Update July 2025. I knocked off a star from my last review. We had the Calamari appetizer, the Chicken Bryan, the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. My wife had a glass of a mid-grade Sauvignon Blanc ($16 - ouch). Starting with the complementary bread - it was lifeless. Dry, bland, too much like an off the shelf unsatisfying piece of white bread. The Calamari was crisp but the pieces were small, dry and reminded me of eating potato chips. Didn’t taste or look fresh. My Chicken Bryan was quite bold ($26). The breast was small. The lemon butter sauce was overpowering. Too heavy with lemon. The soft goat cheese served over the breast was quite tart. If you enjoy dishes with dominant sauces, you’ll like this. It was too much for me. My wife enjoyed her Caesar salad. To me it looked very over dressed, as was my house side salad. Service was good. Entrees were served hot and the salads were served cold. I’ll sum it up by saying that I was underwhelmed. Pics attached.
My wife and I met two friends here for dinner who are regulars and highly recommended this Carrabba's. Their recommendation was spot-on. I ordered the Tuscan Grilled Chicken and my wife had the Shrimp and Scallop Spiedino. Both dishes were superb. I'm a passionate high level cook in my spare time and frequently entertain friends and family, so I'm aware of what quality food prep and presentation is all about and we were not disappointed with our selections. Pricing was very reasonable, especially the $3 draft Stella Artois that was on the happy hour line up. I had a Caesar Salad side, and my wife had the lentil soup. The salad was served perfectly chilled. The lentil soup was bold and flavorful. But, this review is not so much about the food and the pricing - as important as those things are in a restaurant of course - but more about the service. It was above and beyond, and not just be our server, but by everyone on staff that we encountered, including on the way out as we were leaving. We felt like we were special. And that is so hard to do in a sincere genuine way, but this Carrabba's has nailed it.
