The Best Coffee Shops in the Twin Cities

"The auto repair shop waiting area never looked so adorable. The owners of Good Carma Auto Repair opened a coffee shop, then called Carma Coffee in an empty building across the street from their garage. In October 2024, ownership announced a change of hands, with the new operator recasting the cafe as Walden Coffee, which according to the shop’s Instagram page is a reference to Walden Pond in Henry David Thoreau’s classic novel. The exterior gives old-school service station, meets vintage coffee shop with a black and white brick color scheme. Need a tune-up? The auto shop is still around." - Justine Jones

15 Essential Twin Cities Coffee Shops

"What do auto repair and coffee have in common? Not much, but that didn’t stop the owners of Good Carma Auto Repair from opening an adorable cafe in an empty building across the street from their repair shop. Matching the customer-focused ethos of the auto shop, Carma is bright and cheerful year round, making it an ideal spot to hang out while your car gets a tune up. Try a chai latte or a cold brew blended with ice cream." - Justine Jones, Alex Lodner

As an avid Twin Cities coffee snob, I had to check out Walden Coffee. I am regularly in NE, so it’s in a great location for me. Concerning atmosphere, the place is well lit and for a seeming smaller and longer space, it accommodates a great amount of seating. I appreciate the fireplace there. Concerning coffee, I have only tried lattes. I appreciate the allowance of bringing in your own mug to reduce dishes and waste. They offer a unique syrup, miso caramel. The first time I tried this it came through well and was very enjoyable. The second time, the flavor did not punch through as well for reasons I am unaware of. Concerning milk texture, out of all the third wave coffee shops I have been to in the Twin Cities, my experiences have been not as good as I was hoping. The steaming on the lattes I have had did not have as smooth or even foam as many other shops. The foam was not as fine and micro-foamy as desirable. Another thing concerning the atmosphere, it gets busy (not an issue at all and is to be expected) but throughout busy times while I have been there baristas may shout out orders in a tone that is not welcoming or pleasant.

Google
Love the bright and airy vibe here! There’s plenty of seating and it’s spread out enough to be quieter for working or chatting. The WiFi worked great. The coffee menu was pretty basic but their house syrups were delicious— I loved the lavender latte. Staff was nice and there was street parking around the building.

Google
Only has coffee, drip - but it was quite good. Both lighter & dark roasts were flavorful & smooth (no harshness or bitterness). Coffee in large mugs - big plus vs disposable - as we drank inside. Saw others getting breakfast sandwiches which looked good. I tend to be critical (perhaps) and giving 3-4 for atmosphere - nothing wrong, just solid average seating. Plus for not too noisy bumped that to 4 & can enjoy your cup & chat.

Google
They changed my favorite sandwich on the menu… it’s just not as good anymore so I don’t go out of my way to come. Grace recommended the banana bread to me and it was FANTASTIC. She was also very patient with all of my questions. I also miss the old iced tea they had, but the new stuff is fine too.

Marta Siegfried

Google
Love! I enjoyed the vegan banana bread and an oat milk latte with lavender. The cafe has good vibes and enough space to settle in for a while.

Google
Coffee was good, but unfortunately could not really taste the flavor (miso caramel) in my latte. We went on a Saturday morning and seating was pretty limited so factor that in for your visit.

Google
Cozy coffee shop with a fire going in winter. Plenty of parking out on the side streets, and location was easy to find. Barista was quick to make my drink, and very attentive. Variety of seating options throughout the space. Tried the seasonal spiced orange latte - wonderful flavor!

Google
Coffee is my favorite drink in the world and Carma does it to perfection! I love everything about this place from the ease of finding a place to park to sitting down with a truly great cup of coffee. Great people and great vibes are abundant. It’s a very welcoming environment, and if I lived in the neighborhood I would spend all of my time here.

Yelp
Super cute café with tasty food. Vibe: Young, hip café, super cute décor, varied seating options Service: The person taking our order was super nice and helpful, food came out fairly quick although for some items the name was called out and for some they were just left on the pick up counter so best to stay by the counter. Food: Really good overall. I had an egg sandwich with siracha mayo and Canadian bacon that was super tasty and not too spicy. Also got a DELICIOUS strawberry banana smoothie (seriously, not your average straw banana smoothie). Also had several bites of my sister's quiche which was EXCELLENT, the crust was SO good. Also got a cookie that was very yummy. I would highly recommend Carma Coffee and would return if in the area again!

Yelp
5 stars! One of the nicest things that happened to me (so far) in 2024 was at Carma Coffee on New Year's Day. My cousin was visiting from out-of-town and we grabbed some BBQ a block away at Market BBQ. Afterwards, we were in the mood for some strong coffee so we took off at around 4:00 to hunt for some hot java on January 1st. Slim chance, right? We drove in circles around NE and we couldn't find anything. About half an hour later we found ourselves back to where we started, standing at the front door of Carma Coffee. They HAD been open...but...they closed over 4 hours earlier. Bummer. So near yet so far. We could see 2 guys inside, the owner and some sort contractor working on a project. The owner actually came to the front door, he invited us in, he introduced himself, he made us some coffee, and he tried to give it to us for free. But we paid and I gave him extra money for being such an awesome dude. He was super friendly and he showed us around so I could take some pics for Yelp. Did I mention that they also have other kinds of beverages, pastries, smoothies, and a big selection of sandwiches? I like this place. It almost makes me wish that I still lived in Nordeast Minneapolis. It's great to encounter such a nice, generous, warm person on a snowy, cold, New Year's Day. What a great way to start off the year. Thanks, Carma Coffee! -Maxx

Yelp
I've been coming to Carma coffee for the last 5 years now and it is my all time FAV coffee spot! Not only is the coffee amazing but they have amazing breakfast and lunch and yes they have gluten free options! My go to is just a plain oat milk latte and a gluten free veggie delight and it's always so freaking delish and not only that but the staff is AMAZING. So kind, welcoming and warm.

Yelp
I'm obsessed. Originally came here for a takeaway latte and it was so delicious we had to come back to check out the vibe and we were not disappointed. The iced vanilla latte is absolutely delicious. I believe I heard someone saying they make their own syrups. My friends also had the hot and cold mochas and a chai - all delicious. We also shared a caramel roll - OMG, I need all of the rolls all of the time. One of the best I've ever had. Ever. The build your own breakfast sandwich was good, as was the turkey lunch sandwich, spicy breakfast sandwich and the monster cookies (flourless!) - and now I got a cinnamon roll as takeaway to try something new! (Mostly because the caramel rolls were sold out today!) The service was friendly, accommodating and inclusive. The vibe is very Portland-esque which is lovely as I miss the PDX culture. I'll be back (probably more often than I'll ever admit!)

Yelp
This is one of my favorite coffee spots in town. The set up is rad, with lots of seating, cool art, and just a great vibe. The staff is always really sweet, and usually playing good tunes! The wifi always works really well, every time I have come to do work. The Oat Milk latte is so delicious and they have vegan treats too! Super clean, sleek, and a perfect spot to spend the afternoon in the NE.

Yelp
Great place to enjoy your great cup of coffee and the staff are exceptionally kind, great service and just "good people" love this place!
google avatar

Richa V.

Yelp
Wanted to explore something new and really glad I came here. I love the way this cafe is positioned. It has these giant windows that let in so much light. There are lots of different types of seating where you can work or talk to friends and it feels really airy. I tried their Kabocha squash latte which is seasonal and it was really unique and not super sweet. I also got their pumpkin white chocolate scone which I think complimented the latte really well. The barista recommended that I get the Kabocha latte as a cold brew and it was a great recommendation. They offered other good combinations as well and they have breakfast and lunch food as well! Parking was super easy to find and this was a great cafe.

Yelp
So on a recent trip to the area with friends this was our "go to" coffee shop each morning of the trip! The ambiance is perfect with plenty of welcoming seating areas and an open garage to get fresh air. This is the type of place I would be at all the time to get work done or meet a friend to hang out. The staff is super friendly as well as efficient and their drinks are delicious. I had one of their wonderful smoothies as well as homemade scones which were both great. Their coffee is also awesome and flavorful and they do everything with a smile. My friends also loved their breakfast sandwiches they got a few times and said they were fresh and tasty. It is so nice to be able to support a local type of coffee shop like Carma Coffee and this is absolutely the "go to" place in the area!

Yelp
Fun and friendly cafe at the top of the Northwest Arts District. The last however many cafes I've been to give me the strangest looks when I ask for espresso tonic. Here it's a featured summer menu item with a burst of citrus and a more floral-forward espresso that works best for this recipe. I also tried one of their molasses cookies with cream cheese frosting which was an indulgent and nostalgic treat. The cafe is artfully decorated with recycled car parts as furniture and there's plenty of room throughout. Oh and the music is amazing! Sonic Youth, Mazzy Star, the Velvet Underground and other classic tunes.

Yelp
As many times as I've driven by Carma Coffee, I've never stopped in for a visit. Carma Coffee is such a cute and welcoming spot in Northeast Minneapolis. Met a friend for coffee/lunch and easily spent 3 hours there. Went around 12PM on a Friday and most tables were occupied. They had cozy couches and chairs in the back, which we decided to make ourselves at home there. I ordered an iced honey and lavender latte with almond milk, which I thoroughly enjoyed. For food, I asked the staff for a recommendation and they sold me with the mushroom, asparagus, garlic, and Swiss cheese quiche with a side of mixed greens. I wish I could insert free tastes and smells into this review to describe how yummy the quiche was. My friend ordered a roast beef sandwich and a smoothie, which they loved both. Before leaving, I also picked up a few of their pastries to-go and they have a lot of gluten free/vegan options. Don't leave without getting a cinnamon roll or jalapeño & cheddar roll. The parking is street parking only, but more than enough of it so that shouldn't be an issue. I will definitely be back to visit Carma Coffee.

Yelp
The quiche was extremely creamy and cooked to perfection! From the outside looked like a simply piece, but had a ton of flavor. I enjoyed my Iced Chai Latte because it was not too sweat and had a delicious coffee profile. Good amount of seating for a small shop. Staff was friendly and made great suggestions for both food and drinks.

Yelp
Visited here for a morning meeting. It is quite an atmosphere, vibrant, many windows so can view the beautiful scenery of busy traffic. Now! I did NOT order anything so I cannot speak to the quality of how the coffee is, how the anything is. However! I can say that Baybay! Baybay! Baybay! The amazing individual I visited this place with had a scone type delicacy and that thang was drier than dry! Ok! I entered and saw that thing and said ooh babbay they missed all the butter. All the butter! It was so dry LOOKING that he only bit about a fourth of a one fourth of the scone, and that was before I came. Hahaha. So the scones, stay clear! They are beautiful and topped well but dry as all get out. Now the service was amazing, from the moment I stepped in I was greeted and they were serving other people too. I was pleased with that cause to walk into the atmosphere that did have many that resembled me, the service made me feel like I was seen, appreciated and I would return again. I seen they had a turkey sandwich, sounded good and MOIST! Again would return, amazing service wish I knew her name to acknowledge her as she deserves but I don't. Thank you anyway!

Yelp
Great coffee shop in NE. Breakfast and grab a coffee to go or sit awhile in this cute and inviting atmosphere.

Yelp
Excellent lavender latte, great atmosphere and pleasant service. Lots of people working or studying, highly recommended!

Yelp
Came here for some coffee and lunch on a Saturday! They weren't super packed and had a good amount of tables for seating. They have a menu of sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and also lots of baked goods in their display! I went with the quiche of the day which was asparagus and goat cheese and also tried their croque monsieur and roast beef lunch sandwich. I really enjoyed their quiche. The crust was buttery, flaky, and crispy. The filling was really fluffy and tasted great! The croque monsieur was a savory version of a cinnamon roll. They had cheese and ham swirled into the bread and was warm, gooey, and delicious! I liked this the most. I stayed for a few hours and got a jalapeño cheddar roll and a cinnamon roll, get them warmed up! The cinnamon roll was HUGE and the frosting wasn't too sweet (which I liked a lot!) but tasted like a standard cinnamon roll. The jalapeño roll had a bit of a kick with jalapeño sliced and cheese rolled into the bread. I recommend the croque monsieur warmed up! They still had a lot of other baked goods that we didn't get to try yet, so will definitely be back for more!

Yelp
A super cute coffee shop that served up a tasty oatmilk miel latte! There is plenty of seating and tables, along with some delicious looking pastries and smoothies I'd definitely try next time I stop by.

Maddie V.

Yelp
Coffee, food, and ambience is wonderful. Only downside is the service - they take a while to get to you at the register and often clean or do other work beforehand, and they take a while to make your order too. If not for these, would have rated 5 stars!
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
Such a fun vibe, incredibly kind staff, and super customizable drinks. This is a great place to study or catch up with friends. I had a dirty chai with oat milk and a mix of their sweet and spiced chai.
google avatar

Carly S.

Yelp
My favorite coffee shop right now. Really great coffee, pastries and the food (breakfast sandwiches, salads, lunch sandwiches) is delicious! Recommend the Billy Jaap breakfast sandwich, if I am remembering the name correctly. Plus the vibe is really cozy, has almost a small town coffee shop vibe in the best way.
google avatar

Molly M.

Yelp
I've lived in northeast for one year and somehow just went to Carma for the first time over the weekend. I fell in love immediately. The decor is quirky without being over-the-top, it's clean, there's tons of natural light pouring in, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I got an Irish cream cold brew (I forget what they called it, but it had a cute seasonal name) and I asked for it less sweet and it was made perfectly. My boyfriend & I shared a pastry, which they automatically warmed up for us-- I didn't even have to ask! We'll be going back frequently.
google avatar

Ashley B.

Yelp
I'm going to be honest, I'm not very picky when it comes to coffee shops. I tend to order signature drinks when I go anywhere, because I assume they will BRING IT with their best. They certainly brought it! Very delicious, creamy, and well balanced Lavender Latte. I'm always worried when I order a floral infused beverage that it will taste like I'm drinking an essential oil. This was not the case at all. Sooooo tasty. My partner ordered a Chai Shake and downed it immediately. Super chill staff. Ordered online and picked up during COVID. They also take walk ins and I saw a few peopling sitting inside "socially distanced". I always pass this place on my route home from work. So glad I chose to stop in. I WILL BE BACK! Charming street parking. Right off of semi-busy Lowry in Northeast.
google avatar

Tess H.

Yelp
I first visited Carma after asking coworkers where they recommend getting coffee when I started at my new job two years ago. Now it's my go-to for a quick, delicious cup of energy (aka coffee). I would 100% rather spend money on a small business versus a chain anyways - plus Carma is significantly better than most coffee places! They also have options for not only drinks but food to cater to those with dietary restrictions. The staff are always so friendly and kind as well. They have space to sit, work, read, whatever you choose as well. Although no parking lot, I've never had a problem parking on the streets nearby for free. Come try out their coffee and grab a pastry or "daily special" quiche!
google avatar

Megan S.

Yelp
I love Carma coffee! They have great scones that seem to rotate flavors and a lot of seating options indoors.
google avatar

Katherine C.

Yelp
Big fan of the vibes here. Open space with different seating types/options with unique decor. Both times I've been the drinks have been good. Would say that it can get crowded so depending on what time you get there it might be difficult to find seating.
google avatar

Raquel T.

Yelp
This coffee shop is adorable and the food is to die for! My sister got a billy jaap special and I got the spicy Canadian on a gluten free English muffin, both were so delicious:) we also got iced lattes which were really good and the coffee wasn't too acidic! Over all atmosphere of the shop is great too, music but it's not too loud and there is plenty of seating with variation depending on your group! Staff was helpful and friendly as well!
google avatar

Erica O.

Yelp
Great shop with friendly staff! I have come here SO many times to order some combination of the same amazing things: flourless MONSTER cookie, the Billy Jap sandwich on a gluten free English muffin, and an almond milk latte! All are great! Especially the cookie- most often it's warm and gooey and so big that it's pretty filling as a mid-afternoon snack or a secret pick-me-up while I'm out on a bike ride :) Seems like a great place to work/study and/or hang out with friends too. Cool vibe and outdoor seating.
google avatar

Corey H.

Yelp
Such a fun, funky little place with friendly servers. The decor is inventive. You can get whatever coffee you want and they have a food menu too. My friend and I sat at an outside table. It is on a busy street so every now and then, it's hard to talk. But it's still fun to be outside. They also have a lavender syrup for the coffee, but it had sugar in it and I can only do sugar-free, but that was very intriguing. My friend had a mocha and she likes it very sweet, so she asked for sugar packets and she was offered a sugar syrup. (he would've given her the packets, he just offered this as an option.) He poured some syrup in and then asked her to stir it and asked if she needed more. She said it was perfect. He said next time we were here she could just ask for the extra syrup and they be glad to pour it in. Yes, we will be back again!
google avatar

Connie D.

Yelp
I live walking distance to Carma and I cannot wait to come here more now that they've reopened "post-COVID." I came here in search of their lavender drinks because I've heard from a friend and a fellow Yelper that their lavender coffee is one of the best! Carma surely did not disappoint! Their Lavender Cold Brew Latte was heavenly! The lavender syrup they used was so fresh and fragrant that I want it in everything I drink! One downside is that it does come with a more than ideal price tag. I ordered a large and after tip, it was over $6! Carma Coffee also offers tea, smoothies, bakery items, salads, sandwiches. There is a huge menu board to the right of the checkout counter. I am excited to come back and try their food. They are also dog friendly inside and on their small patio, so I am super excited to bring my dog next time! It's such a cute little NE gem!
google avatar

Gretchen P.

Yelp
Great coffee. Vibes make you feel like you're in the 50s but with granola people around. Kind staff, offered to upgrade my size when they didn't have matcha.
google avatar

Sam M.

Yelp
Carma coffee ... I drive 15 miles to have a cup here. That should tell you something. They have a couple of chai options which is nice. For summer I am having the TeaSource Gold. We usually get a salad. Nice and fresh and I love the cheese (goat?) Lemon blueberry scone for dessert. Lots of windows gives it a bright cheery interior
google avatar

Nawang M.

Yelp
Cozy interior with plenty of seating for individuals or groups. Neat modern fireplace. Very friendly staff. The "Carma Coffee" is a coffee with a shot of espresso. A bit too much for me so went with a $3 large light roast coffee which was smooth. (Did not ask about the origins). Also picked up a $7 quiche (mushroom cheddar) to go. Very filling and the right amount of crisp to the crust. Would duplicate this order again. Free street parking in front of the shop is between 9am to 4pm. Otherwise you'll have to park around the block.
google avatar

Manu P.

Yelp
i love it here so much I wanna gatekeep it from you. they have smoothies, sandwiches (breakfast and lunch) and other stuff. definitely coffee, they do fun seasonal drinks. outlets and good to be productive in

Yelp
Great Staff, Amazing coffee and Great location with plenty of work space.
google avatar

Kara R.

Yelp
Easygoing fun gem in NE for homemade baked goods, little jazz in the background, vibe nice, not loud, coffee amazing:), just the spot to have a moment of calm on any early morning. Could be a little warmer inside though, was a bit chilled throughout. Wore coat whole time
google avatar

Leslie R.

Yelp
Great cold brew and a very yummy breakfast sandwich! Stuff was very nice and it was nice and quiet on a weekday afternoon.
google avatar

Imran S.

Yelp
Upon walking in warmly greeted I have to say that the staff here is welcoming and the place is really nice the ambience is great I could see my self doing work here but... Getting to the coffee part it doesn't seem like they have any speciality coffees so I opted for an almond milk latte. You can expect to pay an upwards of 6.50$ at establishments like these which wasn't a cause of concern Ohhh man no latte art...I live for some good latte art but unfortunately not here :/ I have to say the espresso was just average I could compare it to the coffee machine at my apartment or going to Caribou for just average which kind of was a let down
google avatar

Abigail S.

Yelp
Wonderful food, exceptional coffee, and the sweetest baristas! Overall an immaculate vibe. Thank you Carma!
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
A real neighborhood gathering place Carma Coffee has transformed about the most nondescript building in Northeast Mpls into an inviting warm friendly coffee bar. Ample room for small gatherings but still maintains a cozy fuzzy feeling. Coffee was inspiring and I even had a refill for .75 which I rarely do. Garage doors for warmer weather and huge windows to view the scene on Lowry this is an enjoyable place and the neighborhood is all the richer.
google avatar

Diana F.

Yelp
UPDATE: I have returned since running into a specific employee who was unpleasant. Carma Coffee is one of my FAVORITES. I work close, and love the array of drinks, and local (and healthy) food which is offered. Upon returning I have witnessed other pleasant, and sweet employees. For example, a lovely woman with short hair, glasses, who was particularly endearing - I interacted with her this past Saturday and she was a GEM. Super super sweet.
google avatar

Sydney P.

Yelp
The Billy Jaap sandwich was amazing along with their oat milk lattes! Will be back! Super cute interior with nice outdoor seating as well
google avatar

Caroline P.

Yelp
Been here a few times, service has always been very friendly. I've always gotten coffee on the go but the place is quite spacious and always looks incredibly bright, clean, never too loud and most importantly, very welcoming. The egg sandwiches I think are great - very tasty, made fresh and not overpriced. Most importantly - coffee is delicious!

Gabi P.

Yelp
Super cute place but I tried their matcha and it was 70% milk- didn't taste like anything. Wasn't worth the $6 :/
google avatar

Christina L.

Yelp
Oh my gosh, she wasn't kidding about the creaminess of the quiche! This is delicious: Quiche of the Day and a Maple Spice Latte. Both exceptional! The spice in the latte is just the right amount of cinnamon and clove, and it has the perfect amount of maple so as not to overshadow the other flavors. The quiche has a wonderfully firm, crispy crust that holds a light and creamy concoction of egg, tomato, spinach and pesto. I even grabbed a cookie for the road which they offered to heat up, but I chose not to since I'm saving it for later. When you find a place you like, always grab something for later! Light music, quiet atmosphere despite being fairly full, and a cozy fireplace that feels straight out of a cabin or ski chalet. I can easily get a lot of writing done here!
google avatar

April H.

Yelp
Amazing! Build your own breakfast sandwich menu is fun and SUPER tasty! Coffee and ambience are great. Customer service was top notch. We'll be back!
google avatar

Kara D.

Yelp
Disclaimer: I'm not really a coffee drinker. I know, but calm down about it. BUT I love Carma Coffee for all of their other offerings. They are located in Northeast, which is convenient for me.The service was super sweet and I even received a compliment on my first visit! One little compliment goes a long way in the morning when I'm dragging ass, caffeine-less, feeling (and probably looking) like a swamp monster. I had their chai with burnt sugar and ginger and enjoyed it very much; it wasn't too spicy or sweet! The space is simple and clean, with pops of color here and there. I'm loving the (almost) floor-to-ceiling windows across the front of the cafe! I can't wait for summer when they open up that garage door too. They serve breakfast sandwiches, pastries, salad, soup, smoothies and lunch-y sandwiches. I look forward to coming back to get some work done, and hopefully grab that prime spot next to the fireplace this time.
google avatar

Cindy D.

Yelp
The space inside is big and bright. I love the big windows, especially, when the bright sun shines right in. Awww, it makes me happy already. I come here a lot when I know the service is great. Their coffee is good too. But I normally order Gray Duck Chai with almond milk. It is good, trust me. Sometimes I try to see what they have for soup, it is different every day or week, I think. Make sure to try their sandwiches, they are amazing. I had Smoked Turkey with lettuce, mayo and Dijon. It was delicious! I have not tried much of their pastries but they looked amazing on the counter. I would definitely recommend everyone to check out this amazing place. It does not get busy during the morning time but it is a good place to do some work, or some reading. Almost forgot to mention you can open a tab at a coffeehouse. Yes, you can do it here. I hope you enjoy this cute little location of NE Minneapolis. Street parking.
google avatar

Alissa H.

Yelp
I love this place! Staff is very friendly- they make you feel like part of the family. I love there Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie! I highly recommend it with or without the chocolate. We love to support our local small businesses...Especially ones we love. Good treats as well, yummy cookies and bakery items.

Yelp
What a great find! My drip coffee was pretty solid and my coworker enjoyed his cappuccino, until the end when there was a massive amount of grounds in his last few sips. We shared a molasses cookie with a delicious sweet glaze. YUM. The cookie came off a plate that was sitting on the counter with no sneeze guard or any form of cover, just cookies on a counter. We also had to get it our self, which was quite strange. Heck we could have taken the whole plate, and no one would have known. Our waiter was in outer space. He didn't really pay attention to us and took a while to make the heavily grounded cappuccino. A long while. Then he set it down and walked away. How about a thank you? Here's your cookie? The atmosphere is fun and I really liked the furniture. Next time I'm in the neighborhood I'll be back for another cookie!

Yelp
I've been here a couple times and I have always been impressed. There's plenty of seating options, it's not too busy, the music isn't too loud, there's ample street parking, the coffee is good, the hot egg sandwiches are tasty, the shop is super cute, and the staff are attentive. When I say they have seating options, I mean it. There are plenty of tables, couches and window ledge seating. (I'm a fan of the window seating myself.) They even have a couch fashioned from the tailgate of an old VW! The atmosphere is great for relaxing with having coffee with a friend, or getting work done. The noise level is just right. The egg sandwiches are made with love, so don't expect them to be snappy. But their worth the wait. I'll be a frequently flyer here.
