There was a line to get in when they opened at noon, but it moved super quickly. Based on the line, we knew it was gonna be good! Actually, I knew it was gonna be good because they used to have a food truck that would come to my neighborhood periodically and I became hooked!! The good news to report is the brick and mortar is just as good, if not better!!
We each got burgers but I Don't remember the name of mine. Mine had guacamole and bacon and other goodness, my friend just got the classic burger, either way they were so good! Exactly what I had been dreaming about! The edges of the meat were kind of crispy, that whole flat top goodness moment, and the buns were soft and tender. The whole thing was delicious, the real stand out, however were the onion rings! Piled high, very crispy, very airy coating, and the sauce is kind of like the outback sauce from the blooming onion, but I thought it was better. It could be exactly the same but the combination of the way they do their onion rings with that sauce was so good highly highly highly recommend. The only drawback to the place is the seats are super uncomfortable so if you're looking for a spot to kind of hang out and chitchat, it's not the place, but if you're looking for a place to eat really good food, it's definitely the place!
