Great family run place that was able to seat me without a reservation. Small menu but everything was well executed and was very tasty. Good wine selection, but this being lunch for one, I opted for a glass of house wine.

We had a set dinner menu at Cartouches earlier this month (5 course) and it was an absolute delight. We were lucky enough to be seated right by the kitchen, and watching the chef and his sous working was incredible. You really get the sense that they care about every dish, every table. The food was delicious, plated beautifully, and unique. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to dine at a number of Michelin star restaurants, but this 'bib' will easily stand out in my memory as one of my favorites for many years to come. Service was extremely personable, every bite was exceptional. If ever I'm lucky enough to find myself back in Tolouse, I won't miss the opportunity to drop back in. You shouldn't either. Chef, if you're reading this: thanks for the souffle - I'm still dreaming of it.

Amazing restaurant, the set lunch of 3 courses plus cheese for €31 is a real bargain. Delicious food, great atmosphere and a fantastic wine list. Smaller space than expected so be sure to book ahead, even at lunchtime. Would love the chance to go back to try the dinner menu.

Very nice beef tartar starter and outstanding dessert Paros Brest! However the main course, chicken supreme not very expressive. The service is very kind :)

Fun evening, food was inventive and interesting. Accompanying wines were very nice and complimented the food well. Starter and main were very good but the desert was a bit too acidic for me

Absolutely delicious, imaginative, aesthetically pleasing and well priced food, great wines, pleasant and friendly waitress, nice interior. There were 2 guys in the kitchen, thus allowing for attentive and detail oriented plate arrangements. The open kitchen concept contributes to quite a personal experience. All in all a fantastic dinner evening, we can’t wait to come back.
