The Westin was the second place that had recommended this place to buy rum and dine. I was excited to see the variety of rum and try a few before buying, after a meal there. I walked in and walked around for about 15 minutes, looking at the different rum and nobody around to help with questions. After selecting a bottle, I went to pay and the guy in the black leather jacket walked away from behind the counter and the female walked to the cashier, pressed a button and walked away. Can’t believe that nobody could take the time to say hi and ask if you need help and take the time to charge you. I left the bottle at the counter, walked away and told the guy in the black leather jacket, “no service today” he looked at me, walked away again and never asked how he could help. It’s a shame such bad service at Casa Ron Zona 10, the airport Casa De Ron had really recommended this place for food and drinks the next time I was in Guatemala. If management reads this, please have your employees work on their customer service skills. I wanted to buy a few bottles to take home and have some dinner but that wasn’t possible this time.
