This hand roll spot is a gem! The fish is incredibly fresh, you can taste the quality in every bite. The seaweed is perfectly crunchy. Exactly how a hand roll should be and it really makes each roll pop. Everything we ordered was delicious. You can tell they care about the details and the ingredients. Highly recommend if you love fresh sushi and great flavors!

Casa Crudo is a hidden gem with a small menu of fresh and creative handrolls. Don’t miss the A5 Wagyu, otoro, and veggie roll, and pair them with the Nami Junmai sake. Chef Tae and his friendly team make the experience really great.

I had the most incredible dining experience! The meal was a solid 10/10. Their hand rolls were absolutely amazing – each one had such unique pairings that perfectly complemented the fish. It was an explosion of flavors and textures, and I love that in a meal! It felt so special because I’ve never had those flavors before, which made it even more memorable. The service was top-notch – Miguel and Jeremiah took fantastic care of us. All in all, an exceptional experience – I’ll definitely be back!

A new gem just opened in Hallandale Beach “ CASA CRUDO” a Japanese hand roll spot promising ultra-fresh seafood and counter-side intimacy. “The chef greet you warmly and serve rolls one at a time, encouraging you to eat them immediately for the crispest nori.”

We had the best lunch here. The flavors were so unique and the fish was incredibly fresh. The meal left me wanting more. My only feedback is I wish there were a few smaller items to add to the hand roll sets ( crudos, salads or something additional on the menu ). I also wish this concept would open up in Delray Beach or Palm Beach as we have nothing like this by us. My favorite was the salmon. So so good!

The hand rolls were the best I've ever had (and I've traveled very extensively throughout Japan, so my standards are quite high!). All the ingredients are exceptionally fresh and the restuarant combines flavors in very unique and interesting ways. Overall its one of the best dining experiences you can have on planet earth 🌏

So happy they opened up near us! Way better place than any other sushi restaurant around. Fish was so fresh it was melting! Servers were so polite and nice it made me to leave a review :) fresh food, good prices and nice servers 👍 keep it up guys!

Came here for dinner on a Friday night with my husband and we’re suggested to try their 5 preset sushi hand roll menu. They were all fantastic. My favorite was the salmon roll, it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the service was excellent. Miguel, Silvio, and Nick were our servers and they did a fantastic job. We will definitely be coming back again. 10/10

What an interesting place.. it's a small space with only bar type seating. A mixture of close to fancy with a laid back staff. Like an upgraded bar you go to after work for a quick bite. The Pros: What surprised me was the quality of the food. Everything tasted fresh and some rolls have a very unique mix of ingredients. I think they balance out the textures and flavors of the hand rolls very well. I'd recommend their akami & salmon hand rolls. The pricing seems fair. Some options are well priced while others are on the costlier side for a hand roll. If you want to leave full and try a variety of rolls, it'll likely be an expensive check. The cons: It's very quiet and you can basically hear everyone around you talking so I think the vibe is determined by the guests there. They have a sign outside that says they do rice bowls but the menu doesn't have any information on that, so it's a bit confusing. Overall, the food was great but I feel as if their menu is a bit limited. Even though the rolls were good, after you try this place once, is there a reason to come back?

Hallandale just got a new handbar and it's packing some crunch. We are are Casa Crudo that recently opened in Atlantic Village, we started their amazing cucumber kimchi and the cabbage salad, a great way to open up our appetitive, plus a great homage to their Jappanese - korean fusion. They pickle and prep all of their ingredients in house and the high quality to their work is seen through out, we ordered their sake and Sapporro can to pair with our chef set, we got their 5 handroll set which brought tuna, salmon, hamachi, crab and scallop, they roll everything in front of you and what makes their handrolls standout is their unique incredients, they add a crunch a sauce that pairs perfectly, so each handroll is a flavor expierence it itself. I'm definitely going to come back because I have my eye on their A5 Wagyu next time.

Came here on a rainy Friday and we're sat right away. Beautiful ambiance and loved seeing the seating was on point. The food was amazing. We did some of the hand rolls and cabbage salad. All the flavors were unique and fresh. Chatted up with the owner who was so nice and friendly. Will definitely be frequenting often. This is a rare find for south Florida and so happy to have a hand roll bar locally!

One of the best sushi experiences in the tri county. Chef Tae took care of us all night and all of the fish was imported across the world for the highest quality sushi. Will be back whenever we can!

We were visiting from tampa and found this place. The food is AMAZING, as well as service. I didnt even get to take pictures because we were too busy eating. Fresh ingredients and made in front of you. Its simple yet delicious. Highly recommend the salmon and toro (fatty tuna)! We will come back to miami just to visit here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience :)

Amazing handrolls. I tried everything on the menu and there wasn't a dish I didn't like, but my favs were probably the king salmon and toro!

Chef Tae is the best. He has traveled and trained all over the US from west to east coast. Hand rolls were very good. What a great idea. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Ambiance was chill and relaxed. Will be back soon.

My favorite hand roll bar in south Florida. The ingredients are next level, always fresh and the combinations are super unique. Don't skip out on the salmon roll with chili crunch and tahini, and the otoro roll. Service is great and welcoming!

Amazing surprise! Stumbled upon this place after my haircut. The sushi hand rolls were delicious! I especially loved the A5 wagyu roll and the salmon. The sushi chef was so kind and warm and the service was great. Will be going back soon!

Such a great new spot in the Hallandale area! The freshest quality fish, paired with knowledgable and fun chefs make it a really fun spot to dine in. We brought our two kids, and they had more than enough options for them to enjoy as well. 10/10.

Everything was excellent, from the service to the food and the restaurant decor.We tried almost all of the rolls and they're all delicious. Chef Tae has a gem on his hands.

The hand rolls are incredible--fresh and flavorful. The nori was crisp, the fish melted in my mouth, and the rice was seasoned just right. The staff was friendly and we will be back often!

Great new addition to the neighborhood. Everything was delicious and prepared fresh. Owners were very attentive and have passion for their trade. Look forward to trying more items on the menu.
