicious & the fries were very fresh! Great improvements, I hope they keep it up!

hi, hello

Google
This is a self serving place where you get a buzzer after you order. I kinda like this style as no one would interrupt me while I am eating. The food was amazing! The smoked pastrami wings($8.95) were extra crispy and tasty. I have never tried pastrami seasoning before and I like it. The Cowboy rib eye steak($19.95) was massive. I ordered two tacos: asada steak($3.99) and amigo($3.79), and I love the taco shells. Overall, I love this place. The service was fast, place was very clean, spacious, and the price is fairly reasonable.

Google
Ordered a meal here to go. Came Hone and saw they only gave me literally three tablespoons as a side of mash potatoes. I called to complain and her best offer was to refund me a few dollars for the potatoes. Don't waste your time eating here. If you eat in be prepared to clean up prior to sitting down. Extremely filthy. Tons of other better options in the area to eat that are kosher.

Google
The place's food itself wasn't bad it just ticked me a bit the everything there felt pretty greasy, from touching the chairs, menus, and the sauces that you poor for yourself. Another thing is that since it has a small space, the seating area is very limited and you would probably have to "kinda" share (long) tables with someone But the people there are really really nice and generous.

Google
WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Firstly, why a restaurant would have all the blinds closed for the windows is beyond me! Makes the place looks run down and deserted. Secondly, food was disgusting! Ordered a steak wrap and it came with wilted lettuce and rotten tomatoes !! Thirdly , the people working there are rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place at all costs

Yelp
Starting off with saftey. The trigger word of the year is COVID. @ the time of writing of this critique: Walking into the establishment we see hand sanitizer by the door. Glancing at the individual taking the orders and the individuals in the kitchen one can see every visible person wearing a mask. We look up towards the walls to see what our menu options are. We start turning around in confusion. We glanced at each other to see if perhaps we missed something that the other person has caught. This is a fast food place and there are no menus on the walls whatsoever. There are 2 stacks of menus with plastic on them. We pick up menus, browse and order. I ask to swipe my card as opposed to handing it off to be swiped. The reply was they have to swipe it. I hand off my card, it is returned to me. As we wait for our food to be made we observe others. Everyone is using same menus we had. The issue is that the menus were never sanitized in between uses. Bottom line is you must get your hands on their physical menu because they do not have one on the walls. You could always opt to look online using your phone. My company and I ordered Texas wranglers. It was a far cry from what this establishment used to produce as a Texas wrangler. When I asked my peer to rate it, he gave it a 3.5. I however will go no higher than three. One thing I can say positive about the berger as a whole is that as a sandwich,it did have volume

Yelp
Good not amazing. We had the tacos with the beef and duck meat which was great. Like the way you can choose lots of toppings but can't believe grilled vegetables is extra... We had the tacos with steak which were ok Rice bowl had good rice.

sushilover P.

Yelp
I ordered the triple plate - beef, bird and sausage. The Bird was dry and the Pastrami was also dry. Kinda tasted like it was frozen and Re-heated. No great sauces provided (just ketchup etc) and to top it all off I had to ask the counter folks to put on a mask. Aint coming back!

Yelp
Came back for another try ! Love the food that hasnt changed ! But they did change the girl in the front ! I could definitely say that she was very attentive and sweet . Didnt rush me to order , offered me a lunch special , and overall great customer service!

Yelp
Let me tell you, Carlos & Gabby's was mind-blowing. Every single thing is delicious, fresh, the crew is very nice the place kept very clean. Absolutely delicious! Every single thing is super fresh! Service was wonderful and everybody working here was incredibly nice and hospitable. Highly recommend giving this place a shot!

Yelp
YUCK! Food not at all like the menu promised. Over priced. Terrible taste. Really nothing good to recommend except the fries.I'm not Kosher but eat everything. I wouldn't go here unless you had to eat Kosher. Never again.

Renee J T.

Yelp
When you need the kosher and you don't want the usual like bagels ,sushi and the other meat places hit up Carlos and Gabbys they have two locations and it seems this one might be the better one menu has burritos fajitas and other assorted tasty sounding foods I am a vegetarian and this is a meat place I opted for the guacamole boy oh boy was it good and it came with warm fresh pita chips served on a wooden tray I also had their squash soup it was fine served in a plastic take out container not so fancy but it tasted fine our spinach dip was also in a take out container with warm fresh and dusted with spices pita chips also served on a wood tray these offerings are easily shareable because the portions are very generous my kid had some big fat filled with rice and meat burrito she was very happy you order your food prices are not cheap but this is kosher and its decent so ok decor is far from fancy heavy wood chairs and shabby looking booths pick your table and wait for them to scream your name and pick up your order since it seems each item comes out by itself if you order 3 things you get screamed for 3 times my daughter said it appeared the guy screaming was enjoying his job I need a different name ...one that sounds more exciting when its screamed I don't want to discourage any koshers from going here because good kosher is hard to find but I hope someone that works there reminds the people that clean don't leave the spray bottle of blue stuff on the condiment / garbage counter

Yelp
My friend and I went into Carlos & Gabby's a few days ago. It was about 2.30pm and the place was pretty empty. We sat down and waited for a server. After five minutes I started looking around for a server. I didn't see anyone--just the girls behind the bar and the mashgiach, who was sitting next to us. We waited 10 minutes and finally left.

David K.

Yelp
I have always gone to the old location the food is definitely up to par. They definitely improved from the old place salad is amazing

Jay B.

Yelp
Disgusting food, disgusting staff, disgusting service. I dont know how they do it, but they always manage to screw up your order, and overcharge you. And if you complain, they get really nasty.

Al B.

Yelp
I ordered popcorn chicken platter for myself the food is good and service is okay but the bathroom could be cleaner and the place could use a bust boy.

Mirta D.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible food, service, and the prices are ridiculous and for that there's 18% gratuity included. Terrible experience!

Jeffrey C.

Yelp
Ordered a Bourbon Street Skirt Steak Sub over the phone, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later to pick up the sandwich and when I got home the sandwich was cold, meaning it had been sitting out for a while and was not fresh. I called the restaurant to make them aware of the situation, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back, and the phone was answered right away, meaning they had forgotten about me the first time I called. I spoke with the manager who told me I should not expect take out food to be hot or fresh (absurd since I pay to receive fresh, hot food), and that he doesn't know who I spoke to, but they never tell phone customers an approximate wait time because they are very busy (also absurd because the customer needs to know when they should come pick up their food). After the manager refused to offer any sort of compensation for my sandwich issue, I told him about being on hold for so long, to which he responded "nobody waits that long on hold in my restaurant, I know that for a fact". Essentially he repeatedly called me a liar without using those words. Therefore, I have included a photo of the call duration for everyone to see. Overall, the food tasted good, although definitely not fresh, and the manager was rude, disrespectful and unaccommodating.

Yelp
Contact cross contamination between raw and cooked foods. Dangerous. Significant health hazzard. Stay away.

Daniela B.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. I would not give them my business! The person at the register seemed annoyed by my questions and started to rush me to order. He told me that he can't answer all my questions. Not worth getting spoken to that way!

Esty K.

Yelp
We placed an order for takeout. Unfortunately, they don't offer all their menu options in their new location. They still have the old menu on the web site, you just can't order many of the items. And the food itself was very disappointing. Portions were very small. More than one person left the table dissatisfied. Sandwiches had a few scraps of lettuce and a slice of unripe tomato. We also had a problem with some starters that were supposed to come with a dip and the dip was not included. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. We've had much better experiences in the past but at this point, I would not recommend them anymore.

Chris R.

Yelp
Cheap prices! Spicy fries are really good. Decent Tex-Mex options. I had a simple vegetarian burrito. Sorry, but skip the spinach dip with fried pita chips. The dip wasn't that great, and the fried pita chips got old quick. It's a busy place. Needs more vegetarian options though. Kosher restaurant.

David W.

Yelp
Because there are horrible places out there (courtside grill for example), I'm not going to give this place 1 star. A couple years ago, I would have given this place 4 stars because of their customer service and food quality .. this isn't the case anymore. They have these kids (some very nasty) running the place, some are even managers... I'd go here if someone really wanted to go here, but other than that I'm not stepping foot into this place. When I go here and order something chicken related, around half the time, the inside was raw. If someone gets food poisoning one of these days, cbgbs is going to have a lawsuit on their hands. They then tell me that this is what chicken is supposed to look like, and they're completely serious. Low quality food, and very small portions for a kosher fast food joint. From what I hear, the workers in the back can be very nasty to the (quality) workers by the register. Not okay!! Overall rating: 1.850/5.000

Yelp
NO MORE!!!! 14/09/2016   Call today at 2:30 in the afternoon to order food. I went into the restaurant's website and saw that they have a special menu from 11-3 I asked the girl on the phone Can I Order from the menu and she told me for $ 5 plus shipping. When I started to make the booking I found out that a significant price difference between the prices advertised on the site and the price that the girl on the phone told me. I asked to speak with the manager, who refused to give his name He claimed the brochure on my site is from a year ago and he was very old. Although not listed on a date and there is no way of knowing he would not make up for the mistake Worse than that, he threatened to cancel my reservation because I said I would go about it.

Kerri M.

Yelp
Smoked BBQ brisket tacos - a revelation. Render, smoky and flavorful, this meat made my tacos quite remarkable. Served with cole slaw and pickles on top, it creates a hybrid Mexican/delicatessen delicacy that's definitely going to bring my back for more. My husband had the taco supremes which can were done up like Taco Bell double decker deals with the multi tortillas. He loves them - a Taco Bell package with high quality brisket inside is a sweet deal. Two things took away a star. First, the smaller issue - the guac was bland. Second, the larger issue - the server was clueless when I asked about food allergies and ingredient lists and that made me glad that I had brought snacks along for my food allergic toddler since I wasn't comfortable ordering him a meal that I would be convinced was safe.

Louis R.

Yelp
Greetings from across the street @ Urgent-MD Urgent Care! We ordered from you guys today . . . . . . Excellent! 2 Thumbs Up! - Fresh and overall great! I was VERY impressed. We will be ordering from you again!

Zev W.

Yelp
The food I just brought hope was absolutely pure garbage. My CEDARHURST was missing 2 items that were supposed to be in the sandwich. The chicken & hoagie were wet as if they were left out in the rain. The onion rings mostly uncoated & also soggy. I called C & G & the genius who answered the phone told he'd pass along the message. I asked him what about the food that is badly prepared & tasteless & his response was " sorry I can't help you". This joint has no management & no accountability. STAY AWAY.

Yelp
I have gone to Carlos so many times since it has opened- it was a family favorite. But after NUMEROUS DISAPPOINTMENTS THIS IS THE LAST TIME I SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. RUDE STAFF. CUT CORNERS WITH FOOD AND JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE. -I have heard totally inappropriate stories as I am awaiting service by loud and abrasive children they appointed responsible for the counter, they did themselves the courtesy of finishing their disgusting cuss filled stories knowingly ignoring me as I try to get their attention before actually taking my order. -I have been snapped back at and given attitude when I corrected a they mistake in my order. Or if I ask for more than one sauce (wtf does it get taken off your paycheck if you give me an extra 2oz container filled with liquid) -This past time, today I asked the girl (Gina was her name- yes girl I'm calling you out) to make sure they add vegetables in my Cedahurst Sandwhich because THE LAST TIME THE ONLY VEGETABLES MY ORDER CAME WITH A TINY PEICE OF SHREDDED LETTUCE AND A HALF SLICE OF TOMATO (which I tried to call them about but what a surprise, was put on an indefinite hold) Then, I hear her laugh with the cooks in the back how they should put no vegetables in the sandwich this time around. Hot tip Gina: if you need to shit talk customers to entertain your boring and seemingly miserable job, at least make sure they have left or can't hear behind the literal cardboard window that separates you. So though it is very unlike me-- I must call you out on your terribly misguided approach to a customer. **Another time my mother wanted to call in an order for pick up on her way home. She waiting on hold the entire 10 minute car ride from work and when she entered the store and was asked when she would like to order she showed them that SHE WAS STILL ON THE LINE WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER. She actually called to complain about the order we just picked up today but obviously, was never answered. The food has become subpar and a majority of the staff I had the "pleasure" of encountering acted entitled and rude with no justification. There was only one young man who I noticed really did a good job at the counter which is why I even gave this one star. He was so attentive to the customers he was dealing with and his placing of the orders. The manager or owner tried his best to keep things "right" but his efforts were transparently halfhearted. I honestly suggest you invest in some classes that will help you run a better business and better train your staff on the importance of customer service because they are a driving cause in the failure of this establishment. With these being just the highlights of many disappointments- customer loyalty? NAH. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.

Vostok S.

Yelp
Awful service. This place doesn't deserve even one star. Absolutely discussing attitude towards customers. Waited for an hour for food, only to find out from the guy behind the counter to tell me "uhhh, i forgot to tell you that we dont have chicken anymore". I cant even call him an idiot because it would be a compliment. In any case there was no apology no accommodation of any sort just plain old dissatisfaction and poor service.

Fen P.

Yelp
This place serves Glatt-Kosher Mexican food. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is great. I ordered some Chili nachos as a starter and the grilled chicken platter. My significant other ordered 5 alarm Burrito, or something like that. I really liked my grilled chicken platter. There's a lot of food on that thing, which is good for $12.95 (or something. It came with quite a few chicken cutlets, shoestring potatoes (which I do not like beacuse I have a predilection for super crispy fries), and a black bean and corn salad. I have to say all of it was really quite good. I was pleasantly surprised by the bed of grilled veggies under the chicken, inlcuding onions, zuchinni, green and red bell peppers - delicious. The presentation of this platter was very nice. They drizzle this white sauce that wasn't quite mayo and wasn't quite salad dressing over everything, annnd... I think I wouldn't have minded if they held it. As for the burrito, it was okay. Had an interesting flavor to it that I am not familiar with, but my boyfriend loved it, and it is a nice, large burrito. I also love how this place is very roomy, clean, and open very late (except Fridays because of Shabbat). The staff is also very courteous and friendly. I'll definitely come back here :)

JJ M.

Yelp
If you like good food and terrible, rude service then this is the place for you. I have ordered there many times and each time I try to give them another chance b/c the food is pretty good. However their awful customer service makes me never want to order from there. They act as if they are doing you as favor by taking your order. They mess up orders and then tell you that you gave them the wrong order. It really is unbelievable how much they disrespect their customers. From the person who takes your order to the management there is just complete and utter incompetence.

Jon B.

Yelp
3 years ago their food actually tasted good and I looked forward to eating there but now it's disgusting. The burger. What is it made out of mystery meat? It doesn't even tasted like beef. So nasty god help me Their chicken. Why does it taste bad? French fries. Disgusting buy better fries please From what I observed the quality of the food went down hill. I don't know u would do this. Just up the prices

Brit B.

Yelp
Hot dog egg rolls. Yes, I know, the thought of it makes your stomach turn. But try it. I dare you. They are amazing. And if you're feeling brave, ask for a side of avacado ranch dressing and dip them in. Your tastebuds may thank me later. The only thing that keeps me from giving this place 5 stars is that someone always messes up my order or the order with the people I come with. I have yet to have a meal that isn't missing something.

Stephanie A.

Yelp
I wish I could record this woman yelling at me that we can't sit down to eat our food. Here's a little lesson on basic customer service. If the kitchen is open and we can order food, we should be allowed to sit down for five minutes and eat our food. Food is delicious though! Also... they don't have ice. How can a restaurant not have ice ?!?!?

S R.

Yelp
The food is honestly amazing...especially for a kosher place. I give them 5 stars for it. But the teenage servers are rude and have no manners. They disregard customers and carry on conversations with their friends behind and over the counter, even while they see you standing there. Seriously, they need major lessons in customer service. 0 stars for service.

Manny N.

Yelp
Since this place is close to Queens College, I decided to give it a try since a lot of people go here from the school. First off, the lady who picked up the phone had a unprofessional tone, and she was not very pleasant when I picked up the food either. The food was ok, but the service was not good at all.

Ro C.

Yelp
Food quality was better at this location than the one in Cedarhurst/Lawrence where I frequently go. Servers were not as good though and mostly talked about their personal issues while serving the customers- eek! No miss, I don't want to hear what your boyfriend did to you last night, no no no! Other than that, the place was packed at around 8 pm and the orders came out lightning fast. I'd visit again if I'm in the area.

Devika S.

Yelp
There was a time when this place use to be amazing, but it is not like when i first dine there. prices have gone up and the food is not that great anymore.

Ayanna G.

Yelp
Goooood!! TEX MEX on deck I have never been to a Tex Mex restaurant and never really thought of going to one in a Jewish area either. This place adds the um to yum, the d to delicious, the m to mmmm, the wow to wowsers I am full. I have never had authentic Mexican food but im sure it tastes like this. I have ordered the burrito, the wings, and the tacos and all three items get a golden star. The price is cheap. It is the usual amount for a dine in meal. I usually get the lunch special which is a main dish a side of fries and a soda or water which comes out to about $6 - $7. The food is fresh (no matter how its cooked) the deep fried chicken fingers, the glazed tacos the stuffed burritos. What tops everything off for me are the abundance of sauces that they have. One in particular is the avocado Ranch sauce. For someone who loves avacados and ranch this has to be the greatest creation known to man. DON'T BELIEVE ME? just go see for yourself. You'll love it, you'll thank me!

Moty R.

Yelp
Went there yesterday very nice and clean kosher food-place , very good for groups! Should lower prices to get the 5th star

Asi B.

Yelp
The worst food in the world Especially For to Go Orders They put all the leftovers without you know Don't eat there

Isaac E.

Yelp
Kosher Mexican....hmmm. Hahaha. I like Carlos and Gabbys food. The only thing I don't like is their lack of organization. First off, the place has a worse atmosphere than a McDonald's express hahaha. It's always crazy inside, everyone's so loud, names being yelled out and the place just looks like a mess. I wouldn't say it's dirty, it's just a mess. Then you have their service. It's the worst. A huge issue with this place is that it's run by teenagers who don't care about the business for the pure fact that they don't have an appreciation for their customers. They NEVER pick up their phones for take out orders and they're always fooling around behind the register or smoking cigarettes in the back of the place. It wouldn't bother me so much if the place was friendlier and not so unorganized. The food. Their buffalo zingers are phenomenal. They taste delicious. Their Burgers are also delicious (I know, not so Mexican, lol) but the issue is that they're not cooked consistently. Sometimes ill order medium and get medium; other times I get a medium well or completely well done burger. Their eggroles are also delicious and their tacos are definitely worth trying.

Boris K.

Yelp
Great food and fast service. Carlos and Gabbys has an array of delicious sandwiches and salads. The most popular sandwich is the "Cedarhurst" They really isnt a big "mexican" selection but the sauces and platters are amazing. The prices are very reasonable for a glatt kosher restaurant and it is a great place to take the family.

Sheryl F.

Yelp
Delicious with a capital D. We ordered takeout for 7 of us. The food was hot, everything was there (which lets be honest doesn't ways happen when you pick up food at other places). All of our little requests were honored. The right sauces were changed out, etc. Everyone finished their meals and we were all filled. Our order included: Grilled Chicken wraps with zinger sauce (not the usual sauce) Guacamole (which was smooth with chunks of tomato...well seasoned and flavorful) Shredded beef wrap saucy and filled with delicious shredded meat and caramelized onions Sweet chili zingers...which were chicken nuggets (crispy and flaky) with a slightly spicy zinger sauce Polo del sol wrap which includes chicken, and pastrami, and all sorts of good things French fries And an order of kid's chicken fingers which the little one seemed quite pleased with The food was good, the flavors were good, everyone found sauces they were pleased with. I ready for Carlos and Gabby's to open a few more restaurants...it's time.

Raf G.

Yelp
Horrible service , and people. While waiting for my food at counter, I went to get some sauces. It wasn't busy at time I was there, so I was only customer at counter. Came back from getting sauces and my phone that i had mistakenly left at counter was gone! The manager couldn't even look up or care after I told him my phone that I was just with a second ago, is now gone. I practically begged the manager to check cameras and as if he's doing me a favor, finally gets up but the grainy camera wasn't even pointed at counter! I guess he wouldn't want evidence. Called cops, but they never showed up. Needless to say, never going back.

Robert S.

Yelp
the sandwiches they give you here are mostly bread. i wasnt impressed with the other menu items i tried. the prices are expensive for a place without waiter service. the young girls behind the counter have no idea how to talk to customers

Nerissa I.

Yelp
First, let me say that I have no idea what this place actually LOOKS like. My food was picked up by our faithful, loving and always hungry grad assistant. She said she'd been there before w/ a friend of hers who keeps kosher and discovered that it was actually pretty good! That said, just by looking at the menu, I was a bit confused. Their website says they're kosher mexican, but then they have hot dogs, egg rolls and burgers too. I guess it's predominantly mexican w/ a mish mosh of other things. I just had a burger. I was craving it so entirely that it was pretty much all I could talk about all morning long. They have a nicely priced lunch menu, w/ a mix of burgers, tacos and wings being a quick few. Most are served w/ a fountain drink (or your choice of snapple or water) and a side of fries. As I said, I got the burger, which I had to fully customize (1 6-oz burger topped with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and bbq sauce - hold the pickles, onions and mystery special sauce) since I didn't want any of their prearranged combos. It came nicely wrapped in foil just as if I got it from my local burger king, and the fries came in a tray in it's own brown paper bag. Taste... taste was good! I'm wondering, however, if it was frozen because the texture to me didn't say freshly made. If it was frozen, I like it less (just because of the amount of sodium that is in most pre-made foods), but it at least came in a nice 6 oz. size which I fully consumed. Their spicy fries (which I paid an extra $1 for since I have an aversion to shoestring fries, their default fry choice) were good, if not also sort of frozen tasting. They were nothing like 5 guys. You couldn't take the "spice" off of the fries. They looked like they were embedded just as you would expect for the frozen kind. They were, nevertheless, really good, but that may be just because I have a love-love relationship w/ almost anything resembling a french fry (curly fries, spicy fries, potato wedges, sweet potato fries, yuka fries, steak fries, etc). Overall, I would probably not get this from them again. Since 5 guys is probably equidistant from my office and they tell me exactly where my potato buds come from, I feel somewhat healthier and more natural eating food from there (despite their really high sodium content, fat content, calorie content, and all other things that can be counted for nutritional purposes). All I can say at least is that I've been satisfyingly satisfied with my burger/protein craving quelled. :)

Yelp
Me and my children used to like this place a lot, the menu has changed so did the prices. They practically jacked it up 30% or more and done nothing to the place. Portions are smaller with no side order or extra for any side order. My son ordered a Double Decker steak, no side order for a non fancy place nearly $16.00 with side order of French Fries extra $3.00. He did not even find what was his favorite in the menu anymore neither did I. The store does not realize that there are many other places to eat around that area for the same or less price. So by making it more expensive you just loose more customers. I can pay that in NYC kosher restaurant and have a better service and atmosphere.

Yelp
Great food. Very clean and quiet. Cafe style. Plenty of options. Not expensive. Glatt kosher. Food is superb.

Yelp
Bad service. Discussing food. Takes a long time for food to be prepared. Mean employees. Loud annoying music and tv. Not authentic at all. Food looks like trash.

Yelp
The customer service here is horrible . Aron , the man behind the counter is very rude . He texts on his phone while customers are trying to get his attention . The burgers are over priced and don't include a drink and fries . $14.95 for a burger ??? Come on - the food was great but I wouldn't go back to buy this over priced burger because of the service . Total for 3 burgers and fries 2x $50 crazy

Yelp
Delicious cuisine at a very fair price. Might I recommend the Cedarhurst for chicken lovers or Gabby's Favorite for meat lovers. Either way, you can't go wrong. P.s. the avocado cream tastes more like spicy mayo, but is still tasty nonetheless. Let me know before you go, I'd love to go again. P.p.s. Kosher.
