I would never go back to this restaurant. Breaks my heart to say this but after the lack of service from today it left us frustrated. My husband and I ordered through Uber eats two burritos. He rode about twenty minutes to get there to be told they close at 1pm and didn't have our order. They didn't call to tell us or update their hours in Uber eats. They basically were like too bad, cancel the order on your end. They didn't even apologize and no accommodation, just a oh well. They also claimed they didn't have an order from Uber eats for us but luckily my husband had the Uber app and showed it to them, and they were speechless.
It's one thing to mess up and take ownership but don't shift the blame to your customers, knowing they were wrong! This is not the first time they have messed up an order which is why I am so upset. We gave them at least three chances but not worth it. So sad!
Thank goodness for UBER eats, who helped us out during this ordeal. They have good food but their customer service lacks.
