Employee Gloria A who gave the name Laure The experience I had here with my client upon arrival ordering food on the intercom the service was poor the employee here who gave a false name was giving attitude repeatedly screaming in the microphone when ordering when we arrived at the window to pay she was laughing when walking up to the window order was not fully giving we were missing a drink When asked for that drink Gloria A. Or the name she gave Laure turned around and spit in the drink cup before putting the drink that was for a 7 year old child this was recorded on camera, when asked can we speak to a manager she replied she was the manager smiling as if it was right to spit in a child’s cup before serving it to the customer the service by this employee was very prejudice upon arrival I do not recommend any friends or family to this establishment.

I’ve always loved Carls Jr. as a kid and now having one that’s just within minutes from my home, well let’s just say on late lazy nights, Carls Jr. is my go to! I want to take a moment to thank Oscar for being so welcoming and showing amazing customer service. The past 4 times I’ve gone in a span of 2 months he has showed nothing but care and great service. The area that this chain is located in cannot be easy and I can only imagine what the staff puts up with but Oscar has made it genuinely a spot that exceeds expectation for me. So thank you Oscar for doing your best, it is not going unseen for me! Going to pick up food after a long stressful day and then still getting bad attitude and service from somewhere you are purchasing food is the last thing someone needs but every time I’ve gone recently, I’ve been greeted with amazing service!!

Exellent service provided by cashier named maira really fast and accurate even took my order to the table and gave me extra sauce

Manager was absolutely great and went above and beyond to satisfy customers. She was also very friendly, a great example of what customer service should be.

We had the pleasure of having Oscar Hernandez take our order at the drive through. Oscar was very polite and courteous. Never (except in Texas) have we had an employee be that nice and courteous. Oscar is a stellar employee and should be promoted ahead of peers.

We went in at around 10am July 14,2024 and was greeted warmly by ALL staff! It rarely happen. Counter staff went above and beyond with his Service: He was patient, offered us sauces at our table when we didn’t ask for them, offered us coupons to use next time. The food was also great and fresh. thank you !

Had to buy a $3-$4 water bottle to get the code. You could instead buy cookies 🍪🍪 to get the code. I get homeless ppl prolly attempt to use it but shesh. I am not homeless nor trying to purchase something 593 is the men's bathroom code for now.

I’ve recently dined in at this location and was greeted right upon entry by the store manager Aracely her customer service was beyond great she made sure her team was on point from my order getting taken to my order being prepared and ready definitely recommend this location if near by very clean store with well mannered employee she has.
