TLDR: crispy pork banh mi through a drive-thru is awesome! I really loved the crispy pork banh-mi while the SO had the classic combo. The crispy pork was so tasty, the crackling of the pork skin works so well with the pickled veggies. I also love having a banhmi drive thru, makes it so easy to just grab and go!

Google
A friend recommended this place. I was so excited to try it. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line. I got a grilled lemongrass beef and chicken sandwiches. The lemongrass beef is not edible. It was hard and dry and cold. I wasted y time and $7 for this horrible sandwich. I'm never coming back here again.

Google
I grew up eating Vietnamese food so it's hard to find a banh mi place I like. This is just personal preference, but I don't like the bread too crunchy, it cuts into the gums. After moving to the area and trying to find another banh mi place to replace my home city (Alhambra), this is a win in my book. The crispy pork banh mi is delicious but I always end up going with the #1, Classic. It's not too heavy and the bread is soft enough for me to enjoy. They don't skimp out on the ingredients either. The spring rolls are not my favorite here but let's just focus on the banh mis only.

Google
The best bahn mi I’ve ever had. After hours, the bread is still taste fresh. Also, they open early. Good option if there are no other good breakfast places around.

Google
I recently tried the carrot and daikon bánh mì, and it was a delicious fusion of freshness and flavor. The pickled carrot and daikon added a perfect balance of tang and crunch, cutting through the richness of the bread and other fillings beautifully. The baguette was crispy on the outside and soft inside—just how a proper bánh mì should be. What stood out was how refreshing and light the sandwich felt, yet still satisfying. The vegetables were pickled just right—not overly sour—and brought a vibrant brightness to every bite. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just someone who appreciates Vietnamese street food, this bánh mì is definitely worth trying. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a flavorful, veggie-forward option that doesn’t skimp on taste!

Google
Carrot and Daikon is my family's favorite place to pick up Banh Mi sandwiches (we love the Crispy Pork) and Shrimp/Pork Springrolls with the miso dipping sauce! We only discovered them post-pandemic, but have been coming ever since. I don't know what the inside looks like because we primarily do take away for concerts, picnics, etc. Everyone loves it! Highly recommend!

Google
Heard about this place on Heo Quay Bánh mì, so we had to try it to see if it worth the hype. Pretty decent prices for all the Bánh mì. The house special is very good. The specialty of roasted crispy belly pork is not so much. The saving grace is that the baguette is very good especially when it just came out of the oven. Order at the windows and there are few seat out front so you can enjoy it right then and there.

Google
Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi is a must-try for authentic Vietnamese flavors! Their Banh Mi are fresh, bursting with flavor (think crispy pork belly!), and made with high-quality ingredients. Whether you're a Banh Mi enthusiast or curious newcomer, their friendly service and variety of options (including spring rolls!) will leave you satisfied. Plus, they offer takeout and delivery for a convenient Vietnamese fix!

Yelp
Dare I say this is my new favorite banh mi spot?! I love that they have a drive thru - makes things nice and convenient especially on cold rainy days. The service is quick and always get my order right. I haven't been inside yet so I can't say how the ambiance inside is but I also don't really see a need to with the drive thru. I love that they have a variety of flavors. My favorite is the vegetarian curry banh mi! Nice and flavorful

Yelp
Carrot & Daikon is hands down the best Banh Mi sandwich shop I've ever been to! The sandwiches are packed with fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and a generous portion of protein. The bread is always crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making every bite a delight. I particularly love their pickled vegetables--just the right amount of tanginess! The only downside is the parking situation, which can get a little crazy, especially around the drive-thru area. I recommend parking a bit further away to avoid the hassle. But once you get your hands on one of their sandwiches, it's totally worth it! Highly recommend checking out Carrot & Daikon if you're craving an authentic and delicious Banh Mi. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Discovered as we were driving by. It tastes better than Lee's sandwiches We came by at night and got the banh mi pork belly and the grilled pork. Pork belly was surprisingly good. We also ordered the sugar cane drinks they had a poster of. Very quick and nice service. Odd odor seeping out bc they are a restaurant. But great bc they also have a drive through. We will definitely be back

Yelp
Been hearing so many great things about this place so I had to check it out! I order the banh mi heo quay which seems to be the most popular and it did not disappoint!!! Flavors are very good and pork was crispy! It was ~$8 for a sandwhich!

Yelp
Came with a meetup group for lunch. Ordered a crispy pork belly sandwich. It was so tasty that I ordered 2 more to go and brought them to work for my colleague and me. Order either at the counter or on the app, then your meal is prepared fresh and to order. The staff will call your name or receipt number when it's ready. Reasonable prices, cheery and bright restaurant with some limited seating inside. I'll be back.

Yelp
Even though there are other Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi locations with slightly better parking, I prefer to come to this OG location. I don't know what it is, but in my mind, I think that the banh mi served here must be the most fresh since they have so many customers coming through all the time. This is probably why I prefer this location over the others. My favorite is still the Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi ($8.59). I also like The Classic ($6.99) here and there when I want to switch it up. They are quick and efficient here, but when it gets really busy, there is no parking. Even with the drive-thru, it does not free up the traffic and it can get very frustrating.

Yelp
Heard many great things about this place and decided to try it since I was in the area. This place is poppin. There was a really long long for the drive thru. The parking is tiny so you'd need to try and find some street parking. Or does lol like they are well structured since the banh mis werecoming out fast. The food was delicious. I love how the bread is not too hard to make you bleed. The lemongrass beef and special were delicious. For the best experience, try to have a bite with every ingredients in the sandwich. It brings out the flavor. It's definitely come back to try other sandwiches when I'm in the area again.

Yelp
GIANT sandwich. Like we are talking foot long sandwich for nearly $10. I ordered the chicken banh mi with veggies and extra jalepenos. I love that you can order it on the app for pickup because it does get crazy busy there. To avoid the lines, definitely opt for ordering online for pickup. The sandwich was packed fully, I loved that it was packed with the sauce and therefore not dry, and loved the picked carrots and daikon and herbs for added freshness. You can add extra veggies/jalapeños without an added cost!

Yelp
Ok, I don't usually use teenage slang, but this place is a BANGER! Or as they used to say, "Bussin, Bussin." (This review isn't gonna age well). If you're reading this, don't waste your precious time on anything other than the Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi. Trust me, this sandwich is doing the absolute most, in the best possible way. How do they make the pork belly tender, moist, and crispy all at once? Like, is there a wizard in the kitchen? Every bite is savory perfection with slight hints of the Asian 5 spice marinade to create a juxtaposition of flavors and complexity. Get it with all the carrots and daikon--because, duh, it's the namesake--and pile on the extra jalapeños because you're a certified baddie. I've tried their other banh mi options, and they're fine, but why settle for "fine" when you can live your best life? Yes, I ordered two crispy pork belly sandwiches for myself. Yes, I ate it all. Do I feel slightly ashamed at my lack of control. Ehhhh.... Maybe for half a second but then I got over it. And yes... as a PSA: Ladies, I'm still single...

Yelp
My fav bahn mi spot in OC. I love the quality of the bahn mi's here: fresh & soft bread, crisp and fresh vegetables, and flavorful & tender meat or tofu options! My favorite bahn mi options include the crispy pork belly, the lomo saltado, and the curry tofu! The lomo saltado is not quite the Peruvian dish (as expected), but the green sauce they provide is very delicious. The curry tofu is so well seasoned and juicy with sauce. There is a drive-through option or you could order at the window. Parking is a bit limited in the immediate area, but there are surrounding parking lots nearby. Service is play and quick! There's a small outdoor seating area as well. Usually, though, I take my food to go.

Yelp
This review is for the Newland & Westminster location. I just realized that I gave them the 5-star review last time by mistake. Checked with my cousin today and he said last time he got the banh mi for our group from their Bolsa location, not here. I came to this location today bc I liked my sandwich last time. Ordered the same, banh mi with Pate, pork floss, and adding egg(s) to it. Asked the guy that took the order how much egg would I get since their menu says "2 eggs". He said, 2! Well, when he brought the banh mi out, it didn't look like what I had last time. And, they gave me 2 small pieces of cold already fried egg that's as thin as paper. Definitely not 2 eggs. Was not impressed! Banh mi was $7.50, they charged $2.50 more for "2 eggs", per menu, and the guy charged me $11.86 for the banh mi. Pretty pricey compared to other banh mi places in the area, and there's no "2 eggs" as stated. Not sure how he came up with that total, the numbers didn't gel. But the principle was, I didn't get my 2 eggs as I was quoted. Not happy! Back to my usual banh mi place next time bc they literally put 2 eggs, freshly fried when I ordered, right in front of my eyes!

Yelp
Nice clean restaurant with counter service serving up mainly banh mis. The sandwiches are delicious and the bread fresh. Can't go wrong with any of the options here, the chicken curry (soup and bread), and fish cake banh mi are my go to. While there is no seating inside the store, there are two small tables right outside, if you want to eat it there.
google avatar

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place but I found a piece of paper in my food. This was in the #15 sandwich. I was chewing in my mouth and was wondering why I had this soggy item that wasn't dissolving in my mouth. Was some sort of wax paper. Reading through some of the Yelp reviews it does look like there was hair or bugs found in their food. The place was pretty busy so I guess you come eat at your own risk lol.

Yelp
Finally made my way to Carrot & Daikon after hearing about their pork belly (Heo quay) banh mi. I was looking for a food spot to order food with a drive-thru, since I was a bit lazy to get out of the car. This location has a drive thru, but the entrance is a bit small. Expect a small space and possibly a line out on the street. From the moment I ordered, it took about 8 minutes to get my order. The pork belly was crispy at the top, soft in the middle, and there was a good amount of pieces. The ratio was also the same for the mayo sauce and pate. I also requested the staff to keep the veggies separate in a bag; they provided a lot as well. Will definitely order this again without hesitation! Note: American Express is accepted.

Yelp
I have been curious about this place for a couple of years now and finally looked it up and saw they have sandwiches. I got the grilled chicken GA NUONG, super good love the sauce.

Yelp
While visiting LA and on the hunt for a great banh mi, this chain restaurant consistently came up as one of the most recommended in the LA area, so had to give it a try. Pros: - A good variety of tasty banh mi sandwiches. I ordered the grilled pork ($7.29) and char siu ($7.79). - Both had good flavored meat and nicely toasted bread. Cons: - There are no restrooms or even a sink to wash hands for customers. - There are also no tables to sit and eat at. This is a walk up and order at a window for take away type of service. - I ate in my car. Not the end of the world, but not ideal. - There was "mucho" shredded daikon, but very little shredded carrots. I would have like a better proportion of the two veggies. It's a good banh mi. Not something I would drive out of my way for as I've had just as good sandwiches in Houston, TX.
google avatar

Kim C.

Yelp
It was a good banh mi. The menu offers a wide menu of banh mi that other places don't have. We enjoyed the Char Siu (crispy pork belly) and the grilled pork (thit nuong). Service was quick and friendly at the window. It's also a drive-through, which can be convenient for many. A nice banh mi spot for quick stops! The area was clean and welcoming. 4 stars because I feel it's a solid spot. It's definitely a hyped spot, but nothing too special or crazy. Plenty of great sandwiches in the SGV, too.
google avatar

Erin H.

Yelp
Pros: Drive through, diverse menu, quick service Cons: taste You could say my family is pretty selective with banh mi. We got both the original and the pork belly. I would say overall the fillings are good. Although I would hope with a name like "carrot and daikon" they would really pack in those ingredients. The bread was mediocre so I am still on the hunt for a place that can top the one we went to in Sacramento.

Jeera T.

Yelp
Really good food and good price. I recommend this place. I have tried many other Banh Mi places this place is the best.
google avatar

Lily S.

Yelp
I placed two orders through door dash at the same time. One went to my dad at the nursing home. He was craving a banh mi and pate Chaud. He loved how fresh and soft the bread on the sandwich was. It didn't cut his mouth like some other places. I really enjoyed my roast pork heo quay sandwich. The roast pork skin was crispy and the pork meat was unctuous and really delicious. I order Vietnamese sandwiches once a week from every place I can find. This place is my favorite! My husband who is German / Italian enjoyed his cha lua sandwich. That's the only Vietnamese sandwich he will eat. He said it's the best and asked me to stop ordering from a new place every week and just order from here. High praise for carrot and daikon. You are now our favorite Vietnamese sandwich store
google avatar

John T.

Yelp
Carrot & Daikon has mastered the art of crafting incredible banh mi and we can't get enough of it. Every time we're in the OC, we always make a point to stop by Carrot & Daikon for some fantastic banh mi. Their crispy pork belly banh mi is simply divine and it's been our go to order. But on this visit, we decided to try something new the Bo Kho stew. I was blown away by how amazing it was! I often find myself daydreaming about our return so l can indulge in more incredible banh mi and stew. The food is that good! That being said, if you ever find yourself in Orange County and fancy some mouth watering Vietnamese cuisine, make sure to stop by Carrot & Daikon. You will not regret it!

Yelp
Such a great Valentine day surprise from our good friend. He was down from San Diego, which apparently does not have a good Bahn mi spot??? Any who.... We met up at our usual spot to hang out and he had 5 Crispy Pork Belly (Heo Quay) Sammy's delivered. One for him, one 4 my BF, ONE 4 yours truly...... & two 4 him to take home. This is still my most favorite Bahn mi
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent pork belly banh mi Excellent iced coffee Excellent spring rolls Staff is always so sweet and helpful, and super quick too! It's clean, has a drive thru which is a big plus, and convenient hours. Love that I'm able to swing by here before work, grab a coffee, and grab a sandwich for lunch later. One of my regular stops.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
Hands down the best crispy pork belly banh mi. These photos do notttt do justice. I don't usually expect much from chain establishments, but this banh mi exceeds my expectations. Their baguette is on the softer side and does not cut the roof of your mouth, so it's not as crisp and flaky as I'd like, but I don't mind! Meat to vegetable to bread ratio is perfect. They do not lack on the filling here! Crispy pork belly has a great flavor. There was only one time when it was on the salty side. The jalapeños are *actually spicy and I have a medium to high spice tolerance!! And to be quite honest, I love the crispy pork belly banh mi so much, I've never felt the need to try any of their other sandwiches lol. I love what I love. The Vietnamese eggrolls and their pork pâté chaud are a must-get!!! They're always sold out of them after the morning hours. I've only had them once and am still dreaming about the next time I'll be able to get them again. By the time I come here around noon, they're already sold out. Pro-tip: Use their online ordering system on their website to avoid lines!

Yelp
My New Favorite Banh Mi Spot This place serves excellent banh mi with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I ordered the #2 pork lua, and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend tried the lemongrass beef, and I was impressed by how well the meat was cooked. The bread is also soft, sparing your mouth from the dreaded post-banh mi scrape. One standout detail: they offer a generous amount of pâté--something I rarely see without an extra charge. The pickled carrots and daikon were stellar: crisp, fresh, and full of flavor. I highly recommend this spot for a quick and satisfying bite--perhaps before heading to Disneyland, as we did. If you'd like to dine in, there are outdoor tables and chairs available as well.
google avatar

Da C.

Yelp
Best Banh Mi I have ever had. That said I don't have too many banh mis but they're super cheap and they have so many options. Tastes fresh and they have a drive thru so that's a huge plus.
google avatar

R T.

Yelp
i ordered thru door dash and got the #3 Ga Nuang Bahn Mi sandwich which was soooooo good. I also ordered the pork belly spring rolls which were amazing.
google avatar

Jeannie T.

Yelp
Delicious sandwiches and the best thing is they have a drive thru which I never see in the Bay Area. Since we were visiting and not familiar with the area, it was a bit confusing to get there since it's on a corner with very tight parking. The jasmine milk tea was also good but they use whole milk - a heads up for anyone that's lactose intolerant. The prices were wonderful especially compared to the Bay Area! Must try if you're nearby. I got the banh mi thit and banh mi cha but I heard the thit heo was good, so hoping to try that next time. Lastly, if you get the veggies on the side, make sure to check your bag as soon as you get it bc our veggie bag dropped all over our bag.
google avatar

Karen A.

Yelp
Finally got around to tryna carrot & daikon and they did NOT disappoint! Service was fast as we went through the drive thru. They were very attentive when we asked for veggies on the side for one banh mi order and also let us take our time when ordering. Ambiance, well I didn't go inside lol, but it's super cute with it's red and yellow theme! Drive thru was spacious, can't really complain about anything. Food.... Omg. I got the crispy pork belly banh mi with EXTRA Pate (I love pate lol), and this place just might be up there with another one of my San Diego banh mi places. The pork belly was so flavorful, and they weren't kidding with the skin being crispy!!! It was so so good. I could also say the same about their Crispy Pork Belly spring rolls. Fatty, juicy, very packed spring roll and banh mi! The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was so yummy, and I'm a pretty harsh critic when it comes to spring rolls if it's not made right, or the sauce isn't a perfect ratio of peanut butt and hoisin sauce... But this place again, did not disappoint at all! I definitely want to come back to try their various coffees they offer (egg coffee, Ube coffee, salted cream coffee, etc), as well as get their Banh mi again! :)
google avatar

Brian P.

Yelp
I come here almost every week for great banh mi. Coming here they have basic signs posted on what they have and extras that you may add on. I always come here to get the Roasted Pork Banh mi and add either extra meat or eggs cause anything with eggs taste so much better. Roasted Pork Banh Mi- I really like how the baguette is soft and fluffy but crunchy on the outside. They add a decent amount of meat and the skin of the pork is crunchy with decent amount of fats and meat. It is great when you taste your first bite as well as the last bite. You definitely want more. This is my favorite comfort food when I am working because it is a fast get. Especially with adding eggs, I get more protein and also balances out the flavor. Overall I would come back again. I really enjoy eating banh mi here because it is good. The customer service is okay, but when it comes to grabbing a quick bite it should not matter as much as a regular restaurant. I would definitely come here over and over again!
google avatar

Richard D.

Yelp
A banh mi shop with a drive thru? How SoCal of them! We ordered a few sandos here and the paper they came in were almost clear due to the grease. They make some pretty tasty sandwiches. We got the classic, pork belly, and veggie banh mi. Service was quick. This is top tier banh mi in Westminster/GG.
google avatar

Erik L.

Yelp
I remembered this place from a recent search for best Banh Mis in the Garden Grove Area. It has a unique and affectionate name Carrot And Daikon and that's why I remembered to come here. The Banh Mi was great. Bread was fresh, ingredients were crunchy, and the crispy pork was good. I didn't get too much of the skin in my sandwich but what skin I did got was crispy and salty. I wouldn't say the sandwich blew me away, but it was damn good. If they added a bit more meat and crispy skin and maybe gave me some more memorable bread, perhaps made it a touch more crispy on the outside and a touch more soft on the inside, I think it would've been a game changer. The cilantro they randomly gave me did have a bit of a thick stalk to it, which you know looked a little offputting (like a mini tree branch) but luckily it chewed pretty easily. I mean, don't get me wrong, despite the improvements I feel they could make, this was an excellent sandwich. Sandwich score 4.5/5 Their spring rolls (which some places call summer rolls) were also very good. Pork and shrimp were nicely present, the ratios of noodles to vegetables to carrot and daikon nice. And their peanut sauce was perfectly viscous and also just the right amount of richness (not too heavy and not too diluted). And deceivingly they give you an ample amount - I thought I'd use it up quickly, but it was enough for the 3 rolls you get in a package. 4/5 for the rolls. Customer service was standard and you know reasonably friendly and the food came out in maybe 2-3 minutes. They serve a drive through that seems very busy. 8/10. Definitely coming back if I'm in the area or near another one of their shops. One of the better banh mis I've had in a while!
google avatar

Yelp
For me a banh mi is not only about the yummy insides but the bread as well. Their bread has the right amount of crunch and softness to make a tasty and perfect ! The crispy pork was delicious . I also ordered banh mì Đặc biệt it's was right tasted. Each banh mi ordered was flavorful . Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi is a must-try for authentic Vietnamese flavors! Whether you're a Banh Mi enthusiast or curious newcomer, their friendly service and variety of options will leave you satisfied.
google avatar

Charlie N.

Yelp
The banh mi heo quay is something to die for. I can eat like 8 of these and not even be tired of it. The bread here is so gooood. It has the perfect crunch and its still surprisingly soft in the inside. Every time Im in the OC area I always have to get one. The service is fast and they get your food out quickly.
google avatar

Destree B.

Yelp
The best banh mi we have ever had!!! We ordered the crispy pork belly and grilled pork. The crispy pork has a nice crunch. Super flavorful. The grilled pork has a nice smoky flavor to it. Proportion of bread and filling were balanced. Great value for the cost.

Yelp
The best Banh Mi ever! This is my first time trying their Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi, which tasted heavenly! We also got the classic Banh Mi Đặc biệt, lemongrass beef, grilled pork banh mi, and egg rolls for take-out. All of them tasted delicious and flavorful. Their bread was airy and crunchy but also had the right amount of softness. It was easy for me to chew their bread. We've tried so many Banh-Mi places and I was amazed by the taste of the crispy pork belly Banh Mi. The Pork belly was not dry and addictively crispy. Egg rolls were also tasty and crunchy as well. After we tried their Banh Mi, it became our new favorite Banh Mi place. If you want to try authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi, I highly recommend Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi.

Yumi S.

Yelp
I tried a dac biet and the fried pork belly banh mi. On door dash, you have the option of adding extras like aioli, pate, veggies, etc. I always add extra aioli or mayo if possible. According to my Viet father in law, if i don't specify I want grilled pork in my dac biet, they will not put it for you. It was a great dac biet and the fried pork belly was very delicious. I felt heavy after eating at the very end, though... i took a peek at my dac biet and realized one of the cold cut meats had an incredible amount of fat on it. The parking situation can be annoying. There are barely any spots available.

Yelp
Pros -drive thru -bread is good -they did refund me for messing up the order Cons -I specifically asked for no head cheese and they left head cheese in there -very long wait time Rating 5/10

Yelp
Pick-Up, Drive-Thru, Delivery,... how easy can they make it for you? IV into the veins? Don't know of too many drive-thru Banh Mi establishments or places that's make a Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi. I could eat these for days.... Their version of Grilled Pork is also very good with a different marinade resulting in a not your expected grilled pork taste. Definitely an addictive place.
google avatar

Audrey S.

Yelp
They have a drive through that is super easy. Good pricing and I enjoyed my sandwich. Get the pork belly one. Parking is a little tough but I just pulled into a side street to eat my sandwich. Not bad if you are in a pinch.

Yelp
The grilled pork at this spot has a distinct flavor compared to other banh mi places, but I didn't find it appealing. On the positive side, the crispy pork belly had a great crunch and wasn't overly dry. The pickled carrots and daikons were very tasty and well-prepared. However, the sauce had an odd taste that I couldn't quite identify, and it made my stomach turn. The plaza is small with limited parking, but it does have a drive-thru.

Yelp
Cute, convenient and delicious! Came here on a recommendation and my banh mii was flavorful. I was running late for my pick up order and they kindly waited until I arrived to pour my Thai ice tea so it wouldn't melt. Will come back!

Yelp
Finally got to try Carrot & Daikon, I got the filet beef sandwich and I have to say it was excellent. The bread was crispy and thin which allows the fresh vegetables and meat to shine. Good quality ingredients and the proportion of meat, vegetables and bread was well balanced. Most importantly, it was delicious. We will back.

Yelp
After giving this place a solid 4 stars, I now have update and revert my review back to 2 stars. Came here multiple times after rating this place 4 stars and was met with disappointment again due to lack of food inventory and recent visit. We have been calling in advance to ask if they have boba because multiple times now, when we arrive, they say "sold out" and it's odd because it's usually before 2 p.m. If you can not keep up with demand, why even have it on your menu? Not only do they never have boba past 2 p.m., there are other items such as egg rolls, sesame balls, or other desserts sold out. Again, before dinner time! Our most recent visit today at 1:38 p.m. was a waste of our time. Called in ahead for chicken curry, Jasmine Milk Tea boba, and crispy pork sandwich to give sufficient time in making our order. Paid for order upon arrival, before leaving, I noticed my drink did not have boba, so I asked for a refund and cashier refunded me in cash for incomplete drink order. Because I was caught up with the missing boba, I didn't think to check my order, assuming everything was in the bag. By the time we got home, my husband noticed his sandwich was missing. Called back, hoping they would just issue us a refund, instead, cashier asked for us to come back to pick up the order. Talk about inconvenience and now sitting here an hour later before my husband can have his lunch. This location definitely gets busy. It needs to be staff appropriately on weekends to meet the demand if they want to stay in business. Sadly, after this experience, we won't be back to this location. This location is not worth the traffic, the headache, and the time when order is always incomplete.

Yelp
I came here after eating at Mai Phung which is across the street. I've been meaning to try this place and wanted to try a banh mi place other than Banh Mi Che Cali, TTH, or Lee's Sandwich. They have a walk up to take people's orders. I chose to try their Dac biet ($6.79) and Jasmine milk tea ($4.99). The bread is soft and crusty, easy to bite and lathered with butter, pate, their special sauce, and filled with cured pork, jambon, pickled carrots and daikon, shredded scallions, onion, cilantro, fresh cucumber, and jalapeno. Their Jasmine milk tea was ok. They do have a drive through, no public restroom. They have a small parking lot. The staff is nice and the wait time was not long.

Yelp
- amazing Banh Mi!! Got the OG, lemongrass beef, pate pork floss, and the special offal 5 spice. All of them were so freaking good! - drive through has a reasonable line, also has a walk up window on the other side - When I came at 1130, out of all the whipped drinks, they only had the whipped coffee with creme brûlée available. - It looks like they also sell the lotto here as well as plum powder tamarind balls Can't wait to try some more banh mi here!

Yelp
Best Heo Quay Banh Mi in town, especially on the go! Service is on point, the place is small, but whatever, it's worth it. I'll be back, hope to see you there!

Yelp
I work close by and wanted to see if this place was worth the hype. It is. Soft bread and all ingredients are fresh. Had the grilled chicken with eggs. Fast friendly service. I'll be back to try more of the menu.
