This has to be the best food cart in Portland, or anywhere for that matter. THe food is not only healthy and delicious but the depth of flavors is like a feat for the palette. We have eaten here at least a dozen times and never have we had anything that wasn't amazing

The last time I went to Carte Blanche, it was the best food I've ever had. The only exception is the other time I went to Carte Blanche. This food cart is an absolute must for everyone!
