"Casa Honduras, a former Shoney’s turned Honduran restaurant, is sort of like three businesses in one: an affordable breakfast spot full of families, a sports bar to watch soccer during the afternoon, and a discoteca at night where you can dance and do a shot of gifiti, a rum-based botanical that’s a Garifuna tradition. But you’re here for breakfast, which means that pupusas with stretchy cheese and tender chicharron and a baleada con todo are non-negotiables. I had to wait 1 hour and a half to get a pork chops , and guess what they weren’t even the size of a pork chop they were the size of two chicharrón and that was it! They used to give you good portions of food but I have ordered other things and same problems ! Their prices are way too high already but now they are serving half the portions they used to serve . Never again!! And the service is terrible … unfortunately I had to stand so many times when I was dining in and get the attention of the server

This was my first time eating Honduran Food . I have to say I was very impressed, the food was different but in the best way . I got the Carne Catracha it was a random but spot-on choice. The ladies working were so friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I can't wait to come and try another dish I've never eaten b4. I'll definitely be back .

NEVER will I EVER order from them again! I waited an hour and a half for seafood soup, which is $33 mind you! It was packaged horribly, and the container busted, made a Mess in my vehicle. Additionally, they did Not include all the ingredients(crab legs). I nicely called and patiently waited on a call back, that Never came. I was even willing to drive back to them from the Westbank. They are Highly unprofessional!! The wait was ridiculous and price was too high for them not to correct their problems. Don’t waste your time or money. I truly wanted to like this place, but enough is enough.

Not good food. Long wait with no other customers in the restaurant. Obnoxiously loud music. But my wife enjoyed her steak.

Nice hispanic environment! Just make sure to order 30 mins ahead. It took 45 mins for our food to be ready once we ordered at the table even though they wasn't even that busy or full! Overall waitress service was good, food was delicious!

I came with my son from ohio to visit new orleans. I didnt care for the cajun food BUT...this restaurant was the top. Food was a total 6 stars to me and my son. I ordered the beef soup. It was so very delicious with all sorts of veggies including yuca and cabagge.
