The music is fabulous, the food is great, they have a top notch chef!! The drinks are great and it’s a really fun place to go.

Service is phenomenal, I asked for a simple engraving on my XO bottle and they were very attentive. Absolutely recommended.

The Westin was the second place that had recommended this place to buy rum and dine. I was excited to see the variety of rum and try a few before buying, after a meal there. I walked in and walked around for about 15 minutes, looking at the different rum and nobody around to help with questions. After selecting a bottle, I went to pay and the guy in the black leather jacket walked away from behind the counter and the female walked to the cashier, pressed a button and walked away. Can’t believe that nobody could take the time to say hi and ask if you need help and take the time to charge you. I left the bottle at the counter, walked away and told the guy in the black leather jacket, “no service today” he looked at me, walked away again and never asked how he could help. It’s a shame such bad service at Casa Ron Zona 10, the airport Casa De Ron had really recommended this place for food and drinks the next time I was in Guatemala. If management reads this, please have your employees work on their customer service skills. I wanted to buy a few bottles to take home and have some dinner but that wasn’t possible this time.

We didn’t knew they had a Lounge here, we got an invitation for a birthday and really enjoyed our time at this place, service is excellent and all the cocktails were delicious. They had live music “Last Breakfast” and had a blast. Recommend this place for couples or friends willing to have a great time.

My wife had mad a reservation for Friday evening 15 March. My wife made the reservation Thu evening. When we showed up Friday evening, the valet could not find our reservation. After some discussions, the gentlemen said they could not find it and asked that we should call during the day instead of in the evening. After I was done parking the car, my wife was already seated and talking to a young waiter but could see my my disapproval look. In turns out, the waiter was informing us that they were not selling individual cocktails but rather we had to purchase a bottle. When my wife called she was not advised of this event. Be were this is not a legit establishment. Check your checks at the end of your night. Tourists be aware and take note. They are not an honest establishment.
