I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

An excellent store. They KNOW how to retail properly. Even when there is only one person ahead of you on line and the boss is sitting down in back, he gets up to serve. No one waits long here. Store is always very clean. Staff is always very personable and friendly. They even managed to do Covid right, with a line outside. I love a place where you are treated as if you are valued.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Working with each other to get the customers what they want. It comes with no surprise that the cream was good. Prices are reasonable, nice place to get ice cream.

Walked in seeking an Oreo Birthday cake for my daughter. Met Luiz , who was very friendly and accommodating. Sold me an Oreo cake and mentioned that he is custom write anything I would like on it. Luiz had the nicest and neatest hand writing. Overall it was a busy location and everyone was genuinely nice .

My family is super into Carvel cakes for birthdays, and this is a great location. Very friendly and competent staff, great selection of flavors and sizes, and when I bought a birthday cake the other day they were able to customize it right then and there! Great experience every time I'm in this location.

Gotta love this spot, the ice cream is good, i love the milk shakes, the staff is usually a bunch of young guys who are pretty cool. People are always in and out of here, overall it's a nice place

Wednesday is sunday. That still holds true at Carvel locations. I try to visit this carvel location, my neighborhood store about 3x a month on Wednesdays. Stop by bring a friend and enjoy a Sunday on Wednesday.

Shame on me for sleeping on Carvel for so long. Here in NYC, there are seemingly endless options available when you get that irresistible ice cream craving, you know the one. After missing the neighborhood Mister Softee truck yet again, I hopped on Yelp to see where the closest Carvel location was. I drove past a couple of Baskin Robbins locations, because my mind was on soft serve. This location still has those old school Carvel cakes, Fudgie the Whale, the football cake, and others available for your choosing. On the first few trips, I went with the classic sundae. On Wednesday, it's BOGO at this location. Multiple sizes, multiple options to choose from for your ice cream. Bonus tip, if you love McDonalds McFlurry, and get letdown whenever you hear the machine is out of service (more like they don't want to clean it), go to Carvel. They have their own take on the McFlurry, called the Carvelanche. It comes in 3 sizes, with even more mix-ins available. And it tastes better than the McFlurry. And these machines aren't ever out of service!

Ordered a cake with vanilla chip with frosting in the middle and cold brew for my brother's graduation, gluten free with the crunchies on the side. Ok so we get vanilla, no frosting, chips in the middle then a cold brew. Needless to stay the cake did not stay together. Whatever the flavors are good, the chips were tasty but there wasn't enough ice cream. But the cake wasn't even done when I went there and they wrote on the cake which looked like CL in capital and ass in script. I reached out to the location, called and got no answer. I always order from this location. It's sad how things have changed.

The only "ice cream" shop in the community where prices are reasonable. In fact, on Wednesday, Sundays are buy one.... I personally like the soft serve. Service is kind and helpful if undecided. Still love the Flying Saucers!

This carvel is on point. I mean they have a freakin aquarium inside!! What carvel has a big fish tank inside??!? Besides that they have really fresh icecream. The place is super clean... I love how everyday of the week they have different specials which is pretty amazing and can save you a lot of money. For example Monday sundae dashers are buy one get one free! What a steal for carvel??? I posted a picture with there weekly in store sales and also take home sales, for items like flying saucers or 4-pack bonnets BOGO. SALES WILL SAVE YOU!! They are lenient when it comes to modifying the sundae dashes instead of choosing the popular ones you can choose like two toppings of your choice. Cash and credit accepted. Parking is mostly meters. Small store, no inside seating.

So when we placed an order they charged my daughter about $32, she tells me & im like for a small cake. Its just the 4 of us, I really dont want left overs. So she calls & the lady apparently wrote down a bigger cake. She said i refund u the difference. So my daughter goes today to pick it up & gets back $12 which was good, $20 for a small cake which im fine with. WhatbIbwasnt fine w/ was the writing on the cake, in my other pics you can see it says Happy Birthday, this one you really can't see Happy...

During the week they have different specials. I really didn't concern myself with any other day but Wednesday. But one sundae get one free, that caught my attention. It was nice and warm in there and the young men behind the counter were polite, professional and very much in point. I quickly placed my order and skipped to my car. I just finished a delicious dinner from down the block and wanted to make sure I had room for my sundae. I grew up on Carvel and they are few and far in between to find. I woke up with a plan this morning and made sure I did not miss a step. I went pass go, collected my 200 hundred dollars and left a nice tip in the top box. If you get a chance to go by your local Carvel, go, and enjoy it. Hmmm, large hot fudge sundae, with chocolate ice cream, whip cream, almonds, and last but not least a cherry on top!

I ordered delivery from Carvel. I got two sundaes(black & white) with whipped cream and some toppings. It was made quickly ,delivered fast, and tasted delicious. It also didn't melt and the medium size sundaes were huge. No complaints here!

As always great customer service, very clean . Generous portions and the ice cream is just so fresh here. Even if I'm working far from here, we come here because it's well worth it. Other Carvel's skimp on the icecream and especially skimp on the specials. But this location gives generous amounts and has specials every day. How could you go wrong ?

I never really knew about Carvel growing up down South but now I know and I'm addicted. This Carvel is really worth the little lines that form. Firstly, it is located on avenue N, across the Flatland Ambulance so I frequent this place much more than I should. Anyway, metered parking but generally easy to find. The inside is set up like most Carvels, not much space but the service is quick and friendly! I mean seriously, the people here are really nice and professional. They don't short change you on service and have great work ethic and manners. I was in shock because unfortunately you don't get that type of interaction in NY often. They also have your standard deals here like most Carvels, which range to thick shakes to sundaes. Overall? This Carvel is is on point. The best one I've ever been to.

Amazing place, i love it here so much that i order from here all the time. Amazing workers and great service. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves ice cream.

Giving it a star because it's Carvel, and the ice cream itself is good. But my God, does the service suck. There's one specific girl that looks like you ruined her day just by walking in the door. Wouldn't even walk over to us to take the order, turned her head and starting doing something while we were giving the order, then began making the wrong thing because she didn't have the patience to let us finish speaking. To make matters worse, the "manager" justified her rude behavior and said "it's one of those days". Everyone has bad days but you don't act like this at your job. There's plenty of people who need jobs, so if you're that unhappy, get out.

Came here to buy a birthday cake and the guy at the counter who wrote on it had absolutely lovely handwriting.

I placed an order for uber Eats for a milkshake and a flying saucer 6 pack and I was missing the flying saucers! It was such a simple order and they forgot to put in the flying saucers that cost $15 on uber eats. I made a phone call and they said they couldn't do anything. They have such bad customer service and don't care about their customers or do anything when they're at fault. They should take responsibility for messing up a customers order!!!! Last time I order from this carvel!

We love our Carvel especially on Wednesdays when it's BOGO sundae. The guys are quick, friendly and welcoming. They fill the cups up and my daughter and I always leave very happy.

I come here once in a while since this place is by my job. The ice cream and milkshakes are just any regular ice cream and milkshakes that you get from any carvel nothing special. The milkshakes are yummy. But the service here sucks ! The people here always has a nasty attitude or has a rude expression. Like cmon put a smile on your face.

My daughter & I went here to get ice cream. She called to place her order(as they are not allowing anyone in) they asked her to hold on for a minute. Okay she's holding 4 guys in the store, no one picked up the phone. After a couple of minutes watching three guys do nothing but walk around the store, I asked the one guy at door"Can someone pick up the phone so she can order?". Someone just hung up on her. So we left guess they don't need money that bad!

This place is awesome! I have purchased cakes, ice cream, and milkshakes from this store and it's always fresh! They make amazing cakes and I'm always left happy. They have deals everyday so make sure to check it out! There is also a giant fish tank which makes for a great view while waiting for your ice cream!

Everyone loves Carvel ice cream. Don't know how you can give this place a low score. I have bought many a cakes here, soft serve ice cream and ice cream sandwiches which are all good. You can go in there anytime to get a cake or other ice cream treats. They are ready in different shapes and sizes. You can pick up and go and have them write on it too.

I've been going to this Carvel for years. It's so great. There's always something new to try and they have a big variety of flavors to choose from

On April 21st my husband called up the store and asked a gentleman with an Asian accent, the store hours and what's the best way to pick up a small cake for my bday. He told him the store hours and said they have curb-side pick up and no need to put in an order since they have many small cakes already made. The next day 4/22, my husband walked up to the outside service area of the store and was faced with a nasty young woman who rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and seemed extremely annoyed that my husband came to buy a cake without calling and putting the order in first. He explained he called the day before and ask but was told there was no need to. It took her nearly 2 mins to write happy bday while my husband who was wearing a mask and gloves waited outside. She slammed the cake down as he was about to pay and continue to complain how he should have called first. She went on and on and on; extra unwanted time my husband wanted to be standing next her. Carvel is lucky to have anyone's business these days. He could have gone anywhere to get me cake. Although it's a trying time right now, but there is no need for the store employee to take it out on a customer like that. I will be going else where next week for my sons bday cake.
